Background: The incidence of stunting is one of the nutritional problems experienced by toddlers in the world today. Indonesia ranks fifth for stunting in the world, which is around 37% (nearly 9 million) children. Toddlers with stunting will have a level of intelligence that is not optimal, making children more vulnerable to disease and in the future can be at risk of decreasing levels of productivity. In the working area of the Barombong Public Health Center, it was reported that nutrition issues, especially exclusive breastfeeding for toddlers and pregnant women, were still the focus of attention from the current Puskesmas work plan. So that this problem could be a risk factor for stunting incidents experienced by many toddlers in the work area of Barombong Health Center, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi.  Objectives: This study aims to determine how the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and maternal heightwiththeincidenceofstuntingininfantsaged2-5yearsattheBarombongPublic HealthCenter, Gowadistrict, SouthSulawesi. Methods:A cross sectional approach was used, this study conducted in August 2018 with the total population was 56 toddlers were selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out by researcher assisted used questionnaires. Forty nine toddlers met inclusion criteria. Parental height data is obtained by measuring high using a precision microtoise of 0.1 cm and the incidence of stunting is obtained by measuring the nutritional status with toddler’sheightbyage(TB/U)islessthan-2SDandchisquaretestwasusedtodata analysis. Results: Theresultswereprevalenceofshortfathersis1%,andshortmothers is 89.8%. The prevalence of children under five did not get exclusive breastfeeding is 75.5% and the incidence of stunting is 83.7% and very short 16.3%.From the bivariate test results there was no relationship of father’s height with stunting events chi square test results (p-value 1.00) of parents with stunting events, there was a relationship of maternal height with stunting events chi square test results (p-value 0.026), there is a relationship between exclusive breastfeeding with the stunting event of the chi square test results (p-value 0.015). Conclusion: the conclusion of this study is need family approach and providing education to the family as well as best nutritional intake in the breast milk at the beginning of life in order to prepare the first 1000 days of children life to avoid Stunting.

Based on the 2013 Basic Health Research (RISKESDAS), Short Toddler is one of the health problems of toddlers in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of stunting in children under two years of age in Tapung, Kampar Regency. The study uses observational analysis research methods with case control. The sample in this study were mothers with children under the age of two years in Tapung, Kampar district. The research instrument used was a questionnaire and a weight and height measurement tool. Bivariate data used chi square test with p value: 0.05. The results in this study were toddlers who were not exclusively breastfeeding who experienced more stunting, namely 52 respondents. Statistical test results obtained P Value <α = 0.05 which is 0,000. The conclusion of the study is the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and stunting in the Kampung Tapung District with a P value of 0,000.

Exclusive breastfeeding is breast milk that given to babies from birth for six months without and / or replace with other food or drinks. Exclusive breastfeeding can provide the immunity needed for the growth and development of infants. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between knowledge and exclusive breastfeeding at Perdagangan Health Center in Simalungun Regency. The population is in this study were all mothers who have infants aged 7-12 months who live at ​​Perdagangan Health Center in Simalungun Regency. The sample in this study was 115 respondents. The study was conducted from September 2 to October 1, 2019. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire created by the researcher. Statistical test is using Chi-square. The results of the study obtained at Perdagangan Health Center in Simalungun Regency that the majority of mothers' knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding is in the poor category of 78 respondents (67.8%), the majority of mothers do not provide exclusive breastfeeding, namely 92 respondents (80%). Statistical test results show that P-value is 0.01 <0.05, so that the null hypothesis (HO) is rejected, which means there is a significant relationship between maternal knowledge and exclusive breastfeeding. It is recommended that health workers who work in the area of ​​the mother and child area should improve education programs for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers to increase the knowledge and interest of mothers to breastfeed exclusively in the first six months of a baby's life.

Abstract: Relationship of Parenting with Language Development in Children 1 - 2.5 Years at Puskesmas I Denpasar Selatan. This study aims to determine the relationship of parenting with language development in children 1-2.5 years. The design of this study is correlation research with the Crossectional approach. This research has been carried out in the South Denpasar Health Center I. The sample size is 40 people, using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected by direct observation method with KPSP monitoring equipment. The data analysis technique used is the Chi-Square test because the data are not normally distributed. Based on the results of this study, it was found that the majority of respondents (55%) had language development that was not appropriate for their age and the majority of respondents (52.5%) were given democratic parenting. Based on the chi square test results obtained p value = 0.005 (p <0.05) which means there is a significant relationship between parenting with language development.

