Natural Park of Tangkuban Perahu Mountain is a tourists destination in the boundary city of Subang and West Bandung which has a very beautiful natural atmosphere. The Tourists mostly come from West Java, Jabodetabek, outside West Java even another country outside Indonesia. Therefore the authors do a pre-study on tourists revisit intention of Tangkuban Perahu which produce that tourists revisit intention is low. Implementing the customer experience be expected could be increase the revisit intention to Tangkuban Perahu. This type of research is descriptive and verification, the survey method used is the systematic random sampling technique, with a sample size of 100 respondents. Data analysis technique using the multiple regression techniques. These results shows there is a partial influence customer experience consisting of comfort, education, hedonic, novelty, safety and beauty to tourists revisit intention of Tangkuban Perahu. The beauty dimension of customer experience variable got the highest score and the intention to recommend in revisit intention got the highest score.

Abstract. This research aims to determine the factors that influence the growing interest in learning of students in Athira Makassar Islamic Elementary school in class 4.1. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive survey method. The population of the research was 74 fourth grade students of Athira Makassar Islamic Elementary school, consist of 4 classes, the sampling using simple random sampling technique, so that class 4.1 was chosen as a sample of 20 students. Data were analyzed using statistical data analysis technique which consisted of editing, data tabulated stages, then presented and then presented in table form and described descriptively. The result showed a percentage of learning method 14,41%, the geographical location of the school 12,56%, phisycal indikator 11,78%, learning models 11,74%, talent 9,18%, learning models 8,54%, indikator of needs 6,28%, social competence 5,97%, building indikator 5,77%, personality competence 5,43%, and pedagogic competence 5,30%. It was concluded that the learning method was the most influential factor in the growth of student`s interest in learning at Athira Makassar Islamic Elementary school grade 4.Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi tumbuhnya minat belajar siswa di SD Islam Athirah Makassar kelas 4.1. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei deskriptif.Populasi penelitian adalah keseluruhan siswa kelas 4 SD  Islam Athirah Baruga Makassar berjumlah 74 orang siswa yang terdiri dari empat kelas, penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling, sehingga terpilih kelas 4.1 sebagai sampel yang berjumlah 20 orang siswa. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data statistik yang terdiri dari tahap penyuntingan, input data, dan tahap tabulasi,selanjutnya dipersentasekan kemudian disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan dijabarkan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persentase metode pembelajaran 14,41%, letak geografis sekolah (12,56%), indikator fisik (11,78%), model pembelajaran (11,74%), bakat (9,18%), model pembelajaran (8,54%), indikator kebutuhan (6,28%), kompetensi sosial (5,97%), indikator bangunan (5,77%), kompetensi kepribadian (5,43%), dan kompetensi pedagogik (5,30%).Disimpulkan bahwa, metode pembelajaran adalah faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap tumbuhnya minat belajar siswa di SD Islam Athirah Makassar kelas 4.

The attraction of tourists to use the tour affecting travel services until they feel the satisfaction or dissatisfaction as a result of the products and services provided to tourists by a company providing travel services. This research was conducted with the aim to describe the attraction of the tour at the TJP Seratour, tourist satisfaction and the influence of the attraction of the tour to tourist satisfaction. The population in this study is the tourists who use the services of a travel in Seratour TJP 100 respondents. The method used is descriptive and verification with research time of less than one year (cross-sectional method). The sampling technique used is systematic random sampling. The data analysis technique used is the technique of multiple regression analysis. Hasi This study shows that the highest impact on the attraction of the tour is the variable sub lowest access and influence is convenience. Simultaneously te attraction of the tour to have a significant impact on tourist satisfaction, the same thing happens to the partial test, which occurred a significant influence between the attraction of the tour to tourist satisfaction.

This research is aimed to explore and find out the effect of military ethics and motivation on the national commitment of the soldiers of the Indonesian Army. The research is conducted on the soldiers in the rank of non-commissioned and enlisted soldiers at one of the Indonesian Army units in Jakarta. The data is collected with the survey method on the sample that comprises of 83 respondents which are taken with a simple random sampling technique. The data is analyzed quantitatively from an organizational behavior perspective with the Path Analysis technique utilizing SPSS 22 software. The test of normality and linearity of each regression between variables results in a normal distribution of residual and linearly related. The results of this research show that (1) military ethics has a positively direct effect on national commitment; (2) military ethics has a positively direct effect on motivation; (3) motivation has a positively direct effect on national commitment; (4) military ethics has an indirect effect on national commitment through motivation.

