The purpose of this study was to reveal the essence, factors and economic mechanism of development of integration and cooperation and their role in the effective activity of entrepreneurship formation in the agrarian sphere of economy. The economic essence of integrated and cooperative entities and the interdependence of these categories are determined. The essence of integrated structures is substantiated, the concept of integrated structure and cooperative is clarified. The development of integration processes ensures the efficiency of the agrarian economy. In the last period, the integration of integrated structures based on the joint activity of legally independent economic entities aimed at the competitiveness of producers due to the effect of scale and closed cycle has become widespread. Justifying their efforts on the basis of corporatization, integration, cooperation and clustering, business entities achieve the best results of production activity. Agricultural cooperatives may be members of large-scale agro-industrial associations. A proposal for the characterization of integration and cooperative formations through the establishment of inter-economic links using cluster form mechanisms has been developed. It is revealed that further development will be gained by the product organizations of the local structure of mainly organizational and legal forms of simple societies and unions. Instead, simple societies can be seen as a first step towards establishing agricultural service cooperatives. It is proved that cooperation and integration of interested economic entities create an economic base for sustainable development not only of the material and technical potential of the associations, but also of all socio-economic infrastructure where the interests of the state and producers and consumers of products are realized while guaranteeing the state stable socio-economic relations.

According to the results of the study, the following main legal forms of control and supervision over the preservation and effective use of state property by participants in economic relations are identified: a) control by authorized bodies over compliance with the contract concluded with the head of the state enterprise; head of the preservation and effective use of state property; b) control by the State Property Fund of Ukraine over the use of leased integral property complexes of state enterprises and leased state property; c) accounting and financial reporting of business entities, as well as control and supervision over their condition and reliability; d) audit of financial statements; e) state financial audit; f) internal control and internal audit in the budget process. It is noted that the current legislation does not make a clear distinction between the functions of control and supervision, especially in cases where it concerns the powers of authorized public authorities, which in accordance with Part 2 of Art. 19 of the Constitution of Ukraine are obliged to act only on the basis, within the powers and in the manner prescribed by the Constitution and laws of Ukraine.

It is noted that in modern conditions of instability, contradictions of reformation processes one of the most important tasks of economic science and practice is the development and implementation of an integral part of economic security – security system of enterprises and organizations, which must be represented by a set of organizational, legal, socio-economic, and managerial decisions that provide effective protection against external and internal threats and promote progressive development in the interests of the national economy. The formation of a market economy has objectively put the vast majority of domestic enterprises and organizations in front of the need to create a system of economic security that can reduce the level of threats to activities in key financial and economic areas. The purpose of the article is to study the methodological views on the essence of economic security and methods of its assessment, as well as to develop a model of integrated assessment of the level of the enterprise economic security. The methodological basis of the study are the scientific works of the classics of economics, works and publications of leading scientists and specialists who study the economic security of economic entities, combining theoretical and scientific methods: analysis, synthesis, theoretical and logical generalization. The analysis of approaches to the interpretation of the "economic security" concept is carried out and it is determined that the studied definition is multifaceted and complex and includes: the state of protection from unwanted changes (threats); efficient use of resources to prevent threats; system and the presence of competitive advantages that allow to achieve the main goals of the enterprise; the ability to reproduce and ensure the viability of the firm regardless of the instability of the external and internal environment; creating conditions and ensuring sustainable operation, progressive scientific, technical and social development, ensuring financial and commercial success. Based on a systematic approach, a model of integrated assessment of the level of the enterprise economic security is suggested, which allows to assess not only the state of the object of study, but also the development trend. For the methodical formation of an objective assessment of the integrated level of the enterprise economic security, the necessity of using a system of indicators for production and sales, personnel, technical and technological, financial component is substantiated. Based on the suggested model, the current and forecast level of economic security of such enterprises as PJSC "Hartron", PJSC "Datagroup", PJSC "Kyiv Radio Plant" was determined. Prospects for further research are the approbation of the model for business entities of different industries, different organizational and legal forms of ownership in order to identify the features of the assessment and refinement of the model.

