Background: The achievement of Universal Child Immunization (UCI) for villages in the national level or regional level was expected to reach at least 90%. In East Java, the prevalence of diphtheria was found spread in all district or city regions and highest cases were found in Blitar district with 57 cases in 2017. Purpose: This study was aimed to analyze the problems in immunization from quality and data accurate, especially recording and reporting the complete necessary immunization. Methods: The study was conducted descriptively through cross sectional design. Respondents were from 18 immunization officer of UCI village status and 6 immunization officer of non-UCI village status in public health center in Blitar district. The independent variables were the accuracy of babies’ cohort data reported by the public health center, recording, and reporting immunization result. Results: Based on recording of immunization data in some qualified public health center was good. However, the weakness of this system was in the reporting system as the immunization results were reported after the deadline given by the public health center. There were differences on reporting the babies’ cohort with public health center reports. Conclusion: The reporting system of complete basic immunization record in public health center was classified as properly managed so that it can be used in improving immunization program quality, but, in some public health centers were still underrated.

Regency of Tanah Bumbu has an annual parasitic incidence rate (API) 0.82 and in 2016 the number of API decreased to 0.48. However, there are malaria cases that still occur in the 5 (five) locations of the workplace of the public health center with the category High Case Incidence (HCI). Determining factors in the case of malaria in Tanah Bumbu district are malaria parasites (Plasmodium falciparum, P. vivax, and mixed), and forest workers. The more dominant malaria attacked the population in the working area of the public health center is the malaria vivax and the mix (P. falciparum and P. vivax). The purpose of the study was to determine the dominant Plasmodium species that attacked the population. The type of descriptive research with cross-sectional design in the village endemic malaria of the HCI category in the working area of the public health center in the district of Tanah Bumbu. The results show that a total of 773 respondents was examined to detect cases of malaria, mixed malaria results (P. falciparum and P. vivax), and P. vivax were dominantly found in adult men who worked as a forest protector and miners in 73% of cases. While in adult women are gardening in the find 27% of cases of malaria species (P. falciparum and P. vivax) and P. vivax. Conclusion: The rides of malaria sufferers in the working area of the public health center with a total value of SPR 1%. Thus, for people in the working area of the public health center to use a mosquito net with insecticide during the special night, and use mosquito repellent to avoid mosquito bites and use prophylactic drugs when going to the fields/ Forests for work.

Antenatal care visits is a behavioral form in the utilization of health services to monitor pregnancy in purpose of improving maternal and fetal health. At public health center of Sungayang, the visit for K1 and K4 did not reach the target for the past three years. In 2016 the coverage for K1 was 70,6% dan K4 47,8% meanwhile the public health center target coverage  for K1 is 97% and K4 95%. This demonstrate the lack of expectant mothers who make antenatal care visits in accordance with the standardsThis study was a quantitative study with cross sectional design conducted at district of Sungayang health center from November 2016 – September 2017. Population and sample of this research is all of the third trimester pregnant women which amounted to 41 women. Data collected by observation and questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using univariate and bivariate.          The results showed 68.3% of pregnant women do antenatal care visits according to the standard. The result of bivariate analysis shows that there is no correlation between age (p = 1,000) and job (p = 0,077), there is correlation between education (p = 0,017), attitude (p = 0,014), and support of husband (p = 0,034) with antenatal care visits at district of Sungayang health center in 2017.There is an association between education, attitude, and support of the husband with antenatal care visits and there is a tendency correlation between knowledge with antenatal care visits.

