In this research paper, we aimed to analyze the basic methods of lexeme generation in the English transport logistics term system. That is the main task to identify the basic models of one-component and multi-component lexemes of the studied term system and to give a clear scientific conclusion about the effective method. One of the modern and rapidly evolving types of economy is logistics. The logistics approach allows increasing the performance and distribution of goods, increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring the quality of services. An integral part of the transport sector is an integral part of the entire logistics process. High-quality organization of supply chains requires continuous operation of all components of the process. Thus, transport logistics is a separate and independent field, which is inextricably linked with the rest of the industry.

After the rhetoric has lost its disciplinary specifics, in the XX century there was a wave of renewed interest in it, expressed in the development of the study of argumentation as an independent field of knowledge. The origin of the rhetorical field in the theory of argumentation was initiated by Ch. Perelman. He rejects the strict logical form of the construction of the argument, since it does not take into account the goals, conditions, means and context of the argument. He examines argumentation as a process of interaction between the orator and the audience, and identifies and analyzes techniques that lead to conviction as a result. The main task of Ch. Perelman consists in improvement of the communicative practices in the society by justifying the indissoluble unity of the concepts of the audience and argumentation. The specific features of the rhetorical theory of argumentation consist in the concepts of argumentation as a unified network of arguments, a new understanding of the audience and its typology, a shift in the assessment of the quality of public communication from the orator to the audience, the concept of the starting point of the argument and the value of argument.

The discrepancy between the pace of economic growth rates, needs of enterprises and population for transportation, quality of the road network is a significant infrastructural limitation for growth. The paper is devoted to the analysis of large scale investment projects aimed at the removal of infrastructural restrictions, i.e. the national project “Secure and High-Quality Roads” and “Comprehensive Plan for the Modernization and Expansion of Main Infrastructure”. It is noted that the project “Secure and High-Quality Roads” for Krasnodar Krai will become a prerequisite for the effectiveness of transport infrastructure. “Comprehensive Plan for the Modernization and Expansion of the Main Infrastructure” including such federal projects as “Europe – Western China”, “Sea Ports of Russia”, “Northern Sea Route”, “Railway Transport and Transit”, “Transport and Logistics Centers”, “Communications Between the Centers of Economic Growth”, “Development of Regional Airports and Routes”, “High-Speed Rail Links”, “Inland Waterways” will increase the investment activity in the transport sector of the region. The paper presents the results of statistical analysis aimed at the identification of significant economic effect from capital investments in the road infrastructure of Krasnodar Krai. It is revealed that investments into transport and communications stimulate the economic growth and also reduce the accident rate on highways in the long run. In addition, the increase in the density of paved public roads stimulates the passenger turnover in the short run and is also a significant factor in the reduction of the accident rate. The downward trend of paved roads in the total length of roads indicates the necessity to invest in the improvement of the quality of existing roads. The author emphasizes that in order to achieve the goals mentioned in the infrastructural projects under analysis, it is necessary to improve the monitoring system of content and development of the infrastructural frame of the territory, evaluate the effectiveness of administrative decisions for the accomplishment of the goals indicated in the infrastructural projects under analysis.

An overview of domestic and foreign literature shows that the concept of quality of services at higher education institutions (HEIs) is the focus. Quality of service is one of the main factors of competitive advantage. Perceived quality of services in HEIs can be defined as the difference between what students expect to receive and their perceptions of what they really get. Shoulder injury and pain are the most commonly reported work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WRMSDs) among sonographers. Shoulder injury can affect the sonographer’s performance, which may lead to a reduction in the quality of services to patients. Therefore, sonographers must protect themselves from shoulder injury to provide high-quality services, work efficiently, conserve their future career, and improve their quality of life. A review of literature was conducted, revealing evidence to suggest ways to prevent various injuries to sonographers, but only a few studies in the past 10 years have focused specifically on shoulder injury. Good posture, ergonomics, and suitable workspace design play important roles in reducing the rates of shoulder injury. In addition, increasing the sonographer’s awareness of how to prevent shoulder injury and the supervisor’s knowledge about the protection from WRMSDs can decrease the rates of shoulder injury among sonographers.
