The structure quality of student worksheet will determine the actualization of learning objectives required by curriculum. Besides that, as an effort to support the science development to be more quantitative, biology student worksheets should have the quantitative literacy indicators, such as interpretation, representation, calculation, application/ analysis,  assumption, and communication. This research is aimed to explain the structure quality and the existence of quantitative literacy in biology student worksheets for senior high school. The research method is quantitative descriptive. The subject of this research is 40 student worksheets in biology book for class 11 published by A, B, and C publisher. The result shows that the student worksheets from A has the best structure quality according to Vee Diagram. The percentage of structure quality of student worksheet in A book is  55,5%, followed by B (53,2%) and C (29,9%). The existence of quantitative literacy that can be identified from the books are interpretation, calculation, application/analysis, and communication. All of the interpretation and calculation indicator found in record/transformation component, while all of the application/analysis indicator found in knowledge claim component. Communication indicator found in two components, record/ transformation (50%) and knowledge claim (50%).

The importance of the position / function of the media as an integral part of learning, it is important to get the attention of the teacher. Therefore, teachers should not only understand the concept of learning media, the type / variety, criteria and procedures as well as the election process, but also on the principle of utilization and possible problems. Media so that learning can be planned and used in an integrated and precise in learning activities, then in this paper will discuss criteria for the selection of media and the steps, use of media and the possibility of various problems to be faced. Some criteria for media selection are (1) compliance with the learning objectives to be achieved, (2) support the subject matter to be discussed, (3) practical, flexible, and easy to be used, (4) in accordance with the knowledge and skills of teachers to use it, ( 5) according to the characteristics and the number of goals that will use them (small, medium, or large), and (6) the quality or the technical quality of the type of media that will be used, (7) affordability of the financial capacity of the procurement, (8) the availability of instructional media needed in the market, and (9) is compatible with the device or the facilities available or already owned. AbstrakPentingnya kedudukan/fungsi media sebagai bagian integral dalam pembelajaran, perlu kiranya mendapatkan perhatian para guru. Oleh sebab itu, guru seyogianya tidak hanya memahami konsep tentang media pembelajaran, jenis/ragamnya, kriteria dan prosedur serta proses pemilihannya, tetapi juga mengenai prinsip pemanfaatannya dan kemungkinan permasalahan yang terjadi. Agar media pembelajaran dapat direncanakan dan dimanfaatkan secara terpadu dan tepat di dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, maka di dalam tulisan ini akan dibahas kriteria pemilihan media dan langkah-langkahnya, pemanfaatan media dan kemungkinan berbagai permasalahan yang akan dihadapi. Beberapa kriteria pemilihan media adalah: (1) kesesuaian dengan tujuan pembelajaran yang ingin dicapai, (2) mendukung materi pelajaran yang akan dibahas, (3) praktis, luwes, dan mudah dimanfaatkan, (4) sesuai dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru untuk memanfaatkannya, (5) sesuai dengan karakteristik dan jumlah sasaran yang akan memanfaatkannya (kelompok kecil, sedang, atau besar), dan (6) mutu atau kualitas teknis jenis media yang akan dimanfaatkan, (7) keterjangkuan kemampuan finansial untuk pengadaannya, (8) ketersediaan media pembelajaran yang dibutuhkan di pasaran, dan (9) kompatibel dengan perangkat atau fasilitas yang tersedia atau yang telah dimiliki.

AbstractOrganic films fabrication offers the possibility of producing electronic devices of low weight, mechanical flexibility and low cost. One suitable material for organic film fabrigation which is the subject of the great interest is pentacene, because it is characterized by the large carrier mobility (∼1 cm2/Vs).In this work, the growth of pentacene layers using pulse laser deposition (PLD) on different substrates (glass/ITO, Si) is described and various processing parameters are investigated. Two pulsed YAG:Nd3+ laser wavelengths were used for the ablation of the PLD target: the first harmonic at 1064 nm aGn:dNdth3+e second at 532 nm. The structure of the layers formed was examined using SEM and RHEED methods. The results were compared with results of optical spectroscopy studies. It will be shown that layers deposed using second harmonics have a higher quality than those for first harmonic. The other PLD parametersalso have a strong influence on the structure quality of layers.

Objetivo: Analizar la Calidad de Vida en el Trabajo (CVT) de enfermeras en hospitales públicos. Método: Estudio cuantitativo descriptivo transversal, realizado en dos hospitales públicos ubicados en la ciudad de Maceió / AL, de febrero a abril de 2020, donde 78 enfermeros respondieron dos cuestionarios auto-cumplimentados, el primero de ellos sociodemográfico y otro cuestionario estructurado relacionado con la evaluación CVT (TQWL-42). Los datos se analizaron mediante estadística descriptiva. Resultados: Predominó el sexo femenino (93,6%), carga total de trabajo de 60 horas o más (56,4%), turnos de mañana, tarde y noche (41%), tipo de contrato público (74,4%), el aspecto de significación de la tarea tuvo un promedio positivo (4,34) y el aspecto de servicios de salud y asistencia social tuvo un promedio negativo (2,35). El ámbito psicológico / conductual predominó con una media de (3,69) y, según la representación gráfica de la muestra según el TQWL-42, el aspecto de significación de la tarea obtuvo un resultado satisfactorio (83,49). Conclusiones: El CVT de los enfermeros fue evaluado como ni positivo ni negativo, requiriendo la ampliación de nuevos estudios sobre la importancia de los aspectos, para resolver los problemas en cuestión. Conclusion: The QLT of the sick was evaluated as positive in negative, requiring the expansion of new studies on the importance of aspects, to solve the problems in question. Objetivo: Analisar a Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho (QVT) dos enfermeiros de instituições hospitalares da rede pública. Método: Estudo quantitativo descritivo de corte transversal, realizado em dois hospitais públicos localizados no município de Maceió/AL, no período de fevereiro a abril de 2020, onde 78 enfermeiros responderam dois questionários de autopreenchimento, sendo o primeiro um questionário sociodemográfico e outro questionário estruturado relacionados à avaliação da QVT (TQWL-42). Os dados foram analisados por meio de estatística descritiva. Resultados: Predominou o sexo feminino (93,6%), carga horária total de 60h ou mais (56,4%), turnos de trabalho matutino, vespertino e noturno (41%), tipo de contrato concursado (74,4%), o aspecto significância da tarefa apresentou média positiva (4,34) e o aspecto serviço de saúde e assistência social apresentou média negativa (2,35). Prevaleceu a esfera psicológico/comportamental com a média de (3,69) e, segundo a representação gráfica da amostra de acordo com o TQWL-42, o aspecto significância da tarefa obteve resultado satisfatório (83,49). Conclusão: A QVT dos enfermeiros foi avaliada como nem positiva, nem negativa, sendo necessário a ampliação de novos estudos sobre a importância dos aspectos, a fim de solucionar as problemáticas em questão.

