Introduction. Secondary schools are the only social institution through which the entire child population passes. This suggests that the general education system is the most important link in the socialisation of an individual, where a health culture is formed among other values. Currently, in Russian and foreign pedagogical science and practice, there are various models for organisation of the activities of educational institutions in the formation of a health culture of students. However, individual institutions often require more strength and capacity to achieve the desired outcome. The aim of the research is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological foundations of the integration of resources and capabilities of various social institutions in the context of their cluster interaction within the regional educational space in order to form a culture of students’ health.Methodology and research methods. In the course of the research, the multilevel concept of methodological knowledge is used. At the philosophical level, the axiological approach, which is of particular importance in the conditions of protecting the health of the younger generation, is taken as a fundamental one, since health is a universal (highest) human value and the main value orientation of the personality (A. Maslow), which determines the healthy and full development of the individual. The general scientific level is represented by a system-interactionist approach, which is a correlation of systemacity and interaction. The system component of the approach involves the consideration of the object (organisation, pedagogical system, educational space, etc.) not as a simple sum of any separate components, but as a single functional whole that has its own qualities distinguishable from the qualities of its individual parts. The interactionist component of the approach involves solving a pedagogical problem through the influence, communication, transition, development of various objects under the influence of mutual actions on each other, on other objects. The specific scientific level includes an integrative approach, involving the implementation of the educational process in educational organisations based on the use of resources of all members of educational activity. The technological level allows for phased planning, sequentially solving tasks and interpreting the results. The administrative and managerial aspect of the technological level is represented by a cluster approach, and the psychological and pedagogical one is represented by a personal-activity one. To achieve this goal, the following generally accepted research methods were used: conceptual-terminological and theoretical-methodological analysis, comparison, interpretation, theoretical modeling, generalisation, formative pedagogical experiment. Results and scientific novelty. The concepts of “regional educational space” and “cluster on the formation of a health culture of students in the regional educational space” were defined. Theoretical and methodological foundations for the integration of resources and capabilities of various social institutions in the context of their cluster interaction within the regional educational space with the aim of creating a health culture for students have been developed and described. Structural functional model and process flow chart of such interaction have been constructed.Practical significance. The results of the research create the prerequisites for a systematisation of the activities of specialists in the field of education, other social institutions and local executive authorities in the creation and development of regional clusters in the interests of protecting the health of the younger generation.

The article considers the concept of legal consciousness as a category of sociological analysis. Attention is focused on the understanding of legal consciousness, reflected in the works of domestic and foreign social researchers. The relevance of their works as a methodologically significant basis for sociological analysis of legal consciousness of the modern generation of Russian youth is emphasized. The processes of transformation of the Russian society predetermined the crisis of legal consciousness, the consequence of which was a significant manifestation of cases of an exceptionally negative state of legal consciousness in the youth environment. For the purposes of study, it is determined that the features of youth legal consciousness, updated by the classics of sociology, are largely due not only to the imperfection of legal acts in terms of the scope of its rights and obligations, but also to the crisis of social institutions of socialization of the younger generation, the specifics of its individual and group characteristics of consciousness and behavior.

The need for R&D of social workers was due to the development of theoretical and methodological approaches and concepts of social work, the application of which involved the use of specific research tools. It is substantiated that the research subsystem of social work can be represented in the form of a model of the research environment, which reflects the relationship of three components: the social problem, methods of its research and tools for solving. The dialectical nature of social work, as well as the dynamic conditions in which it is carried out, determine a set of socio-economic, managerial and pedagogical factors that actualize the need for research in the social field. It is substantiated that R&D today is an integral element of professional social practice and is implemented both in the process of working with different categories of clients and in administrative and managerial activities. R&D provides adequate social order development of targeted comprehensive programs, projects and technologies of social protection, design and implementation of models of social institutions and services. As a result of a comprehensive study of the problem, the essential characteristics of R&D were clarified, which means the activity of obtaining new scientifically based knowledge aimed at purposeful change of social reality, which is realized in a logical sequence through the use of appropriate forms and methods of scientific knowledge. It is proved that R&D in the system of social work is realized at three levels (reflexive-theoretical, experimental-theoretical and research), each of which involves step-by-step actions (problem definition; hypothesis formulation, choice of research methods and tools; implementation of research plan; evaluation of results) and the use of appropriate research methods.

The purpose of the study. UNESCO, in its four-dimensional model of education, proposed a framework for determining the basic life skills of a modern student. That is, in modern psychological and pedagogical science, when preparing future first-graders for training at NUSH, there was a shift in emphasis on teaching senior preschoolers certain knowledge, skills and skills to form their life competencies. Such changes have become possible with the reforms taking place in the education system. The main means for the formation of key competencies in future first-graders in preschool childhood can be only the game - the leading activity of preschoolers at this stage of development. The game contributes to the formation of the child's personality, the development of his cognitive activity, independence and self-regulation. The purpose of the article is a theoretical analysis of the use of the possibilities of games to form the readiness of a senior preschool to study in a new Ukrainian school. Research methods. In the process of work we used the following research methods: theoretical: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, modeling; empirical: observations, comparisons. Result. The main indicator of readiness for schooling is the desire and ability of the child to study, to own components of educational activities. All this ensures school achievement. The game provides children with the development of those qualities that allow them to make changes to game plans at will, independently enter into interaction with peers, realize their strengths and opportunities, showing independence, activity and self-regulation. These characteristics play not only an invaluable role in shaping the personality of the future student, but also contribute to the formation of elements of educational activity.

This paper aims to discuss the forms of design and genre-mixing carried out by the Keroncong Wayang Gendut -Congwayndut-group in Surakarta, which tries to offer a state of wayang performance with a more interactive packaging. The universal evolution approach uses the analytical tool in this paper to examine the new elements offered by Congwayndut as a form of innovation in the puppet show. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive model. The conceptual approach and research methods found that the creation and genre-mixing carried out by Congwayndut were implemented in music, stories, and performance forms. The use of keroncong's music with combos and contemporary bands is the main illustration in the show. They are still based on  Ramayana and Mahabharata's epics but actualized in current phenomena in society. Congwayndut's innovative form of performance is packaged in interactive language and builds closeness to the audience. Despite being older and more pervasive than formal education, the history of nonformal and informal education is less fully examined by historians of education. This chapter explores the unique opportunities and challenges experienced by historians studying nonformal and informal education. The spectrum of nonformal and informal education is incredibly diverse and includes the set of all social institutions that serve to shape an individual’s knowledge and values. It spans museums and libraries, popular media, and even casual relationships between young people and more experienced members of their communities. The study of the history of nonformal and informal education brings to the fore ontological questions about educational history, including what counts as an educational institution, the differences between education and entertainment, and whether the same research methods that apply to the study of formal educational institutions can be applied to the study of their less formal counterparts.

India, like many other developing countries in the world, is presently witnessing rapid ageing of its population. Almost eight out of 10 older people in India live in rural areas. Urbanisation, modernisation and globalisation have led to changes in economic structure, erosion of societal values and the weakening of social institutions such as the joint family. In this changing economic and social milieu, the younger generation is searching for new identities encompassing economic independence and redefined social roles within, as well as outside, the family. The changing economic structure has reduced the dependence of rural families on land, which had provided strength to bonds between generations. The traditional sense of duty and obligation of the younger generation towards their older generation is being eroded. The older generation is caught between the decline in traditional values on the one hand and the absence of an adequate social security system, on the other. This paper explores the nature and extent of the social and economic pressures that are impinging on intergenerational relationships and discusses the implications for policy towards improving the wellbeing of India’s senior citizens.
