Instruments for developing super-professional skills, such as entrepreneurial activity, creativity, teamwork, communication skills, are especially necessary for graduates whose professions are at risk of a decrease in employment opportunities in a changing labor market due to a pandemic. The problem is especially acute for graduates of areas related to services, tourism, catering and others. The paper presents the Lobachevsky University experience in the implementation of mass education competition of projects with use online platform i-generation. Such tools are important for gifted students, which motivation depends on the recognition and validation of their high results, from professional and behavioral content that help identify giftedness.

To create a psychologically safe educational process, the most important components will be the personal characteristics of the participants in the educational process. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of hardiness of future specialists with different strategies of self-affirmation as a fac-tor affecting the psychological safety in the educational environment. It is vitality that is one of the basic characteristics that allows participants in the educational process not only to overcome life circumstances and adapt to constantly changing conditions, but also to become stronger, qualitatively improving the standard of living, physical and psychological health. An analysis of the empirical data obtained was presented, as well as the features of psychological and pedagogical support aimed at increasing the resilience of individuals with different self-affirmation strategies.

The teen age is one of the most responsible time of the forming the human personality. New social situation of progress can lead to the appearance of new social relationships, and prolonged conflicts with other people can become the cause of fixation of social unacceptable ways of behavior. The arrangement of psychologically safe educational environment can help to prevent new conflicts, and to solve existing and upcoming ones. The influence of conflict situations on the psychological development of a teenager is analyzed by the author.

During the movement from the primary to the middle school children have to adapt to the middle level of education, meet a lot of new teachers and classmates. All the further education depends on the success of an adaptation of a child to new educational environment. Untimely help to teenagers, who don’t manage the situation, can negatively influence to their further education. The process of adaptation is straightly connected to the psychological safety of educational environment, in which a pupil occurs. The psychological safety of the educational environment is thoroughly analyzed in the article.

The article describes an empirical study of the psychological safety of the educational environment in the connection with the problem of attitude to distance learning among students. The study involved 1,177 students 11–19 years old. We use comparative analysis for independent samples formed on the basis of a preference for distance or full-time learning as statistical analysis methods. The results of the study allow to analyze the role of psychological safety in ensuring the effectiveness of the educational process.

This article raises and discusses the main issues related to the organization of a safe environment for pupils of pre-school educational institutions. After analyzing the psychological and pedagogical literature on the topic of the research, the conditions that will help organize a competent and safe childhood for each child in the educational system are noted.
