Mustard greens is one of the plants that is very susceptible to disease. There is no type of mustard greens plant that is strong against disease or pests. In order to overcome or treat these diseases and pests, mustard greens farmers need to know the type of disease or pest that is attacking. But unfortunately, farmers' knowledge regarding mustard plant diseases is limited to the visible symptoms or the condition of the affected plant. The lack of knowledge of mustard greens farmer practitioners is due to the lack of counseling so that the presence of experts to help farmers is needed. Unfortunately, the experts are not always able to help if the condition requires fast handling because the number of experts are not many. In this study, this problem was resolved by developing a system equivalent to expert knowledge in detecting diseases in mustard plants. The system developed was a web-based system to detecting types of mustard disease automatically with the forward chaining method which can be used as an alternative to manual activities carried out by experts using 9 pests/diseases and 18 symptoms. The test results showed that the level of accuracy with expert expertise reaches 88.8%

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan kebutuhan akan adanya alat bantu bagi peternak maupun penyuluh dalam mendiagnosis penyakit pada ayam. Basis pengetahuan sepenuhnya diambil dari pengetahuan pakar yang dapat mendiagnosa dan menentukan nama penyakit yang diderita oleh ayam. Penelitian ini dibuat berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan membandingkan 4 jurnal internasional yang berjudul “Expert system of quail disease diagnosis using forward chaining method, An Expert System for Management of Poultry Diseases, Developling Mobile Expert Web-based System Using Brainstroming Method, Disease Diagnosis System”. Berdasarkan keempat jurnal tersebut dapat dikembangkan inovasi baru berupa Sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit ayam menggunakan metode Certainty Factor. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan wawancara dan studi literature sehigga dapat menggumpulkan data yang lebih lengkap. Sistem Pakar ini akan di implementasikan kedalam sebuah aplikasi mobile berbasis android dengan harapan memudahkan user dalam menggunakan karena dibuat kedalam aplikasi android sehingga bisa di install dalam handphone. Hasil akhir berupa suatu informasi data penyakit dengan nilai Certainty Factor/kepastian.Kata Kunci — Diagnosa Penyakit Ayam, Sistem Pakar, Android, Certainty FectorThis study was conducted based on the need for tools for farmers and extension workers in diagnosingdiseases in chickens. The knowledge base is completely drawn from the expert knowledge that can diagnose and determine the name of the disease suffered by chickens. This study was based on the results of the analysis by comparing four international journals entitled "Expert system of quail disease diagnosis using forward chaining method, An Expert System for Management of Poultry Diseases, Developing Mobile Expert Web-based System Using Brainstroming Method, Disease Diagnosis System". Based on the four journals can be developed a new innovation in the form of expert system of chicken disease diagnosis using Certainty Factor method. The research methodology uses interviews and literature studies so that it can collect more complete data. Expert System will be implemented into an android-based mobile application with the hope of facilitating the user in using because it is made into the android application that can be installed in the mobile phone. Behavior of sexual deviation is an unacceptable sexual behavior among the public. The lack of knowledge and the many obstacles to obtain information about early detection and community independence about sexual deviation and ignorance of the community in dealing with sexual deviation is also a factor not handled early. Forward chaining, consultation begins with a search of the premise or input data in the form of symptoms to the conclusion that is the conclusion of the type of deviation behavior as well as the solution. From the above problems will be built Web-based system that serves to detect the beginning independently of the perceived disorders that can be accessed with an extensive lap and time is not limited.The system is built using PHP and MySQL programming as the database. The method used for forwarding is forward chaining. While the results of the diagnosis will inform about the diagnosis of the list of symptoms included, information on the results of the rules of the disorder suffered and information about the possibility of handling can be done.Black box testing techniques are emphasized on data entry, output data, system functions, performance, and initialization in the system. While testing the alpha test is done by inviting 10 respondents testing is emphasized on the interface, dialogue, and information generated. From the results of testing the alpha test shows that the system created has been running well and produce information that is accurate, and easy to understand.

Abstract. The Fast and accurate information is a major requirement in terms of service. Puslitpen as a research institute of the Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University (UIN Syahid) Jakarta needs to be supported by a fast and accurate and web-based system. The purpose of this study is to look at the effect of the online research registration system and the committee's performance on user satisfaction. This research refers to Setia, et.al (2011); Nur Subchan, et.al (2012); Gatian, Amy W (1994). The population in this study is the registrar of research assistance proposal for the Research Center for UIN Syahid Jakarta. This study uses cluster sampling in determining the selected sample. The analytical method used is multiple regression. Based on the results of the study showed that the F test results obtained Fcount value of 82.117> Ftable of 3.15 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Because the significance level is less than 0.05 then Ha is accepted, so it can be said that the online registration system and the committee's performance affect the user's satisfaction simultaneously. The contribution of this study has a significant impact on improving the registration system services at the UIN Syahid Research Center in Jakarta.Abstrak. Informasi yang cepat dan akurat merupakan kebutuhan utama dalam hal pelayanan. Puslitpen sebagai lembaga penelitian Universitas Islam Negeri Syarif Hidayatullah (UIN Syahid) Jakarta perlu didukung oleh sistem yang cepat dan akurat serta berbasis web. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat pengaruh sistem pendaftaran online penelitian dan kinerja panitia terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini merujuk pada Setia, et.al (2011); Nur Subchan, et.al (2012); Gatian, Amy W (1994). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pendaftar proposal bantuan biaya penelitian Puslitpen UIN Syahid Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan cluster sampling dalam menentukan sampel yang dipilih. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari hasil uji F diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 82,117 > Ftabel sebesar 3,15 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Karena tingkat signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka Ha diterima, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa sistem pendaftaran online dan kinerja panitia berpengaruh terhadap kepuasana pengguna secara simultan. Kontribusi penelitian ini berdampak signifikan pada perbaikan layanan sistem pendaftaran di Puslitpen UIN Syahid Jakarta.

