Salah satu upaya meningkatkan profesionalisme guru adalah dengan meningkatkan intensitas guru dalam melalukan penelitian. Tujuan dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru-guru ekonomi dalam bidang penelitian yang berkaitan dengan proses pembelajaran di SMKN 1 Kota Batu. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan melalui dua tahapan kegiatan, yakni tahap penyampaian materi prinsip riset dan tahapanya termasuk aplikasi SPSS, Stata, dan Eviews dan tahap pendampingan penyusunan proposal. Kegiatan pengabdian ini diikuti 25 orang guru. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, diskusi, penugasan, pendampingan dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan adalah terdapat peningkatan wawasan dan semangat guru dalam melakukan penelitian bagi kepentingan pembelajaran, keterampilan guru dalam penggunaan aplikasi pengolahan data serta terdapat proposal yang telah layak untuk ditindaklanjuti dalam bentuk penelitian.Kata kunci—Profesionalisme Guru, Pendampingan Pelatihan Metode Penelitian, SMKN 1 Kota BatuAbstractOne effort to improve teacher professionalism is to increase the intensity of teachers in conducting research. The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the ability of economic teachers in the field of research related to the learning process at SMK 1 Batu. The implementation of community service activities is carried out through two stages of activities, namely the stage of delivering the material of research principles and the stages including the application of SPSS, Stata, and Eviews and the assistance stage of preparing the proposal. This community service activity was attended by 25 teachers. The methods used are lectures, discussions, assignments, assistance and evaluation. The result of the activity is that there is an increase in teachers' insights and enthusiasm in conducting research for the sake of learning, teacher skills in using data processing applications and there are proposals that have been feasible to be followed up in the form of research.Keywords—Teacher Professionalism, Research Method Training Assistance, SMK 1 Batu

This community service activity aimed to strengthen students’ understanding of  the combinatorics concepts in facing the regency-level of National Science Competition (KSN) in field of mathematics in 2021. The activity was carried out in March-April 2021 for six meetings in the form of training/coaching. The training used both discovery and drilling methods. The location of the activity was at SMAN 1 Muara Batu, North Aceh Regency with four students as the subject who have been selected at the school level and selected to participate in the KSN at the regency level. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively by direct observation to observe the improvement of the students’ comprehension during the learning process. The result obtained was an improvement of the students’ understanding of combinatorics topic. It can be seen in solving problems, the students are able to determine what concepts will be used and able to solve several KSN questions on combinatorics topic.

In general, educators in Indonesia better known as teachers, are educational staff who participate in organizing education with special assignments as a teaching profession. Educators have other names in accordance with their specificities, namely teachers, lecturers, advisors, tutors, widyaiswara, tutors, instructors, facilitators. Whereas in Law No. 20 of 2003 CHAPTER XI educators and education staff article 39 says that educators are professionals who are tasked with planning and implementing the learning process, assessing learning outcomes, conducting mentoring and training, and conducting research and community service, especially for educators in tertiary institutions.

Senior Vocational School of Unitomo Surabaya is one of scholl in Surabaya that have cooperated with STIE Perbanas Surabaya. One of majoring in Senior Vocational School of Unitomo Surabaya is accounting. There are two problems faced Senior Vocational School of Unitomo Surabaya. They are the limited learning of banking accounting and the accounting learning process is still done manually. This community service activity is carried out by providing banking accounting training of back office transaction in Conventional Bank for Senior Vocational School of Unitomo Surabaya. This activity provides additional knowledfe for teachers and students of Senior Vocational School of Unitomo Surabaya about back office transaction in Conventional Bank both in theory or practice.

This community service activity was held in SMA Hang Tuah 3 Mataram, NTB Province.  This school is located approximately 6 km from the location of the team. Located in the center of Mataram city. The purpose of this activity is to make the teachers in SMA Hang Tuah 3 Mataram know the ways of writing and the forms of a paper and ultimately be able to automatically express their ideas, ideas and experiences during the teaching and learning process into a scientific writing eligible to be published in an ISSN journal. The training activities were held because to the collaboration of both parties namely SMA Hang Tuah 3 Mataram and the dedication team from IKIP Mataram.

