The goal of this research was to track graduates to their destination and employment status. The researchers used the modified survey questionnaire developed from the researchers and served as the method for data collection. Further, information was also obtained from yahoo and Facebook accounts and mobile or cellular phones. Of the 377 respondents, 288 graduates participated in the study and were drawn randomly from the master lists of 6,677 graduates of various academic programs offered from five-year spans School Year 2006 to 2010. The findings showed that the majority in their current position is casuals. It also showed that most of the respondents work in businesses or organizations related to education, wholesale and retail trade, financial intermediation, development, and public administration. Most of them, their present work is connected to the course they took at college. Programs with the highest percentage of working graduates, JRMSU ranked Engineering as the top program offered. Teacher education, on the other hand, has more employed graduates with the highest potential for full initial earnings. Finally, the profile information that best predicts the graduates' employment likelihood is gender, GPA, and licensure exam.

This is a summary of an Arkansas State University sponsored survey conducted in the Summer of 1983 whereby a sample of the state's county and city executives were asked about their administrative training and technical assistance needs and, generally, about the role of the universities in providing such services. Forty-nine percent (128) of the mailed questionnaires were returned. The respondents consist of 45 county and 83 city officials. Arkansas State University sponsored the study on the basis of strong evidence suggesting that academic programs in public administration are much improved through their systematic interaction with government practitioners (see bibliography). Consequently, the specific purpose of the study was to discover possible mutually productive links between ASU's program in public administration and the state's local government. The present research note reports on those aspects of the study which may be of interest to the overall Arkansas political science/public administration community.

Mobile devices and applications are expected to have a significant impact on teaching and learning in the near future. Yet colleges and universities are currently facing severe budget constraints and discretionary funding is restricted for new initiatives. The question addressed in this paper is: “What strategy should an institution of higher learning with limited resources use in adapting the capabilities of mobile devices to benefit its academic programs?” To help answer this question, students were surveyed to identify their perceptions on the importance of a selected set of mobile learning functions, their experience with using those functions, their recommendation for a mobile learning adoption strategy, and information on the particular mobile devices they possess. The recommended strategy was “pick and choose special capabilities to develop” with the selected functions being (1) Receive alerts and reminders about assignments and appointments concerning the course being taken; (2) Communicate individually with faculty, an advisor, or other students using voice, email, or text messaging; (3) Post or reply to items in a poll, discussion board, or other application; and (4) Download and review lesson materials from a course being taken. Other recommendations included techniques for faculty and student support services as well as institutional policies for limiting models of mobile devices for use in courses, making online courseware for laptops and desktops the same as mobile learning courseware, and making the opportunity for mobile learning optional.

The light industry is an important inter-sectoral segment and a chain of individual production areas. The purpose of the article is to carry out a comparative assessment of the cross-sectoral linkages of light industry of Ukraine with some EU countries and to prepare relevant analytical conclusions. The research revealed that the largest consumers of light industry products in 2013-2017 in Ukraine were the industries that belonged to this type of industrial activity (textile, clothing, leather and other materials), as well as the trade, furniture industry, public administration, and defense. The key problem for the functioning of the Ukrainian light industry is its high import dependence. In particular, the share of imports in intermediate consumption of light industry of Ukraine in 2017 was almost 60%. The share of imports in the expenditures of the Ukrainian light industry was almost 49%. The production activities of light industry in Ukraine use products of many ECs, but the main suppliers of raw materials and components are: textile production, production of clothing, leather, and other materials; production of chemicals and chemical products; wholesale and retail trade; supply of electricity, gas, steam, and air conditioning. In 2017, these four sectors totaled 70.74%. The following types of industrial activity in Ukraine have a significant potential for increasing output: production of rubber and plastic products; production of motor vehicles, trailers and semi-trailers; production of other vehicles; public administration and defense; compulsory social security; health care and social assistance. The further development and improvement of the technological level of Ukrainian light industry products requires greater integration of the latter with the trade sector. However, the trade sector in Ukraine requires a thorough “unshadowing”, i.e. legalization of all operations.

The current study aims to determine the effect of multiple-choice, matching, gap-fill and word formation items used in assessing L2 vocabulary on learners’ performance and to obtain the learners’ views regarding the use of these types of items in vocabulary assessment. The convenience sampling method was selected, and the participants of the study included 30 freshmen enrolled in the General English course offered in the Department of Public Administration at a state university in Turkey. The main findings revealed that the participants considered the multiple-choice and matching items were easy to understand and to answer and that gap-fill and word formation items were difficult<br />due to several reasons.

The study tested the functionality of Automated Class Scheduling System in terms of speed, data handling, accuracy, security, stability and adaptability in making class schedules. This study was conducted in Bohol Island State University Main Campus, Tagbilaran City during the second semester of school year 2010-2011. The respondents of this study were the 6 expert instructors in the field of computer programming. They tested and evaluated the functionality of the program in terms of its design, accuracy, data handling, security, stability and adaptability. Another 8 instructors who are in charge of making class schedules determined the functionality of the system in terms of speed, accuracy, data handling, stability and adaptability of the software. Separate set of questionnaires were given to two groups of respondents. The study concluded that the manual and the automated class scheduling systems are both functional. However, the automated system is more functional because of its extra features which solve the primary problems in creating class schedules.  In French language, articles play an important role and one of the basic French skills is mastery of article usage. The objective of this study is to describe students’  performance and mastery of French articles. The research used descriptive research method. Data of the study were obtained by giving written tests of French language articles to French Language Education Program students enrolled in the 2018/2019 school year. The research instrument consisted of questions in the form of loose questions and questions in the form of text / short discourse. Data analysis used descriptive statistics analysis. Study result shows that students’ mastery of French article is quite low (Mean=48.28). However, there is difference in performance of each article type. Mastery of definite article is the highest (Mean=60.78)Keywords: definite article; indefinite article; partitive article; performance; mastery

Actually, it’s so important to articulate procedures that enable to analyze real work made in schools on Key Competences (KKCC). The aim of this study it was studied the perception management teams and teachers of Physical Education (PE) about this curricular element. The sample used in the research covers all the secondary schools in the capital of Burgos (Spain), a total of thirty. It was studied, using the descriptive analysis of a series of questionnaires completed by teachers, the assessment made them on the use of KKCC as an element of learning by the student. It has also conducted a single case study as a participant observer during a school year in a representative sample center, in order to examine in detail in the daily contribution to competencies. Participating teachers, despite favorable consideration to the integration of KKCC in the classroom, demonstrate a lack of information by the public administration, resulting in a lack of teacher training in regard to the possible application tools the classroom.
