This research adopts the questionnaire survey method and selects 208 freshmen from the Guangxi Arts University as the research objects. The research studies the English self-efficacy and mobile learning situation of art college students and understands students’ views on using mobile devices/platform to assist in their learning of the English language. Results found that all students have mobile phones which allow teachers and students to use them for English learning. Besides, most art college students have a low sense of English self-efficacy, including low self-confidence, low enthusiasm in English learning, and average level of solving English learning difficulties. In addition, more than half of the students agree with the use of mobile devices/platforms to assist in English learning. Only a small number of people oppose it. This finding lays a preliminary foundation for later empirical research on using mobile learning to cultivate the English self-efficacy of art students.

Graphic composition occupies an important position in the basic courses of art major. However, the effect is often not brought into play due to the outdated single teaching method. This study introduces the teaching practice of paper-cutting art thinking in the curriculum teaching reform. It analyses how to use paper-cutting art thinking in the curriculum teaching reform and to use art-cutting thinking to help student better understand abstract language. This study also guides students to use paper-cutting for innovative practice in the basic course to improve the composition. The findings showed that the use of paper-cutting art thinking can effectively help students better understand abstract language. Students are constructing basic courses as the course practice of Chinese using this teaching method is richer and more innovative. The paper-cutting art thinking method provides a richer theoretical basis and practical teaching method for teaching reforms.

This study reviews the importance of oral teaching in teaching Chinese as a foreign language. The oral teaching of the primary stage of Chinese as a foreign language has different characteristics and properties from other languages and other stages of learning in terms of the nature of the subject and the stage of learning. The main goal of oral teaching is to improve students’ oral communication skills. The training of second language teaching skills is generally divided into listening, speaking, reading, writing and translation. The purpose of language teaching is to cultivate students’ ability to communicate in the language they have learned. This study introduces the problems that should be paid attention to in the primary stage of oral teaching, which is helpful in teaching oral Chinese as a foreign language. Teaching Chinese as a foreign language should take the cultivation of learners’ language communication skills as the main goal, which has become a consensus among people. Among the many courses of Chinese as a foreign language, oral course can be regarded as the most flexible and directly related to the actual communicative ability of the training language. Speaking class provides students with speaking opportunities, such that students can master spoken words, spoken grammar and spoken expression patterns; fully mobilise the language information accumulated in the brain memory bank for communication; and move up from language learning as soon as possible The ‘plateau area’ in China is a problem that teachers of oral English classes need to explore. This study aims to improve the effect of oral Chinese teaching in the primary stage of teaching as a foreign language and achieve the expected teaching goals. This study also discusses this issue from the principles of specific teaching implementation.

Supply chain resilience is regarded as the ability of manufacturing organizations to maintain a high degree of environmental awareness and quickly reply and adapt after a disruption occurs. Supply chain resilience can ensure the complete structure and function of the supply chain system to the greatest extent while ensuring the continuity of information flow and logistics. The academic circles pay increasing attention to the research of supply chain resilience. However, the existing research mainly focuses on case analysis and phenomenon description, and the research conclusion lacks a theoretical and empirical basis. Hence, the present study uses the systematic review method to sort out the literature and analyses supply chain resilience research theory. Then, the development research background of supply chain resilience is discussed. This study will provide a theoretical framework and a basis for future empirical research and provide theoretical guidance for companies to build a resilient supply chain.

The inception of television in the late 1930s marked the beginning of a global phenomenon, where until now it continues to have a major impact on advertising, news, radio, film, and the world. Television and other traditional media inevitably enter periods of transformation, thanks to the digital evolution in information and communication technology. The advent of the Internet-based technologies has created a perfect storm that pushes the emergence of new media. For television or other traditional media to remain relevant, media convergence becomes one of the solutions. This process absolutely affects the content production as the method and format used for traditional media are no longer suitable. To better understand the situation and determine other solutions, the term disruptive innovation highlighted through a series of industrial revolutions is adopted. The latter is a concept that has gained considerable currency among practitioners. Using the literature research method, this study reviews the findings in the media that result from disruptive innovation and address the inevitable convergence in content production. It then summarizes the literature into three areas: 1.) the aspects of the traditional media and new media; 2.) the concept and context of disruptive innovation, media convergence, and content production; and 3.) the relationship between disruptive innovation and media convergence in content production. Simultaneously, it presents the advantages and disadvantages of the discussed topic and finally highlights the limitations that serve as a platform for potential innovations and further guided and explorative research in the future while invigorating academic interests.

