The on-off pressure mechanism has an important function to the printing press, the quality of which concerns the working performance of the printing machine and the quality of printed products directly. In this paper, the pneumatic on-off pressure mechanism is discussed; the work demand of order on-off pressure is analyzed. In addition, the three-dimensional digital model and the kinematic analysis process can be achieved on the basis of ADAMS software. What’s more, the on pressure value in the process of on pressure is derived from the kinematic analysis. Lastly, the relation between the motion of on-off pressure mechanism and cylinder’s angular displacement is analyzed, an important basis to the on-off pressure mechanism’s optimal design will be provided.

The Titan_Illumina_PE workflow is a part of the Public Health Viral Genomics Titan series for SARS-CoV-2 genomic characterization. Titan_Illumina_PE was written specifically to process Illumina paired-end (PE) read data. Input reads are assumed to be the product of sequencing tiled PCR-amplicons designed for the SARS-CoV-2 genome. The most common read data analyzed by the Titan_Illumina_PE workflow are generated with the ARTIC V3 protocol. However, alternative primer schemes such as the QIAseq Primer Panel are also suitable for this workflow. The primer sequence coordinates of the PCR scheme utilized must be provided in BED format along with the raw Illumina read data. Upon initiating a Titan_Illumina_PE job, the input primer scheme coordinates and raw paired-end Illumina read data provided for each sample will be processed to perform consensus genome assembly, infer the quality of both raw read data and the generated consensus genome, and assign lineage or clade designations as outlined in the Titan_Illumina_PE data workflow diagram below. The purpose of this research is to understand the quality of the interaction between operational strategic factors in the manufacturing firms. Given the multiplicity of strategies in the area of operational strategy, to implement or design the strategy, companies need to know the most important and influential strategic factors in the organization. In this study, nine important strategies are selected from the operation field and entered the analysis process to study their interaction type with each other. Research method is the use of SSM approach that is considered as cognitive mapping construction towards the problem. In addition, nine operations strategy factors were classified into four levels using reachability matrix (R) and the quality of the interaction among the elements with each other was identified. The results achieved in the research introduce the most effective and dependent strategic elements of an organization in the area of operations and the most important operational strategies for manufacturing companies.

Introduction. Functional foods help to improve the diet, maintain health, and prolong active longevity. Therefore, food science constantly develops new formulations of functional products. Caramel can hardly be called healthy food as it possesses low nutritional and high energy value. Moreover, caramel contains easily digested sugars but no physiologically functional ingredients, e.g. vitamins, minerals, etc. In order to increase the nutritional value of caramel, we fortified the traditional formulation with ascorbic acid and Valetek-3 vitamin premix. Study objets and methods. The research featured laboratory and pilot samples of caramel. The quality indicators of the finished product were determined according to the industry standards. Results and discussion. The research provided advanced formulations and technology for the development of the new functional caramel fortified with ascorbic acid and a vitamin complex. A set of experiments resulted in a nomenclature of regulated quality indicators and functional properties. The changes in the quality of the caramel during storage made it possible to define the shelf-life of the product. Conclusion. The research defined the optimal formulation for the new kind of functional caramel and determined its quality indicators. The present article introduces a list of quality standards for caramel fortified with vitamin C (ascorbic acid) and Vitalek-3 vitamin premix, as well as the indicators of its functional properties. The research provided the new functional food with the regulatory and technical documentation necessary for its mass production.

This research is entitled: "Application of the Quantum Hijaiyah Method in Improving the Ability to Read the Koran of the Muslim Community in West Kalimantan”. The purpose of this study is to guide the convert community (muallaf) to be able to read the Qur'an properly and correctly, equipping them with the ability to practice one of the teachings of Islam, namely to read the holy verses of the Qur'an in order to increase the spirit of converts in practicing Islamic teachings.The object of this research is the Muslim convert community (muallaf) in Senyabang Village, Sanggau District and the Muslim Community in Menjalin Village, Menjalin District, Landak Regency. This qualitative research model targets the social community as an active part of the research process, in order to increase the effectiveness of the data collection and analysis process to produce a recommendation that is truly beneficial for the improvement of the quality of their social life. The community-based research approach is more suitable if it uses an action research model, as applied research that requires dynamic and clinical trials. The results of the study were in the form of application a method of learning the Qur'an in an easier time with the Quantum Hijaiyah method. The training and development participants showed an increase in the mastery of reading hijaiyah letters and verses of the Qur'an during 19 hours of effective learning starting from pre-test, training and post-test activities. Increasing the reading ability of participants is proven by the results of tests and testimonials or acknowledgment from each participant who acknowledges the changes and improvement in the quality of reading the verses of the Qur'an.

