The aim is to theoretically substantiate and empirically study the psychological semantic parameters of conformism of adolescence and to establish the relationship with values. Value orientations as an important regulatory mechanism of personality behavior are revealed. Conformism is interpreted through social desirability as the individual’s desire for positive and constructive interaction, exchange with society, during which the individual obeys the latter, presenting himself in a favorable light. It is noted that young people often change their values under the pressure of “significant others” and society, presenting themselves in a favorable light, implementing conformal behavior. It is established that conformism correlates with value orientations (p<.01; p<.05). It is noted that respondents with a high level of conformism are characterized by a change in values under the influence of the environment and people with low levels – this trend is not observed. It has been studied that in adolescence there is a shift in the orientation of the individual from focusing on other people to focusing on their own meanings and values. It is determined that a person with a high level of conformism can neglect his own values, and therefore change his own behavior, which can be regarded as a “challenge to the environment”. It is offered to apply the received empirical results in training and to implement in educational and professional preparation of students-psychologists.

On the basis of theoretical analysis of the scientific psychological literature, the article defines the phenomenon of the boundary in determining the innovative potential of the personality, The author identifies that the qualitative originality of the boundary phenomenon demonstration in determining a high level of the innovative potential of the personality is associated with such individual psychological characteristics as value orientations, creativity, temporary competence, desire for self-actualization, need for cognition, spontaneity. The single direct link to synergy is made at the low level of IPP. The «boundary» allocation at the high and low levels of IPP allows to differentiate the groups of relationships of the certain personal qualities and indicators of the personal innovative potential. By characterizing the existence of the close statistically significant links between the individual and personal characteristics of respondents with an integral indicator of the innovative potential of the personality, it is made possible to compile a psychological portrait of the innovator. The art of defining the «boundary» becomes actual by establishing the interrelationships of these individual psychological characteristics with the features of the manifestation of the innovative potential of the personality.

When forming impressions of an other’s personality, people often rely on information not directly related to the individual at hand. One source of information that can influence people’s impressions of others is the personality of the average person (i.e., normative profile). This relationship between the normative profile and an impression is called normative accuracy or normativity. In this chapter, you will learn about the average personality, why it is important, the relationship to social desirability and what it means to have a normative impression, as well as correlates and moderators of normativity. More broadly, you will learn about current research and views regarding the normative profile and normative impressions as well as concrete steps for incorporating this approach into your future research on interpersonal perception.

Our aim was to analyze the effects of individuals' motivations, specifically reciprocity, experience, activity, and emotion, on their communications in an online health forum. We employed an exponential random graph approach to analyze concrete models embedded in online health networks. According to the research that we conducted over a 5-year period on a dataset drawn from a global diabetes forum, reciprocal information diffusion occurred in the forum; a high level of online activity had a positive impact for gratification of the individual user. Both having more experience and expressing polarized emotions played an important role in individuals' post contributions, however these factors had little influence on reply interaction among users. We also modeled post contribution and reply interaction in the same network in respect to the relationship-building processes, which may help in gaining more understanding about the mechanisms underlying communication in online health forums.

This study argues that religion and enterprise enjoy a complex and interdependent relationship. Analyzing the relationship between society, religion, and enterprise illustrates that religion operates as an environmental munificence factor. Investigating the relationship between the individual religion and enterprise shows that religion affects believers’ entrepreneurial activity, influencing the decision to become an entrepreneur, enterprise management, and the entrepreneur's contact network. Turning to theory, enterprise, and religion, we note that the spectre of Weber still haunts some analyses of the entrepreneurial middle class, and the literature does not clarify the extent of religiosity among entrepreneurs. Using quantitative techniques to study the level of religiosity among a sample of British entrepreneurs we found it to be similar to that of non-entrepreneurial samples. The low levels of religious belief and practice in Britain suggests that religion may not be a significant environmental munificence factor for British entrepreneurship.

The purpose of the study is a theoretical substantiation and empirical study of the psychological content parameters of the relationship between perfectionism and feelings of loneliness in youth. A new view of modern reality with its constant changes and increased requirements for the functioning of the individual in society has been substantiated. It is noted that such a view provokes the mass formation and spread of perfectionism and loneliness. It is noted that every day more and more people, especially young people, suffer from the imperfections of this world and the feeling of isolation from others. It has been established that socially conditioned perfectionism, concern for mistakes, doubts about one’s own actions and self-criticism have a positive significant connection with the feeling of loneliness in youth (p<.01). However, rigid perfectionism and self-centered perfectionism are inversely related to feelings of loneliness. It was found that young men are largely prone to self-centered perfectionism (p<.01). A pronounced high level of loneliness was observed in n=18 subjects. Attention has been drawn to the fact that doubts about one’s own actions and concern for mistakes inevitably provoke feelings of loneliness. Emphasis has been placed on important areas of actualization of empirical results in order to develop constructive perfectionism. It has been noted that the results obtained should be operationalized in educational and professional training of students-psychologists.

The results of theoretical and empirical research of value-sense factors of self-determination of entrepreneurs in their relation to the business partnership were presented. The content of the value-sense sphere considered to be the meaning and value orientations of the individual. The psychological attitude of entrepreneurs to the basic principles of business interaction - pragmatism and morality, as well as assessment of the process and result of business interaction were considered as characteristics of their self-determination. The relationship between the importance of pragmatism and morality as principles of business partnership and the understood and value orientations of the individual has been revealed. The orientation of entrepreneurs on pragmatism connected with two indicators of understood orientations - "Goals in Life," which characterizes determination, presence of goals in the future, and "Locus of Control-I (I am the master of life)," which characterizes the perception of myself as a strong person, having sufficient freedom of choice to control the events of his own life. The orientation of entrepreneurs to morality is interrelated with such an indicator of meaning orientations as "Process of life or interest and emotional saturation of life," which reflects satisfaction with its life in the present, perception of its process as exciting, emotionally saturated and filled with meaning. The high importance of the universal humane values of joint life (family, love, kindness) was positively related to emotional satisfaction with a business partnership, while the high importance of individualistic, pragmatic (material security and wealth) was negative. The study results confirm the relevance of considering the meaning and value orientations of the individual as a factor and basis of entrepreneurs' self-determination in business interaction.