Abstract: Hemoglobin is the component of red blood cells that serve the distribute of oxygen throughout the body. The decreasing of hemoglobin can cause anemic. In pregnant women usually experience hemodelusi. In Indonesia, the prevalence of anemic in pregnancy is relatively high at 38% - 71.5% with an average of 63.5%. This study aims to determine the level of hemoglobin in pregnant women in Public Health Center Bahu Subdistrict Malalayang Manado City. This was a descriptive study with a cross-sectional design. The inclusion criteria were second and third trimester pregnant mothers. The study was conducted at the Public Health Center Bahu subdistrict Malalayang Manadoin from November to December 2014. The number of samples that met the criteria were 30 patients. The results showed that of the 30 pregnant women of second and third trimesters, 25 had normal hemoglobin level. The average age of the women who underwent antenatal care examination was 26 years old. Most of the pregnant women were in the second trimester with nulliparity. Conclusion: In this study, most of the pregnant women of the second and the third trimesters had normal hemoglobin level and in healthy reproductive ages (20-35 years old).Keywords: Hemoglobin levels, pregnant womenAbstrak: Hemoglobin merupakan komponen sel darah merah yang berfungsi menyalurkan oksigen ke seluruh tubuh. Berkurangnya hemoglobin menyebabkan anemia. Pada ibu hamil biasanya mengalami hemodelusi. Di Indonesia prevalensi anemia kehamilan relatif tinggi, yaitu 38%-71,5% dengan rerata 63,5%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Bahu Kecamatan Malalayang, Manado. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan desain potong lintang. Kriteria inklusi ialah ibu hamil trimester II dan trimester III. Penelitian ini berlangsung di Puskesmas Bahu Kecamatan Malalayang Kota Manado dalam periode November – Desember 2014. Jumlah sampel yang memenuhi kriteria sebanyak 30 pasien. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa ibu hamil trimester II dan III yang memiliki kadar hemoglobin normal 25 dari 30 orang. Rerata umur ibu yang melakukan pemeriksaan antenatal care 26 tahun. Umumnya ibu hamil yang melakukan pemeriksaan antenatal care ialah ibu hamil trimester II dengan paritas nulipara. Simpulan: Sebagian besar ibu hamil trimester II dan trimester III mempunyai kadar hemoglobin normal dan berada dalam usia reproduksi sehat yaitu usia 20-35 tahun.Kata kunci: hemoglobin, ibu hamil

The public health center Pakuan Baru Jambi cityis the public health center with the lowerst uses a method of long-term contraception.The low use of long-term contraceptive methods can be caused by ignorance about the advantages of the MKJP and the obstacle of supporthusband in using the method. This study is a quantitative study, with a cross sectional design that aims todeterminethe relationship between mother’sknowledge and supporthusband to the use of MKJPin the public health center Pakuan Baru, Jambi city. Data collection on mother’sknowledge and supporthusband using a questionnaire.As many as 42study subjects were selected by simple random sampling. This study was analyzed using the chi square statistical test.The results of the study there is a relationship between mother’sknowledge and support husband to the use of MKJP, with mother’sknowledge p value = 0.036 and support husband p value = 0,000. The results of this study can be used as a rationale for policymaking in order to increase the number of long-term family planning acceptors

Gout or gout is a chronic arthritis caused by swelling and usually attacks the big toe. Factors causing gout arthrits are excessive uric acid products, obesity, diabetes accompanied by high blood pressure, excessive protein consumption, sex, and alcohol. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between purine intake and uric acid levels in patients with gout arthritis in the Ranotana Weru Public Health Center. The method used in this study uses a cross sectional design on a total of 44 samples. The sample criteria are patients with symptoms of gout arthritis and can communicate well. Research sites in the Ranotana Weru Public Health Center in Manado in 2018. Data on age, sex, and occupation can be obtained through interviews using the informed consent form. Purine intake data can be obtained through interviews with the Semi Food Frequency Questinary (FFQ). Gout criteria are divided into two, namely normal and high bivariate data analysis using the chi square test. The results of research on patients with high uric acid levels are 73% and 27% normal, asupa purin more 68%, 21% enough and less 11%. The conclusion from this study is that there is a chi square test relationship showing that intake of purines has a significant relationship between uric acid levels with a value of p = 0,000 (p = 0.05).

Background & Aim: Unhealthy environmental sanitation contributes to stunting among under-five children that correlated several factors, such as the house components, sanitation facilities, and behavior of poor food sanitation hygiene. This study aims to identify the relationship between family and stunting's environmental sanitation among under-five children in the Public Health Center in Indonesia. Methods & Materials: A cross-sectional study was conducted among 393 families with under-five children in the public health center of Panti of Jember district, East Java of Indonesia, using consecutive sampling from December 2019 to January 2020. A selfadministered questionnaire was used to measure participants’ characteristics and environmental sanitation. A Chi-square test was used to analyze the data. Results: Among 67.2% of families were unhealthy environmental sanitation. Meanwhile, children who suffer from stunting were 56.2%. There was a significant correlation between environmental sanitation of family and stunting among under-five children (χ2=38,440; p <0,001), The environmental sanitation of family had 0.254 times for a chance of stunting among under-five children (OR= 0.254; 95% CI= 0.163-0.397). Conclusions: The family’s unhealthy environmental sanitation of family is a relationship with stunting among under-five children. Improving healthy environmental sanitation should be maintained by involving the family to fulfill under-five children’s nutrition requirement based on height for age.

