Low competitiveness is one of the obstacles to improving the performance of MSMEs. One of the factors that cause this is the lack of access for MSMEs to financial institution facilities. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of MSMEs seen from the accessibility factor to financial facilities provided by various financial institutions in Tasikmalaya City. The study used a quantitative descriptive method. Data analysis used the PLS Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The sample consisted of 100 SMEs in the creative economy sub-sector through the random sampling method. The analysis technique uses a path analysis model to see the causal relationship between variables, either directly or indirectly. Data were obtained through direct interviews with SMEs using closed questionnaires. The results show that management administration has a direct or indirect effect on financial performance.  The management of administration is important to improve accessibility to the financial performance of MSMEs. Guidance for MSMEs is needed to ensure that loans can be utilized optimally for business development.

In recent years, rural tourism has experienced a major boom; it was once a secondary type of tourism but has now become a significant alternative option within the Spanish economy. This type of tourism facilitates the sustainable development of the host communities and their surrounding areas, becoming an extra source of income in some cases, and the principal business in others. It is therefore important to ascertain which variables influence the behavior of rural tourists. The objective of this study is to demonstrate the influence on rural tourist behavior of destination image, both initial and final, as well as tourist satisfaction and loyalty to the area. Loyalty, which translates into repeat visits to the area and recommendations to third parties, promotes the sustainable development of rural areas. After an exhaustive review of the literature on the relevant variables, an empirical study was carried out using a questionnaire designed for tourists over 18 years old who visited the province of Soria (Spain) and stayed in a rural tourism establishment. This resulted in a total of 1658 valid completed questionnaires. A structural equation model was then drawn up to discover the relationships between all the variables. The results demonstrated the importance of destination image in the formation of the new image, and also showed that tourist satisfaction is the variable that most strongly influences loyalty to the tourist area. This study is a novel contribution to the study of sustainable development in rural areas since it focuses on tourist loyalty and its resulting benefits.

Given the rapidly increasing number of foreign nationals migrating to Korea, this study investigates the relationship between cultural adaptation, tourist satisfaction, and quality of life among Chinese immigrants in Korea. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 344 Chinese immigrants in Korea who visited Gyeongju, where Korean World Heritage sites and modern tourist facilities coexist. A structural equation model was used to verify the hypothesis and indicated that cultural assimilation and cultural separation had a significant effect on tourist satisfaction, whereas cultural integration and cultural change did not have any statistically significant effect on tourist satisfaction. Additionally, tourist satisfaction had a significant effect on quality of life (in terms of subjective well-being and psychological well-being). The results of this study can function as a reference for improving Chinese immigrants’ cultural adaptation, tourist satisfaction, and quality of life.

The objective of this study is to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial experience and social entrepreneurship orientation on social entrepreneurship performance. This survey research was conducted on waste bank entrepreneurship activists in the city of Semarang. Thirty-five respondents were taken using the accident sampling method. Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) is used as an analysis technique. The results showed that entrepreneurial experience and social entrepreneurship orientation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of social entrepreneurship. The contribution of the concept of human capital and the concept of entrepreneurial orientation is needed in building social entrepreneurship. This study aims to determine the effect of literacy variables on zakat, infaq and shadaqah (zis), trust and brand awareness on decisions to distribute zakat and donations. The data processing in this study uses quantitative analysis using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis technique with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach using the SmartPLS 3.0 statistical software. The instrument used to obtain data is a questionnaire using a Likert scale. In taking the sample obtained by non-probability sampling method using purposive sampling technique, the sample obtained is 95 respondents at the students of the Faculty of Islamic Religion, Ibn Khaldun University, Bogor. The results of this study indicate that the literacy variable zis has a negative and insignificant effect on the decision to distribute zakat and donations through Tokopedia. The trust variable has a positive and significant effect on the decision to distribute zakat and donations through Tokopedia. The Brand Awareness variable has a positive but not significant effect on the decision to distribute zakat and donations through Tokopedia. Variable literacy zis, trust, brand awareness simultaneously influence the decision to distribute zakat and donations by 66.4%. While the remaining 33.6% is explained by other exogenous variables outside of this study. Keywords: Brand Awareness, Trust, Decision to Distribute Zakat and Donations, Literacy ZIS

Based on the research in the first year high school students in Jakarta Google+ social networking technologies application is ready and accept the Google+ social networking technology but not to the use of a continuous basis. Therefore there is need for the development of the research is to use the model Unified Theory Of Acceptance And Use Of Technology (UTAUT). This study was conducted to evaluate the acceptance of the Google+ social network that has been done in the first phase of the study. Based on the results of the first phase of the research is still considered less acceptable social networking Google + as a learning medium high school students. The present study is expected to implement Google+ as a social network that can be used to accomplish more tasks. The method used for processing the data is to use the analysis technique of Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this study is the use of Google technology among high school students is strongly influenced by the condition of the supporting facilities for both girls and boys. If the environmental conditions and good supporting facilities, the interest of high school students to use technology Google+ will be even greater

Purpose This study aims to examine the linkages between port aesthetics, destination image, tourist satisfaction and tourist loyalty in Hong Kong. Design/methodology/approach To achieve this objective, the authors surveyed 247 tourists in Hong Kong. Using factor analysis and structural equation model (SEM) to identify the constructs of port aesthetics and analyze its relationship with destination image, tourist satisfaction and tourist loyalty. Findings Five-port aesthetics constructs were identified, namely, leisure and culture, design and cognition, atmosphere, recreational facilities and memory. The results of SEM revealed the following: port aesthetics positively influenced destination image; destination image positively influenced tourist satisfaction; and tourist satisfaction had a positive influence on tourist loyalty. This research also found that the indirect effect of port aesthetics on tourist loyalty via destination image and tourist satisfaction. Originality/value While the environmental qualities of a port could potentially affect destination image, tourist satisfaction and loyalty, this study developed and validated a measurement instrument of perceived port aesthetics from a tourist’s perspective. Specifically, this research proposed a structural model to explain the relationships between port aesthetics, destination image, tourist satisfaction and loyalty.
