Ngapak dialect is a cultural identity from Banyumasan area which includes Banjarnegara, Purbalingga, Banyumas, Cilacap, and Kebumen regency. The Ngapak dialect has a unique pronunciation that is assertive (luged) and without a doubt (ampang). This research explains how the ngapak dialect was chosen as a symbol of the Banyumasan’s cultural identity to interacting on social media. This research uses a qualitative method with a virtual ethnographic approach and also supported by the constructivism paradigm. The data was collected by observation, interviews, and documentation as the primary data and literature studies as the secondary data. The results of this research are ngapak dialect is the development of the perceptions of the stereotypes with the ngapak dialect that exist and the dialect of ngapak itself. The perception of the Banyumasan cultural community regarding the Ngapak dialect is unique, cool, and rich so don't be embarrassed and should be proud because Ngapak dialect has potential. Banyumasan cultural community uses dialect ngapak as content with comedy themes. The reflection of the comedy itself is the character of the Banyumasan folks called cablaka and mbanyol. Cablaka means pure and mbayol means silly or funny.

Building community perceptions of a cultural identity area is a challenge. Convincing the international community about the region cultural identity will be more challenging. Disseminating abroad to create a perception of a cultural identity area is one of many ways. This research aims to analyze the efforts of Yogyakarta to disseminate its cultural identity using cultural paradiplomacy. The research uses descriptive-qualitative method. It uses primary data from the Cooperation and Investment Agency and Cultural Office of Yogyakarta. It also uses secondary data from documents, reports, and articles about cultural paradiplomacy. This research findings are strategies to convince the international community about the cultural identity of Yogyakarta as follows: visiting foreign territories, participating in international events, attending global networks, and representing on behalf of the central government.   Received: 11 February 2021 / Accepted: 4 April 2021 / Published: 10 May 2021

The development of social media has an impact on the progress of various things including media in da'wah. Preachers carry out strategies on social media, including emphasizing the appearance of texts with persuasive communication according to their segmentation. This study aims to analyze the da'wah message strategy on the @ nunuzoo instagram page. The theory used is the persuasive communication theory introduced by Onong Uchajana Effendy. This study uses a qualitative description method with a virtual ethnographic approach. Primary data was collected from video uploads on the Instagram account @ nunuzoo and secondary data was collected using literature studies and documentation. The results of this study indicate that @nunuzoo uses the association technique as a da'wah strategy, namely persuading its segmentation with objects or events that are attracting the attention of the public (trend). @nunuzoo has a target of preaching among young people, who like new things and are being discussed. Social media is also better to be used as an alternative media for persuasive communication because it is unlimited and can be accessed anywhere and anytime.

Purpose The diffusion of social media among public administrations has significantly grown in the last years. This phenomenon has created a field of research that seeks to understand the adoption and impact of social media in the public sector. The purpose of this paper is to identify the factors that make social media successful in Spanish local governments. Design/methodology/approach The paper is based on an adapted version of a neo-institutional model: Enacting Electronic Government Success (EEGS). The data have been collected through three main sources: primary data from a questionnaire designed and conducted by the authors, secondary data of statistical sources, and tertiary data collected through Klout Score. Findings The results from a survey and statistical analysis provide preliminary validation of the model and show a direct relationship between organizational, institutional, and environmental factors with the successful use of social media in local public administrations. The data analysis shows that ten variables jointly explain 54.6 percent (adjusted R2=0.546) of the variability observed in the dependent variable. Research limitations/implications First, the analysis model used represents a limited sample size to carry out a complex quantitative analysis. Second, the use of Klout Scores can offer some bias. Finally, certain variables complicate the comparative potential of the study. Originality/value This study provides original primary data and contributes to the growing field of study related to social technologies in public administrations. This research also confirms in an exploratory way the validity of the EEGS model.

The research focuses on introducing social media platforms as either a complementary or main channel in the company sales funnel. Internet technologies and Web 2.0 continue to provide innovations in digital marketing, with the latest iteration being lead generation services through social media. Data shows that almost half of the world population is active on social media, with the new Generation Alpha being projected to be entirely online dependent and proficient in the use of new technologies. The paper provides an overview of the digitalization of sales funnels, as well as the benefits that social media platforms can offer if implemented correctly. Secondary data provides the basis for transforming sales funnels with social media, where previous research provides limited data on the effectiveness of these types of efforts. Primary data demonstrates that introducing social media platforms can provide improvements of up to 3 to 4 times in analyzed case studies, as well as the shorter time when deciding about purchase in use case scenarios. Social media advertising can also be utilized to shorten the sales funnel process and serve as a unified point of entrance and exit in the first few stages.