The purpose of this study was to obtain information about the role of academic supervision and interpersonal communication. research place at public elementary schools in the administrative city of South Jakarta. This study used a survey method with path analysis techniques and a causal quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 81 teachers who were taken using simple random sampling technique or simple random sampling and the teachers who were the object of the research were determined using the sample technique formula from Slovin. The data analysis technique was performed using descriptive and inferential statistics by first doing the prerequisite analysis, namely population normality and regression analysis. The findings from the study that academic supervision activities and smooth interpersonal communication play a major role in improving teacher performance. Professional teachers will be able to manage learning activities well and will be able to provide motivation to students so that the goals of learning will be achieved and produce students who excel in their respective fields.

This study aims to determine whether there is influence between the knowledge of the members of the cooperative and the quality of service to the participation of members of the all-round cooperative effort (KSU) Warga Sejahtera, village Cipinang, East Jakarta. This research was carried out for two months, starting from May 2010 to June 2011. The study population was the whole business cooperatives (KSU) Warga Sejahtera East Jakarta 355 members. The samples used were 84 members using systematic random sampling technique (systematic random sampling technique). The method used is survey method with the correlational approach, while the acquired data to the variables X1, X2 and Y derived from primary data with test instruments for variable X1 and instruments like questionnaire with Likert scale for X2 and Y which has been in testing the validity and reliability. Processing data using SPSS 17.0. Partially, the influence of knowledge about the cooperative members with the participation of members is 0.803. This means that the influence of the knowledge of the members of the cooperative with the participation of members is strong and positive values. A positive value means that if members of the cooperative knowledge increases, the participation of members will be increased, and vice versa. While the influence of the quality of services with the participation of members is equal to 0.271. This means that the influence of the quality of services with the participation of members is weak and positive values. A positive value means that if the quality of service increases, the participation of members will be increased, and vice versa. F-test knowledge of the influence of members of cooperatives and the quality of services to the participation of members obtained F count equal to 137.423 while the critical value of F or F table is at 3.11, the F count> F table, meaning that there are significant knowledge of the members of the cooperative and the quality of service to participation of members together. R² value obtained is equal to 0.772. This means that the variable knowledge of the members of the cooperative and the quality of service could explain the variability of 77.2% of the variable participation of members, while the rest influenced by other variables not examined. The multiple regression equation obtained was Y = 28.725 + 1,742X1 + 0,209X2. From the above analysis it can be said that simultaneously a significant difference between the knowledge of members of cooperatives and the quality of service to the citizens of member participation in KSU Sejahtera, Cipinang, East Jakarta.

This research aimed to investigate the effect of (1) personality, (2) motivation, (3) task performance of teachers in private elementary school subdistrict Kelapa Gading North Jakarta. Survey method with a quantitative-causal approach using Path Analysis Technique was used to in this research. This survey involving 84 teachers as a sample using simple random sampling technique by Slovin formula. The findings of this study indicated: first, there is a positive direct effect of personality toward task performance teachers in school. Second, there is a positive direct effect of motivation toward task performance teachers in school. Third, there is a positive direct effect of personality toward motivation teachers in school.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki efek dari (1) kepribadian, (2) motivasi, (3) tugas kinerja guru pribadi SD Kecamatan Kelapa Gading Jakarta Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif-kausal dengan teknik analisis jalur. Survei melibatkan 84 guru sebagai sampel yang menggunakan teknik sampel acak sederhana dengan rumus Slovin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: pertama, terdapat pengaruh langsung positif kepribadian terhadap kinerja tugas guru di sekolah. Kedua, terdapat pengaruh langsung positif motivasi terhadap kinerja tugas guru di sekolah. Ketiga, terdapat pengaruh langsung positif kepribadian terhadap motivasi guru di sekolah. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitude, awareness, finance, institutional networking and technology (PSiKKIT) factors and packaging innovation behavior among micro-food entrepreneurs. This study uses a Theory of Planned Behavior is appropriate to be applied in the marketing area and entrepreneurs behavior context. A total of 40 micro entrepreneurs on food under agency guidance in Selangor were selected as a sample through a systematic random sampling technique. The instruments of this study using questionnaires that have been validated by expert to evaluate and have good reliability. The data were analyzed statistically inference using Pearson’s correlating test and multiple linear regression techniques. The findings indicate that there is a significant high and positive linear relationship between institutional networking, attitude, awareness and packaging innovation behavior. On the other hand, knowledge, finance and technology indicate non-significant relationship. The findings of this study also reported that the combination of predictor variables PSiKKIT contributed significantly to the behavior of packaging innovation. In fact, the institutional networking as the dominant predictor factor contributes to the innovation behavior of packaging. The implications of this study have been that the factors of PSiKKIT and the behavior of packaging innovations have different influences. The study also suggested that guidance agencies should focus more on institutional networks, raising awareness, financial support and technology support to promote the practice of packaging innovation among micro-food entrepreneurs.

