Atualmente, as marcas comerciais surgem como atributos de diferenciação e de vantagem competitiva, criando valor para as empresas de varejo. Neste sentido, elas geralmente têm seus produtos associados a preços mais acessíveis, possibilitando a incorporação de um nicho de mercado ao negócio de supermercados e redes de lojas, além de gerar maior rentabilidade. Este estudo se propôs a examinar os aspectos relacionados à origem e ao fortalecimento de uma marca própria por meio de um estudo de caso. O objetivo geral consiste em investigar o desenvolvimento de uma marca própria em uma empresa de produtos naturais. A metodologia adotada é a da pesquisa descritiva, com dados qualitativos obtidos a partir de um estudo de caso único. A coleta de dados foi efetivada via entrevista com o diretor-executivo e a gerente de desenvolvimento de produtos de uma empresa do ramo de alimentos saudáveis. Os resultados demonstram, principalmente, que o desenvolvimento da marca própria pesquisada requereu análise criteriosa dos hábitos dos consumidores; determinação dos objetivos estratégicos; diferenciação competitiva por meio de escolha precisa de fornecedores; investimento maciço em marketing; além de diversificação dos veículos de comunicação.Palavras-chave: Marca. Branding.The private label and its negotiation aspects: a case studyAbstractNowadays, trademarks appear as differentiating attributes and competitive advantage, creating value for retail companies. In this way, private labels usually have their products associated with more affordable prices, enabling the incorporation of market niches to supermarkets and chain stores, in addition to higher profitability. This study aimed to examine the issues related to the origin and strengthening of a private label through a case study. The overall objective is to investigate the development of a private label in a company of natural products. The methodology adopted is this study can be classified as an applied research, descriptive and qualitative data obtained through a case study approach. Data collection for the completion of the case study approach was carried out by an interview with the executive director and the product development manager. The results show mainly that the development of a private label required careful analysis of consumers’ habits; determination of strategic objectives; competitive differentiation through careful selection of suppliers; massive investment in marketing and media diversification.Keywords: Brand. The determination of the No Smoking Area is an effort to protect the community against the risk of health problems due to the environment contaminated with cigarette smoke. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the No Smoking Area policy at the Undata Regional General Hospital (RSUD), Palu, especially in the aspects of communication, resources, disposition. , and bureaucratic structures. This type of research is qualitative research with a case study approach. Determination of informants is done through purposive sampling technique, namely the researcher uses his judgment in selecting informants to obtain in-depth information according to the research objectives. the concept of communication is good enough. The KTR Task Force at Undata Hospital uses print and electronic media. In the resource variable, the results are not good enough. The KTR Task Force at Undata Hospital is still lacking in terms of the number, namely only 15 people previously numbered 30 people. The disposition variables obtained in this study are good enough. The appointment of the KTR task force at Undata Hospital is directly selected by the hospital director, but the supervisory officers still lack incentives. In the bureaucratic structure variable, the results were quite good. The most authorized person in implementing the implementation of the KTR policy implementation at the Undata Hospital Palu is the Task Force coordinator. The suggestion in this research is that the KTR Task Force at Undata Hospital should be added and the Undata Hospital should create a smoking area.

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengungkapkan: (1) nilai-nilai semboyan maja labo dahu dalam pendidikan karakter;  (2) implementasi semboyan maja labo dahu dalam pendidikan karakter;  (3) efektivitas implementasi semboyan maja labo dahu dalam pendidikan karakter di MTs Negeri 1 Kota Bima. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Penentuan  subjek penelitian yang dilakukan dengan teknik purposive. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif model interaktif dengan langkah-langkah: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Nilai-nilai semboyan maja labo dahu sesuai dengan nilai-nilai dalam pendidikan karakter, yaitu: nilai religius, jujur, disiplin, mandiri, menghargai prestasi, dan cinta tanah air. (2) Implementasi semboyan maja labo dahu belum dirumuskan secara eksplisit atau dibakukan sebagai materi pelajaran. (3). Semboyan  maja labo dahu telah efektif memberikan pengetahuan moral tentang nilai-nilai semboyan maja labo dahu kepada siswa. Kata Kunci:   semboyan,  maja labo dahu,  pendidikan karakter MAJA LABO DAHU SLOGAN IN CHARACTER EDUCATION Abstract: The purpose of this research was to reveal: (1) ) the values of the maja labo dahu slogan in character education; (2)  the implementation of   maja labo dahu  slogan  in character education; (3) the effectiveness of the implementation  of maja labo dahu  slogan in character education in Public MTs 1 Bima City. This research is a qualitative descriptive research using case study approach in Public MTs 1 Bima City. Informants in this study were principals, teachers, and students of Public MTs 1 Bima City. Determination of research was subjects conducted with purposive techniques. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that: (1) The values of maja labo dahu slogan were in accordance with the values in character education, namely: religious values, honest, disciplined, independent, appreciating achievement and loving the homeland. (2) the implementation of maja labo dahu slogan in Public MTs 1 Bima City was not formulated explicitly or standardized as subject matter. (3) The slogan maja labo dahu has effectively provided moral knowledge about the values of maja labo dahu  to learners. Keywords: Maja labo dahu slogan,,  character education