Abstract - The COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia has disrupted various community activities. Likewise in Surabaya, which was identified as a black zone in 2020. Therefore, a lockdown policy has been implemented to reduce the COVID-19’s spread such as PSBB Surabaya Raya I, II, and III; PPKM Surabaya; and PPKM Mikro Surabaya. The implementation of the lockdown has become trend on social media and created various assumptions. In addition, the spatial zoning regulations have not supported the pandemic so that the regulations are more siding of the economy and city development without reviewing its readiness facing the pandemic. This study uses secondary data collection methods through data mining also primary data through teleconference and distributing online questionnaires. So, from collecting data on social media and community aspirations, it is hoped that they can create spatial policies that are in accordance with community conditions and can also reduce the number of COVID-19 cases. The result shows that there are five topics becoming peoples’ perceptions and preferences, such as social, economy, mobility, environment, and health. Moreover, they state that PSBB Surabaya Jilid 1,2, and 3 aren’t the best policy and PPKM Micro are the best policy. Similar thing also experienced by 60% informant stating that PPKM Micro is the best policy. There are also state policy suggestions regarding to policy, such as implementation of policies, restoration of education, vaccinations, incentives for health workers, duration of dine in, provision of assistance to workers, government social assistance, optimization of traditional markets, dissemination of information, and operating companies. Abstrak - Surabaya merupakan salah satu kota yang teridentifikasi sebagai zona hitam pada Mei 2020. Oleh karena itu, kebijakan pembatasan telah diterapkan untuk menekan angka penyebaran COVID-19 seperti PSBB Surabaya Raya Jilid 1, 2, dan 3; PPKM Surabaya; serta PPKM Mikro Surabaya. Penerapan kebijakan pembatasan menjadi isu hangat di media sosial dan menimbulkan anggapan positif dan negatif. Selain itu, pada aspek keruangan, peraturan zonasi tata ruang belum menunjang urgensitas pandemi sehingga peraturannya lebih berpihak pada sektor ekonomi dan pembangunan kota tanpa meninjau kesiapan kotanya dalam menghadapi pandemi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data sekunder melalui mining data serta data primer melalui wawancara telekonferensi. Sehingga, dari pengumpulan data pada media sosial dan aspirasi masyarakat diharapkan dapat menciptakan kebijakan keruangan yang sesuai dengan kondisi masyarakat dan juga dapat menekan angka kasus COVID-19. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat lima topik yang cenderung menjadi persepsi dan preferensi para pengguna media sosial, yaitu sosial, ekonomi, mobilitas, lingkungan, dan kesehatan. Selain itu, mereka juga menyatakan bahwa PSBB Surabaya Jilid 1, 2, dan 3 merupakan kebijakan yang tidak diminati dan PPKM Mikro merupakan kebijakan yang paling diminati. Hal serupa juga dialami oleh para narasumber yang menyatakan bahwa 60% narasumber menyatakan PPKM Mikro merupakan kebijakan paling efektif. Terdapat beberapa saran kebijakan menurut narasumber, terkait pelaksanaan kebijakan, pemulihan pendidikan, vaksinasi, insentif tenaga kesehatan, durasi makan di tempat, pemberian bantuan kepada buruh, bantuan sosial pemerintah, optimalisasi pasar tradisional, penyebaran informasi, dan perusahaan yang beroperasi.

