Palavras-chave: formação de professores; política de formação profissional; Educação Física.TRAINING POLICY OF TEACHERS: implications to the field of knowledge of physical educationAbstractThe article problematizes the inferred implications to the field of Physical Education, from the manuscript of the Common National Base for the Formation of Basic Education Teachers (BNCFP). For this, it aims to analyze the conceptions of formation and knowledge attributed by the BNCFP, to understand its implications to the field of Physical Education. It uses Pierre Bourdieu's praxiological dialectical method, documentary research for data collection and discourse analysis to perform the treatment. It notes that the conceptions of formation and knowledge at BNCFP bring a close relationship with the conception of competences and, therefore, to a technical/practical training grounded and legitimized by the productive value. It is concluded that the BNCFP Manuscript retakes and deepens the field of physical education a pragmatic view, bringing body practices closer to biologizing and positivist discourses and ideals, using them for techniques that generate market value and contributing to the heteronomy of the field and physical education for capital. AbstractDinophyte evolution is essentially inferred from the pattern of thecal plates, and two different labelling systems are used for the important subgroups Gonyaulacales and Peridiniales. The partiform hypotheca of cladopyxidoid dinophytes fits into the morphological concepts of neither group, although they are assigned to the Gonyaulacales. Here, we describe the thecate dinophyte Fensomea setacea, gen. & sp. nov., which has a cladopyxidoid tabulation. The cells displayed a Kofoidean plate formula APC, 3′, 4a, 7″, 7C, 6S, 6′′′, 2′′′′, and slender processes were randomly distributed over the echinate or baculate surface. In addition, we obtained rRNA sequences of F. setacea, gen. & sp. nov., but dinophytes that exhibit a partiform hypotheca did not show a close relationship to Gonyaulacales. Character evolution of thecate dinophytes may have progressed from the ancestral state of six postcingular plates, and two more or less symmetrically arranged antapical plates, towards patterns of only five postcingular plates (Peridiniales) or more asymmetrical configurations (Gonyaulacales). Based on our phylogenetic reconsiderations the contact between the posterior sulcal plate and the first postcingular plate, as well as the contact between an antapical plate and the distalmost postcingular plate, do not represent a rare, specialized gonyaulacoid plate configuration (i.e., the partiform hypotheca of cladopyxidoid dinophytes). Instead, these contacts correspond to the common and regular configuration of peridinioid (and other) dinophytes.

Professional training assumes the formation of the young generation of spiritual values and ideals, behavioral stereotypes and concrete actions. The purpose of the research was to analyze the directions of using volunteer activity in the formation of professional and social competencies of students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports. The realities of the training of specialists allowed us to single out professional and social competencies as a separate species. The graduate should have an understanding and perception of ethical norms of behavior, understand the need to observe the norms of a healthy lifestyle, be creative, sociable, tolerant. In his professional work should provide for the prospects of working with the formation of a system of goals, to design the content of educational and upbringing activities with self–monitoring and self–evaluation of the work performed. It is determined that the pedagogical functions of volunteer activity are the orientation of the individual in social relations; The creation of an educational space; Ensuring the possibility of acquiring the experience of social and communicative interaction. The experience of using volunteer activity testifies to the need to ensure the unity of theoretical knowledge and practical activity, which is represented by the «model of formation» using different forms of organization in the following areas: educational, sports and social component within the framework of the students' practical training of the faculty of physical education and sport. To assess the effectiveness of experimental work on the impact of volunteer work on the formation of professional and social competence, we used quantitative and qualitative assessments, which express the changes in the characteristics of individual students. In terms of readiness of the future teacher to education of students was recorded positive trend: students with low level of readiness was 36,4 % less; middle and high readiness – more by 26,4 and 11,1 % respectively, confirming the effectiveness of educational practice using components of volunteering and its impact on the formation of professional and social competencies. Analyzing the experience of using volunteering at the Faculty of Physical Education and SportsKherson state university note that it promotes the professional experience of moral consciousness; encourages the development of motivational sphere student, his personal qualities, aspiration to self development, to expand professional competence.

Although the educational level of the population has improved considerably over the last decades, Portugal still lags far behind the other European countries. Premature school drop-out, along with high retention rates, appear to be the main reasons for this. Consequently, Portugal is the EU country with the largest percentage of workers with low educational levels, and the Central Region of Portugal is the one with the least favourable record. Indeed, in spite of the positive evolution egistered among the youngest, it is still disturbing to find that only 27.1% (61.8% in the EU) of the economically active young peoplebetween the ages of 15 and 24 finished their secondary education or pursued vocational training and that 3% did not even finish the first cycle of basic education. This situation inevitably hinders the formation of human capital, prevents the expansion of productivity and curbs the competitiveness of the productive fabric,as well as economic growth.

Research background. With the rapid advancement and changes in students’ generation, the societyneeds improvements in the process of the preparing physical education teachers. The process of the preparationrequires the development of a practically, individually, creatively, critically minded physical education teachercapable of active and independent problem solving in practice. The article focuses on the process of preparationand improvement of the curriculum for physical education teachers in Lithuania. The aim of the article is toupdate and compare a new European dimension–a reflective teaching model that encourages the analysis ofpast activities and the construction of new activities. The aim of the researchwasto reveal theoretical assumptions about the application of the reflectivemodel in the training of physical education teachers atasports university.Conclusionsandperspectives:It is important to reform the academic and practical content of studiesby creating reflexive physical education teacher training, creating conditions for the reflection of personal andprofessional identity, developing and integrating reflective model approaches into the content of studies, developing teacher competencies, developing reflective analysis and cooperation and interaction with studentsin the areas of knowledge, skills and valuables. The reflective model in vocational training of specialists in thework of physical educationteacherscreates conditions for the development of changes and the search foralternative ways to attract students to enjoy physical activity and fulfill the goal of physical education–to bephysically active not only within the school, but also outside it. This goal is developed at a universitywhereuniversality is particularly emphasized. The argument for the purpose of physicaleducationis part of the research as a training tool for thetraining of physical education teachers. A combination of practicalwork and research is necessaryas it givesthe educators the opportunity to learn themselves to understand their knowledge and maintain opinions.Itwould also help improve the sometimes extremely good status of the teacher of physical education and enhancethe knowledge of the work of a physical education teacher in the practice of professional work.
