This study aims to (1) find out online learning planning in mathematics subjects with a scientific approach at SD Daarul Qur'an Kalibata City, (2) find out the implementation of online learning of equivalent fractions in grade 4 SD Daarul Qur'an Kalibata City, (3) find out the results of online learning in mathematics with a scientific approach at Daarul Qur'an Elementary School Kalibata City. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research (case study). The location of this research is the 4th-grade students of SD Daarul Qur'an Kalibata City. Sources of data in this study were the principal, waka curriculum, mathematics teacher, and eight students. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The sampling technique in this study used primary and secondary data, using data analysis techniques, namely reduction, categorization, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. While checking the validity of the data using the degree of trust, transferability, dependence, and triangulation of sources. The results of the study revealed that: (1) online learning planning during the covid 19 pandemics in mathematics subjects with a scientific approach using the application zoom. Then for the curriculum using the 2013 curriculum and adjusted when in the field, (2) the implementation of online learning of equivalent fractions in grade 4 uses a scientific approach. The reason is that students are active in learning. Because so far online learning has only focused on monitors, (3) the results of online learning in mathematics with a scientific approach show that online learning in mathematics subjects with a scientific approach is quite difficult to apply online, then not many students can follow the steps. step. So the scientific approach is not suitable if applied online.

This study aims to create a model for productive management of waqf in the agricultural sector in the Penatarsewu Muhammadiyah Branch Management (PRM) and analyze its impact in improving the welfare of farmers based on indicators of maqashid syariah. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method. The subjects of this study were the management of the Penatarsewu PRM board of waqf councilors and sharecroppers. Data is collected by conducting interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Triangulation technique by cross-checking the findings of primary and secondary data is used to determine the validity of the data. Research is limited to rice field endowments or the agricultural sector. The results showed that the productive waqf management model of Penatarsewu PRM uses a mukhabarah agreement with a profit-sharing system of 60:40. The results have an impact on improving the welfare of farmers based on the indicator maqashid syariah. Judging from al-maqashidul khams, the most successful are Hifdhud Din, Hifdhul Aql, and Hifdhun Nasl. However, the Penatarsewu PRM is expected to be able to direct the results of waqf to productive goals, such as the formation of an entrepreneurial spirit.Keywords: Productive Waqf, Mukhabarah, Maqashid Syariah, PRM

The research aims to analyze the online learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic in SDIT Luqman Al-Hakim Sleman. This research uses qualitative research with the type of case study.  Research to analyze the online learning process during pandemic Covid-19 in SDIT Luqman Al-Hakim Sleman. Data and data sources in this study have basic data and supporting data. The technique for data retrieval in this study is using interviews, then observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques conducted with data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of conclusions (verification). The results of the research of SDIT Luqman Al-Hakim in assisting teachers to prepare online-based learning, by providing subsidies in the form of Internet quota to each teacher, the school gives this help to see online learning requires Internet data, besides the school also provides the account of the school institution. The Family Hope Program (PKH) is one of government policy programs in poverty alleviation by involving the main actor who called PPKH. This study aimed to describe the task and function of PPKH in empowering the sick society in Bone Regency. Qualitative approach used with case study research. Data collection techniques used was interviews, observation, and documentation. The instrument in this study was the researcher himself as a human instrument, while the informants selected by a purposive method. Data analysis techniques used an interactive model includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, verification, and conclusion. The results of the study showed that PPKH has carried out their roles well as representatives and technicians but have not been optimal in their roles as facilitators and educators.

Abstract This research was conducted with the aim of describing the childcare methods carried out by three early marriage families in Ponjong District, Gunungkidul Regency. The background of this research is the existence of government policy in Law Number 1 of 1974 article 7 paragraph (1) concerning Marriage which explains the minimum age limit for marriage so that the benefit of the household is achieved, but the phenomenon of early marriage is still happening in the District of Ponjong Regency Gunungkidul, even able to maintain the household and be able to carry out childcare duties at a young age if reviewed psychologically immature mentally, emotionally, psychologically and physically. This type of research is a qualitative research with a type of case study research (field research). Determination of informants by purposive sampling. The subjects of this study were three families of early marriage, children of early marriage partners (if they were able to provide information) and the Young Clerk of the Wonosari Religious Court Law. Then, the object of research is the method of parenting early marriage partners. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion making. The results showed that the methods carried out by early marriage couples included exemplary education methods, methods through habituation, education methods through advice and dialogue, as well as education methods through the awarding and punishment. The three early marriage families apply a number of collaborative methods for parenting. Keywords: childcare methods, early marriage.

