At present, China’s legal system is gradually maturing. In the process of educational development, legal education is beginning to be incorporated into key education. But at present, there is a relatively single legal education model in China, the main goal of students’ study is to study the theory of law and the basic legal content, which can not cultivate students’ legal consciousness and practical ability, and is not conducive to the comprehensive development of students. Therefore, we need to pay attention to the reform of legal education, through the new form of teaching measures to constantly update the concept of education, in order to improve the quality of teaching.

In the era of education information and globalization, a new mode of teaching and micro class has emerged in the background of the Internet, which brings new challenges and opportunities to the teaching of the classroom. MOOCs has been piloted and applied in many universities in the form of SPOC. As a new form of curriculum, micro course has been applied to the teaching and learning process. The integration of Moor and micro class resources helps to turn the classroom into a mixed mode. This article will focus on this hot topic to analyse the characteristics of the class, the characteristics of the micro class and the influence on the students and teachers, to improve the quality of teaching and to realize the individualized and active study of the students. The article summarizes the results of blended teaching mode at home and abroad, and explores the development and application of MOOC and micro class resources.

Education is a critical issue in any cultural background. In fact, the quality of teaching shall be considered and linked with student evaluation because there seems to have a strong correlation between them. This study aims to understand the different perspectives on teaching by academic staffs of a university X in Ho Chi Minh City and also is to determine whether there are one or two dominant teaching perspective preferences. In addition, the students’ comments were also collected and investigated to identify whether or not there are relationships between these dominant teaching perspectives and student end-of-course evaluations. Finally, the researcher proposed a new form of evaluation to help measure better students’ expectations.

Unlike the traditional educational model with the way teachers lecture, students take notes making students feel boring and not very effective. STEAM education is a modern educational model that focuses on practice for students to discover and learn on their own. Therefore, it will inspire learning to students, sparking creativity and passion in children. Originating in the US, STEAM education has been interested in and researched for many years, in countries around the world. In the context of the industrial revolution 4.0, jobs and occupations in society related to STEAM education fields tend to increase. The overall goal of STEAM education is not only to create understanding of STEAM and the qualities of 21st century citizens, but also to develop human resources in STEAM fields such as science, technology, engineering and mathematics. Researching on STEAM education has been, and is being, interested by many educators, the research trend in this field will continue to be developed in the future not only in the world but also in the Vietnam. This article addresses the pros and cons of STEAM education, and was completed with support from survey results conducted at some International Primary School, Ho Chi Minh City. The article uses quantitative and qualitative methods of analysis as well as some results from previous studies, in order to clarify the issue of educating children to access scientific knowledge easily. The results show that we need to widely apply this method not only in primary schools but also in all primary schools in Vietnam in order to improve the quality of teaching, and to train human resources for 4.0 industries.

Medicinal botany is a discipline that studies traditional or folk knowledge about the use of plants to prevent and treat diseases, and it is an important part of Chinese medicine learning. Traditional teaching methods do not perform well in the teaching of medicinal plants. Therefore, in order to improve the teaching effect of medicinal botany, teachers need to continuously research and innovate teaching methods to improve the quality of teaching. This article is guided by the PBL teaching method, and studies the application of the PBL teaching method in the teaching of medicinal plants in detail, hoping to improve the learning effect of students and improve the teaching quality of medicinal botany.

The objective of the research is the analysis of the problem of higher legal education in the context of uncertainty of the modern social and cultural space, processes of the widespread standardization of the educational environment, development of the strictly informational and cognitive and formatted thinking. The methodological base of the research is the universal, general scientific and specific scientific cognitive methods used by the legal science in the object-subject scope of cognition of the general theory of law. Besides, some synthetic, integrative methods of research are used that are part of the methodology of interdisciplinarity, actual for the modern socio-humanistic science. The result of the research is the grounded author’s legal position of the advisability of the personal self-development of a student as well as a teacher without whom the obtaining of the qualitative higher legal education seems problematic and also the performing of the professional legal activity in the moral legal direction. The authors also prove that the formation and development of the modern legal consciousness and legal culture of the lawyer shall be based upon the universal and generally accepted ideas of the significance of personal rights and freedoms, postulated during the course of education as well as by the personal development. The novelty of the paper is this problem statement that was not expressed before by the scientists as the subject of research.

Purpose. Improving the quality of teaching criminalistics for students and undergraduates of law schools, strengthening the practical component of educational activity. Methodology: the methods of dialectics, the historical and legal method, the method of intersectoral legal research, the comparative legal method are used. Conclusions. The proposed approaches to the use of technical and visual aids in forensic science have proven to be highly effective in the teaching activities of the author. These approaches are aimed at the formation of professional special competencies among students. Scientific and practical significance. The proposed approaches can contribute to further research in terms of improving the effectiveness of domestic legal education. The results of the study can be introduced into the activities of law schools not only in the discipline of ‘forensics’, but also in other legal disciplines.
