The increasing number of students in FZU schools makes the need for proper medical supervision of them increasingly urgent; meanwhile, the work of the GPO doctors, as a completely new business, is still poorly organized and for the most part devoid of competent leadership; and the theoretical foundations of this work, the physiology and pathology of adolescence, have not yet been sufficiently studied.

The article studies theoretical foundations for the essence of entrepreneurship and entrepreneur; specifics in defining the concept of “entrepreneur” by representatives of economic schools; four stages of formation of the theories of entrepreneurship, where the characteristic features of the entrepreneur that changed under the influence of socio-economic development (external environment) are analyzed. Based on the economic characteristics of changes in the development of macro and micro levels, the emergence of new types of entrepreneurial activity – startups – is justified; a startup is defined as a fast-growing entity of small innovative entrepreneurship with a short-term history of operations, which operates in conditions of uncertainty and aims to create a fundamentally new product to meet the specific needs of consumers. The logic of forming of the concept of entrepreneur-startupper in the structural scheme is substantiated; the characteristic of a startuper as a peculiar combination of transformed traits of an entrepreneur in accordance to the stages of development of the theory of entrepreneurship is given; the characteristic features of the startupper are revealed; the peculiarities of the functioning of startups in Ukraine are analyzed. The characteristic of the special features of the startup entrepreneur is offered; further study of theories of entrepreneurship in accordance to the trends of the global economy under uncertainty, as well as the study of the features of development and functioning of new business entities – startups as a solution for unmet consumer needs and how to use modern technologies to create a new product, are justified.

The subject of the research is tourist orientation as a component of the business paradigm of development of territorial communities of Ukraine The purpose of the study is to substantiate the theoretical foundations and criteria for the formation of a new business paradigm of tourism orientation of rural communities. General scientific and special research methods are used. Scientific method - for systematization of existing theoretical approaches to the researched problem; analysis and synthesis (for detailing the object and subject of research and their generalization); abstract-logical (in the formation of generalizations, conclusions and proposals; the method of systematic approach - in considering tourist orientation as a system consisting of a number of interconnected elements, and, interacting, affects the communication and social efficiency of rural communities; the method of scientific abstraction - when allocating stable, typical connections in tourism orientation, which allowed to form criteria for assessing the tourist orientation of communities. Tourist orientation as a direction of formation of business paradigm of development of united communities is investigated. It is established that the strengthening of the tourism-oriented component will contribute to the creation of an innovative tourism product and attract new consumers. The main approaches to customer orientation are studied, the connection between the defined definition and tourist orientation is established. The own definition of tourist orientation of communities is offered. The stages of formation of a positive tourist-oriented environment are outlined. The principles of tourist orientation are described, cognitive marketing is defined as the basis for the formation of consumer loyalty. The criteria of tourist orientation are given and the indicators that characterize it are determined. The results of the study can be used to develop an effective strategy for rural development, taking into account and evaluating the criteria identified by the study at the stage of forming a business paradigm of tourism orientation of the community will increase investment in infrastructure, dissemination of information technology, restoration, reconstruction, objects of historical and cultural heritage, the formation of information, cognitive and tourist competencies of community residents. Persons with disabilities are often regarded as unproductive citizens, unable to carry out their duties and responsibilities so that their rights are ignored. Indonesia is a country that has various risks of disability due to various causes, such as prolonged armed conflict, chronic diseases and natural disasters in various areas such as earthquakes, flash floods, landslides and so on. People with disabilities are under-represented in the workforce, often facing discrimination by employers, and often not served and protected effectively. To support the active participation of people with disabilities in society and the economy, this paper aims to explore the role of entrepreneurs with disabilities and the entrepreneurship model of people with disabilities in the study area. We explore entrepreneurial activities between people with disabilities, theoretical foundations, provide entrepreneurial benefits and challenges for people with disabilities, and propose policy recommendations for models of entrepreneurship development with disabilities. Development of entrepreneurship programs for people with disabilities is needed to combat these barriers, promote empowerment and facilitate economic independence for people with disabilities. This model includes courses on how to write business plans, one-on-one business guides, technical assistance, new business grants, and assistance from business incubators.

The article considers modern tools of Internet marketing as a set of actions aimed at attracting attention to the product or service sold by the company, and promoting the site in order to successfully sell the product. Theoretical foundations of Internet marketing and application of Internet marketing tools are defined and analyzed. Recommendations on introduction of innovative trends of Internet marketing in the operation of modern enterprises are developed. Internet marketing tools have been reviewed and characterized, such as: SEO-optimization, i.e. search engine promotion; E-mail; advertising on social networks (SMM); contextual advertising, one of the most popular advertising methods on the Internet; banner advertising, graphic image is located on the website page Publisher; traffic arbitrage, purchase by a webmaster of traffic at a certain price for resale on better terms. The main trends that dominate the field of Internet marketing are identified and analyzed, namely: dynamic activation of mobile marketing, active use of web analytics, advertising in video format, influencer marketing (a strategy that requires special people to reach the desired audience), Email marketing, content marketing, Instagram promotion, chatbots and messengers, the transition from individualism to collaborative creativity. It has been determined that the use of Internet marketing tools helps to promote the brand, attract customers, conduct market research and perform many other processes. Conversely,  significantly more resources would be necessary in an offline environment. It is concluded that Internet technologies are changing the way companies interact with their employees, partners, competitors and suppliers, at the same time Internet marketing is evolving with incredible speed, and only those who are able to change and adapt to the new business conditions are catching up with new trends and think of a quality marketing strategy.

The business owner should monitor all the actions of his competitors, use all possible (legitimate) ways to achieve the goal, so the main goal is to increase the competitiveness of the company and increase its profits.

The research was carried out within the framework of the theme of state assignment № 0593–2019–0008 «To develop theoretical foundations for creating composite mixtures for bakery products using physical methods of exposure that ensure homogeneity, stability of mixtures and bioavailability of nutrients, to optimize diets population of Russia». The data on the species belonging of new strains of lactic acid bacteria and yeast isolated from samples of good quality gluten-free starter cultures are presented. A comparative assessment of the antagonistic and acid-forming activity of strains of lactic acid bacteria and the fermentative activity of yeast was carried out. The composition of microbial compositions from selected strains of LAB and yeast was developed. The influence of the starter culture on the new microbial composition on the physicochemical, organoleptic indicators of the bread quality and resistance to mold and ropy-disease was investigated.

The amount of paper waste, especially paper waste of yarn rolls in the socks manufactured factory and the convection industry that has not been used to get high economic value is an opportunity to open a new business, especially in the electronic and art craft product. SEPIK PANIK (Speaker of Music and Unique Display of Waste Paper Rolls) is an innovation from processing paper waste to be a unique speaker. The purposes of this program are: 1) Utilizing paper waste to get high selling value. 2) Creating handmade products from paper waste into speakers as well as unique creative display. 3) To accommodate the desire of college students who have entrepreneurial spirit and artistic creations to open new business opportunities. The method of make this SEPIK PANIK product includes 1) Making paper tube of speaker and 2) Making a Unique Display. The Sales of this product have been carried out during May to August 2019, products that have been sold are 34 units, obtained a profit of Rp. 1.170,000. Sales and promotion methods are carried out both online through social media and offline, namely direct selling and consignment. Based on these results, this business is very profitable and can benefit the surrounding environment.