<em>This research is a case study research aims. Data sources include events, informants, and documents. Research subjects are Indonesian language teachers, Vice Principals of Curriculum, andstudents of SMA N 1 Gemolong. Technique of research subject taken by purposive sampling technique. Technique of data collecting done by observation, interview, and document analysis. The technique of data validity test is done by triangulation of source and triangulation method. Data analysis techniques use interactive analysis techniques.The results of this study are descriptions of: (1) the planning of authentic assessment in the Curriculum 2013 in Indonesian learning includes the preparation of assessment indicators, assessment criteria, and rubrics on RPP; (2) the implementation of authentic assessment in the Curriculum 2013 on learning Indonesian, teachers carry out authentic assessment in learning; (3) obstacles that teachers encounter in the conduct of authentic assessment and efforts to overcome them. Obstacles encountered by teachers include: (1) time constraints; (2) the difficulty of applying authentic assessment of certain competencies (3) the complexity of authentic assessment of (4) age. Efforts to overcome authentic assessment constraints include: (1) teachers make arrangements that include agreement between teachers and learners to perform assessments at specific times and places; (2) the teacher considers the assessments obtained from various sources; (3) teachers attend various trainings that are authentic assessment concepts; (4) the school provides an application to determine the value of the learner.</em>

Perceptions of the Community Concerning the Existence of Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Stabat, This study explains the stabat community's perception of the existence of Bank Syariah Mandiri in Stabat City. The perception in question is the perception arising from the knowledge and profession of the community and the share of Islamic banks. This research is a qualitative research. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Methods of data collection by doing obsevation, documentation and interviews. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The result of the research by Bank Syariah Mandiri is a bank located on the cross road of Stabat city. Its location is very strategic and facilitate stabat society to find it. Good service is provided by employees of Bank Syariah Mandiri Stabat. Motivation of work provided by the head of branches is also very influential to improve the work ethic is good. Good leaders are people who are able to motivate their employees to work in the spirit and can finish the job in accordance with the target work. Public interest arose because of the good service provided by the employees of Bank Syariah Mandiri Stabat. Bank Syariah Mandiri has a very important role to promote the Economy in Indonesia. So the result of research of public perception about Bank Syariah Mandiri kebaradaan very good effect.

One of the global developments that is fast and has quite an impact on the pattern of people's lives is developments in the field of technology and information, namely through the internet. YouTube has become an internet media that is in demand by various audiences around the world. Disbursing youtube adsense is fairly complicated, but the work as a youtuber is currently in great demand by Millennials. Youtuber is a new job that is synonymous with Millennials in this 4.0 industrial era. This study aims to determine the use of social capital trust by youtubers in increasing popularity, as well as to determine the use of social capital linking youtubers in increasing popularity. This study uses a qualitative approach, with informants namely millennial youtubers who live in the city of Makassar. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation, with data analysis techniques using: data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of the study show that trust social capital is widely used by youtubers to increase their popularity, in this case increasing the number of subscribers and viewers on their youtube channel. Many YouTubers use social capital linking or networks to increase the number of subscribers and viewers. The social capital of the network used is by utilizing the friendship and community of YouTubers in the process of designing content, taking videos, editing to uploading videos and socializing YouTube channels in order to minimize the cost of managing YouTube channels for YouTubers

This research is motivated by the still existing problems in Nagari Tuo Pariangan tourism objects in the form of development that has not been maximized. This study aims to find out and describe (1) the development of Nagari Tuo Pariangan tourism objects by the Youth and Sports Tourism Office of Tanah Datar Regency; (2) Factors that become obstacles and supporters in the development of Nagari Tuo Pariangan tourism objects. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The informants in this study were determined by purposive sampling technique. The data of this study are  primary and secondary data. These data are collected by conducting interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Techniques for testing the validity of data by source triangulation. While the data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and verification of conclusions. The results showed that the development carried out by the Tourism Office was limited to maintaining and repairing damaged tourism objects, providing assistance in the form of strawberry seeds and promoting tourism. Tourist attractions held are Pacu Jawi. The broken and damaged road has been repaired and some facilities and infrastructure have been added such as toilets and Mushallah. The souvenir center and souvenirs were just finished. HR development in the form of pokdarwis formation. The Tourism Office also empowers two residents as tour guides. The supporting factors in this development: 1) One of the most beautiful villages in the World. 2) Tourism infrastructure is very adequate. 3) The gift center has just been completed and there is a reading corner. 4) Damaged and hollow roads have been repaired 5) There is a tour group called Pokdarwis and Tourguide. Inhibiting factors in this regard: 1) Brousur about partially abandoned tourist objects and some damaged tourist objects that have not been repaired as well as tourist attraction is only pacu jawi. 2) Parking space is still inadequate. 3). Not yet complete gift shop.4) Pokdarwis is still not maximal in managing tourist attractions. 5) The cleanliness of tourist objects is still lacking and the janitor is only two people.

This study aims to determine the steps taken by the head of the department in creating a conducive communication climate in the Jambi City Archives and Library Office and to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors. Using qualitative methods with the type of case study research. The research subjects were the head of the department, the head of the field, employees, cleaning service and security officers. Data collection techniques are interviews. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: (1) the steps taken by the head of the service in creating a communication climate when viewed from the dimensions of the communication climate such as support, decision-making participation, trust, openness and candor and the achievement of high performance resulted that the communication climate there was already running conducive overall. However, there are still employees who do not carry out the work given. (2) The supporting factors are the support and motivation of the head of service towards subordinates and preparing the facilities and infrastructure needed in the work. The leaders also monitor and ask about the obstacles they face. The inhibiting factor is the unbalanced number of employees with supervision so that there is often a misunderstanding of perceptions between leaders and employees as well as between employees in the delivery and implementation of tasks, there are employees who do work that is not in accordance with their main duties and responsibilities, and there are also employees who are always reluctant to their leaders and fellow workers which makes communication difficult.