This article reveals the features of the development of self-esteem and achievement motivation in older adolescents. Adolescence is considered a crisis period in human ontogenesis. In modern studies, there is a steady increase in the formation of unfavorable personality traits in adolescents. At this age, problems with self-esteem of the individual are more common, since the teenager's interest in himself, his self-perception and the need to understand himself are activated by the processes of puberty and psycho-physiological changes. The danger of this tendency for the future generation lies in the fact that inadequate self-esteem can cause the development of insecurity, complexes, anxiety, aggression, and can also act as a factor in suicidal behavior of adolescents. It should be noted that for many years Kazakhstan has been among the ten countries in the world in terms of the number of suicides among adolescents and youth. In modern socio-economic conditions, it is especially important to achieve a high level of development of a teenager's personality, and the formation of such qualities as self-confidence, motivation to achieve success. Therefore, the study of the relationship between self-esteem and the motivation for achieving success of the younger generation, along with modern social and revolutionary changes, is one of the urgent problems. The article presents an analysis of the results of an empirical study, the purpose of which was to identify the relationship between self-esteem and motivation for achieving success in adolescents. To achieve the goal of the study, the following psychodiagnostic methods were used: the method of G.N.Kazantseva "Study of general self-esteem"; the method of A. A. Rean "Motivation for success and fear of failure". The results suggest that there is a close positive relationship between self-esteem and achievement motivation in adolescents

The article explores the peculiarities of the relationship of motivational and demand sphere with the field of perception of the concept of “coronavirus”, “quarantine”, “self-isolation” in modern society. Their interrelations influence both the formation of a holistic personality and the formation of public opinion. The study is based on the notion that life values are a set of different inherently social attitudes, which under the influence of external social forms of interaction and intrapersonal characteristics are subject to constant modification, which is reflected in the system of perception, as the world as a whole, and in particular at the conceptual, sense-making level. Thus, studying the peculiarities of the relationship of personal value orientations with the field of perception of a particular concept, we can build a dynamic scheme of mutually influential vectors of values, orientations, life priorities, taking into account the specific conceptual perception of the concept under study. The study revealed that the respondents are more characterized by the prevalence of focus on the material situation, spiritual satisfaction, as well as achievement and self-development. These values are manifested in the spheres of professional life, education and family relations. In the field of perception of the highlighted concepts there is a number of significant differences, so the concept of “coronavirus” has a negative value assessment while high subjective importance in the individual personal plan for the person. The concepts of “self-isolation” and “quarantine” are perceived positively in terms of value, while in the subjective, personal plan they carry a negative dynamic for the individual. Thus, the study confirmed that depending on the structure of basic needs, value priorities, which the person holds, we can assume what attitude he will have to the studied concepts, what meaning he will fill them.

The article contains theoretical and empirical data on the study of metaresource opportunities of the mechanisms of a person’s life successfulness and their relationship with positive attitudes towards life and the achievement of life goals. The relevance of the scientific problem is to find new approaches to the understanding and study of the success of the individual in the modern world. The novelty of the study in testing the concept of life successfulness of a person as a meta-resource in a selfregulation system that performs the function of a reflective comparison of social and individual value bases in order to build its own concept of a successful life and acts as a system of interconnected mechanisms, personality traits and conditions. The methodological foundations in understanding life successfulness are the principles of regulatory, subjective and resource approaches. The purpose of the study: to study the degree of formation of mechanisms of life successfulness, as well as to identify their relationship with a positive motivational attitude and disposition of personality hardiness in a sample of respondents at the beginning of the professionalization process. The correlation analysis allowed to judge whether the relationship mechanisms life successfulness existence of interconnections of positive motivational attitude and personality hardiness. This suggests that respondents with more pronounced reflective mechanisms of life successfulness have a positive motivational attitude towards life, are involved in the situation and are able to manage it, open to receiving life experience, and self-confident. The revealed relationship between the variables indicates the presence of a complex regulatory mechanism of the personality, which allows developing and realizing the meta-resource opportunities of the mechanisms of life successfulness.

The article introduces a new term in Russian science — territorial loyalty, which is a specific perceptual-behavioral phenomenon. The definition of this term is given, the relevance of the study, due to the existing research contradictions identified by the author, is substantiated, and an analogy with another loyalty type — organizational — is drawn. A comparison of organizational and territorial loyalty with reliance on the empirical research results leads to the idea of another perceptualbehavioral phenomenon — emotional burnout, the formation of which the individual affects its loyalty — organizational or territorial. The article gives a brief description of the author’s research tools pilot version for assessing the territorial loyalty, and also describes the questionnaire, which is one of the most Russian famous tools for studying emotional burnout. A pilot study of the relationship between emotional burnout and territorial loyalty was conducted on a small sample included 15 respondents (educational system employees and university students), in connection with which a quantitative data analysis was carried out using non-parametric methods. As a result, with a high level of statistical significance, it was found that the severity of territorial loyalty of non-burnt respondents is lower than the severity of this phenomenon in individuals characterized by an average, high or critical emotional burnout level, that is, the existence of a relationship between emotional burnout and territorial loyalty is confirmed. In addition, further research areas have been outlined: for example, the question remains as to which of the considered indicators is a predictor and which is a dependent variable
