This study aims to find out the quality of Islamic Economy Study Service in completing the administration of student satisfaction and its impact on the image of Islamic Economics Program. The analysis technique used is through t test and R² test. Then in this study there are variables between, then automatically direct and indirect influence must be done so that used path analysis. The results showed that simultaneously tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty variables significantly influence students' satisfaction in administrative settlement in sharia economic process. Then partially only the responsiveness and empathy variable that has no significant effect on student satisfaction. Student satisfaction variable has a significant influence on image of Islamic Economics Study Program. The tangible variables affect the image of the Islamic Economy Study Program through the students' satisfaction of 60.2%. The variable of reliability affects the image of Islamic Economics Program through student satisfaction of 0.7%. Responsiveness variable affects the image of Islamic Economics Program through student satisfaction of 18%. Assurance variables affect the image of Islamic Economics Program through student satisfaction of 6.7%. Emphaty variables affect the image of Islamic Economic Prodi through student satisfaction of 28.8%.

Abstract: This study aims to determine (1) the level of academic service quality, (2) the level of student satisfaction, (3) the level of student achievement, (4) the influence of the quality of academic service on student satisfaction. (6) the influence of satisfaction on the achievement of learners, and (7) the influence of the quality of academic services on the achievement of learners mediated by the satisfaction of learners. The research method used, namely quantitative approach with descriptive-correlational. Population in this research was as many as 1582. For sampling by using purposive sampling technique and stratified random sampling so that obtained by sampel as much as 323 respondents. In this study the questionnaire is used to collect data. The data analysis by using path analysis. The result of the research shows that: (1) the quality of the academic service quality is in the high category, (2) the students' satisfaction level in the high category, (3) the achievement level of the students is in the medium category, (4) 6) there is a significant influence of students' satisfaction on student achievement, and (7) there is significant influence of academic service quality toward the achievement of students who mediated with student satisfaction variable at SMPN in Ponggok sub-district, Blitar regency. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) tingkat kualitas layanan akademik, (2) tingkat kepuasan peserta didik, (3) tingkat prestasi peserta didik, (4) pengaruh kualitas layanan akademik terhadap kepuasan peserta didik, (5) pengaruh kualitas layanan akademik terhadap prestasi peserta didik, (6) pengaruh kepuasan terhadap prestasi peserta didik, dan (7) pengaruh kualitas layanan akademik terhadap prestasi peserta didik yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan deskriptif-korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 1582. Untuk pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan stratified random sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sejumlah 323 responden. Dalam penelitian ini angket digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Adapun untuk analisis data dengan menggunakan path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) tingkat kualitas kualitas layanan akademik berada pada kategori tinggi, (2) tingkat kepuasan peserta didik pada kategori tinggi, (3) tingkat prestasi peserta didik berada pada kategori sedang, (4) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kualitas layanan akademik terhadap kepuasan peserta didik (5) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kualitas layanan akademik terhadap prestasi peserta didik, (6) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kepuasan peserta didik terhadap prestasi peserta didik, dan (7) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kualitas layanan akademik terhadap prestasi peserta didik yang dimediasi oleh variabel kepuasan peserta didik pada SMPN se-Kecamatan Ponggok Kabupaten Blitar.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of facilities and services on student satisfaction Study Program Economic Education Faculty of Education Social Sciences IKIP PGRI Bojonegoro. Procurement of facilities and services starting from the needs of students, so that the success or failure of facilities and services provided can be seen from the perception of students on the quality of facilities and services which is a total assessment of the benefits of facilities and services provided to students. In this case, student satisfaction will be achieved if the quality of facilities and services provided in accordance with the required. The population in this study are the students of Economics Education program level I to IV as much as 402 respondents. Sample taken 10% with probability sampling technique equal to 40 respondents. Technique of gathering datamenggunakan instrument in the form of kuesioner. Data analysis techniques used multiple regression analysis, hypothesis test (F test and t test), and test of coefficient of determination. The result of the research shows that the variables of the facilities have a significant effect on the students 'satisfaction, while the service variable has no significant effect on the students' satisfaction. F test results show that the means and services have a significant effect on the satisfaction of the students of Economic Education Study Program of 58.3% based on the R2 value of 0.583 with the significance of 0.000.Keywords : Facilities, Service, and Students Satisfaction Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sarana dan pelayanan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial IKIP PGRI Bojonegoro. Pengadaan sarana dan pelayanan dimulai dari kebutuhan mahasiswa, sehingga berhasil atau tidaknya sarana dan layanan yang disediakan dapat dilihat dari persepsi mahasiswa terhadap kualitas sarana dan pelayanan yang merupakan penilaian total atas keunggulan sarana dan pelayanan yang diberikan kepada mahasiswa. Dalam hal ini, kepuasan mahasiswa akan tercapai apabila kualitas sarana dan pelayanan yang disediakan sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Ekonomi tingkat I s/d IV sebanyak 402 responden. Sampel diambil 10% dengan teknik probability sampling sebesar 40 responden. Teknik pengumpulan datamenggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, uji hipotesis (uji F dan uji t), dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan variabel sarana berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, sedangkan variabel pelayanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Hasil Uji F menunjukkan bahwa sarana dan pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Ekonomi sebesar 58,3% yang didasarkan pada nilai R2 sebesar 0,583 dengan signifikansi 0,000.Kata Kunci : Sarana, Pelayanan, dan Kepuasan Mahasiswa

