Way Lalaan Waterfall is located in Kota Agung Timur, Tanggamus Regency, Lampung. Way Lalaan Waterfall has a lot of potential that can be developed into a great opportunity in the tourism sector in Tanggamus Regency. The purpose of this analysis is to find out how visitors and community perceptions of the development of Way Lalaan Waterfall Nature Tourism Objects in assessing tourist access and on the condition of the tourist attraction facilities. This observation uses a qualitative descriptive method. Primary data obtained through observation techniques and interviewing 99 visitors and 30 respondents from the respondent community using a questionnaire. In this study the data were analyzed using a likert scale measurement. Measurement of valuation instrument items on a likert scale that includes a range of values ≤ 5 means very good, range of values 4 ≤ 4.5 is good, range 3 ≤ 3.5 is sufficient, range 2 ≤ 2.5 is not good, and range ≥ 1 is not good, tourist accessibility (4,4) and included in the good category, assessment of physical condition (3,8) included in the good category, assessment of hygiene conditions (3,4) included in the adequate category, assessment of the condition of infrastructure (3,6) in the good category and in the rating of tourist satisfaction (4.0) in the good category. The results of the assessment of the average public perception of tourism support at Way Lalaan Waterfall (4.0) fall into either category. This shows that its need to be an increase in the field of cleanliness. Efforts to develop a tourist attraction can be done with a good and structured strategy  in order to increase interest in visiting the tourist attraction.

This study aims: 1) to know the aspects that can be developed as a natural tourist attraction in Sanrobengi Island. 2) to know the public perception of the development of natural attractions in Sanrobengi Island. 3) to know the prospect of developing natural attractions in Sanrobengi Island. Objects in this study are tourists and the public. The data presented in the form of primary data taken from the questionnaire "Prospect of Sanrobengi Island Tourism Object Development in Boddia Village Galesong District Takalar District". Informant retrieval was taken using accidental sampling technique and purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used is qualitative descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis.The results show that the appropriate development strategy in the development of Sanrobengi Island as a natural tourist attraction is a strategy of Strength - Opportunities. The conclusions obtained include: physical aspect and social aspects strongly support the development of Sanrobengi Takalar Island as a natural tourist attraction. Public and tourist perceptions of natural attractions that agree to do more development. The development strategy that can be done include developing interest tourism, enhancing cooperation between central and local government, making promotion through website, banner, and billboards, local people's role in developing tourist object such as boat service utilization as well as maintaining and maintaining coral reef habitat environment.

ABSTRAKPentingnya multilingulisme pada aktivitas pariwisata dipicu oleh adanya hambatan komunikasi dan budaya antara pengelola daya tarik wisata dengan wisatawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi program-program yang telah dilakukan oleh pengelola daya tarik wisata di Kawasan Bandung Utara. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama empat bulan di tahun 2020 dan dilaksanakan di kawasan pariwisata di Bandung Utara yang difokuskan pada dua daya tarik ikonik yaitu Taman Wisata Alam Gunung Tangkubanparahu dan Tebing Keraton. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Data primer didapatkan melalui observasi lapangan dan wawancara dengan pengelola dua daya tarik wisata. Data sekunder didapatkan melalui penelitian terdahulu, kebijakan pemerintah setempat, dan media digital melalui situs web dan media sosial. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif melalui tahapan analisis sebelum di lapangan, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daya tarik wisata Tebing Keraton dan TWA Tangkubanparahu memiliki komunikasi multi bahasa melalui media daring dan luring. Pesan yang disampaikan mengenai kondisi, posisi, dan peraturan bagi wisata selama di daya tarik wisata. Kata kunci:      Daya tarik wisata, Gunung Tangkubanparahu, Multilingualisme, Tebing Keraton ABSTRACTThe importance of multilingualism in tourism activities is due to communication and cultural barriers between managers of tourist attractions and tourists. This study aims to identify programs that have been carried out by managers of tourist attractions in the North Bandung area, Indonesia. This study had been for four months in 2020 and carried out in a tourism area in North Bandung which focused on two iconic attractions, namely the Tangkubanparahu Mountain Nature Tourism Park and the Tebing Keraton. This study used a qualitative approach featuring primary and secondary data. The primary data were obtained through observations and interviews with managers of two tourist attractions., while the secondary data were obtained through previous research, local government policies, and digital media through websites and social media. In the meantime, the method of analysis used qualitative descriptive analysis through the stages of analysis before coming to the field, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the tourist attractions of Tangkubanparahu Mountain Nature Tourism Park and Tebing Keraton have multi-language communications through online and offline media. Nungnung Waterfal is located in Pelaga Village, Petang District, Badung Regency. Nungnung Waterfal have several potentials that can be developed into a natural taourist attraction. It is the researchers wanted to know the potential of what is owned by NungnungWaterfall that can be developed into a tourist attraction. Types of data and data sources used are the data Qualitative, Quantitatif, primary data and secondary data. Collection data by Observasi, interviews, library, and using purpose sampling method, data analytic method using qualitative descriptive that applies the facts found in the field. Nungnung Waterfallhas the potential of natural and artificial potential that could be developed into a tourist attraction. Natural potential possessed NungnungWaterfallis landscapes, mountains, waterfalls, and forests. As for the potential of artificial owned by Nungnung Waterfallnamely supporting facilities including a gazebo for resting place for tourists and take pictures in the area of Nungnung Waterfall.