Rice (Oryza sativa) is one of the main commodities in Indonesia. One of the inhibitors of rice crop production is disease. Rice plant diseases can be caused by pathogens, host plants or bad environment. The process of diagnosing rice diseases requires expertise, knowledge and experience. This study aims to build an expert system that can diagnose 13 types of rice plant diseases from 43 symptoms based on the knowledge of 3 experts with forward chaining reasoning methods and mobile-based dempster shafer calculation methods. The testing technique used is black box testing, theoretical calculation testing, system accuracy testing and MOS (Mean Opinion Score) testing. The black box test results state that the expert system has 100% compatibility in terms of functionality. The theoretical calculation test results state that the expert system calculations are in accordance with the results of manual calculations. System accuracy testing results from 30 test cases get an accuracy of 81.11%. The results of MOS testing conducted on 30 respondents produced MOS of 4.2 from a scale of 5 categorized into a good system.

The development of spatial or non-spatial digitized Consolidated Sarawak Geotechnical Site Investigation (CoGSI) database aims to enable information to be stored in a digital form with the efficient search and fast retrieving data. The CoGSI database for Sarawak Soil is a function of a database management system, which consists of the site information; includes the project name, locations coordinates (division), borehole logs, field and laboratory test results. The main objectives of the project are to collect, store & digitized all verified & approved Geotechnical SI data and the input gathered from the local authority, consultants and contractors. The digitized database would be enormous value for future planning of infrastructure developments; making preliminary design estimates for earthwork/foundation assessment; and future decision making with early identification of potential areas for construction purposes, which will produce an economic and safe design. The SI databases are important resources where the insufficient ground conditions information, will cause either a significantly over-designed or an under-designed solution, which lead to potential failures. In addition, the project is also intended to realize a web-based application to allow users to search borehole, view bore-logs and provides digital downloadable boreholes data of the available ground information in a standard format for analysis. At present most of the SI data are available in the form of hardcopy reports, which is time consuming and often frustrating, especially when the required report or data cannot be found. In summary, the Consolidated Sarawak Geotechnical Site Investigation (CoGSI) database system, which stored in a digital format are deployed as a web-based system. This platform provides exploration of the digital databases, which then can be accessed anywhere and anytime through the desktop & portable computer and smart phones with internet access facility.

The study was conducted because of many concerning event happened in purpose of losing weight in improper methods. By the flow of time with technologies developed in this century, Smartphone became one of necessity because of the feature by many applications which helps a lot in our everyday life of humanity. The Researcher conducted this research of mobile-based application expert system which helps people properly losing their weight, this expert system is a supporting utility for taking care of dietary habit based on the amount of calorie limit calculated by this system, and recommends suitable and healthy food for users. This system is built with React Native framework. The calculation in this system is based on information of weight, height, and age provided by users, and all prediction will not be done without the provided information and every calculation is handled by web-based server-side processing which is developed using Laravel Framework. Inference method used by the researcher is Forward Chaining. This expert system will validate user's requirement to start working on losing weight by using Forward Chaining Inference method. Every successfully registered user will be able to view their calculated information by this system which is maximum calorie value, and list of healthy and recommended foods information provided by the expert herself. From the test results, the Expert System can solve the problem of giving a way to run a proper diet program by adjusting the diet with the calories needed.

The purpose of this research is to design a web-based expert system application to provide information about chili plant diseases and to diagnose the symptoms of diseases that attack chili plants and to provide solutions for appropriate handling methods, which can be accessed anywhere and utilized by the wider community and can speed up the time to deal with diseases that attack chili plants. This study uses the Forward Chaining and Naïve Bayes Methods in order to know the facts/signs of chili disease so that you can get the best quality chili. Based on the results of the discussion and calculation of the web-based expert system for diagnosing chili disease using the Forward Chaining and Naïve Bayes methods, it can be concluded that a simple application it can make it easier for users to diagnose chili disease and find out the causes and solutions. Dengue hemorrhagic fever is a disease caused by the dengue virus. This disease is transmitted through the bite of Aedes aegepty and Aedes albopictus mosquitoes. Dengue hemorrhagic fever is an infectious disease that often causes outbreaks and causes death. Usually dengue fever is diagnosed late. The purpose of this study is to design and create an expert system that is able to diagnose early and provide solutions for dengue fever according to the knowledge of an expert. This expert system is web-based using the programming language PHP and MySQL as the database. The method used is forward chaining, which is an advanced method based on the premises in the rules and facts given by the user. The method used in the manufacture and development of expert systems is the waterfall system method which consists of five phases. Test results based on advanced sequences, namely the system is able to obtain clinical diagnosis results and the system is able to provide information and solutions about dengue fever based on the knowledge and abilities of the doctor.

