The article analyzes the scientific psychological and pedagogical literature on the problem of competence approach. The key, basic and special competencies of the future aviation specialist are considered. It is understood as a system of relevant knowledge, skills, abilities and values, which are reproduced in the ability and willingness of the individual to solve professional problems of various kinds. The professional competence of the future aviation specialist includes basic (unique for specialists of different profiles) and professional (due to the specifics of the field of activity) competencies. The leading role of professional and applied-physical training in the process of forming the competence of an aviation specialist is substantiated. To a large extent, the formation of both basic and professional competencies is facilitated by professional and applied physical training. The content of professional and applied physical training determines the requirements for the personality of the specialist, and, above all, the requirements for his physical and mental training, which, in turn, are determined by factors closely related to the specifics of professional activity. The content of professional and applied-physical training determines the requirements for the personality of the specialist, and, above all, the requirements for his physical and mental training, which, in turn, are determined by factors closely related to the specifics of professional activity. Professional and applied physical training of future aviation specialists for highly productive work is carried out in the following areas: mastering applied skills and abilities that are elements of certain sports; accentuated education of certain physical and special qualities, especially important for the highly productive work of the future aviation specialist; obtaining applied knowledge and skills of application of means of physical culture in the mode of work and rest taking into account extreme working conditions and age features. However, professional and applied-physical training is not а separate from the traditional system of physical education, but is organically linked to all its main areas, an important part, the section of physical education, the main content of which is the formation of physical abilities that meet the specific needs of this profession, equipping with professional skills and abilities, and means the formation of professional competence of the specialist. At the same time, the new strategy of professional training of cadets should consist not only in specially organized physical training classes, but also independent, conscious and active motor activity in order to effectively psychophysical adaptation to the socio-legal conditions of modern life. In the Standard of higher education preparation of the master on a specialty 272-Aviation transport Educational qualification: the master on systems of management of safety of aviation; master's degree in unmanned aerial systems and complexes; Master of Air Traffic Services from the list of competencies of the graduate, we have identified those that are formed in the process of professional and applied physical training. The integration of Ukraine into the European community is impossible without changes in the education sphere. The implementation of such projects of the European Union as "Horizon 2020” provides the collaboration between experts in Agriculture and Engineering. The results of the questionnaire conducted by “Agro Survey” agency showed the lack of student’s practical knowledge in Ukrainian Engineering and Agricultural universities. It is obvious that the quality of education in Ukrainian technical universities doesn't meet the requirements of the European labour market. Getting theoretical knowledge has no value until students can apply it for practical purposes. We suggest that a subject like Physics should be practice-oriented. If the Physics course at technical universities integrates theory with practice, students will be better prepared for their future career. The purpose of the study is to define the basic principles of professional competence as the key factor for improving the quality of future engineer’s training in the process of studying Physics. To select and interpret the factual material, concepts and theories the theoretical analysis of philosophical, psychological and pedagogical literature on research was used in the paper. The pedagogical experiment was carried out on the basis of 4 universities in different regions of Ukraine and involved 159 respondents (151 students and 8 university teachers). To determine the strategies for implementation of the profession-based tasks in Physics course we carried out specially designed questionnaires for students majoring in Agrarian Engineering and university teachers. One of the necessary conditions for future engineer training is professional orientation in studying. We suppose that to consider the relationship between a comprehensive Physics course and the disciplines of professional and practical training the in-depth analysis should be performed. First of all, it will help to determine Physics knowledge, abilities and skills that should be used in student’s further professional training. Second of all, it will enable the most effective use of engineering-based tasks in Physics classes. However, knowledge of basic Engineering and General Theoretical subjects is not applied by the students of Technical High School for a long-period of university study. The results of the survey have shown that studying major subjects at a later stage doesn’t motivate students to learn Natural Science and Engineering disciplines. We can conclude that profession-based tasks in Physics class contribute to the formation of a system of natural knowledge, practical skills and abilities. They stimulate the students’ cognitive interest in Physics as a science, help to better absorb material of other disciplines, develop creative abilities and influence the formation of persistent motifs for obtaining knowledge of professional disciplines.

