Komponen Cinta Dalam Pernikahan

ABSTRACTThis study aims to describe the aspects of love that most influence on 101 subjects with husband and wife status. The subjects in the study were married couples whose marriage ages were 1 to 10 years. This study uses a love scale which consists of three aspects, namely, desire, intimacy and commitment. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis to see which aspects influenced love. From the results of the research, from the data of the subject as many as 101 people, there were 20 subjects who had a love for the high category, (19.8%), the moderate category was 66 subjects (65.4%) and the low category was 15 subjects (14.851%). ). From the aspect of love, desire shows that the research subjects who have high desire category are 25 subjects, with a percentage value of 24.752%. Research subjects who have high category intimacy are 17 subjects, with a percentage value of 16.831%. The component of love, namely commitment, shows that the research subjects who have commitment in the high category are 16 subjects, with a percentage value of 15.841%. From the research results, the aspect of desire has a big influence on love.ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan aspek cinta yang paling berpengaruh pada 101subyek berstatus suami dan istri. Subyek dalam penelitian adalah pasangan suami istri yang usia pernikahannya 1 sampai 10 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala cinta yang terdiri dari tiga aspek yaitu, hasrat, keintiman dan komitmen. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk melihat aspek mana yang berpengaruh dengan rasa cinta. Dari Hasil peneltian dari data subjek sebanyak 101 orang, terdapat subjek yang memiliki rasa cinta dengan kategori tinggi sebanyak 20 subjek, (19,8%), kategori sedang sebanyak 66 subjek (65,4%) dan kategori rendah sebanyak 15 subjek (14,851%) . Dari Aspek cinta, hasrat menunjukkan bahwa subjek penelitian yang memiliki hasrat dengan kategori tinggi sebanyak 25 subjek, dengan nilai persentase 24,752%. subjek penelitian yang memiliki keintiman dengan kategori tinggi sebanyak 17 subjek, dengan nilai persentase 16,831%. komponen rasa cinta yaitu komitmen menunjukkan bahwa subjek penelitian yang memiliki komitmen dengan kategori tinggi sebanyak 16 subjek, dengan nilai persentase 15,841%. Dari hasil penelitian aspek hasrat yang memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap cinta.

The current study aims to describe the effectiveness of CTL approach (REACT) to improve students' self confidence in mathematics. It is a classroom action research (PTK). The subjects of the study were students of grade VIII MTs Nurul Ihsan Sukarara in the academic year 2017/2018 consisting of 29 students. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The findings show that students' confidence in mathematics in the first cycle reached 10.3% for high category, 55.2% for moderate, and 34.5% for low category. Meanwhile, in the second cycle students' self-confidence score on mathematics reached 6.9% for very high category, 72.41% for high category, and 20.69% for moderate. This study indicates that there is an increase of students' self confidence in mathematics due to CTL approach (REACT).

This study examines the religious values contained in the novel Mengejar Halalnya Syabila by Noor Ruhaimin. <p><em>This study aims to produce Macromedia flash-based teaching materials in IT-based statistical data analysis courses that are tested validity. The form of research carried out is research development under the term Research and Development (R&D). This research was conducted at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences UIR Academic Year 2018/2019 in sixth-semester students. The research subjects in this study were sixth-semester students of UIP Mathematics FKIP. Based on the 4-D development model, the researcher made the design of this development procedure consisting of only 3 stages, namely defining, planning, and developing. The deployment stage (disseminated) was not carried out due to time and cost limitations. The data collection instrument in this study was a validation sheet of learning tools. The data analysis technique is an analysis technique used is the descriptive analysis that describes the validity of Macromedia flash-based teaching materials on IT-based statistical data analysis courses. From the research results obtained validity of Macromedia flash-based teaching materials meets the category of very valid with an average total of 87,955. Based on the research results it can be concluded that research has produced Macromedia flash-based teaching materials in valid IT-based statistical data analysis courses.</em></p>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran minat belajar fisika peserta didik dalam pembelajaran IPA fisika melalui metode bermain Snakes and Ladders di SMP Negeri 3 Barru Kabupaten Barru. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan ukuran populasi 125 peserta didik dan ukuran sampel 95 peserta didik. Teknik penarikan sampel adalah Proporsional Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Data dianalisis dengan bantuan fasilitas IBM SPSS statistic 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran IPA FISIKA melalui metode bermain snakes and ladders secara umum berada pada kategori tinggi. Dengan indikator ketertarikan terhadap pelajaran berada pada kategori tinggi, indikator perhatian terhadap pelajaran berada pada kategori tinggi dan indikator perasaan senang terhadap pelajaran berada pada kategori sangat tinggi.Kata kunci: Minat Belajar, Metode Bermain Snakes and Ladders This research aim is to abtain the overview of students interest in learning phisycs by using snakes and ladders play method at SMP 3 Barru in Barru Regency. The type of this research used was descriptive quantitative with population were 125 students and sample size were 95 students. Than, sampling technique was proportional random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaire, observation and interview and data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis. The results showed that students' learning interest in phisycs through the snakes and ladders method was generally high category. Furthermore indicators of interest , attention and feeling happy about lesson got high category.Keywords: Learning Interest, Playing Methods Snakes and Ladders.

