Method: This research was a quasi experimental with post test only design. Result: The results showed that there are different breastfeeding frequency, frequency of bowel, bladder frequency of respondents who do massage and oxytocin oketani. Discussion: one milk production assessment is to assess the frequency and volume of urine bladder baby. Normal babies will urinate 6-8 times a day, with a clear yellow color of urine is urine volume between 30-50 mg daily. This result is consistent with research conducted by Budiarti (2009) and Mardianingsih (2010) which states that the milk production can be judged from the frequency of micturition babies as many as 6-8 times a dayKey words: oketani massage, oxytocin massage, milk production

The perception that the supply of milk production is less than  30-80% of breastfeeding mothers is the main reason mothers stops breastfeeding their babies. Breast milk is a source of fat and protein that is important for the growth and nutrition of infants. Increased breast milk secretion has a  very positive impact on the baby's weight gain. One technique to increase  milk production,  among others,  by doing  breast care and oxytocin massage.  Breast  Care aims  to expedite  blood circulation and  prevent blockage  of milk production channels from facilitating the expenditure of milk. At the same time, oxytocin massage can stimulate the secretion of the hormone oxytocin (letdown reflex) so that milk comes out. This research analyzes the effect of a  combination of breastcare and  oxytocin massage on breastfeeding mothers on infant weight gain. This research is a quasi-experimental study with a pre-post test control design. Sampling took as consecutive sampling. The results showed that there were significant mean differences in infant weight gain between the treatment and control groups (p <0.05). The results of this study  expected to contribute to midwifery as a non-pharmacological effort to increase milk production  which will have a positive impact on infant weight so that it can support the government's efforts to increase exclusive breastfeeding coverage and reduce infant mortality and morbidity.

Abstract— ASI (Breast Milk) is a safe and suitable food for babies because it can prevent babies from the risk of gastrointestinal system disorders. Various methods used by postpartum mothers to increase milk production are Oxytocin Massage, IMD, Breast Care, frequency of breastfeeding (Bobak, 2005) and katuk leaf extract (ASI Fit) (Istiqomah and Setiawandari, 2017). The design of this study is quasi-experimental. The sample of this study was 30 respondents divided into 2 groups: 15 postpartum mothers given ASI Fit and 15 postpartum mothers given oxytocin massage. The research instrument used observation sheets. The analysis in this study used the Mann-Whitney test. The results showed the length of Transition ASI expenditure on postpartum mothers after being given Fit ASI and ASI massage for 1.87 days (1-3 days), the duration of Transition ASI expenditure on postpartum mothers after oxytocin massage which was 2.67 days (2-7 days) 4 days), there was a difference in the duration of expenditure for Fit ASI breastfeeding and oxytocin massage for postpartum mothers with p-value = 0.003 (p <0.05), transitional ASI expenditure in the Fit ASI group was faster than 0.800 days compared to the oxytocin group. Kata Kunci : Produksi ASI, Breast Care post partum..POSTPARTUM BREASTCARE EFFECTIVENESS OF PRODUCTION ASI ABSTRACTBreast Care Post Partum is a requirement for postpartum mothers. Where to breast care will greatly assist ASI expenditures which impact on the increase in milk production. With the abundant production of milk, the baby will be breastfed exclusively. Scope of exclusive breastfeeding in the district. Semarang in 2014 was still below target at 44.3%, so in Susukan only by 24.8% (Semarang District Health Profile 2014). Many factors affect the low coverage of exclusive breastfeeding, one of which is a factor stimulation in the form of breast care. If a given stimulus in the form of postpartum mothers breast care routine methods will help increase milk production so that mothers can breastfeed exclusively. (Soetjiningsih, 2010). Study is a quasi-experimental research with non equvalentcontrol approach to the design of a study group contained treatment group and the control group. (Notoatmodjo, 2005). The control group was postpartum mothers who do not breast care and the treatment group was puerperal women with breast care. Respondents are postpartum mothers day 1 to day 7. For the treatment group given breast care 2x a day (morning and evening) and then observed their milk production on the 8th day. Respondents number 36 puerperal women, taken by purposive sampling technique consisted of 18 puerperal women with breast care and 18 postpartum mother was not given breast care. Results of independent t-test calculation is known that the value of t-hit (16:40) > t-tab (1.691). It can be concluded that Breastcare Postpastum effectively increase milk production in nursing mothers. Keywords: milk production, post partum Breast Care.
