Introduction. The issues of industrial enterprises management systems adaptation are quite sharply expressed in the aspect of European integration processes since external factors have always influenced the activities of any enterprise and required measures of adaptation to them. Therefore, under the influence of the external environment uncertainty, business entities are forced to periodically make changes to their own management system, respectively, the importance of adaptation processes of enterprises increases directly in the context of all its varieties. The purpose of the paper is to study the key aspects and methodological foundations of building a generalized technology for the developing of an adaptive competitive strategy of an enterprise when entering foreign markets. The methodological and theoretical basis of the research within the framework of this work is the fundamental scientific works of leading scientists. To achieve the set goals and solve certain problems, general methods of cognition (analysis, observation, comparison, etc.) were used in the formation of the main provisions of the study; methods of structural decomposition and graphic modeling in the development and display of the proposed technology for the development of an adaptive competitive strategy of an enterprise when entering new foreign markets. Results. Based on the study, the essence of adaptive management is revealed. The principles of the adaptive competitive strategy formation are systematized. The influence of factors of the internal and external environment on the adaptation system of the enterprise is characterized. A generalized technology for developing an adaptive competitive strategy of an enterprise when entering new foreign markets is recommended, which provides for the implementation of the following stages: setting goals and objectives, analyzing the internal and external environment of an enterprise, diagnosing the influence of external and internal factors; choosing methods for entering new foreign markets, assessing strategic alternatives and choosing a strategy, planning implementation adaptive competitive strategy of the enterprise, the application of the adaptive competitive strategy of the enterprise, control and regulation of the adaptive competitive strategy implementation when entering new foreign markets. Conclusion. According to the results of the study, it was found that the implementation of the proposed technology stages will allow the development and implementation of measures for the adaptive competitive strategy application in the selected foreign market, as well as contribute to the stable operation of the enterprise both in the domestic and foreign markets.

AbstractAutomated verification of distributed systems becomes very important in distributed computing. The graphical insight into the system in the early and late stages of the project is essential. In the design phase, the visual input helps to articulate the collaborative distributed components clearly. The formal verification gives evidence of correctness or malfunction, but in the latter case, graphical simulation of counterexample helps for better understanding design errors. For these purposes, we invented Distributed Autonomous and Asynchronous Automata (DA3), which have the same semantics as the formal verification base—Integrated Model of Distributed Systems (IMDS). The IMDS model reflects the natural characteristics of distributed systems: unicasting, locality, autonomy, and asynchrony. Distributed automata have all of these features because they share the same semantics as IMDS. In formalism, the unified system definition has two views: the server view of the cooperating distributed nodes and the agent view of the migrating agents performing distributed computations. The automata have two formally equivalent forms that reflect two views: Server DA3 for observing servers exchanging messages, and Agent DA3 for tracking agents, which visit individual servers in their progress of distributed calculations. We present the DA3 formulation based on the IMDS formalism and their application to design and verify distributed systems in the Dedan environment. DA3 formalism is compared with other concepts of distributed automata known from the literature.

Introduction. The study provides design and technological parameters for wall coverings with various landscaping systems. At present, the problems associated with the study of design and technological parameters in the construction of non-traditional energy-saving engineering systems have not been sufficiently studied. The purpose of the study is to develop new constructive and technological technologies for wall coverings with landscaping systems, which make it possible to systematize various constructive and technological solutions. In accordance with this goal, the following tasks have been formulated: analysis of scientific and technical research of domestic and foreign scientists in the field of green building technologies in relation to the device of wall coverings with landscaping systems; analysis of design and technological parameters for the construction of such coatings. Materials and methods. The study used methods of comparative analysis and methods of graphic modeling. Results. On the basis of the study carried out, an analysis of the design and technological parameters for the installation of wall coverings with various landscaping systems was carried out, and the most environmentally friendly and effective options for vertical gardening systems were identified. Conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that in the field of green building technologies, there is a need to develop new standards that cover the design and construction processes with a detailed description of the design and technical characteristics. On the basis of the analysis of the design and technological parameters for the installation of wall coverings with various greening systems, it was found that, according to the main indicators of the effectiveness of technological solutions, an innovative system of wall coverings with modular greening systems made of bioplastic is the best technical solution.

Subject of research. The purpose of the study is the investment attractiveness of Ukraine and ways to improve using the Index of Investment Attractiveness of Ukraine. The purpose of writing this article is to identify ways to improve the investment climate in Ukraine. Methodology of work - methods of statistical analysis and synthesis, method of graphic modeling of investment attractiveness of economic climate in Ukraine. Results - As a result of the study, the following priorities were identified for 2021 to improve the investment climate in Ukraine: reboot of the judicial system; de-oligarchization of power; development of an effective and independent anti-corruption infrastructure; getting rid of bureaucracy; reduction of administrative and tax pressure on business; appointment of pro-European reformers to public office; restoration and support of cooperation with international financial institutions; law enforcement reform and effective fight against smuggling, including through increased fiscalization; establishing equal rules of the game for business. Scope of results. Economic branch: management of national economy, macroeconomics, economic theory. Conclusions. The biggest obstacles to the Ukrainian market as a result of the survey identified - exchange rate fluctuations, close ties between the economy and politics, insufficient legal order, corruption of public authorities, labor shortages and access to finance.

The article considers the potential of computer graphic modeling based on the experience of distance learning in design and art disciplines at the Department of Environmental design of the Stroganov Academy. An analysis of both practical and theoretical work of the Department during the semester made it possible to conclude that the model for the integration of full-time and distance learning, the individual and interactive approaches to the student is optimal for schools of creative arts. The experiment revealed the greatest flexibility and adaptability to the online format of the methodological material of the disciplines of graphic tools, its maximum openness to self-study, its role in innovative forms of design work, of the creative search for student’s own learning style.
