Presented is a brief review of modern publications on the topic of education in terms of the interpretation of the concept of its content, that reveals a motley picture of both the interpretation of the term itself and the practice-oriented options for its filling. This study realizes the intention to predict the nearest development of the concept of education on the basis of an ontological-epistemological description of the concept of “content of education”, formed on the basis of a conjugate consideration of two ways of describing the world — the traditional empirical and the progressive theoretical. The text contains a comparative characteristic of the traditional pedagogical presentation of the content of education and its presentation in the paradigm of an innovative ontogenetic approach. The authors of the ontogenetic approach substantiate the need for the development of the educational process in general education and higher education on different conceptual content of the educational content. In the first case, it is a traditional pedagogical conceptuality, and in the second, an innovative ontogenetic one. The idea of evolutionary conjugation of two educational processes in accordance with age restrictions and students’ capabilities is expressed. Age continuity of education is realized by the distribution of learning tasks. The task of a general education school is to lead students to operate with concepts, the task of a higher school is to prepare students for the knowledge of a constantly changing world.

This article points out to some aspects of knowledge management in the educational process of a higher education school and its surroundings. Without proper human capital of lecturers (academic staff), students and the structural capital of the school, the expansiveness, movement and conversion of knowledge would not be possible. In a knowledge society, the role of academic education is widely perceived, and its tasks and missions continue to intensify, attempting to keep up with the increasingly globalized contemporary world – in different areas and fields, in which a human being operates, having an influence on its continuous progress, namely evolution.Academic education is the driving force of economic and social life. Academic thought, scientific potential and scientific research conducted at higher education schools, co-operation between academics and students in this field with public administration and scientists (the university environment), on whom the future of the nation depends, are just key demands presented in this article.

The article is devoted to objectifying the consequences of the emergency transition to distance education in universities and the global decline in academic mobility during the 2020 pandemic through the prism of active implementation of the methodology of success and excellence in education. The author highlighted the current trends in education by the beginning of the second decade of the 21st century: increasing inequality in the education system; the predominance of the idea and methodology of success and excellence; a stable division into global and regional; the replacement of the model of internalization of values with the model of knowledge generation; refusal of targeted state subsidies in favor of self-financing; precarization of the middle teaching class; demonstration of the superiority of digital solutions in the translation of knowledge; creation of outsourcing chains of interaction in the educational sphere (research centers – universities, universities – commercial publishing houses, schools – career guidance centers, universities – online plaftorms, etc.). The article analyzes the aspects of changes in the modern model of higher education, taking into account the desire to position universities in the world educational rankings. The basis for a discussion of the choice of development priorities has been formed, taking into account the growing dissatisfaction of teachers with the need to match the model of success and excellence in their educational and scientific activities. It was found that pre-pandemic trends in education were multidirectional, and their impact on education systems and learning models (global or regional) was more stimulating for development, rather than mandatory for survival. The crisis has divided the manifestations of the new into two components: necessary renewal and sufficient improvement to ensure stability. It is noted that education is characterized by a fairly conservative approach to the organization of the educational process, so the extreme transition to distance learning during the pandemic actually replaced the evolutionary period of transformation of education, which would have lasted for more than one decade. Academic mobility, which has become widespread in the world, but which was forced to temporarily stop its activity during the pandemic, in the new conditions can continue to contribute to improving the ranking of universities, but can also carry threats of precarization to their working teachers and become a source of social tension, which should be taken into account when developing university development programs in the context of universal digitalization. Conclusions are drawn about trends have been tested by the pandemic reality, which will determine the vector of future development of higher education. Acknowledgements. A teacher mastering a new paradigm needs professional support. In this case, it is recommended to create collective pedagogical action, in which all reflexive functions are performed by a teacher together with colleagues and educational technicians specialized in activity-based educational methods. The specific task of educational technicians is to follow semantic guidelines and normative frameworks of the above-mentioned pedagogical action. The reflexive position of educational technicians in relation to teaching means is that they should rely on activity-based learning and the corresponding principles of organizing and managing educational processes while supporting teachers. Thus, it is necessary to state that activity-based learning with its foundations, objectives, and methods has not acquired a comprehensive form for its popularization among school teachers. Currently, this paradigm is represented by a set of theoretical constructs from classical Russian psychology and a description of different educational experiments. The prerequisites for the training of educational technicians are associated with the application of the activity-based approach, which is the most developed in general education, for the training of educational technicians specialized in activity-based learning at institutions of higher education, including through the organization of quasi-professional activities. The study aims at considering various aspects of training educational technicians at institutions of higher education, including the specifics of the interim assessment. The authors of the article examine the corresponding literature on activity-based formats of professional training, as well as methods of forming educational events and outlining their content. The results obtained in the course of the study offer possible solutions to creating favorable conditions for the experimental and productive actions of future educational technicians. The novelty of the study is determined by a new approach to the training of educational technicians, which includes educational games having both diagnostic and reflexive potential.

"PR stunt" or „Publicity Stunt“ is a carefully planned event with the aim of drawing public attention to the organizers of the stunt or to another goal of the stunt organization. The reasons for considering the use of a promotional stunt have a great potential for a return to investment and the "earnings" from unpaid advertisements in the media which spontaneously reported that something interesting had happened. Apart from the media themselves, the general public also significantly contributes to the spread of publicity through stunts, so that today practically everyone can record the interesting thing they come across via their smartphone and share it on the Internet. Higher education, but also general education, has transformed from a traditional centuries-old approach where the focus was on teachers and institutions to a modern mass approach where the focus is on students and studying occurs through partnership and cooperation within the learning process. The emergence of mass higher education in almost all countries of the world now implies public criticism of factors such as: the quality of lifelong learning services, the success of examinations, the management of the institution, the form of funding and the student standard. Massification is accompanied by the expansion and diversification of higher education, and the result of the latter is the emergence of competition among individual higher education institutions. Therefore, the importance of effectively conveying the message of a higher education institution to a (potential) student or his sponsor of education therefore becomes the subject of professional marketing communication. The paper provides an overview of PR Stunts in Croatia and the world and proposes thematic guidelines for their organization.

The higher education system was "on the front lines" with a large number of people. The closure of higher education institutions and the emergency transition to distance learning have led to obvious problems, mainly due to insufficient technical equipment, lack or poor preparation of both teachers and students to work in the new environment. These and other problems pose another challenge to the higher education system in a critical situation. At the same time, along with the obvious challenges and problems, the new format of distance learning provides a wide range of opportunities and prospects for change and improvement of educational systems, for which the critical situation creates forced conditions. The article substantiates the importance of effective distance learning in higher education in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic and outlines the main problems of the individual in the relationship "teacher-student" in quarantine. The current stage of informatization of society cannot be imagined without the introduction of information and communication technologies in all parts of the education system, educational institutions and government. These technologies are especially relevant in quarantine, as they allow you to implement distance learning. It is also important that distance education expands and renews the role of the teacher, makes him a mentor-consultant who should coordinate the cognitive process, constantly improve the courses he teaches, and increase creativity and skills in accordance with innovations and innovations. During distance education, there is also a positive impact on higher education: increasing their creative and intellectual potential through self-organization, the desire for knowledge, the use of modern information and telecommunications technologies, the ability to make responsible decisions. The analysis of the research devoted to distance educational process, has allowed to reveal its other basic features, in particular: orientation on independent cognitive activity; significant potential opportunities for distance learning to intensify educational and cognitive activities; the possibility of organizing open learning, expanding the audience of consumers of educational services; integration of world educational services; reduction, under certain conditions, of material costs for the organization and implementation of the learning process.