This study aims to determine the level of development of murabahah margin income and determine the determination of murabahah financing margins at BMT Tamzis Cimahi Branch. In this study the authors conducted research using descriptive qualitative research methods with a case study approach, namely research conducted in depth about aspects of the social environment including humans in it, either individually, in groups, or in the environment around BMT Tamzis Cimahi branch. The conclusion that can be drawn from this study is that the factors in determining the murabahah margin are based on the ceiling value and financing period and are analyzed using th e 5C + 1S analysis principle including character, capacity, capital, condition, collateral, and sharia and the level of income development in BMT. Tamzis Cimahi branch experienced ups and downs from year to year where it can be seen from 2012 to 2016 the average income was Rp.262,183,200 with a total income of Rp.1,310,916,000 with details in 2013 it decreased by Rp.19,026,000 and decreased again. in 2014 with a total decrease of IDR 184,655,000. however, in 2015 the murabahah contract at BMT Tamzis increased again by Rp. 117,193,000 and in 2016 it increased again from the previous year of Rp. 70,409,000. The determination of the murabahah financing margin at BMT Tamzis undergoes several stages including starting with fundraising, deposit contracts, BMT, financing products, goods and then setting margins to generate income for BMT and 'attayya.

Increased political participation of the village community after the reformation, marked by increasing interest in the community to run for village head elections and village decision-making. Increasing village community participation certainly has hope that the neutrality of bureaucracy is maintained at the village level. So that the climate of political contestation at the village level runs ideally in accordance with the values of democratic life. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of bureaucracy politicization in winning candidate village head Aditya Dimas in Pilkades simultaneously December 26, 2016. Then, knowing the factors that cause political behavior are not neutral village officials and forms of violations in contestation Pilkades Sitimerto December 26 2016. This research using qualitative research methods with a case study approach. The selection of qualitative methods with a case study approach was carried out because there were distinctive characteristics in the election of the head of the Sitimerto village in Kediri Regency. The results of this study show, firstly, that the practice of neutrality in village bureaucracy in the Sitimerto village case is not proven, that the village apparatus is not neutral in the village head election. Second, the factors that motivate village officials to be non-neutral in the case of the Sitimerto village head election are the widespread use of money politics as an attraction for material benefits to the village apparatus and political dinasty of incumbent. Third, a number of forms of violations of neutrality that occurred in the case of the election of the Sitimerto village head were proven that the village officials acted as cadres of the incumbent candidates and participated in distributing money politics to the villagers. Keywords: Kekuasaan, Demokrasi,Netralitas Birokrasi, dan Pilkades

The phenomenon of a single candidate in simultaneous regional elections in Indonesia has occurred since 2015. In 2018 there were 18 regional elections with a single candidate and 25 regions in 2020. The implementation of simultaneous regional elections in Kediri district in 2020 was marked by the presence of a single candidate is interesting to study more, because it is new. The main question in this research is why there is phenomenon a single candidate in the Kediri district election and how is the configuration of political communication for the emergence of a single candidate. The purpose of this study was to determine the process of the phenomenon emergence of a single candidate in the Kediri district election and to determine the configuration of political communication for the emergence of a single candidate. This research uses a case study approach by describing political facts in the field. Research informants are consisted of election administrators, members of political parties, academicians and community leaders. The results showed that the occurrence of a single candidate in the Kediri district was because all political parties provided support for 1 pair of candidates. This political fact is marked by the configuration of political communication through the recommendation of political parties from the central leadership council (DPP). Even though there has been a selection of prospective pairs of candidates at the regional level (DPC DPD), the transactional communication by candidatos uses an approach with a number of political party officials both at the regional and central levels. The recommendation of this research is to change the regulations to avoid the single candidate appear in the next regional election., especially the minimum requirement for support from candidates and the proposal to be returned to the election by DPRD members therefore would generate truly regional representatives. Fenomena calon tunggal pada pilkada serentak di Indonesia telah terjadi sejak tahun 2015 dengan 3 pasangan calon tunggal. Pada tahun 2018 terdapat 18 pilkada dengan calon tunggal hingga tahun 2020 ada sejumlah 25 daerah yang memiliki calon tunggal. Pelaksanaan pilkada serentak di kabupaten Kediri tahun 2020 diwarnai dengan hadirnya calon tunggal sehingga menarik untuk dikaji lebih mendalam karena merupakan fenomena baru bagi proses demokrasi di kabupaten Kediri. Masalah dalam penelitian ini, mengapa terjadi fenomena calon tunggal pada pilkada kabupaten Kediri dan bagaimana konfigurasi komunikasi politik atas munculnya calon tunggal pada pilkada kabupaten Kediri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui proses munculnya fenomena calon tunggal pada pilkada kabupaten Kediri dan untuk mengetahui konfigurasi komunikasi politik atas munculnya calon tunggal pada pilkada kabupaten Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dengan mendeskripsikan fakta politik dilapangan. Informan penelitian terdiri dari penyelenggara pilkada, anggota partai politik, akademisi dan tokoh masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terjadinya calon tunggal pada pilkada kabupaten Kediri tahun 2020 karena semua partai politik memberikan dukungan kepada 1 pasangan calon. Calon perseorangan tidak mampu memenuhi jumlah minimal dukungan yang dipersyaratkan. Fakta politik ini ditandai dengan adanya konfigurasi komunikasi politik melalui rekomendasi partai politik dari dewan pimpinan pusat (DPP). Meski sudah dilakukan penjaringan bakal pasangan calon di tingkat daerah/cabang (DPC/DPD). Komunikasi trasaksional oleh calon menggunakan pendekatan dengan sejumlah pengurus partai politik baik ditingkat daerah maupun pusat. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah perubahan peraturan agar tidak muncul calon tunggal pada pilkada selanjutnya terutama syarat minimal dukungan calon perseorangan serta usulan pemilihan kepala daerah dikembalikan kepada pemilihan oleh anggota DPRD. Rekomendasi ini diharapkan dapat memunculkan beberapa calon kepala daerah yang benar-benar merupakan representasi daerah.

