One of the biggest problems for farmers in the dry season is the lack of water supply for irrigation. Currently, various types of pumps have been widely used, such as fuel pumps and pumps with PLN electricity. However, the costs required to operate these tools are pretty expensive. The solution to overcome this is using DC submersible pumps using solar panels as an energy source. The purposes of this study are to (1) determine the duration of operation of the DC submersible pump with the specifications of the battery and solar panels used, and (2) determine the productivity of the DC submersible pump in terms of the resulting discharge for various storage height conditions used. The research method used is an experimental research method using a quantitative approach. The results of this study are (1) DC submersible pump can operate for 240 minutes with 20 Ah battery at maximum voltage and uses 60 Wp solar panels, and (2) the height of the storage has an effect on the resulting discharge, there is a reduction in the resulting discharge every 0.5 meters increase in the height of the storage. Based on the analysis results, the maximum height limit for submersible pump push is 3.7 meters using a 3 per 4 inch hose. The results of this study can be a reference for farmers or users to determine the height of the water storage.

ABSTRAKIkan patin merupakan ikan air tawar yang mengandung lemak dan protein tinggi sehingga apabila dilakukan penyimpanan rentan terjadi oksidasi yang mengakibatkan ketengikan. Sargassum sp. dengan kandungan fenol dan flavonoid mampu menghambat terjadinya oksidasi pada fillet ikan patin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perbedaan ekstrak Sargassum sp. dan lama penyimpanan dalam menghambat terjadinya oksidasi pada fillet ikan patin. Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ekstrak Sargassum sp. dan fillet ikan patin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah experimental laboratories dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) faktorial dengan 2 faktor yaitu konsentrasi ekstrak Sargassum sp. (0%, 1%, 1,5% dan 2%) dan lama penyimpanan (hari ke-0, hari ke-2, hari ke-4, dan hari ke-6. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan penambahan konsentrasi ekstrak Sargassum sp. dan lama penyimpanan memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap nilai PV, nilai TBA, kadar lemak, kadar protein, kadar air serta organoleptik (P < 0,05). Hasil penelitian tahap I didapatkan rendemen Sargassum sp. dengan pelarut etanol 96% sebesar 1,39%, kandungan fenol 1,813%, flavonoid 0,278% dan aktivitas antioksidan 99,1659 ppm (kuat). Hasil penelitian tahap II didapatkan nilai PV berkisar antara 2,03 - 19,82 meq/kg, nilai TBA 0,63 - 6,72 mg.mal/kg. This research was using experimental laboratories research method with factorial Completely Randomized Research Design (CRD) of 2 factors which were concentrations of Sargassum sp. extracts (0%, 1%, 1.5%, and 2%) and storage time (0 day, 2 days, 4 days, and 6 days). The results showed that the adding of different concentrations of Sargassum sp. extracts and storage time gave significant effect to the PV value, TBA value, fat content, protein content, moisture content, as well as organoleptic point (P < 0.05). The results obtained from stage I research were the yields of Sargassum sp. with ethanol 96% solvent was 1.39%, phenol content was 1.813%, flavonoid was 0.278%, and antioxidant activity was 99.1659 ppm (categorized as strong antioxidant). The results obtained from stage II research were the PV value were ranged from 2.03 to 19.82 meq/kg, TBA value were ranged from 0.63 to 6.72 mg.mal/kg. The 1.5% concentration was the best concentration of Sargassum sp. extracts in inhibiting the lipid oxidation of catfish fillet during storage.Keywords: Antioxidant, Sargassum sp. The supply of electrical energy in Tarakan City, North Kalimantan, still relies on diesel power which uses a limited number of petroleum energy sources. There is a need for research related to renewable energy sources that have the potential to become alternative energy for the people of Tarakan City. Water is an energy source that has great potential to generate electricity. The energy source that should be taken into account is micro-hydro which can be used as a Micro-hydro Power Plant (PLTMH). A survey of micro-hydro sources in Tarakan City, precisely in the Karungan area, East Mamburungan Village, has been carried out with the direct measurement method of water discharge and the relationship with the power generated. The result shows the water source has a discharge 0.00034 m3/ s, the water velocity of 0.035 m/s and generates power only up to 1.1 watts. Based on the power obtained, the water source in this place cannot be used as a source of micro-hydro energy, but has the potential as a source of pico-hydro energy.

Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) or Sterilization Center Installation is a strategic service unit in preventing infection. And has the main function of preparing clean and sterile tools for the purposes of patient care at the hospital. The research method used descriptive qualitative and research design used case study. Techniques of collecting data using interviews, checklist and document review. The results show that 1) CSSD planning is well planned, 2) CSSD organizing has not been fully structured, 3) Implementation consists of receiving tools, packaging, labeling, sterilization, distribution, and storage, 4) supervision done every 6 months.

The sun is a source of energy that cannot be used up. Therefore, the utilization of solar energy must be a priority. With the many types of solar panels that have been developed, researchers conducted an analysis of 150 watt monocrystalline solar panels. The purpose of this study is to know the amount of current and voltage produced by solar panels in some conditions of the sky, namely cloudy, bright cloudy, and bright. The research method used was the experiment. From the data that has been obtained, it can be found that the energy produced by solar panels during cloudy ranges from 0.6-0.8 amperes, when it is cloudy, 0.9-1.9 amperes, and when bright 2.0-3.2 amperes. The amount of electrical energy that can be produced is 8%. However, if the sunny state can produce twice that Suggestions for readers are if you want to take data to make sure the solar panels are completely exposed to the sun during data collection and in the open area. Much better if the angle is adjusted in the direction of sunlight.

Efficiencies for a number of different low power (10W MAX) consumer grade PV solar panels were studied in this research. Outdoor behavior was contrasted with lab environment simulations. The authors focused on four parameters: extreme temperatures of operation, duration of operation per “on” cycle, number of “on – off” cycles and overall period of “on” operation for a 365 days interval. Standard environmental operating conditions were taken into account for the lab environment, where constant solar noon was simulated for 70% of the equivalent daylight exposure time. No CPV or lenses were used. Additionally, a comparison surrounding the estimated life expectancy and efficiency decrease pattern of the panels was targeted and presented in this study.
