Kepuasan kerja merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja, hal ini sesuai dengan hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang juga menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan karyawan mempengaruhi kinerjanya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menggambarkan kepuasan kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja pekerjaan, terutama di divisi pemasaran. Divisi marketing menjadi pilihan penulis karena merupakan garda terdepan perusahaan dalam mencapai profit dan memenuhi tujuan perusahaan, divisi marketing juga merupakan divisi yang berhubungan secara langsung dengan klien. Penelitian ini dilakukan di salah satu perusahaan distributor elektronik terkemuka di Indonesia. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, dengan cara memperoleh data melalui wawancara dengan sumber terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada banyak kendala dalam perusahaan yang menghambat kinerja karyawan, sehingga karyawan merasa kurang puas dan menyebabkan tingkat turnover yang tinggi dalam perusahaan tersebut. Salah satu faktor yang menjadi kendala adalah masalah komunikasi topdown atau antara atasan dan bawahan yang tidak berjalan dengan lancar, sehingga seringkali menimbulkan miskomunuikasi yang berujung pada kinerja dan kepuasaan karyawan. Secara keseluruhan terdapat beberapa faktor yang menjadi penyebab dari kurangnya kepuasaan karyawan sehingga berdampak pada kinerja, yaitu: sistem reward, ketidakjelasan job desk, tingkat stress yang tinggi membuat karyawan tidak nyaman. Job satisfaction is one of the factors that influence job performance, this is in accordance with the results of previous research which also shows that employee satisfaction affects its performance. This research was conducted with the aim of describing job satisfaction in improving job performance, especially in the marketing division. The marketing division is the author's choice because it is the company's front guard in achieving profits and meeting company goals, the marketing division is also a division that deals directly with clients. This research was conducted at one of the leading electronics distributor companies in Indonesia. The research method uses a qualitative approach with the case study method, by obtaining data through interviews with relevant sources. The results showed that there are many obstacles in the company that hinder employee performance, so employees feel less satisfied and cause a high turnover rate in the company. One factor that is an obstacle is the problem of top-down communication or between superiors and subordinates that do not run smoothly so that it often leads to miscommunication that results in employee satisfaction and performance. Overall several factors cause the lack of employee satisfaction so that it has an impact on performance, namely: reward systems, unclear job desk, high-stress levels make employees uncomfortable.

This analysis aims to define and evaluate the influence of work promotion and skills on results through employee satisfaction at the Soppeng Regency Regional Representative Council Secretariat (DPRD) either directly or indirectly, with the intermediate variable being job satisfaction. The tool used for this analysis is a quantitative methodology—study site at the Secretariat of the Central People's Representative Council (DPRD) Soppeng Regency. And the local workforce, with a total of 132 workers, was sampled. Statistical research is based on a route study. This analysis's findings are as follows: 1) work promotion and competence have a direct impact on job satisfaction and performance. 2) have an indirect effect on job promotion and performance skills by job satisfaction in this situation. More successful job promotion and a high degree of competence would further improve workers' satisfaction at the Re Secretariat, which would affect the improved output of employees.

Performance evaluation is a major measure adopted by the organizations in evaluating the quantitative and qualitative contributions rendered by their employees. The competitive and employee oriented business world has now joined hands with the HR department in assisting and managing employee performance. Psycho-social factors of employees would be considered at various managerial levels for enhancing employees’ job performance. Job satisfaction is such a psychological attribute, whose contribution to the concept of employee performance is much more. A satisfied employee would have an emotional bond with the organization and takes pride in their membership, which paves way to keep up industrial integrity and a high morale. This is an exploratory research, attempting to discover how the dimensions of job satisfaction are significantly related to the job performance of an employee. The data were collected from employees working in Automobile industry, Punjab having experience of above or below 10 years, so as to ensure relatively accurate responses on performance evaluation at different groups of employees in the Automobile industry. The result shows the existence of a positive correlation between the dimensions of job satisfaction and performance of employees at both supervisors and workers levels working in the Automobile industry.

Abstract: The purpose of this study were to determine the effect of intellectual and spiritual intelligence on the performance through motivation and job satisfaction at Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Jember. This study included explanatory research with quantitative method. The population in this study were all employees of the KPP Pratama Jember number 102 employeesThe variables of this research were the intellectual, spiritual intelligence, motivation, job satisfaction and performance. The results showed that the Intelligence intellectual had significant effect employee motivation KPP Pratama Jember. Intelligence spiritual had significant effect employee motivation KPP Pratama Jember. Intellectual had no significant effect on employee job satisfaction of employees KPP Pratama Jember. Intelligence spiritual had significant effect on employee satisfaction KPP Pratama Jember. Intellectual acumen has no significant effect on employee performance KPP Pratama Jember. Intelligence spiritual had significant effect employee performance KPP Jember. Motivation effect on employee satisfaction KPP Pratama Jember. Basically, performance is something that is individual because each employee has a different level of ability to do their jobs. Performance depends on the combination of ability, effort, and opportunity obtained. Employee performance is capital for companies to survive and develop in responding to business and business competition today, advanced and developing companies are very dependent on reliable human resources so that the output is high performance on employee performance which will later affect the company's performance. However, it is not easy to maintain and improve employee performance. There are many factors that can affect performance. Many employee turnovers occur due to a lack of satisfaction with work. Employee performance is very dependent on the value of employee satisfaction in the workplace. The fulfillment of employee rights greatly affects the performance of the organization. So, in this study the focus of the study would like to see the extent of the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance in a national company engaged in oil palm plantations. The results showed that there was an effective contribution from the influence of employee satisfaction on employee performance. The research data was taken from 55 employees engaged in oil palm plantations in an office in the city of Jakarta.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, sarana dan prasarana terhadap kepuasan dan kinerja pegawai, menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, sarana dan prasarana terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka digunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan uji sobel test. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa motivasi kerja memberikan pengaruh yang bermakna dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. Disiplin kerja dapat memberikan pengaruh yang bermakna dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja pegawai. Sarana dan prasarana memberikan pengaruh yang bermakna dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja pegawai. Kepuasan pegawai memberikan pengaruh yang bermakna dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi secara parsial pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi secara parsial pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi secara parsial pengaruh sarana dan prasarana terhadap kinerja pegawai pada BKPSDM Kabupaten Bantaeng Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation, work discipline, facilities and infrastructure on employee satisfaction and performance, analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, analyze the effect of work motivation, work discipline, facilities and infrastructure on employee performance through job satisfaction. To achieve this goal, data collection techniques were used through the distribution of questionnaires, with data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis and Sobel test. The results of the study found that work motivation had a significant effect on increasing job satisfaction. Work discipline can have a significant effect in increasing employee job satisfaction. Facilities and infrastructure have a significant influence in increasing employee job satisfaction. Employee satisfaction has a significant effect in improving employee performance. Job satisfaction can partially mediate the effect of work motivation on employee performance. Job satisfaction can partially mediate the effect of work discipline on employee performance. Job satisfaction can partially mediate the effect of facilities and infrastructure on employee performance at BKPSDM Bantaeng Regency, South Sulawesi Province.

