Purpose of the study: A satisfaction audit for use of cycling mode is aimed at the promotion of non-motorized transport which is safe, comfortable, economical and energy-efficient as critical for urban sustainability. The study examined the level of satisfaction that cyclists derive from the cicloruta based on the intersections in the network. Methodology: The methodology involved the use of primary data such as 680 perceptions of satisfaction ratings; physical and operational characteristics of road infrastructure (measurement and observational) data; and shapefile of the cicloruta. The relationship between variables was examined using correlation statistics, while the ordered probit model was used to estimate the parameter, predicted logit and predicted probabilities. Main Findings: An estimated model for intersection bicycle level of service (IntBLOS) revealed that the volume of vehicular and total intersection legs are factors with a high influence on cyclist’s level of satisfaction. The model was used in ArcGIS to compute IntBLOS scores at both segment and facility levels. Since segments are not independent of intersections or vice versa, the study used these two independent models to estimate the level of bicyclist’s satisfaction. Applications of this study: This study undoubtedly takes a step towards demonstrating a non-motorised transport infrastructure audit which can help address specific concerns of cyclists and thus enhance ridership in the study area. Elsewhere, especially in the developing countries applicability of this methodology shall be with modifications on measurement and observation data that reflects peculiar local traffic situations. Novelty/Originality of this study: The findings of this paper has stimulated further conversation on the factors of cycling in the city with its ambitious cycling infrastructure. It has also provided planners with an infrastructure audit methodology to enhance cycling safely and sustainably. The study recommended proper enlightenment of motorists and cyclists alike on their right of way and most importantly, the redesign of most intersections in the study area to reflect the present cycling realities of Bogota.

If the customer is greater than acceptable level of service, the cutomer is not satisfied. Conversely, if an acceptable level of service greater than the expectations of customers, the customer will be satisfied. This means that if Bank BRI branch Fatmawati can improve service quality to its customer it will affect the level of satisfaction. In this research found evidence that, in terms of the creation of quality services, Bank BRI branch Fatmawati is one of the branches that participate to implement the established policies and service in accordance with the exiting service standard in the banking world. Amount of influence the determination of quality of service policies applied by the Bank BRI branch Fatmawati indicated by r2. r2 value only 45 % and the rest 55 % influenced by other variables not studied. Meanwhile, the variable relationship of service quality to customer satisfaction can be seen from the values r = 0,67. This shows the value of the correlation coefficient between the variables of service quality to customer satisfaction. This means there are strong relationships between the independent variable X (quality of service) to the dependent variable Y (customer satisfaction). Since r = 0,67 (67 %) greater then 50 %.

Good service quality in public services will give an impetus to the user community to give a good assessment. Good service by the State Civil Servants (ASN) in the Transportation Obligatory Licensing Unit (UPAKWU) in the Karanganyar District Transportation Department was apparently still receiving complaints from the service user community. This shows that there are still some shortcomings in the implementation of the service system in the office. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling method. The data used are primary data obtained directly from respondents by providing a list of questions or questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) are used to measure the level of satisfaction of someone over the performance of other parties, and Cartesian Diagrams to determine service indicators that satisfy or do not satisfy consumers. The results showed that: Service quality in UPAKWU Karanganyar Regency according to customer perceptions has not been satisfactory, despite having good service performance / above average. This is based on the results of the Importance Performance Analysis analysis which gets a result of 94.36% (Total Tki

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the non-monetary effect of credit access by providing an econometric framework which controls the problem of selection bias. Design/methodology/approach The study is conducted in Assam, India and uses a quasi-experiment design to gather primary data. The ordered probit model is used to evaluate the non-monetary impact of credit access. The paper uses a propensity score approach to check the robustness of the ordered probit model. Findings The study confirms the positive association of credit access to life satisfaction of borrowers. It is found that, in general, rural borrower’s life satisfaction is influenced by the ability and capacity to work, the value of physical assets of the borrowers as well as some other lenders’ and borrowers’ specific factors. But, the direction of causality of the factors influencing borrowers’ life satisfaction is remarkably different across credit sources. Research limitations/implications The study argues to provide productive investment opportunities to semiformal and informal borrowers while improving their life satisfaction score. Although the results are adjusted for selection and survivorship biases, it is impossible with the available data to assess which non-income factors explain the findings, and therefore this limitation is left to future research. Originality/value The study contributes to the literature of rural credit by assessing the probable differences among formal, semiformal and informal credit sources with respect to non-monetary impacts.

This study focused on the behavior of road user (biker/rider), especially around the Gendengan Intersection in Surakarta. This study aims to determine the types of violations, the causes, and effects that occur around the intersection. The primary data used are observation data of violations and questionnaires of 400 respondents. This study also uses data of traffic accidents and violations from the SATLANTAS of Surakarta Police and the IRSMS of KORLANTAS POLRI. The analysis refers to Law No.22 of 2009. Based on the Police data analysis, there are 87.98% of violations in Surakarta related to driver behavior, while using the primary data it was found around 48.32%. Lack of awareness of orderly traffic causes the driver to ignore his safety. This can be seen from the percentage of respondents who answered YES greater than NO happening in almost all violation types. Traffic violations can be a major factor in traffic accidents. Therefore, the implementation of strict rules needs to be done for those who violate, either in the form of fines or imprisonment. Analisis mengacu pada Undang-Undang No.22 Tahun 2009.
