Subject. The current level of development of dentistry requires the use of an algorithm for diagnosis, monitoring and quality control of orthopedic treatment of patients using functional research methods, planning and manufacturing of dental prosthesis designs based on digital technologies. The goal is to develop an algorithm for orthopedic treatment of patients with defects in the hard tissues of teeth and dentitions using digital functional examination methods. Methodology. Clinical data are based on the results of orthopedic treatment of two groups of patients with defects in the hard tissues of teeth and dentitions. The main group consisted of 129 people, whose diagnostic and treatment complex had an extended instrumental clinical and functional analysis of static and dynamic ratios of teeth and jaws, and orthopedic treatment was carried out according to an improved CAD/CAM protocol. Comparison group ― 147 people, comprehensive dental diagnostics and prosthetic treatment carried out using the standard CAD/CAM technique. Results. Using in-depth functional diagnostics of the dento-jaw system based on digital technologies, a comprehensive assessment of the status of the dental status of the examined patients is given, an algorithm for their comprehensive diagnosis and treatment is developed, indications for their prosthetics in the usual occlusion or in the central ratio of the jaws are specified. The production of fixed anatomical structures of dentures has been optimized by improving the methodology for modeling their masticatory surfaces using the Hint-Els CAD/CAM system. Conclusions. Analysis of the examination results and monitoring of the stages of orthopedic treatment of patients testifies to the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm and advanced CAD/CAM technology. The developed indications for the replacement of defects in the hard tissues of teeth and dentitions are determined as the result of many years of research that can achieve practical results ― increasing the effectiveness of their treatment using digital functional diagnostic methods and orthopedic treatment.

The use of the latest digital technologies has contributed to the discovery of opportuni-ties for medicine based on earlier and detailed detection of pathological changes, which, in turn, has allowed to increase the effectiveness of the diagnostic process, improve treatment results and further prognosis. The progress of radiation diagnostics primarily contributed to the development of such a discipline as traumatology. The improvement of diagnostic algorithms, an integrated ap-proach to the selection of radiation examination methods made it possible to more fully examine patients with complex fractures, determine the nature of injuries, and choose the correct tactics and scope of surgery. The presented research provides an overview of current diagnostic methods used in traumatology and orthopedics, from classical radiography to the most modern imaging methods, such as magnetic resonance, computer tomography, scintigraphy. We gave examples of using different methods of research in detecting injuries of musculoskeletal system, carried out their comparative analysis, considered issues of combined use of several diagnostic methods, presented data on positive and negative aspects of their application, analyzed effectiveness of results. We obtained material for the analysis and writing of the literary review from scientific electronic databases: eLIBRARY, Scopus, Google Scholar, PubMed, RFFI Library, data from scientific publications of domestic and foreign authors. The depth of the search for literary sources was the period from 2008 to 2019.

The article is devoted to the study of the process of introducing digital technologies into the work of the People’s Courts of China and the issues of its legal regulation. The judicial system of the modern Chinese state is based on courts of three levels and two courts. Judicial bodies include the Supreme People’s Court, local people's courts, military courts and other special courts. For several years, various digital technologies have been used in all Chinese courts. In addition, since August 2017, special Internet courts have appeared in the PRC (three such courts have now been created in Hangzhou, Beijing and Guangzhou), which consider civil, administrative and criminal cases online without the personal presence of participants. The use of digital technologies in the judicial system of the PRC contributes to its transparency, reducing corruption, combating the spread of coronavirus, increasing the general level of legal literacy of the people. So, the creation of a unified platform for online broadcasting of court hearings online, the public disclosure of court sentences (decisions, rulings) in various categories of cases allows society to control the activities of the people's courts of the country. Considering the case online during the confrontation of the coronavirus epidemic prevents the spread of infection among participants in the process. The experience of China in the large-scale implementation of digital technologies in judicial activity is not only of scientific interest, but also important from a practical point of view for the Russian expert community. The Russian Federation has also embarked on the path of using digital technologies in litigation, but China is following it ahead of the schedule, which is important in terms of studying the results it has achieved and the mistakes made so that the Russian legislator can take them into account in their law-making activities. It is also important that China, in the process of digitalizing its national system, uses exclusively national platforms and databases. Access to information by foreign intelligence services is not possible. The main providers of digital services for the judicial system are also national corporations, which legally have the status of private companies, but in fact they are completely controlled by the СРС.

