Eco-literacy play a crucial role in instilling awareness in children about the importance of protecting the environment. The purpose of this study was to describe the profile of nature school students’ eco-literacy. The research method used qualitative research with a case study approach. The research subjects were selected through the purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires, observation, interviews, tests, and document study. The data analysis technique employed in this study was the interactive data analysis technique. The results revealed that: (1) cognitive aspects were quite good, indicated by a systematic understanding of nature; (2) emotional aspects were good, shown by high caring and empathy; (3) spiritual aspects were good, indicated by the attitude of respecting nature; (4) high activity aspects, shown by ability to apply ecological knowledge into life practices. This research concludes that the profile of eco-literacy in nature school was quite good.   Keywords: Eco-literacy, nature school, primary school

This study aims to find a model for the application of character education for reading fondness through literacy programs. This research is a type of qualitative research with a case study approach. The research subjects consisted of the principal, teachers, and students at SD Negeri Sidareja 01 Cilacap. In collecting data, researchers used instruments in the form of interview guidelines, observation guidelines, and document analysis guidelines. The data analysis technique used is the interactive data analysis technique of Miles and Huberman which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that character education for reading fondness through the School Literacy Program at SD Negeri Sidareja 01 was carried out through: 1) The habituation phase which includes reading habit for 10-15 minutes and other activities that can build literacy culture and literacy-friendly physical environment conditioning. 2) The development phase which includes the development of literacy skills through various non-academic activities as well as the promotion of the social and affective environment as a model of literate communication and interaction. 3) The learning phase which includes the implementation of learning using a variety of literacy strategies and making schools a literate academic environment through professional development.

This study aimed  to describe mathematical reasoning in solving story problems of social arithmetic material based on the level of ability of grade VII students of MTs. Al-Madani academic year 2020/2021.  This study was conducted at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Madani Pelulan, Kuripan sub-district, West Lombok district. The selection of subjects using purposive sampling technique  was selected 6 students from grade VII of MTs. Al-Madani, consists of high-ability students,  medium-ability students, and low-ability students, 2 students each. Data collection was carried out by using the test method, documentation and interviews, the data analysis technique used was the qualitative data analysis technique  proposed by Miles and Huberman, namely: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Based on the data analysis of the results written tests and interviews with research subjects, the average score of students' mathematical reasoning for high-ability subjects was 31.5, and the average score for medium-ability subjects was 20.5. The average score of mathematical reasoning for low-ability subjects was 10.5. High-ability subjects met the indicators of understanding the problem of performing mathematical manipulation, finding patterns to make generalizations. and draw conclusions. Medium-ability students met the indicators of understanding the problem. perform mathematical manipulations, and check the validity of an argument..  Low-ability subjects only met the indicators of understanding the problem.

This research aimed to test the understanding of the budgetary participation and budget target clarity have effect to Manajerial Performance. Locus of Control able to moderate the effect of This research also to test the effect of risk preferences which acts as a moderating budgetary participation and budget target clarity to Manajerial Performance. This research took 54 respondents with a sampling technique is Judgement Sampling. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the results of the analysis it can be seen that the participation in budgeting and the clarity of budget targets has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance, then the Locus of control is not able to moderate the influence of participation in budgeting and the clarity of budget targets on managerial performance.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the improvement of appropriate technology innovation in home industry of pemindangan in coastal community of Tambaksari Village. The research method used is qualitative with case study approach. The subjects of the research were the home industry of pemindangan, while the informant was the Tambaksari community and the consumers of pindang fish. The method of data collection used observation, indept interview and documents. Data validity technique used data triangulation and data analysis technique used nvivo data analysis technique. The results showed that there was an increase in production quality in home industry of pemindangan using precise technology pan presto pindang pangkon. The production process becomes time-saving, cost-effective and energy-efficient, in addition to the more hygienic production process and the result of pindang fish is more durable. The benefits are increasing to improve the life quality of pemindangan home industry shoppers. The conclusion is that pindang pangkon is one of the appropriate technological innovations that can be used in home industry of pemindangan.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to examine whether the effect of motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance on PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Padang units. This study uses quantitave methods, the population in this study were 50 employees of the production departement at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Padang Units. The sample technique used is saturated sampling technique, so that a sample of 50 people is obtained. Data retrieval is done by distributing questionnaires to the employees of PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Padang Units. The data analysis technique multiple regression. The result of the three variable tests show, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Keywords : Motivation, Job Satisfaction, work discipline, employee performance.