Research on the implementation of analysis of learning outcomes at MTsN 12 Hulu Sungai Selatan through In House Training (IHT) to improve teachers abilities in learning. This study aims to obtain information about the implementation of in-house training as an effort to improve the ability of MTsN 12 Hulu Sungai Selatan teachers in carrying out analysis of learning outcomes. The method used in this study was the School Action Research which lasted 2 cycles, where the second cycle was an improvement from the first cycle by bringing in observers from the supervisor to observe the implementation of In House Training (IHT). The research subjects were all 24 teachers of MTsN 12 Hulu Sungai Selatan. The data collection techniques used were documentation, tests, and observations. The data analysis technique used is descriptive and percentage. The research results prove that there is an increase in the ability of teachers to carry out the analysis of learning outcomes through In House Training (IHT) from cycle I to cycle II, namely the results of activeness, observation of the implementation of In House Training (IHT) and final assignments with an average of 65.97%. 86.11, The results showed an increase in the ability of teachers to carry out analysis of learning outcomes and In House Training (IHT) was very effective as a learning model.

The City

The purpose of this research is to find out how the contribution of Hotel Taxes in increasing the Regional Original Income of Medan City and what are the efforts in increasing the hotel tax. Sources of data used in this research are secondary data, namely in the form of targets and realization of hotel tax revenue and realization of local revenue Medan City from 2016 to 2018. The data analysis technique used in this study is to use descriptive analysis. Hotel Tax to Local Own Revenue is to compare the actual value of Hotel Tax with the realization of Local Own Revenue in Medan City. The results show that in 2016-2018, the contribution of Hotel Tax in the city of Medan increased every year. In contrast to the contribution, the value of the realization of Regional Original Income tends to fluctuate because, in 2016-2017, it increased, while in 2018, the realization value decreased.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. This research uses quantitative descriptive research with observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The population in this study all employees at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor, amounting to 136 people and the sample in this study as much as 50 percent, the total was 68 respondents. The data analysis technique used is by using descriptive analysis that is to present each question item using a percentage formula. The results showed that the three indicators in this study generally showed quite effective results, starting from the indicators of office spatial planning, the results of which were quite effective, indicators of employee placement whose results were quite effective, and indicators of the office's physical environment whose results were effective. Of the three indicators provide an overview that can be concluded that the office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar as a whole is considered quite effective.

This study aims to improve mastery of dexterity gymnastics through playing approaches and assistive media in physical education learning for students. This research method uses a classroom action research method with research subjects namely students of class II SD Negeri 44 Ampenan. The research instrument used observation, interviews, and tests. The data analysis technique used in this research was qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the play approach and assistive media can increase interest, activeness, and dexterity gymnastics for the second grade students of SD Negeri 44 Ampenan.

Eco-literacy play a crucial role in instilling awareness in children about the importance of protecting the environment. The purpose of this study was to describe the profile of nature school students’ eco-literacy. The research method used qualitative research with a case study approach. The research subjects were selected through the purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires, observation, interviews, tests, and document study. The data analysis technique employed in this study was the interactive data analysis technique. The results revealed that: (1) cognitive aspects were quite good, indicated by a systematic understanding of nature; (2) emotional aspects were good, shown by high caring and empathy; (3) spiritual aspects were good, indicated by the attitude of respecting nature; (4) high activity aspects, shown by ability to apply ecological knowledge into life practices. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan buku petunjuk pratikum pada pokok bahasan gelombang dan bunyi untuk meningkatkan motivasi siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode research and development (R & D). Sebagai subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa MAN 2 Model Mataram Kelas XI. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Dick & Carey yang terdiri dari 10 langkah yang harus diikuti untuk menghasilkan produk berupa buku petunjuk pratikum. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif untuk mengukur motivasi belajar siswa. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to develop a pratikum manual on the subject of waves and sounds to improve student motivation. This research uses research and development (R & D) method. As subject in this research is student MAN 2 Model Mataram Class XI. The development model used is Dick & Carey which consists of 10 steps that must be followed to produce the product in the form of manual pratikum. Data obtained through interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative to measure student's learning motivation.
