In the article, the authors consider the problem of forming a teacher's readiness to interact with gifted students in their professional activities. The educational policy of Russia today is aimed at supporting gifted children and young people, which are becoming one of the priority tasks of the education system (The Сoncept of a National System for Identifying and Developing Young Talents, approved by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation by the President of the Russian Federation on April 3, 2012, № Pr-827). The main contradiction is the need to introduce pedagogical strategies of interaction with gifted students to implement the trajectory of their continuous development at all levels of education and the lack of a system for forming teachers ' readiness to interact with gifted students. The article presents a methodological justification of the developed system of forming a teacher's readiness to interact with gifted students, which includes three interrelated elements: methodological, substantive and procedural. It is proved that the system of forming the teacher's readiness to interact with gifted students in professional activities ensures their continuous development during the implementation of certain educational strategies.

Gifted students are important for the development of knowledgeable societies. The present study examined Mexican elementary-school teachers’ knowledge about gifted students, specifically on screening criteria, educational strategies, and their social value. The relationships between teachers’ knowledge, teaching experience, and training in gifted education was analysed. A total of 1002 teachers (M age = 37.5, SD = 9.6 years old) from the 33 states of Mexico, 365 men and 510 females with 13.5 years of teaching experience, of whom 32% were trained in gifted education, completed an anonymous questionnaire. K-means cluster analysis revealed two clusters. Cluster 1 comprised teachers (61.2%) with poor knowledge, while Cluster 2 included teachers (38.8%) with basic knowledge and more teaching experience and training. Overall, the findings had implications for teachers’ training and educational policy.

The article presents an analysis of the results of monitoring to determine the need to increase the level of competence of specialists of guardianship and guardianship (OOP) (2020), provided by the Department of State Policy in the field of Protection of Children’s Rights of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation. In the context of the constant expansion of the powers of PLO specialists, the importance of special professional and methodological training of specialists of guardianship and guardianship authorities in relation to minors in accordance with the requirements of the professional standard and interdisciplinary competencies is evident. 406 specialists of guardianship and guardianship authorities of 85 subjects of the Russian Federation took part in the study. The analysis of 406 questionnaires of PLO specialists with different work experience in the guardianship and guardianship authorities was carried out. The average age of the PLO specialists who took part in the survey is 40 years. The gender composition of respondents is mainly represented by female specialists (92.2% of women with less than 1 year of work experience and 98.3% with more than 5 years of work experience). Representatives of executive authorities in the field of guardianship and guardianship note the need to update the existing professional standard of a specialist of guardianship and guardianship authorities in accordance with changes in state policy in the field of protection of the rights of minors. The most popular forms of receiving methodological assistance are: participation in training seminars, conferences, round tables, webinars; online consultations with experts. PLO specialists prefer to receive methodological support through telephone consultations, through various Internet resources; in the form of methodological recommendations; supervisors, business games, trainings, advanced training courses. The problem area remains the modern content of training programs, a multidisciplinary approach, and the constant expansion of the competencies necessary for the work of specialists. It is shown that for specialists with different work experience, their own principle of building advanced training programs with different volume and content of training for these categories of specialists should be implemented with the obligatory reliance on the case study.

Problem and purpose. The relevance of the study is due to the specifics of military education, which is characterized by increased requirements for the training of future officers. A special place among these requirements is occupied by professional thinking, the formation of which presupposes both intellectual and certain personal characteristics. The purpose is to determine the prognostic capabilities of personal characteristics for the differentiation of types of professional thinking of cadets of a military educational institution of the National Guard of the Russian Federation. Research methodology and methods. According to the diagnostic results, all cadets (N = 150) were divided into three groups according to the prevalence of a certain level of professional thinking in them; 1) oversituational type of thinking, 2) situational type of thinking, and 3) mixed type of thinking. This variable acted as a response in discriminative analysis, and personality traits of cadets, measured by the 16 PF method, and a number of other questionnaires were chosen as predictors. Research results. The results of direct discriminative analysis indicate a high statistical significance of the empirical model (p = 0.000), having good discrimination (λ = 0.04), consisting of two discriminative functions and 16 predictors. All respondents were absolutely correctly assigned to their «own» groups (100%). At the same time, the highest probability of getting into «their» group is for servicemen with a oversituational type level of professional thinking (82%). Discussion of results and conclusion. The predictive influence of personal qualities on the dominance of cadets of a certain type of professional thinking does not have a separate effect of each quality, but has the character of structural interaction. This research contributes to the psychology of work, contributing to the expansion of scientific knowledge about the professional activities of the military.

This work was carried out in accordance with the Digital Economy program of the Russian Federation and is therefore relevant. The program posed the following tasks for universities: the digital transformation of universities and the training of specialists of the digital economy. The Ministry of Education has articulated these issues as the creation of the Digital University. The paper proposes a model that can be laid the foundation of the Digital University. The model was developed on the basis of an analysis of the development of education in the fi of digitalization over the past 20 years, an assessment of the readiness of the leading universities of the Russian Federation to transform at present, and their own experience in using digital technologies. The proposed model satisfies the following requirements: openness of the system for students and teachers; the student’s participation in the formation of the trajectory of his own learning; the ability to access additional resources, courses and choose the places for practical training; formation and analysis of the digital trace; the use of intelligent methods for assessing acquired knowledge and competencies. The main blocks of the model are identified and the tasks for each block are formulated, which must be solved at the stage of creating the Digital University. The paper proposes approaches to their solution, technologies that the authors tested, evaluated and published the results in their previous works. In conclusion, we note that to create a Digital University, first of all, it is necessary: expand the base of control and training materials, modify, improve their forms; implement software smart systems for training and control; form a digital student trace, digital passports of information resources and, on their basis, form an individual learning path, an image of a specialist; develop learning scenarios for different images of students, goals, objectives; integrate intellectual resources of science and education; automate the management of the learning and control process as much as possible.

We consider the competition of magnetic and charge ordering in model cuprate within the framework of the simplified static 2D spin-pseudospin model. This model is equivalent to the 2D dilute antiferromagnetic (AFM) Ising model with charged impurities. We present the mean-field results for the system under study and make a brief comparison with classicalMonte Carlo (MC) calculations. Numerical simulations show that the cases of strong exchange and strong charge correlation differ qualitatively. For a strong exchange, the AFM phase is unstable with respect to the phase separation (PS) into the pseudospin (charge) and magnetic (spin) subsystems, which behave like immiscible quantum liquids. An analytical expression was obtained for the PS temperature. The research was supported by the Government of the Russian Federation, Program 02.A03.21.0006 and by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, projects Nos. 2277 and 5719, and RFBR N 18-32-0083718.

Due to the extremely low level of current Russian economic scientists and practitioners, we can only place our hope on the younger generation. In this regard, the article considers the textbook on Economic Theory recommended by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation for students of 10-11th grades, currently in its 26th edition. The textbook arouses no interest, only antipathy to Economics among school students. It is unjustifiably focused on economic theory, not practice. The textbook is too complicated and boring, almost completely ignoring the economic problems of Russia and Third World countries. It is argued that the course of Economics for high school students can be not only informative and useful, but also involving. The Soviet and Russian economies are full of mysteries, which can make use of the enthusiasm school students have for solving mysteries and puzzles. The author suggests a program for a course in Economics for school students, comprising 10 new chapters, as well as a summary of the new chapters. The author also presents economic entities interested in high-quality school textbooks. The textbook recommended by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation is compared to the previously published more informative and involving textbooks for high school students.