Abstract The article deals with studying the process of forming physical education teachers’ pedagogical mastery in the context of native and foreign scholars’ views. It has been indicated that the problem of pedagogical activity and pedagogical mastery efficiency has been raised in the works of a number of scholars who developed the principles and criteria of such activity. Thus, such native pedagogues as D. Dmytrenko, S. Krysyuk, I. Maslikova V. Putsov, A. Volovychenko studied the organization and evaluation of pedagogical and methodical work of teachers as well as the measuring of teaching management effectiveness. We have concluded that the forming of future physical education teachers’ pedagogical mastery should include the analysis of the education content (syllabi; general, psychological and pedagogical, special subjects; their comparison and volume, etc.) and the study of future physical education teachers’ personality. It is based on the use of general approaches, namely, historical, theoretical and descriptive, experimental, qualimetric (sociological) and is carried out within the diagnosis of a more general concept – a level of professional training (professional competence, the ability to obtain and generate new knowledge, to creatively solve pedagogical problems).

Socio-economic transformations that have occurred in society over the last decades, radically changed not only the lives of people, but the educational situation. Physical education students represents an integral constituent part of higher humanitarian education. It stands for quality and the resulting comprehensive measure of the impact of various forms, means and methods on the personality of the future specialist in the process of formation of professional competence. Health of students and their socio–psychological adaptation in the society, the normal growth and development is largely determined by the environment in which he lives. More than half of their time during the day, students at the University, so it is important to increase their motivation to employment by physical culture and sports, achievement sports results. The use of innovative forms and technologies of sports activities, in particular of the flash mob will make physical education interesting and extraordinary, to meet all the requirements of modern educational process. We tried to move away from traditional approaches in physical education to motivate students, studying non-traditional techniques, using elements of the new that animate and make lessons more varied. Exercise flash mob to the music creates for those who are engaged in understanding about the nature of the movements, their timing, and increases the spatial precision and expressive movements, develops aesthetic taste. Dance style exercise stimulates the expression of positive emotions in deals, increased emotional perception of the world. Aesthetic emotion enable a greater number of repetitions of various exercises not noticing fatigue, which gives a significant training effect on the cardiovascular and respiratory systems. Thanks to the close coordination of the movements with the music, rising expressive potential of physical exercise. Students have the impression that those who do talk about themselves, reveal their feelings and thoughts in the language of movement. The objective criterion of the effectiveness of the conceptual approach is to increase students ' social activity, a qualitative increase educational productivity, enhance the spirituality of each individual student.

The current situation of green economy digitalization actualizes the problem of developing innovative principles of professional training in universities. The key conditions for the training of highly qualified personnel in accordance with the needs of society and employers as participants of educational relations are of particular importance due to the qualimetric assessment of educational achievements of students (QAA), which has been actualized since 2000 by conceptual research within the framework of the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA). The material for the study was modern approaches, algorithms and models of QAA in higher education institutions. The main methods of research were theoretical analysis of published scientific literature on the problem of digital assessment of the level of professional competence of university graduates in the field of green economy-sustainable development, primarily, their professional environmental and economic competence (PEEC) based on a ranking analysis of expert information on the impact of different factors. At the same time, the problems which are the result of multifactor dependencies typical for pedagogy are put into the structured category and the apparatus of mathematical modelling and selection of optimal solutions is scientifically grounded to solve them. The most significant pedagogical factors were selected according to their influence on the level of PEEC formation as a result of using the method of expert group evaluation and ranking the selected opinions of experts, the consistency of which was previously revealed by calculating the Kendall's concordance coefficient. The principles of the systematic approach applied in the pedagogical research, using the conceptual provisions of quantitative measurements, numerical modelling and mathematical statistics based on factor planning allowed us to present the results of the experiment to identify the final dependence of the level of PEEC formation as a regression model as the initial step in the developed platform (underlying concept) of qualimetric assessment of the dominant factors of PEEC formation. The initial principles of such a concept are formulated, providing opportunities for studying and analyzing the influence of various pedagogical factors and organizational and pedagogical conditions, choosing the ways of generating educational trajectories.