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis konservasi di Lembaga PAUD Al- Khair Udayana Mataram ini adalah: 1) Untuk mendeskripsikan rancangan  model pembelajaran berbasis konservasi (PBK) pada anak usia dini; 2) Untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pengalaman kepada para pendidik tentang pentingnya menerapkan model pembelajaran berbasis konservasi (PBK) pada anak usia dini. Hal ini didasarkan atas masih kurangnya efektifitas dan bermaknaan dalam mengembangkan karakter peduli lingkungan bagi anak, hal ini dibuktikan dengan rendahnya rasa cinta dan peduli lingkungan pada diri anak misalnya membuang sampah di sembarang tempat. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan yang bersifat partisipatif. Hasil dari pelatihan ini adalah peserta pelatihan memahami dan menguasai rancangan  model pembelajaran berbasis konservasi (PBK) Adapun dampak dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan kebermanfaatan bagi para pendidik dalam hali ini adalah  guru PAUD supaya bisa memilih model pembelajaran berbasis konservasi sebagai alternatif dalam proses pembelajaran pada anak usia dini dalam usaha menanamkan karakter peduli lingkungan pada anak sehingga terlahir anak-anak yang mau menjaga kelstarian lingkungan sekitar serta sehat jasmani maupun rohani.Training on the Application of Conservation-Based Learning Model (Pbk) in Early Childhood at the Institute of Paud Al-Khair Udayana MataramAbstractThe objectives of community service activities carried out in the form of training in the application of conservation-based learning models at the Al-Khair Udayana Mataram PAUD Institution are: 1) To describe the design of conservation-based learning models (PBK) in early childhood; 2) To provide knowledge and experience to educators about the importance of applying conservation-based learning models (PBK) in early childhood. This is based on the lack of effectiveness and meaning in developing the character of caring for the environment for children, this is evidenced by the lack of love and care for the environment in children, for example, throwing trash in any place. The method used in community service activities is participatory training and assistance. The results of this training are training participants to understand and master the design of conservation-based learning models (PBK). The impact of this community service activity is to provide benefits for educators in this matter, PAUD teachers so they can choose conservation-based learning models as alternatives in the learning process for children. early age in an effort to instill the character of caring for the environment in children so that children are born who want to maintain the environment surrounding environment and healthy physically and spiritually.

Learning media is a useful tool and intermediary for facilitating the teaching and learning process to streamline communication between teachers and students. This community service activity is divided into three main activities, namely the delivery of concepts or theories of multimedia, types of multimedia, the use of multimedia, and making presentations using practical and interactive PowerPoints tools; second, training on how to use PowerPoint effectively; and third, evaluation on the ability of training participants in making multimedia-based teaching materials.

Administration is a system that helps, serves, directs or manages all activities in achieving a goal. besides that, educators are professionals who are tasked with planning and implementing the learning process, assessing learning outcomes, conducting guidance and training, and conducting research and community service. Education is a process of learning the skills and knowledge and habits of human groups that are passed down from one generation to another and carried out comprehensively and systematically. As for the function of education administration is planning, organizing, actualing and controlling. It can be concluded that education and education administration concept couldn’t be separated one from another. In every education process, there will be a need of education administration. Education done without good and reliable education administration will not achieve its glorious purposes, which is the human welfare.

Bulusari village, Tarokan sub-district is a fertile village with the majority of its residents making a living as farmers. Most of the residents' houses in Bulusari Village still have empty yards on the side of the yard and the side of the houses. So it is necessary to use the vacant grounds to become a TOGA Park which is beneficial for improving public health and increasing family income. One form of service that is done is by empowering community members to make TOGA Parks in their respective yards. In this service activity, there are several stages, starting with giving information to the community about the importance of TOGA plants, how to cultivate TOGA plants, how to utilize TOGA plants and the efficacy of various TOGA plants. This community service activity consists of two stages, namely extension activities, and mentoring activities. In this activity, community members actively participated in providing vacant yards in their homes to be used as TOGA, providing TOGA seeds that could be obtained from the surrounding environment, and actively exchanging knowledge about the use and efficacy of various TOGA.

This community service activity aims to increase the teacher's knowledge of herbarirum learning media, and in the end the teacher can make a herbarium that can be used in the biology learning process. The main target of this dedication is biology teachers at MTs Dharut Tayyibin Batu Jai. The activity method in the form of training was then followed by making a herbarium from plants and samples brought by students from their homes or their neighborhoods. Based on the results of the evaluation and the responses of the teacher and students, they showed great enthusiasm for the activity and it was proven by the participation of students and teachers until this activity was completed. The teacher as the main target shows that their ability to make herbarium increases, the herbarium made with students can be used as biology learning that supports the learning process. The MTs students who participated in this process were very enthusiastic and active because it was such a fun new thing. It is hoped that in the future this training activity should be carried out not only in making herbariums but in making other creative learning media. The goal is to help students understand biology material and make biology lessons more fun.

The variety of learning by applying teaching techniques in a fun, effective and efficient manner provides an important role in the learning process of children. Therefore, this community service activity aims to train the participants' abilities in teaching techniques that are specialized in games, songs and storytelling in English. This activity was carried out by using Google Meeting for two days. In addition, the uses of learning media and class routine activities are the goal of this community service. 18 participants participated in this activity, most of whom were kindergarten teachers. The implementation was carried out using the methods of lecturing, brainstorming and discussion, demonstration and mentoring. The results show that the participants' knowledge and understanding of the given themes increased. Participants are also able to answer several questions at the end of the session and be involved in online game activities. The results of the evaluation show that this activity is very useful and beneficial in increasing their ability to implement  more varied teaching techniques that are in accordance with the abilities of kindergarten children.
