A kis- és középvállalkozások (kkv-k) a legtöbb országban, így Magyarországon is kiemelt szerepet töltenek be a gazdaság életében. A velük kapcsolatos kutatások elérkeztek abba a fázisba, amikor például a kisvállalkozás- fejlesztés és az ellátásilánc-menedzsment összekapcsolásával megismerhetjük egy adott vállalati funkció szerepét és helyét a célcsoportban. A szerzők tanulmányukban egy kutatás eredményeit mutatják be, mely egyenrangú módon fókuszál a beszerzési tevékenység és a kkv-k sajátosságaira. A beszerzési aspektusok kiemelésével lehetőség van mélyebben megismerni a kkv-k bizonytalanságának forrásait, a beszállítókkal kapcsolatos igényeik megfogalmazását, a vevők preferenciáit, melyen keresztül általános kép kapható a szállítófejlesztés lehetőségeiről, kifejezetten a beszerzési tevékenység informatikai támogatásáról, továbbá véleményükről a beszerzés mint szolgáltatás kiszervezésével kapcsolatban. A kutatást megalapozó kérdőíves felmérés nemzeti összehasonlításra is lehetőséget ad, valamint segíti egy adott tevékenységre fókuszálva a hazai kis- és középvállalkozások helyzetének bemutatását. ______ Small and medium enterprises (SME) play an important role in the economy of Hungary, just like in most other countries. The paper is devoted to Descriptive Image Analysis (DA) — a leading line of the modern mathematical theory of image analysis. DA is a logically organized set of descriptive methods, mathematical objects, and models and representations aimed at analyzing and evaluating the information represented in the form of images, as well as for automating the extraction from images of knowledge and data needed for intelligent decision-making. The basic idea of DA consists of embedding all processes of analysis (processing, recognition, understanding) of images into an image formalization space and reducing it to (1) construction of models/representations/formalized descriptions of images; (2) construction of models/representations/formalized descriptions of transformations over models and representations of images. We briefly discuss the basic ideas, methodological principles, mathematical methods, objects, and components of DA and the basic results determining the current state of the art in the field. Image algebras (IA) are considered in the context of a unified language for describing mathematical objects and operations used in image analysis (the standard IA by Ritter and the descriptive IA by Gurevich).

Subject. The article investigates the potential of recreational business activity, which is understood as all financial, production, and entrepreneurial capabilities of enterprises in this area. Objectives. The purpose is to assess the recreational opportunities and provide recommendations, using the Greater Yalta case. Methods. The study employs methods of correlation and regression analysis, being the main tools for analyzing the activities of enterprises in the context of seasonality. Results. The paper shows that the reasons for the current state of recreational enterprises are the problem of seasonality. It establishes that these enterprises have a high level of capacity underutilization – about half of their production (54%), financial (53%), and more than a half of their entrepreneurial capacity (66%). To predict changes in the profits of enterprises, the paper identifies a number of measures for resource optimization. Conclusions. To improve the efficiency of recreational enterprises, it is necessary to find ways to optimize resources, in accordance with their business activity, or to increase the volume of activities during the off-season period. The obtained seasonality coefficients can be used in calculating the need for personnel, training, and determining the required minimum, which will be an object of investment in human capital (20%), as well as the minimum amount of all working capital.
