This study aims to determine the Effect of Compliance with Sharia Compliance Management and Sharia Banking Product Features and Facilities Against the Interests of Surabaya People in Saving in Islamic Banking. The research method used is a quantitative approach. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires. In this study the authors used a saturated sampling technique found in Non-Probability Sampling. The analysis techniques used are validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, hypothesis tests. Based on the results of the study indicate that there is a one-way relationship on several variables, namely sharia compliance and product features and facilities to save interest.Keywords: Sharia Complience, Sharia Banking Product Facilities, Sharia Banks

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to examine the effect of good corporate governance and audit quality on fraud prevention. The research method used is quantitative method is a method of research data in the form of numbers and analysis using statistics. The population used is all employees at CV. Agung Mas Motor, Sukabumi City, amounting to 35 people. The sample is determined by nonprobability sampling with a saturated sampling technique. Sources of data used in the form of data collection carried out through the distribution of questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques use hypothesis testing using SPSS 24. The results of research and data processing show that Corporate Governance has a significant effect on Fraud Prevention and Audit Quality that have no significant effect on Fraud Prevention. The results of simultaneous test between Corporate Governance and Quality Audit have a significant effect toward fraun prevention. ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh good corporate governance dan kualitas audit terhadap pencegahan penipuan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dan analisis menggunakan statistik. Populasi yang digunakan adalah semua karyawan di CV. Agung Mas Motor, Kota Sukabumi, berjumlah 35 orang. Sampel ditentukan oleh nonprobability sampling dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam bentuk pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian dan pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa Tata Kelola Perusahaan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Pencegahan Penipuan sementara Kualitas Audit tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Pencegahan Penipuan. Hasil uji simultan antara Tata Kelola Perusahaan dan Audit Kualitas memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pencegahan kecurangan.

The purpose of this study is to empirically assess the principle of transparency, accountability, accountability, independence and fairness/equality. This research was conducted at PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Sewaka Darma with a quantitative approach that is in the form of associative. This research uses primary data of secondary data. A population of 340 employees and samples were selected using the purposive sampling technique of 56 employees. Data analysis techniques are double linear regression. Based on the results shows that transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness/equality influence positive and significant to the quality of financial information. This study aims to analyze factors that affect consumer buying at online store. The data used in the research are primary data. The samples in this research consists of 100 respondents with the number of variables examined are 8 (eight) variables which consists of Cultures (X1), Social (X2), Personal (X3), Psychology (X4), Products (X5), Price (X6), Distribution (X7), Promotion (X8), and 38 items statement. Sampling technique used was convinience sampling. Methods of research carried out by using factor analysis, which aims to summarize or reduce the overall observation variables into several variables or new dimension, but variable or new dimension which is formed still present the main variables. The research found that these data provide the validity and reliability test results for factor analysis. Test results show that factor analysis of 8 (eight) variables there is only 1 (one) feasible factor, namely cultural factor. This shows that cultural factor is most dominant factor influencing purchase decisions it the online store. 75.73% variance was explained by factor that formed.

Purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of attractiveness, credibility, and expertise on buying an interest in buying halal labeled cosmetics. This study used a quantitative approach. The population of this research is consumers who purchase Wardah halal label cosmetics in Semarang City which has been an unknown number then the number of samples is searched by the Isac Michel formula and samples taken 100 respondents. The type of data used is the primary data which sourced from questionnaires that have been filled in by respondents and processed by researchers. The sampling technique used is a non-random type of purposive sampling. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and analysis techniques used are multiple regression. Results show that attractiveness has an effect positive and significant on Buying Interest.  Credibility has an effect positive and significant on Buying Interest. Expertise has an effect positive and significant on Buying Interest. That means, with the increase in the attractiveness of advertising stars, the credibility of advertising stars and advertising star expertise, it will increase the interest in buying Wardah halal label cosmetics, and vice versa.

The spread of the Covid-19 virus in Indonesia is increasingly widespread and more than 1 million people have been infected with the Coronavirus. The Indonesian government is making various efforts to slow the spread and rate of the Coronavirus and one of them is by campaigning for the Sinovac vaccine. Various campaigns on the importance of vaccination as the most effective effort to prevent the Covid-19 pandemic from spreading have been carried out di Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative approach, with the nature of the research is explanatory research. This research method uses a survey research type. The population in this study were members of the Istiqomah Taklim Council, and the sample used in this study amounted to 30 people. Using non-probability sampling, with the Accidental Sampling technique. The results showed that the campaign effectiveness of using the Covid-19 Sinovac vaccine had a major or significant effect on people's behavior in receiving the vaccine.

Abstract.This study aims to determine the effect of auditor independence on audit quality. Analysis Unit was Public Accounting Office in Bandung, Observation unit was Auditor. The sample in this study were 67 Auditors from Public Accounting Office in Bandung. Sampling was taken with probability sampling technique. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh independensi auditor terhadap kualitas audit. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Auditor sebanyak 67 orang pada Kantor Akuntan Publik yang berdomisili di Kota Bandung. Penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik probability sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif (quantitative approach), metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode explanatory.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan atas independensi auditor terhadap kualitas audit.Kata Kunci : Independensi Auditor; Kualitas Audit

The objectives of this research are to know and to analyze about the effect of Continuous Improvement on the performance of employees at PT. Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya. Research method which applied in this research is survey research method, while data collecting technique is done by through questionaire. Sampling technique applies sample is accidental sampling technique and the size sample is 55 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in the study is simple regression technique, analysis of the coefficient of determination  and t test. The results showed that the Continuous Improvement  including both criteria, including employee performance criteria, as well as Continuous Improvement  has a positive influence on employee performance of 76,4% in PT . Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya.

Good service quality in public services will give an impetus to the user community to give a good assessment. Good service by the State Civil Servants (ASN) in the Transportation Obligatory Licensing Unit (UPAKWU) in the Karanganyar District Transportation Department was apparently still receiving complaints from the service user community. This shows that there are still some shortcomings in the implementation of the service system in the office. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling method. The data used are primary data obtained directly from respondents by providing a list of questions or questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) are used to measure the level of satisfaction of someone over the performance of other parties, and Cartesian Diagrams to determine service indicators that satisfy or do not satisfy consumers. The results showed that: Service quality in UPAKWU Karanganyar Regency according to customer perceptions has not been satisfactory, despite having good service performance / above average. The research is proposed to test the influence of Leadership and Motivation Work on Public Service Quality. The population in this study was the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh who had received the last 1 year service at the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh, amounting to 260 people. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 158 people was chosen with a sampling technique based on Simple Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the Leadership and motivation work have a positive and significant effect on Public Service Quality. The results also show that motivation work variables act as intervening variables between Leadership and Public Service Quality.

This study aims to determine the effect of store (mall) environment and money availability on consumer impulse buying in the City of Tomorrow (Cito) Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach whose data is obtained from the results of questionnaires. The sample in this study were 389 respondents taken based on purposive sampling technique which was included in non-probability sampling techniques. The results of this study indicate that the store (mall) environment has no effect on impulse buying. Meanwhile, money availability has a positive and significant effect on consumer impulse buying in the City of Tomorrow (Cito) Surabaya.
