The quality of education is really determined by various factors, but the most dominant and important is a teacher's professionalism. Almost all effort on curriculum reform and teaching method implementation, is depends on the teachers ultimately. Any teachers lack of ability of the teaching material, teaching strategy, motivate the students to achieve high perpformance, will not improve the quality of education. The teacher acts as one crucial component in educational system. Therefore, since at the very the beginning, the ability of micro teaching practice at a college should be prepared well in order to be a professional teacher in the future. In the modern education system, teacher candidates are required to have professional skills that include the ability to plan learning, learning implementation, and learning evaluation. Without mastering all these aspects, the teacher will not be able to achieve the learning objectives optimally.

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a serious impact on education at all levels and types, and the education system, including colleges and universities, has been forced to respond by a sudden shift to online teaching. Successful online teaching requires careful thinking, planning, and technical and human support from teachers. Based on the reflection on the offline classroom teaching of theoretical mechanics for many years and the online teaching practice of first half of 2020, the author summarizes effective strategies for implementing online teaching of theoretical mechanics. We prepared the theoretical mechanical lessons through a “student-centered” approach, such as preparing teaching materials, students and teaching methods. These teaching strategies include (i) Adopting live-stream teaching as the main teaching method, (ii) Applying electronic blackboard to online deductions, (iii) Linking theory to practice for better understanding of knowledge, (iv) Integrating curriculum content in ideological and moral education, (v) Conducting formative assessment to supervise and motivate online learning. The implementation of these online teaching strategies has effectively promoted the development of students' independent learning ability.

This study also guides students to use paper-cutting for innovative practice in the basic course to improve the composition. The findings showed that the use of paper-cutting art thinking can effectively help students better understand abstract language. Students are constructing basic courses as the course practice of Chinese using this teaching method is richer and more innovative. The paper-cutting art thinking method provides a richer theoretical basis and practical teaching method for teaching reforms.

UNSTRUCTURED Hematological medicine is a practical discipline that difficult to study. The cultivation for postgraduate majored in hematology is rather hard. Problem-based learning (PBL) is a student-centered innovating teaching method that students define their own learning objectives from clinically based problem. It has been widely accepted in student-centered medical education. Owing to the geographic and time dispersion of the students, traditional PBL has its own limitations. WeChat, the most popular platform among university students in China, was introduced in hematology teaching. In this study, we combine traditional PBL and WeChat together to explore a new WeChat Problem-Based learning mode for postgraduate majored in hematology. 100 questionnaires were distributed to evaluate how the students and tutors think about the WeChat-PBL teaching mode. The data showed that the WeChat-PBL teaching mode was popular and widely accepted. Our new PBL mode is time saving, convenience and easy to conduct. It emphasizes interoperable, interactive, effective and more participatory. We firmly believe that using this new WeChat-PBL teaching model will certainly help students be more excellent.

The purpose of the two-teacher primary teaching model is to find a solution, to some extent, for the crowded classes and the classes in which the inclusive students study in primary school. Furthermore, it is aimed to increase the efficiency of the lessons, better take care of the inclusive students, implement the constructivist approach as required, collect the attention of the students who lost their attentions, support students who have difficulties in their studies, ensure that students who learn slowly can learn the lessons completely and increase the quality of education by giving additional studies to the students who learn quickly. The co-teaching model that can be considered as an alternative in solution of the educational problems can be used effectively in the crowded classes and the classes in which the inclusive students study. Moreover, this study can be considered as an alternative model so that the "Teaching Practice" lessons taken by the teacher candidates studying at the education faculty can be more qualified and efficient. The purpose of this study is to review the effectiveness of teaching practice in primary school based on co-teaching model. In this context, it was tried to determine the opinions of primary school teachers about the co-teaching model. To achieve this purpose, 12 primary teachers serving in the city center of Muş were determined as working group. In the study, the data were obtained by semi-structured interview method. Content analysis was used for the analysis of the data.According to the teachers' opinions obtained as a result of the study, the most important one of the problems experienced by the teachers during the teaching period is the crowded classes. It is concluded that in the crowded classes, the activities are not implemented at the desired level, it is not possible to allocate enough time for the students, incorrect and incomplete learning of students cannot be realized on time and it is difficult to give a student-centered education. As a result of the study, in order to ensure that the teaching practice can be efficient, it is concluded that the internship duration should be extended, the teacher candidates should be assigned more responsibilities, the teacher candidates should do internships in the rural schools and combined classes so that they can see different environments and they should carry out implementation-oriented studies rather than observation-oriented studies in this lesson.According to the teachers' opinions obtained as a result of the study, it is concluded that the co-teaching model will increase the efficiency of the lesson, the classroom management will be easier, this model will ensure that the students who fall behind and learn slowly can learn the lessons completely, the saving on time will be ensured, the opportunity to take care of students personally will increase, the workload of the teachers will decrease, the equal opportunity in education will be ensured by taking care of the inclusive students more than before and the faster and more practical solutions will be created for the problems to be encountered in the teaching process.

The problem-based learning method (PBL) is a problem-centered method based on the student-oriented practical educational mode. Under the teachers’ guidance, PBL calls for the mode of “student-centered and problem-based,” in the form of group discussions, enabling students to independently collect information concentrated on a particular issue, discover and solve problems. As a result, it is essential to cultivate students’ independent learning ability and innovation abilities. This teaching model focuses on cultivating students’ thinking ability and problem-solving abilities. Therefore, it has gained popularity among the majority of education researchers. Its application in wisdom teaching practice is still insufficient, and the advantages of micro-course resources can solve some of these problems. Therefore, this research combines “micro-class” and “PBL” to explore the application method of micro-class resources in the PBL model to promote the generation of students’ wisdom.

This paper compares the mixed teaching with the traditional single teaching, and discusses the role of the mixed teaching mode in promoting the personalized learning of the public basic courses of electrical engineering major in higher education and its impact on the learning quality of students. This paper has consulted a large number of relevant materials of mixed teaching evaluation, the methods of mixed teaching evaluation by different experts are sorted out, and the necessity of mixed teaching is verified through the combination of questionnaire and practice. This study finds that, compared with a single teaching method, mixed teaching is conducive to improving students’ autonomous learning ability and promoting students’ individualized learning. By comparison, the handing-in rate of students’ homework with mixed teaching is as high as 98.67%, and the quality of homework is also significantly improved. Students’ acceptance of the mixed teaching model is as high as 95%, which provides a very important reference value for the education industry to carry out the mixed teaching.

The dynamics of developmental technology and information in the Postglobalization era has a significant impact in building the scientific method of education, especially for Islamic Education. The teacher or Tutor as the main actor in delivering the learning material in the classroom is required to be able to map and guide students in understanding and implementing Islamic value. This article aims to developing PAI learning models through the Metacognitive Keyword Model (MKM). A teaching method intended for teachers / tutors so that they can guide their own thoughts in delivering the material appropriately, effectively and efficiently. The term "Keyword" refers to the “stressing point” of every material taught. MKM consists of several stages including (1) refresh; (2) re-arrange the keywords; (3) creating positive self talk or affirmation; (4) review and (5) Reflect. MKM can also be applied specifically to students through the keyword mapping process of each material. Through this model it is hoped that it will improve the quality of the learning process of Islamic Religion in educational settings.