Abstract. Social media in marketing is useful as a medium for promoting brands, building preferences and increasing sales through various digital marketing techniques. Applecoast is a retail and e-commerce based fashion company. In its marketing activities, Applecoast does a variety of ways and one of them uses social media as one of its main promotional media. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The population is 11,900 Applecoast Instagram followers who live in the city of Bandung. A sample of 100 respondents were selected through the Systematic Random Sampling technique. Data collection techniques are done through questionnaires, interviews, and literature study. Data analysis techniques consisted of validity and reliability tests. The results showed that the application of social media marketing 4C (context, communication, collaboration, and connection) conducted by Applecoast had not been maximized. Based on the results of the study, the application of the context or use of language and message content is in the unfavorable category. The application of communication or the process of delivering information is quite well done. Implementation of collaboration or forms of collaboration are quite good. And the application of the connection or in maintaining relationships that have been established quite well done. The research method used is descriptive-quantitative because research is conducted to determine the existence of an independent variable, only on one variable. The population is collected through questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses quantitative analysis of interval assessments.   Abstrak. Media sosial dalam pemasaran berguna sebagai media untuk mempromosikan merek, membangun prefensi dan meningkatkan penjualan melalui berbagai macam teknik pemasaran digital. Applecoast merupakan salah satu perusahaan fashion berbasis retail dan e-commerce. Dalam Kegiatan pemasaranya, Applecoast melakukan berbagai cara dan salah satunya menggunakan media sosial sebagai salah satu media promosi utamanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Populasi berjumlah 117.00 followers instagram Applecoast yang berdomisili di Kota Bandung. Sample berjumlah 100 orang responden yang dipilih melalui teknik Systematic Random Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan sosial media marketing 4C(context, communication, collaboration, dan connection) yang dilakukan Applecoast belum maksimal. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian, penerapan context atau penggunaan bahasa dan isi pesan berada dalam dalam kategori kurang baik. Penerapan communication atau proses penyampaian informasi cukup baik dilakukan. Penerapan collaboration atau bentuk kerjasama yang dilakukan cukup baik. Dan penerapan connection atau dalam memelihara hubungan yang sudah terjalin cukup baik dilakukan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif-kuantitatif karena penelitian yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui keberadaan variabel mandiri, hanya pada satu variabel. Populasinya dengan teknik pengumpulan melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kuantitatif interval penilaian.

South Bandung is one of the districts in West Java province which offers nature tours and much in demand as a travel destination for people from various regions, especially during the weekend, one of which is the Hot Water Bathing Ciwalini-Ciwidey. Hot Water Bathing Ciwalini have contributed to the development of tourism Bandung regency, but in the year 2008 Bathing Water Heat Ciwalini traffic decreased by 2.2%. This is expected because of the level of brand equity Ciwalini Hot Water Bathing, because of declining traffic levels indicated in the brand equity Hot Water Bathing Ciwalini the less powerful. Therefore Ciwalini Hot Water Bathing should consider implementation of the sense in the experiential in order to improve brand equity Ciwalini Hot Water Bathing. In connection with these two research studies conducted on the influence of sense and feel of experiential marketing on brand equity Ciwalini Hot Water Baths. Problem studied is how the response to visitors on the implementation sense, how the responses regarding the implementation of visitor feel, how visitors respond to the brand equity Hot Water Bathing Ciwalini how the influence of a sense of brand equity Hot Water Bathing Ciwalini how the influence of a sense of brand equity Ciwalini Hot Water Bathing. As the population in this study are visitor Hot Water Bathing Ciwalini-Ciwidey Kab. Bandung. The sampling technique is a systematic random sampling. The method used was survey explanatory. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Analysis technique used is the regresion analysis. Hypothesis testing results indicate that the sense of the experiential marketing significant influence on brand equity Ciwalini Hot Water Baths.

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of stress and job satisfaction toward the Authorities of Education, Youth and Sport of Bukittinggi, West Sumatera Employee’s absenteeism. The research was conducted by using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of this research is 103 personnel. Research samples selected as much as 82 personnel using simple random sampling technique. The data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed by using path analysis techniques. Based on the results of the data analysis in this research it is concluded: (1) stress has direct positive effect to absenteeism; (2) job satisfaction has direct negative effect to absenteeism; (3) stress has negative effect to job satisfaction