In Denpasar the application of online-based transport service providers experienced a very tight competition in order to get big profits. In the area of ??Denpasar itself has been operating three online service provider-based services such as Uber, Gojek and Grab. This research type of online transportation services to be selected is UberX. The research location was conducted in Denpasar city. The number of samples used were 133 respondents, sample determination using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Data collection method used is questionnaire with path analysis technique (path analysis). The result of the research found that price perception have positive and significant influence to satisfaction, promotion have positive and significant effect to satisfaction, service quality have positive and significant effect to satisfaction, and consumer satisfaction have positive and significant influence to consumer loyalty. This shows that the better the consumer perception of price, promotion and quality of service provided will increase customer satisfaction and loyalty UberX. The number of factors that can affect satisfaction, researchers try to see from the aspects of competence possessed by lecturers, educational staff, prices or costs to be borne by students and service quality. This research was conducted in the Management Study Program of the Faculty of Economics, University of Panca Marga Probolinggo with a sample of 100 management students from a total number of management students of 1000. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a significant influence between competence, price and quality of service on student satisfaction. Based on the results of research analysis shows that competence, price and service quality together have a significant effect on student satisfaction, where the magnitude of F is 19,060 with a sig level of 0,000. Whereas the results of the research analysis partially showed that the coefficient t of the competency variable, -0.201, proved that competence had no partial effect on student satisfaction with a sig value of 0.841. The coefficient t of the price variable, 2.609, proves that prices affect student satisfaction. If the price is raised and followed by an increase in service it will increase student satisfaction. So partially the price has a significant effect on student satisfaction. The coefficient of service quality t arithmetic which is 5,531 with sig 0,000 means that partially the quality of service has a significant influence on student satisfaction, while the quality of service provides the greatest influence on student satisfaction.

This study departs from the hajj bailout financing facility which is a booming product because of the customer's interest, but in this case there is a difference in the target achievement between Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) Ujungberung KCP which is less successful in improving the hajj bailout products while the Rancaekek KCP is very superior in one consolidation Ahmad Yani Branch Office Bandung. This is what is interesting for researchers to carry out this research, the difference constraints include service quality and promotion factors. This phenomenon raises problems that must be examined, namely how the influence of service quality and promotion of market share expansion products hajj bailouts at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Ujungberung and KCP Rancaekek Bandung. This study aims academically to contribute in the study of Islamic economics in worksheets, especially the quality of service and promotion of market share expansion and practically expected to be able to provide input to all employees of BSM KCP Ujungberung regarding the quality of service and promotion of market expansion of bailout products. Hajj that has been successfully carried out by BSM KCP Rancaekek.The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant influence of service quality on the expansion of market share by 53.3% with a strong correlation of 0.730 and through t test, where t counts at 8.245 (> t table), then H_0 is rejected and H_i is accepted. Furthermore, there is a significant influence of promotion on the expansion of market share by 30.3% with a moderate / sufficient correlation of 0.550 through t test, where t counts is 4.219 (> t table), then H_ (0) is rejected and H_i is accepted. Then there is a significant influence of service quality and promotion simultaneously to the expansion of market share by 60.6% and a strong correlation of 0.784 and through Test F, where F count is 67.023 (> F table), then 〖H〗 _ ( 0) rejected and H_i accepted.

