The young school age is characterized by primary entry of the child into educational activity, mastering main types of educational actions. However, educational activity is not given to a child in a finished form, it has to be formed. One of the main conclusions of the theory of educational activities by Davydov is that the informative requirement which is the cornerstone of educational activity is formed in this activity. This dialectic contradiction defines a common problem of this work - the problem of formation of motives of educational activity. In particular, the dynamic structure of educational motives, where each motive, on the one hand, lies in the basis of specific educational action, and, on the other hand, it is formed by specific educational actions. The research of such communication of educational motivation with the system of educational actions allows teachers to get closer to the understanding of driving forces, the reasons, internal mechanisms of behavior of a child in educational activity. This allows teachers to understand the process of designing and organization of educational activity. This work was supported by financial support from Medical University Moscow State Pedagogical University in the framework of scholarships named after V.V. Davydova

Analyzed is educational motivation of senior school pupils. Theoretical part of the work includes analysis of the theory of generations, taking into account Russian conditions. Modern senior school pupils (born in 2003), according to generation theory, belong to generation Z. Empirical study was carried out in schools оf city of Arkhangelsk. Objects of the research were both teachers and students of 9–11 ages. As a result of the work, it was revealed, that in senior school age, success of education largely depends on cognitive interest of pupils. In such situation, certain contradiction arises: on the one hand, teacher must arouse interest in schoolchildren, manage this interest, develop and improve. On the other hand, if pupils are in lack cognitive interest as a motive for educational activity, it is difficult for teacher to arouse this interest on his own. In the process of interviewing teachers, the majority of informants expressed opinion, that impossible is to motivate pupil, if he don’t want. Teachers think that reasons for unformed interest are uncomfortable conditions for teachers in the system of education, as well as the lack of innovations in that system.

The paper presents the results of a study of reflexive techniques impact on the educational motivation of medical university students. In the context of the implementation of the humanistic paradigm in pedagogy, the role of motivation in educational activity regulation is analyzed. Reflexion is considered by the subjects of pedagogical process as a factor of facilitation of "objectification" of needs in the context of educational activity and construction of its subjective sense. It was found that for ISMA students professional motives are dominant in educational motivation and avoidance motives are the least declared. As a result of a quasi-experiment with two non-randomized groups, the impact of reflexive techniques on educational motivation was assessed. The techniques made it possible to keep the structure of educational motivation unchanged in the experimental group, while in the control group a decrease in professional motives and an increase in communicative motives were found.

Retroperitoneal space is called sometimes no mans landand for a good reason: this is disputed anatomical territory for many surgical and medical specialties. Their wide histological diversity and unspecific clinical presentation make them a challenge for the surgeon. In order to improve their detection immunohistochemistry seems to show promising results. Methods of detection have evolved over time to identify as much as possible the histological type of tumor. Because of this extreme variability immunohistochemistry through its various markers is the one that often sets the definitive diagnosis, the simple histopathological examination being insufficient. This paper aims to highlight the main markers used in retroperitoneal tumors. As it can be seen there is a huge histologic areal for these tumors. Some have proven some of them still not. Given the fact that there is a tendency toward personalized therapy it is imperative to identify the histological type of tumor as soon as possible.

When underground space requires excavation in areas below the water table, the foundation system suffers from buoyancy, which leads to the uplifting of the superstructure. A deep foundation system can be used; however, in cases where a hard layer is encountered, high driving forces and corresponding noises cause civil complaints in urban areas. Micropiles can be an effective alternative option, due to their high performance despite a short installation depth. Pressurized grouting is used with a packer to induce higher interfacial properties between micropile and soil. In this study, the field performance of micropiles installed using gravitational grouting or pressure-grouted using either a geotextile packer or rubber packer was comparatively evaluated by tension and creep tests. Micropiles were installed using pressure grouting in weak and fractured zones. As results, the pressure-grouted micropiles showed more stable and stronger behaviors than ones installed using the gravitational grouting. Moreover, the pressure-grouted micropile installed using the rubber packer showed better performance than the one using the geotextile packer.

It is no use looking for the educated musicians who were given a chance to come into longer contact with composition as a school subject being part of their formal education. Meanwhile, fascination with an act of creation and willingness to get familiar with music “from the inside” accompany school-age people. It is then that first, bashful compositional attempts are made. Over time, pupils search for new sounds on their instruments, improvise, experiment, get familiar with music literature. Such attempts should not go unnoticed – an observant pedagogue will easily notice creative predispositions in their pupils. In this article, the author shares his pedagogical experiences gained while giving composition classes at the K. Szymanowski Comprehensive Primary and Secondary Music Schools in Wrocław. The idea of promoting the art of composition was fully implemented in the form of the School Composers’ Club, founded in the school year of 2016/2017, the activity of which is based on the author’s original school curriculum, a system of individualized education and various forms of young composers’ presentations. The Club’s activity assumes, on the one hand, preparing pupils to take up compositional studies and, on the other one, fostering their general musical development enriched with creative competences.

In the doctoral dissertation "Children with intellectual disability in the integrated school-age care system" the extent and goal fulfilment of after-school recreation centre activities in 19 Swedish municipalities were studied. The study gave high marks to these centres for integrating intellectually disabled children into their activities. The empirics of the dissertation revealed, however, a number of warning signals, which indicated an increase in offering “special solutions” to these children. This article will contain a comparison between the study from 1999 and the one carried out in the spring of 2011. The two studies have followed the same question construction in order to achieve a comparison over time. The aim of study, focusing on children received into schools for the intellectually disabled was to evaluate to what extent integrated activities occurred and to look for factors with a positive impact on the quality of those after-school activities which gathered children from these and compulsory schools in the same groups. On the basis of the comparison made between the 12 years that have passed from the earlier to the later study, it must be regretfully concluded that segregated activities have gained a firm hold on the activities of after-school recreation care centres. Key words: after-school activities, inclusion, integrated, intellectual disability, school-age care system.