In order to reduce Infant Mortality and Mortality Rate (IMR), The United Nations Childrens Fund (UNICEF) and the World Health Organization (WHO) recommend that babies only be breastfed for the first six months of life (exclusive breastfeeding). The coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in the Special Region of Yogyakarta is 73.3% and the lowest is in Yogyakarta City at 59.52%, this achievement has not reached the government's target of 80%. Umbulharjo I Public Health Center is the health center with the lowest exclusive breastfeeding coverage in Yogyakarta City at 39.15%. Exclusive breastfeeding can be assessed for effectiveness from the Health Technology Assessment (HTA) aspect. This study aims to determine the relationship of husband's support with exclusive breastfeeding at Umbulharjo I Public Health Center, Yogyakarta City. This research is an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. Samples of 64 mothers were taken from a population of 179 mothers who had 6-12 months old infants. Data were analyzed by Chi-Square test. The results of the analysis of the husband's supportwith exclusive breastfeeding obtained a p-value of 0.019 (p 0.05). Conclusion, there is a relationship between husband's support and exclusive breastfeeding in the working area of the Umbulharjo I Public Health Center.

Exclusive breastfeeding rate in South Kalimantan is only 51.18% of what should be 70%. Factors that inhibit exclusive breastfeeding are the lack of mother's knowledge of exclusive breastfeeding excellence, mother's attitude towards exclusive breastfeeding, and incessant milk formula advertising. The aim of this research is to know the relationship of knowledge, attitude and advertising of formula milk with Exclusive Breast Feeding in Cempaka Rawat Inap Puskesmas of 2018. Method of research of analytic survey with cross sectional approach. The population is all mothers who have babies aged 6-24 months which amounted to 435 people. Sample of 81 people. Sampling using technique Purposive sampling. The statistical test is Chi square test. The results showed that the most breastfeeding was not exclusive breastfeeding as much as 42 people (51.9%). Knowledge of respondents at most is quite as much as 43 people (53.1%). The most positive attitude is 46 people (56.8%). Infant formula advertising in mothers showed that most respondents were interested in formula milk ads as much as 48 people (59.3%). There is knowledge relation (p-value = 0,012 <α 0,05), there is relationship of attitude (p-value = 0,000 <α 0,05). There is a formula milk advertising relationship (p-value = 0,000 <α 0.05). It is hoped that mothers can increase their knowledge, awareness about the importance of exclusive breastfeeding, and are not interested in formula milk advertising despite offering attractive promotions and prizes

There are about 2.8 million incident of perineal rupture in maternal physiological labor. In 2050,it is estimated that the incidence of perineal rupture can be 6.3 million if it is not accompanied by a good midwifery care. In 2016, in Trawas, there was (89%) perineal rupture in primiparas and (57%) perineal rupture in multiparas. Perineal rupture incidences due to parity were still very high. This study aims to analyze the relationship between parity and the incidence of perineal rupture . It is quantitative studyusing a cross sectional approach, by using analysis of physiological maternity women  medical record data from January to April 2017 of 130 peoplein Trawas Public Health Center, Mojokerto Regency.The dataanalysis used was Chi - Square , indicated by p value = 0,000 with ɑ = 0,05. It means that the value of p <ɑ, so H1 is accepted. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between parity and the incidence of perineal rupture on physiological maternity women in Trawas Public Health Center,Mojokerto Regency. Midwives can apply collaboration with patients and their families to have physical and psychologicalpreparation with an alternative of hypnobirthing methods.

