The purpose of this study was to discuss the influence of Brand Awareness, word of mouth, and the perception of the tendency towards GIVI purchase intention in Surabaya. This research is a quantitative research with survey method. Sources of data obtained from questionnaires collected with a Likert scale and the results were analyzed by multiple linear regression methods. The results of the study prove that brand awareness gets 2,050 tcts supported by the significance of 0,044 (p <0,05) Word of mouth gets t count 2,064 supported by the significance of 0,043 (p <0,05) so that word of mouth has a significant effect on purchase intention. The perception of risk gets t count of -3.018 supported by significance of 0.004 (p <0.05) Brand awareness, word of mouth, and risk perceptions have the same significance for purchasing compatibility because the Fcount is 52.255 with a significant value of 0.000 (p <0 05). The R square coefficient is 0.714 then the variation of changes that occur in the dependent variable 71.4% which can be accessed jointly by the independent variable and the remaining 28.6% by other variables outside the three independent variables used in this study.

Brand Xiaomi launched its first smartphone in 2011 and in 2019, Xiaomi become the 4th largest smartphone manufacturer in the world. This extraordinary achievement has brought questions how their product marketed and promoted and how consumers are persuaded to buy their product. This study aims to analyze factors that influence consumers purchase intention on Xiaomi smartphone. Context of analysis in this study is social media platform, namely Xiaomi official fan page in Facebook, Twitter and Instagram in Indonesia. Survey method is conducted and respondents were chosen by using non-probability sampling with convenience technique. Data were analyzed using Structure Equation Model (SEM) with smart PLS (Partial Least Square) software version 3. The result shows that Brand Page Commitment, Brand Awareness, Electronic WOM, and Brand Image have significant positive influence on purchase intention for Xiaomi smartphone. Brand Page Commitment of Xiaomi social media has an impact on eWOM, brand image and also consumer purchase intention. Creative content are needed to keep customers engagement and commitment to the Xiaomi social media platform, such as photo competition with Xiaomi camera. Social media allow consumers to post user-generated content (such as, online comments, product reviews), thus allow consumers spread the word-of mouth about the product digitally. Social media also allow company has conversations with consumers responding to those who reach out to Xiaomi Brand page through commenting or messaging. Through Brand Page, company can execute social media strategy, and if done correctly it will increase Xiaomi brand image and purchase of this product. <p><em>This research was conducted to analyze the influences of leadership style </em><em>, </em><em>Employee Recruitment</em><em> </em><em>and employee involvement </em><em>on employee employee performance</em><em> of PT PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jawa Barat. The research methodology used is quantitative research by using a survey method that is intended to provide an explanation. The survey research is a study that takes a sample from a population and a questionnaire as a means of principal collecting. Two variables used are the independent variables and the dependent variable. Leadership style</em><em>, </em><em>Employee Recruitment</em><em> and employee involvement</em><em> as the independent variable and employee performance as the dependent variable. The research involves </em><em>72</em><em> employees</em><em> as respondents, the data were analyzed with multiple linear regression model using SPSS. This study set out to examine the effect of social media marketing on the growth of micro businesses in Wuse II, Abuja, Nigeria. The main objectives translated into two hypothesis to find out whether there was any significant relationship between Social Media usage, (independent variable) by micro business against increased brand awareness as well as increased sales (dependent variables). The study adopted a Descriptive survey method where data was collected using structured close-ended questionnaire. Data was collected from 99 respondents from the population of Micro Business in Wuse II comprising of management, staff and customers of the business. The collected data was analysed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) and the tools employed were model summary, analysis of variance (ANOVA) and co-efficient table in testing the research hypotheses. The findings showed that there is a significant relationship between social media usage by micro business and increased brand awareness; and findings also indicated that there is a significant relationship between social media usage by micro businesses and increased sales. The paper therefore concluded that social media marketing is as important as any other marketing strategy as it contributes to business growth in terms of increased brand awareness and increased sales. The paper recommends that businesses in Wuse II, Abuja and others should invest more in deploying social media marketing tools and also to train their staff to enhance social media usage.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effect of variable communication, resources, disposition and organizational structure for program implementation RPJMD West Kutai 2011-2015, either partially or simultaneously. Type of this research is quantitative research. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. In this study using survey methods explanation (explanatory survey method) is a survey that explains the variables under study and further analyze the influence between variables accompanied by hypothesis testing. This research was conducted by collecting qualitative data, which will then be presented in the form of numbers (quantified) to be tested in accordance with the design verification of data analysis. The results showed the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.421. Abstract- This study aims to determine the effect of brand popularity on brand loyalty, brand awareness, perceived quality and brand reputation among Etude House Indonesia users. Other objective of this study are to t he effect of brand loyalty, brand awareness, perceived quality and brand reputation on brand equity. The effect of brand equity on purchase intention To address the objectives of the study, a quantitative research design was implemented by distributing the questionaires to 360 Etude House Indonesia users and implementing the intruments that fulfilled the validity and reliability test requriements. The data were analyzed by SEM SmartPLS 3. The findings revealed that there was an effect of Brand popularity affects brand awareness, perceived quality, and brand reputation. Other results show that the counrry of brand origin affects brand loyalty, brand awareness and brand perceived quality. Also, Brand equity is determined by brand loyalty and brand reputation. While  Brand equity has a significant effect on purchase intention. In addition, brand equity also impacts on purchase intention. However, in this study the relationship of brand popularity to brand loyalty, the effect of country of brand origin on brand reputation, the effect of brand awareness on brand equity and the effect of perceived quality on brand equity is not supported in hypothesis testing. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of brand awareness on purchase intention through word of mouth on prospective Maybelline consumers. This research was conducted in Denpasar City with 110 respondents. Data collection by distributing questionnaires and measured using a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is path analysis, sobel test and VAF test. The results found that brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on WOM, WOM has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, and WOM is able to mediate the influence of brand awareness on purchase intention. The practical implication in this research is that Maybelline Management can increase its advertising, carry out promotions such as giving coupons to consumers if they recommend buying Maybelline products to their friends, as well as strengthening their image to the eyes of consumers. Background: Studies conducted have shown that half of the South African population uses either or both Facebook and Twitter social networking sites for social satisfaction and for the evaluation of products and purchase decisions. This is a direct result of the continuous technological advancements worldwide and the permeative nature of social media.Objective: The focus of this study is to evaluate the credibility of Facebook and Twitter messages while establishing which of the mediums is perceived as more believable by consumers. The results of this research direct information technology practitioners, business managers, business owners, and marketing managers on the viability of these communication mediums.Method: A positivistic paradigm was used in this study through the use of a descriptive research design which consisted of a survey of 446 respondents located in East London, Eastern Cape Province of South Africa. Respondents were either selected randomly or through convenience sampling and were between age 18 and 55.Results: It was established that both Facebook and Twitter are significantly related to the independent variable of ‘intention to purchase’, with Twitter having a stronger correlation with the independent variable than Facebook. The context of the study was set in relation to the purchase intention of specific mobile phone brands.Conclusion: Based on these results, it can be concluded that Twitter electronic word-of-mouth can be considered to be more credible than Facebook electronic word-of-mouth; thus this should be considered when advertising or promoting products via these mediums.

