Based on the theoretical ideas of scholars in the field of dance, the article analyses the significance of correct breathing and its usage in movement performance in classical and modern dance acquisition. The most important condition for dancers is the daily workout, which develops an understanding of basic components of movements, one of the most significant being correct breathing. Application of correct breathing facilitates a comprehension among dancers of the possibilities of the body – the amplitude and quality of performed movements, as well as the ability to control the strength necessary for movement performance. This article aims to analyse the meaning of correct breathing and to justify its use among dancers acquiring classical and modern dance. The article makes use of the theoretical research method – characterising differences between classical and modern dance acquisition, analysing breathing and its correct usage during a dance performance.

Based on dance theorist insights into the basic components that determine performance of movements in dance, the article analyses promotion of a sense of bodily centre in classical and modern dance training. The most significant condition for a dancer to be able to fit within the confines of the proposed tasks in dance is to govern own body, which is made easier through an understanding of the body’s centre of gravity. Promoting an awareness of muscle activity being fixated within the central point of the body develops an understanding of movements around this point among dancers, which leads to easier control over performed movements.

The article aims to analyse the awareness of the body’s centre among dancers and to justify its significance in classical and modern dance training. Martha Graham writes in her autobiography Blood Memory that she was bewildered, or, as she puts it “bemused,” when she heard how dancers referred to her school as “the house of the pelvic truth” (Graham 1991, 211). We might perhaps agree with Graham that this is not the best description for a highly respected center of modern dance training; neither does it match Graham's image as an awe-inspiring and exacting teacher, nor does it suit the seriousness with which her tough technique is regarded. But the house of the pelvic truth does chime with stories about Graham's often frank method of addressing her students. She is reputed to have told one young woman not to come back to the studio until she had found herself a man. At other times she would tell her female students, “you are simply not moving your vagina” (211). Add to this other stories about the men in the company suffering from “vagina envy” (211), and it can be readily understood that the goings-on in the Graham studio gave rise to its nickname, “house of the pelvic truth.”In British dance circles of the 1960s, it was not rumors of the erotic that attracted most of us to Graham's work or persuaded us to travel to New York in search of the Graham technique. There was little in the way of contemporary dance training in Britain at this time, and we had been mesmerized by the beautiful and rather chaste film A Dancer's World (1957), in which Graham pronounces: a dancer is not a phenomenon … not a phenomenal creature.… I think he is a divine normal. He does what the human body is capable of doing. Now this takes time…it takes about ten years of study. This does not mean he won't be dancing before that time, but it does take the pressure of time, so that the house of the body can hold its divine tenant, the spirit. (1962, 24)

Entering the era of industrial revolution 4.0, technology is growing rapidly and has a significant influence on life in Indonesia, especially for children. Accessing the internet to do homework from the school is sometimes misused by them due to a lack of guidance in accessing them, such as accessing immoral videos. According to Susanto, Chair of the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI), in 2018 counted until September there were 525 cases of pornography and cybercrime in children. One of the efforts that can be done in overcoming it is through character education that is inspired by surah Al-Isra (17): 32 and Al-Tahrim (66): 6 which instructs to guard themselves and their families from bad deeds, especially zina. The form of Quran character education will be taught using a traditional game in the form of dakon or congkak. The research method in this paper uses direct observation in several schools in the Yogyakarta area. This study uses qualitative data with primary and secondary sources. The technique of collecting data uses literature review, documentation, and interviews with elementary school (SD) level students. The purpose of this research is to improve the quality of children in education and advance the nation's next-generation in various ways. With the game dakon or congkak, later it will be explained about babakan hawa sanga or closing nine holes in the body. The game will be integrated with the Quranic values by explaining the verses of the Quran that are following the game.

The physiological alterations due to the variation in female hormones' concentrations, oestrogen and progesterone, will allow pregnancy or the period to occur. However, this hormone fluctuation across the menstrual cycle phases may affect way more than only the ability to get pregnant. Although the female hormones' primary action is related to the ovum's maturation and implantation, their variation causes many physiological and emotional secondary effects. It is expected that this interaction may, in turn, influence exercise performance, including dance performance; therefore, it is essential to understand better what happens in the body during the menstrual cycle. This understanding may allow better awareness and control of the symptoms, bringing a better quality of life and more remarkable dance performance.