Hypertension is one of the number one causes of death and disability in the world. Hypertension contributes nearly 9.4 million deaths from cardiovascular disease each year. Hypertension can cause undesirable effects, it needs good handling, one of them is by doing a hypertension diet. To carry out a hypertension diet requires knowledge, lack of knowledge can increase risk factors for hypertension. This study aims to determine the relationship of the level of knowledge about hypertension diet to the incidence of hypertension in the elderly at the Baloi Permai Public Health Center Batam City. This research method is an analytic observational with a cross-sectional approach conducted at the Baloi Permai Public Health Center Batam City 2018. Sampling technique is a total sampling with a sample of 64 people in 2018 determined by inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results of the study were analyzed with frequency distribution and then tested with the Chi-square test. Based on the results of this study indicate that of the 64 respondents found elderly who have a good level of knowledge are 41 people (64.1%), 48 people (75.0%) have an age range between 60-70 years. 27 people (42.2%) elderly have the last high school education and 40 people (62.5%) have jobs as entrepreneurs. Elderly people who have normal blood pressure are 40 people (62.5%), and those affected by hypertension are 24 people (37.5%). The elderly who have a family history of hypertension is 21 people (32.8%) and those who do not have a history of hypertension are 43 people (67.2%). Chi-Square Test analysis results show the significance value p = 0.009. This number is significant because the p-value is smaller than the significance level (α) ≤ 5% (0.05), so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Therefore it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship about the level of knowledge about the hypertension diet to the incidence of hypertension in the elderly. From the results of this study it was concluded that there was a relationship between the level of knowledge about the hypertension diet and the incidence of hypertension in the elderly at the Baloi Permai Public Health Center Batam City in 2016.

The level of family knowledge is a very important factor in the actions of families of people with Diabetes Mellitus, behavior based on knowledge will be easier to carry out than those not based on knowledge. Diabetes Mellitus is a disease that requires proper and immediate treatment efforts because it can cause complications such as heart disease, kidney failure, and damage to the nervous system. One way to overcome the effects of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus is by applying a diet. This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of family knowledge with efforts to prevent complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus in the work area of Babakan Puskesmas, Cirebon Regency. This research method uses descriptive correlational, this research uses cross section research. The population is all families with type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in the work area of Babakan Puskesmas in Cirebon Regency as many as 144 respondents and sampling using Purposive Sampling obtained 60 respondents. The instruments used were questionnaire sheets, and data analysis using chi-square test that is the significance value α = 0.1. The results of the above study indicate between the level of family knowledge and prevention of complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus in getting p-value = 0.04, because the p-value of 0.04 <0.1 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means there is a relationship between the level of family knowledge and prevention of complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus in the work area of Babakan Health Center, Cirebon Regency.

Background: Garbage is something material or solid objects that is no used by humans. The impact or risk of improper handling of garbage can cause to environmental damages that can cause health problems and disesase, one of them is diarrhea disease. According to the health profile of West Java Province (2012) showed that the 1.906.886 diarrhea incidence. Cirebon City is ranked ninth with 88,702 diarrhea incidence. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to know the relationship of waste management with the incidence of diarrhea In Argasunya Village Cirebon City. Method: This research used descriptive correlation with kohort retrospekif approach. The population in this study that is all the people who suffer from diarrhea in the Argasunya Village with 72 respondents. The sample in this study using total sampling with 72 respondents who suffer from diarrhea. The research instrument used the observation sheet of waste management and the result of the status of the patient according the medical record data in Sitopeng Public Health Center. The analysis used univariate and bivariate used Chi Square test. Result: The result of univariate analysis showed that most of the waste management did not fulfill the requirement of 59 respondents (81,9%) and most of the acute diarrhea was 62 respondents (86,1%). There was no significant relationship of waste management with the incidence of diarrhea In Argasunya Village Cirebon City, p-value = 0,677.

 AbstractBackground: The practice of breastfeeding in Indonesia is not 100% carried out. The data stated that in 2017 children aged <6 months who were exclusively breastfed were around 52%. This figure is considered low and below the national target (80%). One of the important key holders of successful breastfeeding is the mother's readiness to breastfeed. Mothers can prepare starting from knowledge of exclusive breastfeeding. In order to be able to carry out mature exclusive breastfeeding, preparation for lactation since pregnancy is an important factor. Considering that the mother's readiness is still low, it is important to conduct research on this readiness factor. This study aims to analyze the effect of mother's readiness on breastfeeding success. Methods: This research uses analytical observational with cross sectional approach. The sample used was 100 babies according to the specified criteria. The data collection technique was done by filling out online questionnaires. The data were then analyzed using the Chi Square test. Results:  This study shows the effect of mothers readiness with breastfeeding success which obtained a p value of 0.045. the results of the chi square test showed that mother’s readiness = 0.045 (α < 0,05), mother’s knowledge = 0.005 (α < 0,05) and lactation preparation = 0.19 (α < 0,05). Conclusion: These data indicate that there is an influence of mother's readiness on breastfeeding success.