This study aims to determine the effect of training, compensation, and work discipline on job satisfaction that has an impact on the performance of employees of PT. Astra Honda Motor. This research uses a case study method with a quantitative research methodology that uses 200 respondents from PT. Astra Honda Motor in the Engineering Plant Division 1 to Plant 5, Purchasing Division (P & PC) Plant 2, Procurement Plant 2 Division, PPIC Plant 1 Division to Plant 5. In this study, the Likert scale was used to model the questionnaire. The statistical testing technique in this study is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using the SPSS series 22 program. Meanwhile for mahalanobise distance test, path analysis, and trimming use the Amos series 22 program.

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership on employee performance and employee job satisfaction, also how employee satisfaction mediate leadership and employee performance at PT. Evelia Karya Utama. The samples in this study were 34 employees of PT. Evelia Karya Utama with the sampling method used in this study is probability sampling as sampling techniques. The data obtained were analyzed using the Partial least Square (PLS) application. Other analysis includes validity test, reliability test, influence test and hypothesis test through coefficient of determination (R²), T Statistics and path coefficients. This study find that Leadership has a negative and not significant effect on employee performance, Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, but Leadership indirectly influences employee performance through employee job satisfaction rejected because employee satisfaction are more important to increase employee performance. Practical Implications are employee satisfaction must be maintained by the company because satisfaction can improve employee performance compared to improving leadership.

Employee performance affects how much employees contribute to the organization. Performance affects the results or goals of the organization if performance is poor then organizational goals cannot be achieved. Many things that greatly affect an employee's performance include internal and external factors. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of work culture, work environment and performance benefits on job satisfaction and employee performance at the Mojokerto Regency Ministry of Religion Office.This type of research uses quantitative research, which was carried out within the Mojokerto Regency Ministry of Religion Office. Hypothesis testing using t test. The analysis technique used to test and prove hypotheses is structural equation modeling analysis with Smart PLS statistical tools.The results showed that work culture and performance benefits were statistically proven to have an influence on employee satisfaction. While the work environment does not have a significant effect on employee satisfaction at the Mojokerto Regency Ministry of Religion Office. Work culture, work environment and performance benefits are statistically proven to have a significant influence on employee performance. And employee job satisfaction is statistically proven to have a significant effect on employee performance at the Mojokerto Regency Ministry of Religion Office.

Banking sector is predominantly a customer-focused business that provides a gamut of financial services in aid of advanced technology, prompt communication system and conception of various banks to deal with multinational led environment. Some priority should be given to human resource development in order to emerge as strong and viable financial institution. So, the banking sector should emphasize on employees and how they can be satisfied, engaged and perform better. This study indicates to what extent employee satisfaction and employee performance are interlinked with each other. The purpose of this study is to explore the factors of employee satisfaction and employee performance and to establish a relationship between them. A survey method using a structured questionnaire was used to collect the responses of bankers in SBI, Bhubaneswar region. Having the data collected from 240 filled questionnaires, analysis was carried out using exploratory factor analysis, and to further validate this, structural equation modelling was developed. This was followed by a confirmatory factor analysis to establish the linkage between employee satisfaction and employee performance. The results indicated a significant relationship between employee satisfaction and performance. This study contributes to understanding of the various factors affecting employee satisfaction and performance, especially in the banking sector. By focusing on employee satisfaction, managers can keep the employees more focused, engaged and committed to their work and enhance overall productivity of the organization.

This study aims to determine the effect of Employee Satisfaction and Performance based on the Characteristics of Compensation Systems and Organizational Culture in the Hospital of Dr. Soepraoen Malang. This study uses a quantitative research method research design. Data collected using a questionnaire on 100 permanent employee respondents at Soepraoen Hospital Malang.Independent variables of this study are Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance. The dependent variable of this study is the Compensation System and Organizational Culture. The results of the study show (1) Employee satisfaction has a significant influence on the compensation system; (2) Organizational culture has a significant influence on employee satisfaction; (3) Compensation has a significant influence on employee performance;(4) Organizational culture has a significant influence on employee performance; (5) Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance through employee performance satisfaction at the Hospital. II dr. Soepraoen; (6) Organizational culture has a significant influence on employee performance through employee performance satisfaction at the Tk Hospital. II dr. Soepraoen.