Background: A very small percentage of all the research generated by universities is commercialised. The article is a case study of the transformation from action research to a spin-off company. It looks at the practical implications of such a transformation. Objectives: The aim of this article is to provide a holistic view of what the process entailed to leap from academic research to the commercialisation of the research into a company as was the case for Gradnet. Method: A case-study approach was used to document the conceptualisation and development of the research-based, spin-off company, Gradnet. This includes the background of the original research that formed the basis of the innovation process. Results: It was found that the commercialisation process of academic research is not necessarily a natural process for the researcher in the absence of an appropriate supporting infrastructure. Conclusion: All academic disciplines have the potential for establishing commercially viable research projects. This potential should be actively explored and pursued by the institution.

Poor delivery of infrastructure leads to inefficient pricing of these assets, which is passed through to consumers. Inefficient pricing is caused by a poor selection of a funding and financing method as well as project overruns. This article used a case-study approach to investigate if South African (SA) infrastructure projects were executed efficiently. It was found that the procurement method was not a reason for inefficient infrastructure delivery. Further, SA projects overran significantly by between 5 and 58%. The case of Transnet’s pipeline project was highlighted. Two case studies (Gautrain and e-tolls) are presented to highlight issues around funding. It was found that the user-pays mechanism of funding is efficient only if there is complete transparency and communication between the user of the infrastructure and other stakeholders. Given the findings, this paper ends with policy recommendations for regulators of utilities that will ensure that consumers are protected.

Determination of Selling Price is very important for entrepreneurs to be able to obtain the profit they want by using the Break-Even Point (BEP) analysis so that it can be seen the principal return point where the point illustrates how a company is in a state of non-profit and no loss. The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach. The study was conducted using Break-Even Point (BEP) analysis and Margin of Safety (MOS) determination of the selling price to get the profit expected by the SMEs. While the data used are primary data through observation and interviews, and secondary data in the form of financial statements of Boeds Cofee. As well as calculating and responding to the appropriateness of the selling price that will be carried out by the MSME. Based on the results of calculations through the BEP and MOS methods, the determination of the selling price is feasible to use. With MOS of 46%. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis Break Even Point (BEP) dan Margin Of Savety (MOS) penentuan harga jual untuk mendapatkan laba yang diharapkan oleh UKM tersebut. Sedangkan data yang digunakan ialah data primer melalui observasi dan wawancara, dan data sekunder yang berupa laporan keuangan Boeds Cofee. Serta menghitung dan memberi tanggapan tentang kelayakan harga jual yangakan dilakukan oleh UMKM tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan melalui metode BEP dan MOS maka penetuan harga jual layak untuk digunakan. Dengan MOS sebesar 46%. The development of information and communication technology (ICT) now is unstoppable. This condition had impacted the calung show development, due to people's appreciation has shifted and tend to like popular culture which is introduced by ICT products than the calung show. The issue in this study is how the development of the performing group calung Pitaloka as a medium of communication in the era of convergence. The purpose of this study is to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, develop strategies, and formulation development of Pitaloka the group of calung show as a communication medium in the era of convergence. This study used a qualitative method with a case study approach. In this study determination of informants is using purposive sampling technique. The results showed that based on the conditions of Pitaloka the group of calung show currently they have more weaknesses than strengths, but they still have a chance even though the treat still exist from the outside, therefore the strategy could be implemented is to utilize the existing facilities and utilize the support and good cooperation with all parties.
