Purpose. The purpose of the article is to study the state of gastronomic tourism of Transcarpathia and outline ways of its further development. Method. The research methodology consisted of collecting actual data, as well as synthesizing and analyzing the collected statistical material, studying the scientific and practical developments of domestic and foreign experts in the field of gastronomic tourism. Results The current state of gastronomic tourism in Transcarpathia is highlighted and the ways of its further development are outlined, features of national cuisines of the region are described, the list of main gastronomic tours and festivals of Transcarpathia is described. Scientific novelty. Selected some objects of gastronomic tourism, which are popular in the region, but not included in the programs of tours, festivals, holidays. Practical significance. It is recommended to expand the geography of gastronomic routes at the expense of mountainous regions of the region, and in order to diversify the content of gastronomic tours, to enrich their attraction, animation services.

The purpose of research - revealing of features of development of an educational complex of the Mykolaiv area and the substantiation of the main directions of its perspective development. The research methodology includes a system of methods: monographic, systematic approach, abstraction, mathematical, statistical, structural-functional, cartographic. Research results. The essence of the educational complex of the region is revealed, its structure, meaning and functions are revealed. Factors of formation of an educational complex of the Mykolaiv area are revealed. Features of development and location of educational institutions are shown. Education by degree is characterized. Identified features of education levels: preschool, general, professional, fundamental professional. The estimation of the territorial organization of an educational complex of the Mykolaiv area is given. Perspective directions of further development of the educational complex of the Mykolaiv area are substantiated. The scientific novelty of the work is the disclosure of the mechanism of formation of the educational complex of the region, the problems of its development and the directions of improvement of the territorial organization. The purpose of the article is to substantiate new measures of financial control over the development of united territorial communities. The article examines the relevance of the introduction of a system of financial control over the development of united territorial communities in Ukraine. The authors prove that the main goal of proper financial control of the further development of the united territorial communities in Ukraine was actualized for the three reasons: rational distribution and efficient use of financial resources; ensuring the upward dynamics and territories’ sustainable development. The features, goals, and objectives of financial control of the development of territorial communities are outlined. The essence of the concept of financial control of the development of territorial communities is specified. The results of the analysis of several indicators of financial development of the united territorial communities in Lviv region are given and the conclusion about the disproportions of financial support of community development is systematized. The author's methodological approach to the analysis of the integral coefficient of financial capacity of territorial communities of the region is developed. The analysis of the state of financial capacity of the united territorial communities in Lviv region is carried out. The scientific novelty of the research lies in substantiating the author's methodological approaches to grouping and comparative analysis of united territorial communities based on indicators of income and expenditure, grants and subventions from the state budget, which allowed to identify the level of financial capacity and assess the effectiveness of the use of financial resources in each united territorial community in Lviv region. The practical significance of the research is that the implementation of the results of the financial capacity analysis can be used as informative and analytical measures of financial control over the development of local communities. Other perspective guidelines concerning measures of improvement of financial control in the processes of social and economic development of communities are outlined.

The article is aimed at researching the current state of the leasing services market in Ukraine, identifying problems and prospects for its further development. It is defined that leasing is a very promising direction of economic activity, which facilitates the improvement of financial conditions in the country. The article considers the peculiarities of foreign experience in leasing activities and the functioning of the global leasing market. The indicators on the state and development of financial companies and lessors in Ukraine are analyzed, which leads to a conclusion about their positive dynamics. It is determined that today the level of leasing use in Ukraine remains low and is in the process of development, so it requires detailed consideration and analysis. The advantages of financial leasing as an investment instrument, as well as problems and obstacles that slow down the development of leasing activities in Ukraine are presented. Given that leasing activity in Ukraine is under development, there are many urgent problems, which include: imperfection of Ukrainian legislation; the unformedness at the national level of leasing development policy; stiff system of taxation of leasing operations; low demand for domestic goods; low solvency of all categories of consumers; poorly developed subleasing; non-compliance with international standards; low financial stability of lessors; dependence of leasing companies on credit funds from banks; vague regulation on the part of the State, etc. Methods of problem solving are provided that will contribute to improving the functioning of leasing activities and stimulating its development. It is defined that in order to use financial leasing as an innovative instrument for modernizing the country's economy, provision of the State support is necessary.