The article examines the concept, prehistory and modern practice of cartelization of the Russian economy. The key factors of the growth of cartelization are highlighted, the main approaches to modernization of the modern state policy on decartelization of the Russian economy are formulated. The intensive control over tenders by the antimonopoly bodies, Federal Treasury, Accounting Chamber and Government customers made it possible not only to reveal a large-scale practice of artificial bidding prices regulation using cartel schemes but also to reveal signs of a system of organized abuse in the field of public procurement, among which the cartel is not the most dangerous crime. Currently, the decisions on admissibility of business entities agreements in main areas of market relations should be taken in terms of facilitating the transition to an innovative digital economy, overcoming the general economic crisis, reinforced by the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, as well as of maintaining a balance between transnational economic relations and protectionism of national jurisdictions. The most promising direction for the formation of common approaches to countering cartelization of digital economy might be an initiation of the development within the framework of UNCITRAL (UN Commission on International Trade Law) of a model law of the appropriate content, which refers to the form of "soft law", as well as of similar EAEU model law.

The article deals with the study of the issue of cooperative and integration relations developmentin pig production industry. It was proved that integration, as well as cooperation, reflect basically the same process - production and economic cooperation of economic entities engaged in different types of production and economic activities. However, they are parts of the technological process aimed to improve the efficiency of final production or worksperformance and servicesprovision. It was found out that setting the conditions for effective development of pig farming in domestic agricultural enterprises requires strengthening the development of integration and cooperation on the basis of long-term partnerships for small, medium and large agricultural enterprises - pig products manufacturers. It is obvious that small farms with a pig population of up to 50 heads must intensify the process of cooperatives establishmentand cooperativesfunctioning improvement in order to increase the efficiency of pig production and ensure product competitiveness, especially in the domestic market. These farms need to be involved in competitive pork supply chains based on the organization of slaughterhouses, transportation process, products preparation for sale, use of local brands, pork processing based on regional traditions, organization of modern forms of wholesale and retail trade. The analysis of tendencies and features of development of cooperation in agriculture based on surveys involving heads and leading experts of the pig meat production as well as generalizations of researchresults of the Ukrainian scientists give the grounds to recommend certain models of production cooperation in pig breeding. These include establishing agricultural production cooperatives (APC) on the basis of highly marketable personal peasant farmsrising three pigs and more and owning over 1 hectare of landarea within one settlement. Cooperation can be used to unite land plots owned by APCs into a single array for the purpose of their mechanized cultivation and growing agricultural crops for pig feed. It also providesestablishing highly concentrated agricultural production cooperatives on the basis of unprofitable farms of the corporate sector of other organizational and legal forms of management with a clear division of specialized structural units operating on the basis of internal settlement. Thus, the development of integration processes has become of strategic importance, primarilydue to the need to stabilize the production process of pig products in agricultural enterprises, to restore broken industrial and economic relationships, parity of all industries and economic entitiesinterests. Pig producers are participants in integration processes and they aim to reduce the productionassociated risk, its dependence on climatic conditions, the spontaneity of the pig and feed productsmarket, the need to increase the productioncompetitiveness. Processing companies also seek to focus on obtaining stable incomes, which requires сreating a reliable raw material base and beingthe marketsparticipants. It was proved that incorporation of a large number of structural units with commodity relationsis the common feature of agricultural production cooperatives and vertically integrated structures. However, the difference between these organizational and legal formsis worth pointing noting - structural units of agricultural holdings are mostly legal entities while agricultural cooperatives do not have such a status. However, both of the above-mentioned organizational and legal forms of settlement use the cost component, i.e.transfer prices, which are similar to domestic onesin their economic nature. Therefore, the proposed approaches to the introduction of transfer pricing can be used both in agricultural production cooperatives and in vertically integrated structures. Key words: integration, cooperation, agricultural cooperatives, agroholdings, pig breeding, production, sales.