This research is motivated by the importance of maintaining customer loyalty for the survival of the company. This study aims to determine and analyze customer satisfaction and product quality as keys to increasing customer loyalty. The population of this study were visitors to the Rava Motor workshop for one year, amounting to 3161 customers where the population data was seen from the actual customer entry unit in 2019. Based on Slovin calculations with an error of 10%, a sample of 97 visitors was obtained using incidental sampling technique. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires, observation and interviews. The instrument used has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is the descriptive data analysis technique, multiple correlation and multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive effect of service quality on customer loyalty and there is a positive effect of product quality on customer loyalty. In addition, simultaneously that there is a positive effect of service quality and product quality on customer loyalty.

This research aimed to construct the meaning of longing for the tradition of ngirup cuko pempek as a friendship communication for the people of Palembang in the Covid-19 pandemic era. This longing communication research is qualitative one. The object of research, namely the behaviour of longing for tradition ngirup cuko pempek. The research subjects are Palembang residents who often travel out of town. The research data used participated observation, interview and documents analysis obtained from informants. The data analysis technique used an interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results of the research showed, 1) Ngirup cuko is the local wisdom and eating culture of Palembang citizens; 2) The meaning on the longing philosophy on ngirup cuko pempek shows love for the traditions identity of the region, kinship and togetherness, the friendship, as well as typically Palembang culinary promotion.

The </em><em>aim</em><em> of this </em><em>research</em><em> was to</em><em> determine</em><em> the effect of </em><em>celebgram</em><em> credibility and trust on </em><em>intention to buy.</em> <em>The purpose of this research is to give solution for the decreasing problem intention to buy of ngikan restaurant , through some variables such as: celebgram credibility, trust, and intention to buy. </em><em>The sample used in this </em><em>research</em><em> were 168 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used PLS-SEM </em><em>.T</em><em>he results confirms that the probability value on the F test is 0.000 &lt;0.05 and the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) is 6</em><em>3</em><em>.5%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kredibilitas dan kepercayaan selebgram terhadap niat membeli. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan solusi atas penurunan minat beli restoran ngikan gading serpong, melalui beberapa variabel seperti: kredibilitas selebgram, kepercayaan, dan niat membeli. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 168 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai probabilitas pada uji F sebesar 0,000 &lt;0,05 dan koefisien determinasi (adjusted R2) sebesar 63,5%. ABSTRACTThis study aims to describe the aspects of love that most influence on 101 subjects with husband and wife status. The subjects in the study were married couples whose marriage ages were 1 to 10 years. This study uses a love scale which consists of three aspects, namely, desire, intimacy and commitment. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis to see which aspects influenced love. From the results of the research,  from the data of the subject as many as 101 people, there were 20 subjects who had a love for the high category, (19.8%), the moderate category was 66 subjects (65.4%) and the low category was 15 subjects (14.851%). ). From the aspect of love, desire shows that the research subjects who have high desire category are 25 subjects, with a percentage value of 24.752%. Research subjects who have high category intimacy are 17 subjects, with a percentage value of 16.831%. The component of love, namely commitment, shows that the research subjects who have commitment in the high category are 16 subjects, with a percentage value of 15.841%. From the research results, the aspect of desire has a big influence on love.ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan aspek cinta yang paling berpengaruh pada 101subyek berstatus suami  dan istri. Subyek dalam penelitian adalah pasangan suami istri yang usia pernikahannya 1 sampai 10 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala cinta yang terdiri dari tiga aspek yaitu, hasrat, keintiman dan komitmen. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk melihat aspek mana yang berpengaruh dengan rasa cinta. Dari Hasil peneltian  dari data subjek sebanyak 101 orang, terdapat subjek yang memiliki rasa cinta dengan kategori tinggi sebanyak 20 subjek, (19,8%), kategori sedang sebanyak 66 subjek (65,4%) dan kategori rendah sebanyak 15 subjek (14,851%) . Dari Aspek cinta, hasrat menunjukkan bahwa subjek penelitian yang memiliki hasrat dengan kategori tinggi sebanyak 25 subjek, dengan nilai persentase 24,752%. subjek penelitian yang memiliki keintiman dengan kategori tinggi sebanyak 17 subjek, dengan nilai persentase 16,831%. komponen rasa cinta yaitu komitmen menunjukkan bahwa subjek penelitian yang memiliki komitmen dengan kategori tinggi sebanyak 16 subjek, dengan nilai persentase 15,841%. Dari hasil penelitian aspek hasrat yang memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap cinta.

The aimed of this study was to determine the collaborative skills of students in using project-based learning at SMAN 1 Tanjungpinang. The implementation of the project-based learning model was not optimally used during the learning process. This type of this research was quasi-experiment with pretest postest group design and data collection was carried out by distributing collaborative skills rubrics to 40 students, the sample was selected by purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used simple regression. The results showed that the students who have been taught by project-based learning had excellent collaborative skills and achieved good criteria of each indicator of collaboration skills.