Nowadays, the problem of prosthetic with non-removable orthopedic structures is quite common and is widely described in domestic and foreign literature. Prosthetics of non-removable structures of prosthetics has a number of advantages: complete rehabilitation of biting function, chewing efficiency, aesthetic norm of a smile. Invisible prosthesis designs, usually small in size, have a short period of psychological and physiological adaptation, which has a good reflection on their long-term use by the patient. The examination of dental patients in the clinic of orthopedic dentistry with unsatisfactory results of prosthetic dentures after 5 years with orthopedic treatment allowed to highlight the main indicators of inapplicability regarding the further use of dentures in terms of biocompatibility, mechanical strength and aesthetic properties. The main aim of the study was to improve the quality of patients’ treatment by identifying the causes of treatment complications by an orthopedist using the method of comparative analysis during the examination of patients with unsatisfactory results of dentures using permanent dentures. To identify the causes of complications of orthopedic treatment, a clinical examination of patients with unsatisfactory results of treatment with permanent constructions of dentures on a cast base was performed. The criteria for evaluation were the following indicators: bad breath, gums pain and bleeding, pain and mobility of the supporting teeth, pain under the intermediate part, metallic taste, pain in the blood vessel, darkening of the lining, chipping the lining, obscuring gums, excessive abrasion, and cleavage. From anamnesis and records in the history of the disease, the period of difficulty was determined. Our research results indicate that a significant part of ineffective treatment is due to the wrong choice of auxiliary and structural materials. Given that the choice of materials is performed arbitrarily, in almost half of cases, taking into account the wishes of patients and their financial capabilities, including the physical, mechanical and clinical and technological characteristics of dental materials, in our opinion, it is necessary to create a computer model of rational choice of material, therapeutic and prophylactic measures to improve the effectiveness of orthopedic treatment for patients with defects in hard tissues of teeth and dentition with non-removable structures. The complex of the following studies will allow the orthopedic dentist to continue improving the quality of patients’ treatment at the clinical stages of treatment with non-removable dentures.

A system of pre-trip medical examinations using digital technologies has been developed. It includes a remote questionnaire, the results of which are analyzed and a reporting form is generated in text format and in the form of a graph. Portable, autonomous equipment and specialized software for use in remote medical examinations have been developed. Objective examination is carried out by the method of digital biomicroscopy of the eye, which allows you to analyze the parameters of pupillary reactions, the size of the palpebral fissure, the volume of eye movement, the frequency of blinking movements, the degree of redness of the eyeballs, the presence of nystagmus, the state of the surrounding eye tissues. Also in the hardware part of the complex there are sensors for detecting and measuring the level of concentration of ethyl alcohol vapors. Contact digital measurement of body temperature is performed with a sensor in contact with the forehead area during the examination. There is an additional program for the identification of the examined person by the iris of the eye. The use of digital methods in the medical examination system increases efficiency through the use of objective examination methods.

Although, free fascia lata autografts can be used to reconstruct various anatomical structures, little information is available about the status of such autografts several years after the procedure, especially in a clinical setting. Here, we describe our experience with a patient who underwent relaparotomy two years after incisional hernia repair using a fascia lata graft. A 79-year-old man underwent open hepatectomy for hepatocellular carcinoma. One year later, abdominal computed tomography revealed a locally recurrent tumor 1.5 cm in diameter and a giant incisional hernia measuring approximately 15×6 cm on the supraumbilical midline. After repeat hepatectomy, the incisional hernia was repaired using a free fascia lata patch as an interpositional graft. Two years later, the patient was readmitted because of recurrent tumors in the liver, and repeat hepatectomy was performed. During surgery, the fascia lata graft had survived well and become incorporated into the native fascia. We incised this fascia lata graft in the same way as for a normal laparotomy. After hepatectomy, the fascia lata graft was closed in layers with interrupted sutures. The patient was discharged on postoperative day 11 with no wound-related morbidity.