Performance sport as an area of human excellence requires, besides an over-average genetic endowment of motor skills, a huge workload of high intensity, which causes the wear of the body systems of the athletes, especially the osteo-musculo-articular. The high ball movement speed for rocket and paddle sports disciplines such as table tennis and field tennis, intensively demands the performance of the body of practitioners when performing specific technical tactics, especially the technical elements of the attack, such as topspin or smash. Based on the theoretical documentation, I noticed an acute condition in the scapulo-humeral joint 21.05%, at the lumbar level 15.79% and 13.16% in the ankle joint in the table tennis and in the field tennis as percentages at scapulo-humeral joint 13.85%, lumbar 15.38% and 20.00% ankle joint, aspects that validate our desire to improve the quality of life of practicing athletes of the two disciplines through a program of amelioration of compensatory nature. The objective of this theoretical research is to identify the areas subject to mechanical stress with high risk of wearor injury from the two "sister" sports disciplines.Tasks: Critical analysis of a larger volume of studies conducted on the direction of our research interest.Purpose: obtaining the information necessary which would highlight the risks the performance athletes, practitioners of the two disciplines, are subjected to, as well as gaining knowledge on tennis and table tennis.

Abstract One of the conditions for the validity of a hadith is that it is protected from 'illah. However, what is meant by 'illah in the hadiths and how to know if a hadith contains' illah or not, does not seem to have received much attention from hadith scholars, so the issue of' illah is still being debated among scholars and hadith researchers. This study intends to explain this problem. The research method is literature study using descriptive analysis. From the research conducted, it is known that 'illah does not get as much attention from the scholars of hadith, as it does for the validity of other hadiths. It is also known that the scholars use the word ‘illah’ in the sense of the language, namely something that enters something else, then causes what it enters to change. 'Illah is usually interpreted as a disease, because if the disease enters the body, the body will become weak, the same as' illah if it is entered into a hadith, it will change the quality of the hadith to become weak. The way to find out the existence of 'illah in this hadith is by doing mu'āraḍah, which is the matching of the concepts that are the main content of every hadith object so that the interconnection and harmony between the concepts and other shari'a arguments are maintained, namely with the explicit instructions of the Koran, other traditions, historical knowledge and common sense reasoning.

Analsis data menggunakan one way analysis of variance. Disimpulkan pemberian bubuk daun MO dengan dosis 0,1 kg/ekor/hari dapat memperbaiki kuantitas dan kualitas semen (viabilitas dan total spermatozoa motil) sapi pejantan PO.Kata kunci: kuantitas dan kualitas semen, Moringa oleifera, sapi pejantan ABSTRACTThe research aimed to determine the effect of Moringa oleifera (MO) leaf powder on the quantity and quality of semen of ongole crossbreed. The research method used was a field experiment with a completely randomized design with three treatments giving MO of 0 kg/head/day (P1); 0.05 kg/head/day (P2) and 0.1 kg/head/day (P3). Each treatment consisted of four heads with three periods of observation as replications, namely the first and third periods without MO, and the second period was given MO on P2 and P3. Data analysis used a one-way analysis of variance. The results showed that the volume and pH of semen treated P1, P2, and P3 didn’t different in all observation periods. The second and third period spermatozoa mass motility of P2 and P3 showed that the value of +++ was significantly different (P<0.05) compared to P1 (++); Individual motility of P1 treatment showed the lowest value 60,56±2,94 % (P<0.05) compared to P2 and P3 in the second and third periods (75,50±2,29 and 72,50±2,34%). The second and third periods of P2 and P3 spermatozoa concentrations showed an average of >1,350 million/cc significantly different (P<0.05) than P1 (876±152 million/cc), while the total motile spermatozoa showed the highest value of 5,647±829 million/cc in the second period P3. The spermatozoa viability of P2 and P3 showed values >88-89% significantly different (P<0.05) than P1 (<84%) in the second and third periods, while the best spermatozoa abnormalities were P2 at 4.30% in the second period and P3 at 5.33% in the third period. It was concluded that the giving of MO leaf powder at a dose of 0,1 kg/head/day could improve the quantity and quality of semen (viability and total motile spermatozoa) of Ongole Crossbreed bulls. Keywords: bulls, Moringa oleifera, quantity and quality of semen