AbstractThe lack of knowledge about dental health and the still limited awareness of the community about dental health, makes some of our community set aside in efforts to prevent or treat dental disease. So we need a system or application that can help people to find out about dental diseases, as well as solutions to overcome these problems. This expert system knowledge base is formed by the if-then rules. The inference method used is forward chaining. This dental disease expert system is based on Android so it can be used anytime and anywhere by the community. Based on the acquisition of expert knowledge obtained 12 rules, 12 diseases, 25 symptoms. Blackbox test results show the application features that are made to run with a fairly good level of success. Unit test results indicate that the application has succeeded in making inferences properly and correctly, in accordance with applicable rules.Keywords: Dental disease, forward chaining, android, expert systemAbstrakMinimnya pengetahuan kesehatan gigi dan masih terbatasnya  kesadaran masyarakat tentang kesehatan gigi, membuat sebagian masyarakat kita mengesampingkan dalam upaya mencegah atau mengobati penyakit gigi. Maka diperlukan suatu sistem atau aplikasi yang dapat membantu masyarakat untuk mengetahui tentang penyakit gigi, serta solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Basis pengetahuan sistem pakar ini dibentuk dengan aturan if-then. Metode inferensi yang digunakan adalah forward chaining. Sistem pakar penyakit gigi ini dibuat berbasis android agar bisa digunakan kapan saja dan dimana saja oleh masyarakat. Berdasarkan akusisi pengetahuan pakar didapat 12 aturan, 12 penyakit, 25 gejala. Hasil uji blackbox menunjukan fitur-fitur aplikasi yang dibuat berjalan dengan tingkat berhasilan yang cukup baik. Hasil pengujian unit menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi telah berhasil melakukan inferensi dengan baik dan benar, sesuai kaidah yang berlaku. Kata kunci : Penyakit gigi, forward chaining, android, sistem pakar

Abstrak: Indonesia Career Center Network menemukan fakta bahwa 87% mahasiswa Indonesia merasa salah jurusan. Salah jurusan merupakan salah satu faktor dalam penurunan performa belajar dan tidak sedikit pelajar yang akhirnya memutuskan untuk tidak melanjutkan studi. Kejadian ini dapat dicegah dengan mendeteksi minat anak sejak dini agar orang tua dan guru dapat mengarahkan mereka kepada kebutuhan potensi dan pendidikan mereka. Salah satu cara mendeteksi minat anak adalah berkonsultasi langsung kepada psikolog pendidikan. Minat anak dideteksi oleh psikolog melalui alat tes yang dilakukan secara manual. Kendala dari proses ini adalah waktu yang dibutuhkan tidak singkat karena memerlukan ketelitian dalam menghitung, memeriksa hasil dan memberikan rekomendasi. Kesalahan proses analisis kalkulasi dari alat tes kapanpun dapat terjadi yang berakibat kesalahan dalam mendeteksi minat seseorang. Penelitian ini membahas pengembangan sistem rekomendasi berbasis web yang bertujuan membantu pakar agar analisis minat anak menjadi lebih cepat, fleksibel dan tercegah dari kesalahan. Metode Waterfall digunakan untuk mengembangkan sistem dan alat tes Rothwell-Miller Interest Blank digunakan untuk perhitungan dalam mendeteksi minat anak. Sistem ini diujikan dengan 20 sampel dan semua hasil deteksi keluaran dari sistem sesuai dengan hasil deteksi dari pakar. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini memberikan akurasi yang sangat baik sehinga dapat membantu pakar dalam mendeteksi minat anak.Kata kunci: Sistem Rekomendasi, Web, Waterfall, Minat, Rothwell-Miller Interest BlankAbstract: The Indonesia Career Center Network found that 87% of Indonesian students felt they were on the wrong education path. This situation is one of the factors in decreasing learning performance. These incidents can be prevented by early detection of children's interests. Children's interests could be detected by doing a consultation with an educational psychologist. A psychologist detects children's interest through manual tests. The problem with this process takes a long time because it requires accuracy in calculating, checking results, and providing recommendations. Errors in the calculation analysis process from the test tool can occur at any time, which results in errors in detecting someone's interest. This study discusses developing a web-based system that aims to assist experts in analyzing children's interests to be faster, more flexible, and error-prevented. The Waterfall method is used to develop a system, and the Rothwell-Miller Interest Blank method is used for calculations in detecting children's interests. This system was tested with 20 samples, and all the output detection results from the system were in accordance with the detection results from experts.