In recent years, teachers have started to integrate augmented reality (AR) technology as a potential learning tool into classroom activities. The main concern is the quality of the existing applications rather than brand-newness. Therefore, this chapter focuses on the components of a good educational AR application based on the experiences of teachers and to examine the current situation on the integration of AR to learning environments. Qualitative methodology was used in this study. The sample consisted of 24 teachers working in public schools in Turkey. The data were collected via semi-structured interviews and analyzed through the thematic analysis. The results showed that the components of a good AR application in education were gathered under four main themes: “analysis process,” “design process,” “teaching-learning process,” and “evaluation components.” Implications for the design and use of the AR applications in educational settings were also included in the study.

This work presents a monitoring system for the environmental conditions of rose flower-cultivation in greenhouses. Its main objective is to improve the quality of the crops while regulating the production time. To this end, a system consisting of autonomous quadruped vehicles connected with a wireless sensor network (WSN) is developed, which supports the decision-making on type of action to be carried out in a greenhouse to maintain the appropriate environmental conditions for rose cultivation. A data analysis process was carried out, aimed at designing an in-situ intelligent system able to make proper decisions regarding the cultivation process. This process involves stages for balancing data, prototype selection, and supervised classification. The proposed system produces a significant reduction of data in the training set obtained by the WSN while reaching a high classification performance in real conditions—amounting to 90% and 97.5%, respectively. As a remarkable outcome, it is also provided an approach to ensure correct planning and selection of routes for the autonomous vehicle through the global positioning system.

Pemuteran has tourism potential and stunning natural beauty. Pemuteran village communities have not been involved in tourism activities resulting maximum untapped tourist potential to the maximum, limited opportunity society are involved in tourism development, and creativity in tourism in the village. This research is objective to maximize the role of the community in various aspects of tourism development. The development of tourism is expected to: (1) empowering local communities; (2) diversification of rural tourism products; (3) demonstration model to develop green tourism; (4) produce a tourism product of high quality and competitiveness; (5) the development of a more responsible and sustainable tourism. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature studies, and technical documentation. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis of IFAS, EFAS, and SWOT. The strategy resulted in the development of green tourism as an effort to increase community empowerment in economic activity in the village of Pemuteran is green tourism marketing strategy; Strategy creation and development of green tourism products; Strategy commitment and development of community-based tourism development in North Bali; The strategy for improving the quality of human resources through the mastery of information technology and entrepreneurship; Waste management strategy together and independently; Infrastructure development strategy based tourism green tourism; Strategy green tourism travel packages in Buleleng. Advice can be given is the importance of the commitment in the development of tourism development in North Bali-based green tourism; the need for management of solid waste management; the need for the identification and development of a tourist attraction; importance of improving the quality of human resources that are highly competitive; the importance of increasing public participation in the planning, implementation and monitoring of tourism development in the region.

The appearance of pores when welding titanium has been extensively studied by domestic and foreign researchers, but there has been no consensus on the causes and conditions of pore formation to date. An overview of advances in the studies of pore formation showed that the problem of formation of the macropores, reaching 0.1 mm was investigated by A.A. Erokhin, V.V. Frolov, G.D. Nikiforov, S.M. Gurevich, V.N. Locks, V.I. Muravyev, B.I. Dolotov, P.V. Bakhmatov et al. The advent of modern x-ray machines in the technological control of permanent joints made by electron beam welding has enabled researchers to detect a specific defect — the so-called dark bands, which make it difficult to assess the quality of permanent connections due to the absence of this defect in the normative and technical documentation. Determining the causes of specific defects and their effect on the properties of titanium alloy structures made by electron beam welding is an important task. This paper presents the results of studies investigating the effect of specific defects of electron beam welding of titanium alloys VT20, VT23 on the nature of destruction under static and dynamic loads and changes in the mechanical properties of the welded joints. It is established that specific defects occurred during electron beam welding have a significant impact on the strength properties of welded joints, as well as on the stages of their destruction. It is determined that the presence of such welding defects as lack of penetration, residual stresses and pores in the fusion zone, expulsion without bonding, etc. contribute to the formation of sub-micropores that lead to brittle destruction of welded joints. The presence of specific defects in permanent joints made by electron beam welding leads to decreased strength properties and to nearly complete absence of such characteristics as elongation and contraction. It is established that heat treatment improves the quality of welded joints.

This paper will provide an overview of the philosophical premises, the generation of research questions, data collection and analysis process, potential ethical issues, and quality of inference of living theory action research methodology. Based on the ontological value that everyone has knowledge within themselves, living theory action research considers knowledge to be the creation from evaluation and reflection as part of actions to improve educational practices. This paper suggests a way to move ahead with living theory action research by shedding light on the significance of multimedia use and the role of educational influence in its methodology to communicate the meanings of expression of embodied values and for the validation process. This paper aims to help emerging educational action researchers understand living theory action research as an innovative methodology to address the gap between values and practical implementation for action researchers.