<p>Highly competition requires university to be more sensitive to the interest students as one of stakeholders. Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Campus Cimone has many competitors amid the dynamics of increasingly fierce competition of higher education. This research aims to analyze the effect of Service quality, Price and Brand Image of Students Satisfaction. A theory used in research is based on opinion from Andriyani, Suwandi Mananeke &amp; Taroreh, Fatriansyah. There is an effect between Service Quality, Price and Brand Image to Customer Satisfaction. This research use a quantitative method by distributing a questionnaire. The amount of population are 408 students and the sample is 80 people by Slovin formulas. Based on research result using linear regression analysis multiple SPSS version 20 indicated that: The independent variable Service Quality, Price and Brand Image jointly tested by F test proved positive and significant influence on the Student Satisfaction and the magnitude of the effect seen from the coefficient of determination (R<sub>2</sub>) was 41,8 %. To test the hypothesis of the use F test and t test. The relevance of the research is due to the need to increase the competitiveness of joint educational programs of pedagogical orientation in the system of Russian-Chinese relations in the field of higher education. The student satisfaction indicator not only indicates the attractiveness/unattractiveness of the educational program, but also allows you to identify the most vulnerable places in the organization of the educational process. The purpose of the study is to identify ways to improve the conditions for the implementation of Russian-Chinese joint educational programs of pedagogical orientation. Materials and methods. The study applied a descriptive method to conducting a survey of students studying under the bachelor's degree majors "Preschool Education", "Music Education", "Fine Arts" at the Moscow Institute of Arts of the Weinan Pedagogical University (Province Shanxi). 198 graduates participated in the questionnaire, accounting for 77% of the total number of graduates from the Moscow Institute of Arts. The study was conducted using the author's questionnaire, compiled taking into account the practice of assessing student satisfaction at Moscow Pedagogical State University and the recommendations of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China on the evaluation of joint Chinese-foreign educational programs. Results. In the study, the assessment of students' satisfaction with learning was carried out in five directions: satisfaction with the quality and content of training, satisfaction with the organization of the educational process, satisfaction with the material and technical support of the educational process, satisfaction with the organization of research activities, satisfaction with the socio-psychological climate at the institute. The study found that students' satisfaction with the organization of the educational process (68.2%) and its material and technical support (66.92%) was the highest, compared with their publishing activities in research work (60.4%). Despite the impossibility of implementing programs under the "3+1" scheme, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the internal motivation of students during online training in the "4+0" mode did not decrease, which led to the preservation of the contingent of students throughout the entire period of program implementation. Discussion and conclusion. The research results have practical significance for managers, employees and teachers of pedagogical universities participating in the implementation of Chinese-foreign joint educational programs, as well as for representatives of the scientific community dealing with the problems of ensuring the quality of such programs. Further research of students' satisfaction with studying under Russian-Chinese joint educational programs for teacher training can be aimed at analyzing the quality of implementation of such programs at the level of academic degrees of students of pedagogical universities.

The aim of this study was to measure the quality of service in Mathematics Education Study Program. This research is descriptive research, because this research will reflect the perceptions and expectations of students towards service quality in Mathematics Education Study Program. Sampling in this study conducted by random sampling technique.Instruments in this study was a questionnaire that serves to uncover and measure students' perceptions and expectations of service quality in Mathematics Education courses FKIP UST. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis techniques and calculation of the score gap. The results showed that the tendency of the rate of student satisfaction in the category are satisfied. While the tendency of the rate of satisfaction for each dimension is 9-dimensional in satisfied category and 2-dimensional in quite satisfied category. The tendency of the level of interest / expectations of students is very important category. Similarly, the tendency of the level of interest / expectations for each of these dimensions in the dimension 11 is very important category. The highest score gap lies in the dimensions of Campus Support Service which is equal to a score of 1.48 and the lowest gap lies in the dimensions of Academic Advising which is equal to 0.72. Variables are prioritized for repair are the variables that enter the first quadrant, in order to increase the level of student satisfaction.Keywords :academic services, Quality, Student Satisfaction Inventory method

Customer satisfaction is an important element in determining and maintaining and growing the company. To be able to develop loyalty among its customers, banks need to know what factors influence loyalty and assess their performance in these factors. This research was conducted at PT. BPR Bali Dananiaga Denpasar. The number of respondents of this study were 117 respondents. Data collection is done through observation, interview and questionnaire. This research uses instrument test by using path analysis technique. Based on the analysis result found that service quality variable have positive and significant effect to company image. Quality of service has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. So the better the service quality of PT. BPR Bali Dananiaga, it will increase customer loyalty in PT. BPR Bali Dananiaga in Denpasar City. Corporate image has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. Corporate image proved able to mediate positively and significantly influence between service quality to customer loyalty.

<p>This research attempts to know if there are no influence or between education and training discipline of work and the satisfaction work simultaneously and partial achievement work against member organization of IGTKI Krembung Distric. The population of this study is all member organization of IGTKI Krembung Distric and sample 98 employees. An instrument data collection is the questionnaire, and data analysis technique available for analysis is linear regression worship of idols with the program statistic spss.</p><p>This research result indicates that the education and training, discipline of work and the satisfaction of work achievement of work affecting employees simultaneously and partial.proven the analysis that shows the education and training that the value of work is 2,444 t-test 0,016 with a sig value so (0,016 &amp;&lt; 0.05), discipline that the value of work is 2,947 t-test 0.004 with a sig value so (0.004 &amp; &lt; 0.05), and the satisfaction of work is the value of t-test 0,012 2,569 with a sig value so (0,012 &amp; &lt; 0.05) that means each variable x impact on the achievement of working.</p><p>But the results obtained by the simultaneous or f-test 7,045 with the significance of 0,000 &amp; &lt; 0.05 so ho rejected ha accepted. So, can be concluded that the results of this research work is education and training, discipline of work and the satisfaction of work achievement of having influence in the work of employees. As we know that the education and training, discipline and satisfaction to improve the quality of work achievement and quality of the company.</p>