This study aims to increase the activeness and learning outcomes of students in the subject of testing the quality of fisheries products in grade 3 semester 6 of the TPHP study program in SUPM Sorong, through the application of the Peer Tutor Method . The Research subjects of class 3 TPHP semester 6 year 2019/2020 with 26 students. This research consisted of two cycles and each cycle with three meetings and before the first cycle was carried out a pre-cycle. Data collection techniques using observation, test learning result, and documentation. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive. the result of the Classroom Action Research (CAR) show that the application of Peer Tutor Learning method in the Fishery Product Quality Testing subject can increase the activeness and learning result grade 3 students. The average precentage of students' learning activeness in the first cycle ws 53%, an increase in the second cycle to 74% . The increase in student learning activeness is in the indicators of paying attention to material explanations from the teacher, listening to material explanation from the teacher, paying attention to material explanations from Peer Tutors, listening to marerial expanations from Peer Tutors and making marerial notes.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran dan mutu  guru melalui implementasi supervisi akademik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, studi dokumen dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi akademik pada siklus 1 dan siklus 2 menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan skor pada aspek perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Meskipun masih berada pada kategori cukup, namun dari pra siklus sampai dengan siklus 2 terus mengalami peningkatan.  Hasil ini dapat dicapai karena adanya kerjasama yang baik antar Kepala Sekolah dan Guru yang disupervisi.  Kepala Sekolah berdiskusi dengan guru mengenai masalah yang dihadapi guru pada proses perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Supervisi akademik yang dilakukan Kepala Sekolah merupakan usaha untuk memperbaiki pengajaran, termasuk menstimulasi, menyeleksi pertumbuhan jabatan dan perkembangan guru- guru serta merevisi tujuan-tujuan pembelajaran, bahan pengajaran, metode, evaluasi atau penilaian pengajaran. Supervisi akademik dapat membantu guru untuk mempelajari dan memahami tugas dan perannya sebagai seorang pendidik. Implementation of academic supervision for increasing the quality of teachers AbstractThe aim of this study is to improve the quality learning of teachers through the implementation of academic supervision. The research method used is School Action Research (PTS) with a quantitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques with interviews, document studies, and observations. The results showed that academic supervision in cycle 1 and cycle 2 showed an increase in scores on aspects of planning and implementing learning. Although it is still in a sufficient category, from pre-cycle to cycle 2 it continues to increase. This result can be achieved because of the good cooperation between the Principal and the supervised Teacher. Principals discuss with teachers about the problems faced by teachers in the planning and implementation of learning processes. Academic supervision by the Principal is an effort to improve teaching, including stimulating, selecting the growth of positions and the development of teachers and revising learning objectives, teaching materials, methods, evaluation and evaluation of teaching. Academic supervision can help teachers to learn and understand the task and its role as an educator.

This research is meant to know the student perception towards facilities of the library of public senior high school I Bantul. The result of this research is expected to enrich the insight of the library studies, especially school library issues. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method. The subject of this research is the users of the library, students of public senior high school 1 Bantul. To achieve validity of the data, the writer uses some techniques of the data collection, namely; observation, documentation, interview, questionnaire, and library study. The result of this research shows that 63,9% of the respondents say that the library facility of public senior high school I Bantul is good. In terms of the building indicator, the respondents said that it is not large. It is similar to the facilities of the library by which the students percieve that they are not sufficent enough. Besides, the student perception towards the aspects of the condition and the arrangement of the facility of the school library is good and appropriate enough. Almost all kinds of library equipment are in good condition, except bag, book, and magazine shelves. Similarly, the arrangement of the library is considerd appropriate enough as 2 two kinds of equipment of the library, bag and magazine shelves, are considered still inappopriate. In order to be able to develop the quality of the library, the writer suggest that the library of the school should improve its facilities, especially the shelves. Apart from that, librarian should pay attention to the facilities. Keyword: student perception, school library, library facility (facility of the library)

The digital technology enhancement occur rapidly providing various way and society’s reading behavior. Based on research survey, we analyze students preferences of using e-textbook or printed textbook. This research was a quantitative descriptive study that using 180 of 12th grade in 2018/2019 academic year as the subject. Quantitative data collected through filling questionaire. The instrument used a perception questionnaire that had Cronbach alpha 0,76 which means a good internal consistency. Instrument validation was through expert judgement. Finding indicated that students’ preference for e-textbook is higher in many aspects of praticality, quality of visual representation and availability of features that support reading strategies such as taking notes and highlighting essential concept. Students who had previously experience used e-textbook do not prefer e-textbook over p-textbook for learning Biology concept.