The article is aimed at generalizing the essential content of the concept of «remote employment» in the context of components that form it, analyzing the main factors of influence on these components, determining trends and features of development and spread of remote employment in coronavirus crisis. Analyzing and summarizing the scientific works of many scholars and practitioners, the sequence of development and implementation of the novel alternative forms of employment is researched. The tendency to change their essential content is defined as being dependent on the development and introduction of modern technologies. The main factors influencing the possibility of transferring novel forms of employment into a virtual mode are analyzed. The main advantages and disadvantages of spread of remote employment in lockdown conditions are allocated and analyzed. It is specified that a significant part of them can be formulated as follows: the first ones – as an advance that needs to be shared; the second ones – as problems to be solved. Doing this is quite feasible and necessary in order to develop the appropriate policy. As a result of the research, the main obstacles to the development of remote employment are identified, which include a large-scale downturn in the economic attitudes of business entities and the growth of social tension. It is reasoned that under such conditions, the strong-willed orders on the part of government can only worsen the existing situation. It is proved that only strengthening the partnership between the State, business and civil society on the basis of restoring mutual trust of all economic actors will provide an opportunity to develop a deliberate policy of recovery, part of which is the large-scale proliferation of remote labor. Remote labor will become not only a mechanism for overcoming coronavirus crisis, but also a mechanism for large-scale renewal of Ukraine’s economy on the basis of the use of the latest technologies. Prospects for further research in this direction are the creation and adapting of novel forms of remote labor, their formalization, institutional and legal support, the construction of new models of full-fledged social partnership between the State, business and civil society in the sphere of labor and employment, etc.

The subjects of legal relations in the said sphere are agricultural enterprises of various organizational and legal forms (farms, agricultural cooperatives, agricultural joint-stock companies, agricultural limited liability companies, agricultural private enterprises, etc.), as well as those providing agricultural production and production. products (enterprises in the field of information, logistical and logistical support. On March 14, 2020, the government of the Republic of Indonesia announced the Covid-19 pandemic as a National Disaster. The whole community was asked to stay at home or work from home. This situation caused the daily activities of the community and government from school, work, trade, and others to become ineffective and delayed. This also affects all national and global corporate activities. Many business entities are disrupted due to the Large-Scale Social Limitation policy, so the company or a person cannot keep their promises as made in the previous agreement. This study examines whether Pandemic Covid-19 can be used as a reason for a person or a company to postpone the performance of achievements because it is considered as an overmacht, and how the legal force. This is a qualitative-library research using a juridical-normative approach. The results showed that overmacht is equated with the term force majeure meaning the state of force, in this case the debtor cannot be held accountable, because the situation occurs outside his control and not because of an element of negligence. The state of overmacht is regulated in the provisions of Article 1244 and Article 1245 of the Civil Code. The Covid-19 pandemic is considered as a forced condition, including the overmacht category, so that it can be used as an excuse for debtors to postpone or not carry out performance according to the agreement, provided that the debtor is able to provide reasons that the failure to fulfill the agreement is not because of them, but because something cannot be predictable, and inevitable.

The aim of the article is to determine the characteristics of management of spa facilities. The urgency of this problem stems from the fact that over the past quarter-century historical period of market relations the potential of the spa treatment, rehabilitation and recreation in Russia decreased in four times. To a certain extent this is due to the lack of entrepreneurial activities. It is proved that every enterprise of the sanatorium sphere should operate two separate, but organically interrelated management tools: a) the mechanism for managing the treatment, which is impossible without the second tool; b) a mechanism for business, creating conditions for effective treatment and rest. We consider that the results of spa businesses are two products: the first - in the form of creating conditions for rest and treatment. This product is sold in the form of vouchers, the value of which compensates for the cost of the enterprise to carry out treatment, and creating conditions for rest and allow a profit. Consumers of spa services as a result of rehabilitation and treatment restore and are involved in the manufacture of a product of society, therefore, the result of the treatment can be expressed in the form of a certain percentage of growth of the human capital of the country. Features of the mechanism of entrepreneurship in the health resort company is not the product (as a set of conditions for treatment and rest, and the system of health services) delivered to the consumer, but on the contrary, consumer services to the product. Presented are tree goals of the process of creating these two products by sanatorium enterprises. From the facilities management of spa businesses highlighted is its foundation mechanism - organizational and economic. It is a set of organizational structures, concrete forms and methods of management tools and instruments, as well as the organic unity of production, financial, social, technological and economic relations, legal forms, affecting business entities of sanatorium branch in order to create conditions for qualified rehabilitation of recreants with continuous improvement of medical base, hotel services and providing a comfortable stay for guests.
