As educational institutions of basic and secondary education have started using federal state educational standards, a large number of extracurricular courses have been set up at educational institutions. Their aim is to organize the second half of students day, and they are termed as extracurricular courses. Subject teachers have to develop programs of extracurricular activities, which are part of the national-regional component of school curricula. The main task of such courses and classes is to develop students personal qualities, to attract their interest to various activities and disclose individual abilities. That is why a new course Designing elective courses in Chemistry (Geography) has been introduced to master students majoring in education at Samara State University of Social Sciences and Education. The paper presents the experience of teaching this course and gives some results obtained by master students in the form of developed programs and educational and methodical complexes of courses of extracurricular activities with environmental content.

The workshop presents classic and original author's methods that can be effectively used in project and research work, in consulting practice, in the development of academic disciplines that consider the issues of harmonization of interaction in the educational environment. Article is based on the description of the author’s vision of designing a network of educational interaction in the context of socio-pedagogical partnership between the general and further education in line with the realization of extracurricular activities in the conditions of the introduction of the Federal State Educational Standard (FSES). The paper describes the stages of a network between educational institutions and supplementary education in the fi eld of extracurricular activities teaching, the content of which need a good idea of planning to become a party to the educational network. Performance criteria of socio-pedagogical partnership in the interaction of the general and supplementary education in the introduction of the FSES is the availability of functioning network interaction of educational institutions for the implementation of extracurricular activities in the framework of the FSES, involving teaching, psychological and pedagogical, professional, material and technical resources of educational institutions of diff erent levels; development and implementation of educational programs extracurricular activities FSES-based schools; positive dynamics of development of students involved in extracurricular activities; enhance the professional competence of teachers involved in networking through the organization of extracurricular activities in the context of the FSESSocio-pedagogical collaboration between the general and further education, the diff erent models of networking between educational institutions in the conditions of the introduction of the FSES helps to provide opportunities for the development of each child on a variety of activities taking into account the orientation of the individual; eff ective organization of extracurricular activities of students in the development of the FSES; empowerment to improve the professional competence of school teachers; meet the requests of professional participants in the educational process. Perspective and practical importance of this activity, which can be called innovative in the light of the modernization of education is the ability to design and realization of diff erent models of network of educational interaction in the framework of the extracurricular activities of students in the conditions of the introduction of the FSES in the educational space of city, region.

We discuss the means and methods of public education in ethnic socialization of modern school students. We reveal the subject and objectives of ethnopedagogics, disclose the possibility of such means of public education as verbal actions (proverbs, songs, tales, legends, traditions), traditional folk games, folklore, customs, traditions, etc. We show that the positive experience gained by folk pedagogy is insufficiently used in modern practice of educational institutions. We emphasize that the transition to the new federal state educational standards of general education will create conditions for ethnic and cultural education of schoolchildren through the organization of extracurricular activities on the basis of national traditions and values of Russian and world culture. The analysis provides a basis for concluding that the it is necessary to allocate the value bases of the folk experience of children socialization, suitable for the present time, and the implementation of the best achievements of folk pedagogy in the practice of modern educational institutions.

Russian Federal State Educational Standards of 3+ generation impose serious requirements to resource support of educational and training process, including electronic information-educational environment of the University. In the Southwest State University (SWSU), a unified multimedia information and educational environment based on Internet-broadband access technologies was created; it successfully operates and keeps developing. The main concept of this environment construction is the idea of integrating data, applications, and business processes. SWSU Electronic information-educational environment (EIEE) is designed to provide information transparency of the University activities in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation in the sphere of education, to organize educational activities of the University and to ensure access of students and research and academic-staff of the University to information and educational resources. The main components of SWSU EIEE are: the actors of the education and training process (teachers, students, etc.), external digital library systems, internal automated information library system, “SWSU academic courses” subsystem, “Southwest State University Web portal” subsystem, and the official web site of the Southwest State University. “Southwest State University Web portal" subsystem makes it possible to automate traditional basic functions of Dean's office of the University, such as managing student conduct systems for students of Bachelor and Master Degree Programs of full-time and correspondence forms of training; recording and statistical processing of the data on students’ progress; recording students’ achievements; managing Dean's office workflow. As prescribed in Federal State Educational Standards of 3+ generation, Portal Modules are used to record the results of formative and summative assessment of students in accordance with SWSU current score rating system for learning outcomes.