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan tentang kasus penegakan kebijakan protokol kesehatan yang tidak konsisten di Kota Pontianak. Kondisi masyarakat ini merepresentasikan keterlibatan mereka sebagai bagian dari penyelenggaraan kebijakan, khususnya dalam penegakan kebijakan protokol kesehatan di masa pandemic Covid-19. Terjadi ketimpangan yang tidak adil dalam penegakan aturan ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui wawancara dan observasi. Pengumpulan data sekunder juga dilakukan dengan penelusuran daring. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ketaatan masyarakat Kota Pontianak terhadap penyelenggaraan aturan protokol kesehatan tergolong baik. Hal ini dilihat dari kepatuhan masyarakat dalam melaksanakan perilaku menjaga jarak, mencuci tangan, dan memakai masker secara konsisten. Meski demikian, ada juga pelanggaran aturan yang terjadi. Hal ini dilihat dari jumlah sanksi atau denda yang diberlakukan kepada sejumlah pengusaha kedai kopi. This paper describes the case of inconsistent health protocol policy enforcement in Pontianak City. The condition of this community represents their involvement as part of the implementation of policies, especially in the enforcement of health protocol policies during the Covid-19 pandemic. There is unfair and inequality in the enforcement of the rule. This research uses qualitative method, with primary data collection by interview and observation. Secondary data collection is also done with online browsing. Based on the results of the study, the adherence of the people of Pontianak city to the implementation of health protocol rules is relatively good. This is seen from the community's compliance in maintaining distance, washing hands, and wearing masks consistently. However, there is also a violation of the rules that occur, this is seen from the number of sanctions or fines imposed on a number of coffee shop entrepreneurs.

This study discusses the influence of social media on interest in buying copilogy products. The relationship used in this study is a causal relationship with 60 Garut domiciled consumer respondents who have already tried their products. The data analysis technique used is simple regression with the application of SPSS 20. The measurement scale used by researchers is the interval scale. This study uses primary data and secondary data obtained from books, journals, literature, scientific works from the internet with relevant sources. The primary data collection technique in this study is an online questionnaire that contains a number of structured statements given to respondents through Google forms and respondents provide answers based on a Likert scale of 1-5, starting from 1 (strongly disagree) to 5 (strongly agree). The conclusion of this research is the significant effect between the influence of Social Media on Kopilogi Buy Interest.

The existence of the potential for heritage tourism in center of Kota Serang is now almost eliminated and forgotten, whereas if it is managed optimally, many benefits can be generated. The purpose of the research is to reveal the potential of heritage tourism in center of Kota Serang to be developed as a tourist destination. The research method used is a qualitative method. Primary data collection through observation techniques and in-depth interviews. Secondary data through library research. Data analysis uses an interactive model, through three activities namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that there is no clear strategic policy and the lack of efforts in achieving optimal utilization of potential inheritance for tourism development. The synergy of all stakeholders and decision makers is needed to run in line with the vision and mission of development. The proposed development model is community-based heritage tourism. This research have a purpose for to know about the management system and condition of 4A (Atraction, Accesibility, Amenity and Anciliary) from the Tourist Attraction of Dream Island  Beach. The qualitative Method with the data sources from primary data and secondary data used to collect data.  The Primary data of this research is the data that was come from the observation and interview, while the secondary one come from documentary or literature study to complete the primary data.  The technique to choose the informant that was being used is Purpose Sampling. The result of this research pointed that the management system of Dream Island Beach didn’t went smoothly, because the planning system not reach the maximum point.  The organization system already went smoothly, and all of the staff already put on their position according to their responsibility over their task.  The connection between manager and the staff already on good terms, and the condition of tourist attraction on this beach already in good terms with many attraction inside the beach.  The accessibility on this tourist destination still need more improvements especially on Toilet whom inadequate. The Anciliary or the institution on the Dream Island beach already reach the average point. Keywords: Management, Dream Island Beach, Beach Tourism.

Riyadlul Jannah Pacet Mojokerto, there are many businesses owned by PP. Riyadlul Jannah Pacet Mojokerto includes the Meriah Kitchen Restaurant, M2M ,. Agri Bisnis, Rijan Mart, Franchese, Grilled Chicken Wong Solo, Shake Noodle Mang Uci Bandung, Quick Chicken, Organic Vegetable Mayur, Giant Super Market, Hero Super Market, Chicken Slaughterhouse, Rijan Mineral Water. The research method used is a qualitative method which includes data sources both primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, documentation, data analysis techniques namely editing and organizing, checking the validity of the data, and the research stage. All of this researchers use to find research results. Exposure data which contains an overview of the object of research and data obtained from interviews and other documents related to marketing, then a discussion contains the strategic strategies used to market the product and the constraints and solutions. The conclusion of this discussion is that the strategy used is a strategy to promote promotion through advertising, 5S services, 4M services (Cheap, Easy, Steady, Moment), and giving free, then product packaging which includes determining or selecting brend and expanding product selection. However, all of this is in accordance with sharia economic values, namely the absence of trickery, absence of gharar, and benefiting both parties.