Aim: The purpose of the article: To analyze the current state of the transport network development, the index of transport communication, the dynamics of the number of users of mobile communication services, on the example of Kyivstar Company in Ivano-Frankivsk region. Determine the role of transport and mobile networks in promoting and enhancing the development of tourism on the basis of multifunctionality, mutual permeability and complementarity of various elements of socio-economic systems. Methods – the study of communicative and its role in the development of tourism on the example of the Ivano-Frankivsk region is based on the combination of methods of sectoral and territorial analysis. In particular, a systematic approach is used for the study using comparative methods, statistical analysis, analytical analysis, etc. This methodology includes an analysis of the conditions and factors of tourism development within the administrative unit of Ukraine based on statistical data of indicators (types of vehicles and connections, number of arrivals / departures of passengers, directions of tourist flows from / to Ivano-Frankivsk region, etc.). Results – the article analyzes the impact of transport and mobile networks on the development of the tourism industry, for example, Ivano-Frankivsk region. The emphasis is placed on the index of transport communicativeness of the Ivano-Frankivsk region. The analysis of migration monitoring with the help of Kyivstar telecommunication operator was carried out, namely: citizens' migration in Ivano-Frankivsk, duration of their stay, geography of their arrivals. In comparison with the statistical indicators of the state of tourism development, external (country) and internal (oblast) donors of tourists are determined. The influence of communicativeness on the current state of the tourism industry is substantiated. Scientific novelty – for the first time, on the basis of sectoral-territorial analysis the state of development of the tourism industry through the prism of transport and mobile networks has been analyzed. The results of the research may form the basis for writing course papers, theses, preparation of lecture-practical material, monitoring of the national tourism market. Practical significance – materials of the publication, conclusions can be used during the educational process, preparing training for the national tourism industry, the practical activities of tour companies, to popularize the western region of Ukraine, on the example of Ivano-Frankivsk region on the external and internal tourist markets.

The article considers the specific features of public services delivery in the Republic of Kazakhstan and other countries where public services are provided with the involvement of different models of electronic government. Today, state provision of public services to citizens is becoming one of the most important spheres of the functioning of government authorities. The notion of public services has become an object of focused scientific research relatively recently in the Republic of Kazakhstan, while in developed countries, the relationship between the state and society, where the state is viewed as a service provider, developed in the 1980–1990s. The aim of this paper is to analyze the current state of the sphere of public services provided to the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan and to study international experience in this area. The authors view public services delivery as a process of information interaction between the state and society, which, at the current stage of IT development, is increasingly taking an electronic form. The authors explore historical and theoretical prerequisites for the creation of the modern system of public services, the current state of the corresponding organizational and legal framework in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and international experience of development and implementation of successful patterns of public services delivery. Besides, the authors study the specific features of legal regulation pertaining to handing public services over to a competitive environment. The article assesses the possibilities of further use of advanced technologies to address the tasks for which this important element of government control has been developed. The results obtained by the authors consist in the validation of the conclusions about the assessment of the public services sphere and its organizational and legal grounds, as well as the potential for its further development. The paper includes several suggestions for improvement of the organizational and legal framework of public services delivery. The novelty of this article consists in the fact that the authors suggest ways of further development of the interaction between the state and society based on thorough analysis of world practices of public services delivery

The purpose of the article is to form a methodology of scientific research in the system of financial and economic security. Methodology. The scientific works of scientists in the study of financial and economic security are the theoretical and methodological basis of the study. To achieve the study’s purpose, the following research methods were used: theoretical generalization – the essence and main components of the system of financial and economic security; methods of positive and normative analysis – to make recommendations on the methodology of scientific research in the system of financial and economic security. Results. Research in the financial and economic security system has been proven to be carried out in five areas. Among the areas of research of the system of financial and economic security are dangerous processes and phenomena occurring in the world economy that can negatively affect the economic security of Ukraine; the level of stability, protection of interests, and opportunities of the national economy to counteract the negative impact of the crisis of the world economy; the state of economic security of Ukraine and trends in the development of adverse factors in the national economy and the formation of mechanisms to counter them; the state of economic security of economic entities, external and internal factors of dangers and threats to economic security; features of the organization of the system of economic security of enterprises, the activities of the subjects of its provision and their use of techniques and technologies that make it possible to ensure economic security. The basic principles of research methodology in the system of financial and economic security have been provided. The principles of research methodology in the system of financial and economic security include the principle of conformity (responsible for building a system of definitions of basic concepts, axioms based on these definitions, theorems of the theory of economic security); the principle of additionality (allows the establishment of the place of the theory of economic security in the structure of economic science); the principle of hierarchical goals (ensuring the security of the upper level of the economic system is a condition for ensuring the economic security of the lower level of the economic system); the principle of relative independence of horizontal goals, methodological consistency, spatial consistency. Indicative, resource-functional, and program-target have been proven to be among the methodological approaches to the study of the system of financial and economic security. Practical significance. The methodology of scientific research in the system of financial and economic security, which can be used by applicants and scientific and pedagogical workers of higher education, is provided. Prospects for further research. Selection of the optimal methodology of scientific research in the formation of the system of financial and economic security.