The purpose of this study was to identify blood sugar levels in obese patients in the Matsum City Public Health Center Medan and to analyze the relationship between waist circumference and the incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus in patients at the Matsum City Public Health Center in Medan. This research was conducted by analytic survey with a Cross Sectional design where all data concerning research variables were collected by approaching, observing or collecting data at a time. The sample used was 69 people. The results in this study found that there was a relationship between waist circumference and the incidence of diabetes mellitus in patients in the Work Area of Kota Matsum Health Center, Medan, North Sumatra.

Hypertension is dubbed the silent killer because this disease has no specific symptoms, hypertension can attack anyone, and at any time, and can cause degenerative diseases, to death. According to several studies, people with hypertension are 12 times more likely to have a stroke and 6 times more likely to have a heart attack. Hypertension is usually not realized by the public because the symptoms are not clear and resemble health complaints in general. Patients only find out that they have hypertension after checking their blood pressure, or after the onset of other diseases. Type of research is quantitative, analytical survey research design with Cross Sectional approach. The research population of all residents aged over 45 years who live in Bandar Lampung City based on data from the population and civil registration office of Bandar Lampung city in 2020 as many as 424,183 people, with the Proportional Random Sampling technique as many as 216 people. In this study, researchers used interview techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis used Chi Square statistical test and Logistics Regression. The research was carried out on March 2021. Research result there was a correlation between caffeinee (p-value = 0.022, and OR = 1.951), smoking habits (p-value = 0.017, and OR = 2.006) obesity (p-value = 0.000, and OR = 3.580), physical activity (exercise) (p-value = 0.012, and OR = 2.078) with the incidence of hypertension in Bandar Lampung City in 2021. Obesity variable is the dominant factor that is most related to the incidence of hypertension in Bandar Lampung City in 2021 (p-value = 0.000, and OR = 32,891). This can be done by holding regular counseling at the Posyandu for the elderly and holding regular exercise programs at the Public Health Center, namely doing morning exercises with the community every Friday. Furthermore, leaflets can be distributed about hypertension when exercising at the Public Health Center, as well as posting posters about the importance of maintaining a healthy diet, maintaining an ideal body weight and exercising regularly in places that are easily accessible by the community, such as at the market, at the village hall. or at the community meeting hall.

Exclusive breastfeeding is breastfeeding without giving other foods or drinks immediately after birth until the age of 6 months. Exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months is recommended by international guidelines based on scientific evidence about the benefits of breastfeeding for infants, mothers, families and countries. This study aims to study the relationship of maternal attitudes and husband's support with exclusive breastfeeding in the work area of Jembatan Kecil Puskesmas in Bengkulu City. This study uses descriptive correlational method, with cross sectional design. The population in this study were all mothers who had babies aged 6 months who were in the working area of the Jembatan Kecil Health Center in Bengkulu City, which were 193 people. The technique in this study uses accidental sampling and obtained a sample of 66 samples. Collecting data in this study uses a questionnaire by distributing and filling questionnaires. The analysis used was univariate and bivariate. The results of the study were obtained: (1) out of 66 samples in the working area of the Jembatan Kecil Public Health Center in Bengkulu City there were 35 people (53.0%) not giving exclusive breastfeeding. (2) out of 66 samples in the working area of the Jembatan Kecil Public Health Center in Bengkulu City, there were 29 people (43.9%) negative attitudes in exclusive breastfeeding. (3) out of 66 samples in the working area of the Jembatan Kecil Public Health Center in Bengkulu City there were 23 people (34.8%) husbands who did not support exclusive breastfeeding. (4) There is a significant relationship between the attitudes of mothers with exclusive breastfeeding in the working area of the Jembatan Kecil Health Center in Bengkulu City, with a moderate relationship category. (5) There is a significant relationship between the husband's support and exclusive breastfeeding in the working area of the Jembatan Kecil Health Center in Bengkulu City, with a moderate relationship category. To further enhance the provision of information about exclusive breastfeeding through health promotion, health education and counseling that not only involves mothers but also includes husbands as motivators in the practice of exclusive breastfeeding and control of other factors such as mass media, socio-cultural so as not to affect mothers. Keywords: exclusive breastfeeding, mother's attitude, husband's support