Adversity intelligence and adversity quotient is the critical ability and robust predictor of a person’s success. However, no consensus and generalized instrument have been established. Hence, the study aims to assess the methodological quality and measurement features of the existing tools for adversity intelligence by identifying and evaluating the instruments following the consensus-based standards for selecting health measurement instruments (COSMIN) checklist. From 255 research studies, six tools were eligible by a systematic review of online databases and books. For three or more of the nine COSMIN criteria, only two of the instruments had strong to moderate levels of evidence. Meanwhile, none of the instruments met any of the criteria. These results demonstrate that no single instrument outperforms all others in all circumstances. Tools that will be refined in the future should capture the development, methodology, and quality during the development of the instrument and achieve a high measurement quality and a generalized tool of measuring adversity intelligence.

Projects for the comprehensive utilization of mineral resources involve multi-disciplinary technology and management knowledge. However, enterprises often do not have relevant technical reserves and construction experience, thus posing difficulties in balancing the cost, progress, quality, and other indicators of construction while considering the team building of enterprises If not resolved, these problems may lead to resource wastage and low rates of comprehensive resource utilization. This paper introduces the advantages and disadvantages of Outsourcing, Self-management, Consultant, and Joint Management Modes in handling such projects. Taking a mining company in Guangxi as an example, the pros and cons of the above modes are analysed from different perspectives according to the actual situation of the enterprise being studied. The study’s findings have some guiding significance and can provide a comprehensively practical view from an educational significance perspective for enterprises who are planning to implement project construction.

The purpose of this study is to understand the views of Chinese students studying in Belarus during the covid-19 pandemic and to reveal the extent to which they use online media. Through in-depth interviews, this study interviewed 10 Chinese students with different majors, genders, rental conditions and residence years in Belarus, hoping to objectively reflect the situation of Chinese students as much as possible. The interview results showed that during the epidemic period, online social media was the main contact information of these students, but Chinese media were more popular. Foreign media are the source of supplementary information for Chinese students during the epidemic. The diversity of media channels and the problems of Chinese social circles in Belarus also make Belarusian students experience information overload and information anxiety. In terms of media trust, Chinese students trust domestic mainstream media more than foreign media and social platform information.

Social media tools for communication, such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube, have become important with the development of information and communication technology. In the field of higher education, university students are increasingly using social media to study and live. Consequently, university students and social media use have become a research topic of practical significance. Scholars in Malaysia have investigated this issue, and the results abound. However, few scholars have reviewed the research results of social media use among university students in Malaysia. By using the literature research method, this study reviews the latest research findings on social media use among students, especially during the COVID-19 outbreak. This study summarizes the collected literature into three themes: first, the relationship between social media use and academic performance of university students; second, the social media addiction of university students; and third, the relationship between social media use and mental health of university students. Simultaneously, this study presents the ways of thinking and contributions of scholars to address the aforementioned issues. Finally, this study critically examines the research limitations and blind spots, as they need further exploration by scholars and can serve as innovative points of this topic.

The decision of the private sector to fulfil corporate social responsibility (CSR) has become an issue of common concern for the host country government and the private sector in collaborative disaster relief. From the perspective of social responsibility, this paper describes the different cooperation strategies of non-cooperation, cost subsidy, and collaborative cooperation, and constructs a differential game model of disaster relief cooperation between the government and the private sector. The rate of reputational decay has a significant effect on system benefits. The optimal CSR cost subsidy rate is related to marginal revenue and has nothing to do with other factors. Compared with the non-cooperative case, in the situation of the cost of subsidies, as the host country government and marginal revenue is greater than the private sector of the marginal revenue through government subsidies for the private sector in CSR and the government's optimal level of CSR efforts remained unchanged, the optimal level of CSR efforts to improve the private sector, the government, and the private sector's earnings are improving; Compared with the cost subsidy, the optimal CSR effort level of the government and the private sector increases in the case of collaborative cooperation, and so does the system benefit.