The aim of the study. The purpose of the article is to analyze the current state and trends in the marketing activities of enterprises of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine. Methodology. In the study of the state and trends of marketing activities of agricultural enterprises of Ukraine used a graphical method and systematic analysis; in the study of the impact of threats on the state of marketing activities of agricultural enterprises in Ukraine - the causal method and the method of scientific generalization - in forming the conclusions of the study. Results. The results of the study were summarized with the help of SWOT-analysis, which allowed to systematize the tools for marketing activities of agricultural enterprises. Thus, the results of the evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing policy of agricultural enterprises, according to the respondents, confirmed the importance of marketing policy to ensure their economic security. According to the results of the study, the development trends of agricultural enterprises are analyzed, the effectiveness of the marketing policy of agricultural enterprises is diagnosed, the main factors influencing the state of economic security of agricultural enterprises are assessed. The practical significance of the study is that the main conclusions and suggestions can be used by domestic enterprises to form an effective management system for marketing activities of agricultural enterprises. Prospects for further research. It is determined that in the long run for agricultural enterprises in developing marketing policy as a tool for economic security and for making sound management decisions and in the interests of consumers of agricultural products in the region it is necessary to form strategic and tactical goals based on the proposed tools

Determining the current state of the insurance market in Ukraine and identifying promising areas for its development. Analysis of the current state of the insurance market is based on methods of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction. The study of prospects for the development of the insurance services market is based on the methodology of scientific abstraction. The current state of the insurance market is taken into consideration and the dynamics of its development are analyzed. It was found that the current state of the domestic insurance market in its institutional and functional characteristics does not fully meet the trends of the global insurance market. It is substantiated that the functioning of a powerful market of insurance services is an important source of accumulation of funds for their further investment in the state economy. Emphasis is placed on systematizing the function of the insurance services market. The analysis of the main indicators of the insurance services market is carried out. It is established that the indicators of the insurance services market development are insufficient and do not meet the needs of the national economy. The reasons for the decrease in the number of insurance companies in the insurance services market of Ukraine are revealed. insurance companies with foreign capital. It is determined that the reasons for the low level of insurance propagation are the low level of public confidence in insurance companies, lack of awareness of Ukrainians in the insurance sector, and their low capital. The result of the analysis of the state of the insurance services market for 2014-2019 indicates that in general its unsatisfactory condition, which is confirmed by low values of indicators. Reduced number of insurance companies operating in the insurance market, the lack of a unified state strategy for the development of the insurance market in the country, the instability of the economic situation in the country and low confidence in insurers among the population negatively affect the development of the insurance market in Ukraine. The main problems of the insurance services market of Ukraine and prospects of its development were determined. The need to develop an effective and comprehensive strategy at the state level for the development of the national market of insurance services and suggested ways to solve the problems of the modern market of insurance services in Ukraine. In the light of globalization processes at the present stage of development of the Ukrainian economy, domestic enterprises of the machine-building industry faced the problem of increasing their competitiveness in the world market, which in turn contributed to the Activation of their innovative activities. The need of implement measures to increase the level of investment attractiveness of Ukrainian enterprises, determines the feasibility of the analysis of the current state of the machine-building industry. The aim of study is to investigate the role of machine-building industry production in total industrial complex, the research status, the challenges and to identify priorities for further development of engineering in Ukraine that are taking into account the requirements of the Modern market.  Research object. The object of the research is the machine-building industry of Ukraine and its condition in the conditions of world globalization. Methods. Research methods that were used in the process of writing the article - providing for the application of General scientific and empirical approaches to economic science – were based on a systematic approach. The appliance of the dialectical method allows us to highlight the features of modern innovation processes, furthermore, to explore the problems of creating an investment-attractive environment in the machine-building industry of Ukraine.  The traditional method is applied in the study of previous experience chronology of events and facts in the development of the economy of Ukraine.  General scientific systematical and logical methods were also used to obtain research conclusions.  The basis of the information in this paper is on the researches consisted of monographs, scientific articles of domestic, foreign articles, legal activities of the enterprises and data of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine. The hypothesis of the study. Continuous monitoring of the current state of machine building in Ukraine and implementation of the results of its practical analysis will improve the investment attractiveness of the industry.  Presentation of the main material. In this scientific article the role of mechanical Engineering as the leading industry of economy of Ukraine is investigated.  Based on statistical data, the dynamics of the main indicators of development of the machine-building industry of Ukraine for 2010-2018 was analyzed. Significant problems of the studied area are Identified, priorities for further development are determined.  The originality and practical significance of this study is to investigate deeply the main problems of investment attractiveness of the engineering industry.  also this study’s main provisions can serve as a scientific basis for the development of machine-building enterprises, in the context of the study of the problems of increasing the investment attractiveness of the industry.  Conclusions of the study. Since Mechanical Engineering is one of the leading industries, it is an indicator of the technical level of the country.  Lack of financial resources at the enterprises through problems such as low speed potential restoration of production in industry were solved. This leaded to braking of the General development of mechanical engineering of Ukraine.  In challenging situations of financial and economic activity, the enterprises of the machine-building industry need support from the State, in particular that needs a part of tax incentives for large-scale projects to modernize production facilities and Provide domestic producers with state orders.  According to the results of the conducted research it can be argued that the main stimulus for the realization of the industry’s potential is the lack of material resources.  Therefore, the solution for problems of increasing the investment attractiveness of industry will insure the further development of machine-building complex of Ukraine.