This research was conducted to analyze the effect of dynamic capabilities erosion on firm’s survival according to consumers’ perspective, using sensing erosion, seizing erosion, and reconfiguring erosion as the independent variables (X) and firm survival as the dependent variable (Y). This research uses quantitative research methods with data processing using SPSS. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online through Google form to 500 student respondents who had visited Matahari Department Store in Indonesia. Sampling is done by purposive sampling technique. The questionnaires that qualify to be analyzed are 158 questionnaires. The result of data processing shows that the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 40.3%. The results of this study is according to consumers’ perspective, sensing erosion, seizing erosion, and reconfiguring erosion affect firm survival.

Penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan sebagai variabel independen pertama dan kepercayaan sebagai variabel independen kedua terhadap loyalitas pelanggan produk UMKM sebagai variabel dependen. Metode Survey melibatkan responden melalui teknik pengambilan sampel yang purposive non random sampling sejumlah 40 konsumen yang pernah menggunakan layanan pembelian UMKM Kuliner di wilayah Cileungsi secara online. Data primer diperoleh dengan  menyebarkan kuesioner. Beberapa uji diterapkan berupa instrumen kuesioner, normalitas, dan regresi berganda. Beberapa temuan dalam penelitian adalah kedua variabel independen yaitu kualitas layanan sebagai independen pertama dan kepercayaan sebagai variabel independen kedua berpegaruh positif terhadap loyalitas sebagai variabel dependen.   Abstract Research to determine the effect of service quality as the first independent variable and trust as the second independent variable on customer loyalty of MSME products as the dependent variable. The survey method involved respondents through a purposive non-random sampling technique of 40 consumers who had used online MSME culinary purchasing services in the Cileungsi area. Primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. Several tests were applied in the form of a questionnaire instrument, normality, and multiple regression. Some of the findings in the study are that the two independent variables, namely service quality as the first independent and trust as the second independent variable, have a positive effect on loyalty as the dependent variable.