Alveolar-ridge augmentation, anterior aesthetics, and digital technologies are probably the most popular topics in the dental-implant field. The aim of this report is to present a clinical case of severe atrophy of the anterior maxilla in a younger female patient, treated with a titanium membrane customized with computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM), simultaneous guided implant placement, and a fully digital workflow. A young female patient with a history of maxillary trauma was treated and followed-up for 1 year after implant placement. A narrow implant was inserted in a prosthetically driven position with the aid of computer-guided surgery. In the same surgical section, a customized implantable titanium mesh was applied. The scaffold was designed according to the contralateral maxillary outline in order to recreate a favorable maxillary bone volume. Finally, highly aesthetic, CAD/CAM, metal-free restorations were delivered using novel digital technologies.

Purpose: The aim of the paper is to present the methodology of computer aided designingand manufacturing of an all-ceramic multi-unit bridge restoring missing teeth and the lostsoft and hard tissues of the oral cavity as a result of surgical treatment of oral tumor.Design/methodology/approach: The methodology of computer aided designing andmanufacturing of the multi-unit all-ceramic bridge was presented on the basis of an actualclinical case of a patient who underwent the surgical treatment of myxoma of the oral cavity. All the steps of clinical and technical production of the bridge were described and illustrated.Findings: It is possible to use the CAD/CAM technology to design and manufactureall-ceramic multi-unit bridges restoring missing teeth and the lost soft and hard tissues ofthe oral cavity. The design of the bridge must be clinically validated using mock-ups and onlythen can be implemented for the CAM software.Practical implications: Thanks to the method of designing and manufacturing of multiunitall-ceramic bridges for patients with significant lost of the soft and hard tissues of themouth it is possible to carry out a prosthetic rehabilitation of patients after trauma and tumorsurgery.Originality/value: : The execution of extensive bridges with the maximum available heightof about 25 mm requires a high technological rigor at the design and manufacture stage. Toensure longevity of the reconstruction, it is necessary to plan all the work while maintainingthe maximum thickness of the substructure. It is desirable to provide minimum of 2 mmthick substructure and the surface of at least 20 mm2 or more in the cross-sections. At thesame time, the structure of the bridge must be supported on the alveolar ridge to provideaesthetics and endurance.

It is primary object of the present study to create a 3D model of the human ankle and an axis system that will show the position the tibia and the foot on a healthy subject. Regarding this scope of the study, the first step in obtaining the 3D model of the bones is scanning. The graphic modeling software used is Catia V5 R20. It is another object of the present study to create an axis system that will be very easy to maneuver and on which we can show different pathological situations, not only on a healthy subject, creating their assembly reference systems considering the mechanical and anatomical axes existing and creating prerequisites for the study of different possible pathological situations. For this scope, was used a triorthogonal axis system called skeleton that is defined as a system of axes Euler. This means that the angles can change the grid, in the desire to analyze different situations. In this study the focus is on the situation of varus equinus, in which the foot leg is not aligned with the tibia, as it is on a healthy subject. It was realized an important element: the incorporation of geometric and dimensional references. The last object in this study is to determine the status of CAE, in order to study the stress and the strain. Creating the CAD system is very important because it can be used to study the osteoarticular system, treatment strategies and related surgery.

This study was conducted to investigate two clinical types of masticatory muscles parafunction: teeth compression and teeth grinding using clinical and functional methods. Teeth compression and teeth grinding were found to have a common tooth compression symptom. Our finding has been proven not only through clinical, yet via electromyographic and axiographic research methods as well. Based on the obtained data we developed a palatal plate-occlusal guard. It enables to fix reliably the lower jaw and reduces muscle tension. The proposed appliance helps prevent possible complications that occur in the course of orthopedic treatment.