The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe the public perception of traffic jam in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and analyze the factors that caused traffic jam in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation as data collection instruments. Furthermore, the data will be analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. The type of data used is primary data. Primary data in the form of observations, interviews and documentation. The results of this study revealed 1) public perception of traffic jam in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the condition of traffic jam in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia is still quite severe, especially during rush hours, among others, in the morning when people leave for work, go to school and others etc., during the day during lunchtime, and in the afternoon when people will return home. Jam also occurs around tourist attractions in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. 2) Factors causing traffic jam in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, caused by the increasing ownership of private vehicles, the low price of cars, public vehicles do not have their own lines. And the community is still reluctant to use public transportation.

Bukit Jamur is a tourist attraction located in the Bengkayang Regency, West Kalimantan Province, Indonesia. Originally, Bukit Jamur is protected forest area, because of this place has a tourist attraction, the West Kalimantan Provincial Forestry Office established Bukit Jamur as a Forest Park in 2018. The goal is to be managed as a tourist attraction. This destination is managed by the Pokdarwis Organization, but its management is still not optimal. This can be seen from the condition of the untreated destination and the management system of visitors who are still irregular, causing a lot of garbage that pollutes the destination environment due to tourists visit. This research was conducted to find out what are the problems in the Bukit Jamur destination visitor management system and strategies that can be done to overcome the problem of the visitor management system. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data sources used are primary data and secondary data, while the data collection techniques are by literature study, interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study by compiling all data that has been obtained to be compiled and processed so that it can produce a concise research discussion and a clear as well as an easy comprehensive   conclusion.

This research aims to analyze the public perceptions to the function change the nature preserve of Pulau Burung becomes the nature tourist park in the Pulau Burung Forest Village. The analysis used in this research is by using a Likert Scale analysis. The research location is housed in the Pulau Burung Village of District Tanah Bumbu. This study uses primary data obtained directly through a questionnaire to the villagers of the District Pulau Burung. Secondary data obtained through the government in the village. The sampling using simple random sampling method, where all members have the same population was selected as a representative sample of the population. To determine the public perception then used the likert scale analysis. The results showed that a high perception of the function change of nature preserve become nature tourist park and it’s management in the Forest Village District of Pulau Burung, seen from three indicators of responses/opinions, knowledge, and attitudes

Study on the potential of gelar river tourist attractions, Batuagung Village as nature tourism. The Gelar River area is a tourist attractions that located in Batuagung Village. Gelar River planned to be developed into local tourism based on natural tourism. Local tourism is tourism whose scope is limited tocertain places, namely the Jembrana district. This study aims to determine the natural resources that have the potential as natural tourism and the potential development solutions in the Gelar River so that it can be developed into sustainable nature tourism. The method used is the survey method. The data collected in the form of primary data and secondary data. The techniques applied to collect the data in current study are observation, interviews, and literature study. The interview was conducted with the management of the Gelar River Tourist Attraction and the Jembrana District Forestry and Plantation Service. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the geographical location, climate and weather, topography and landform, surface materials, water, vegetation, and fauna are natural resources that have the potential to develop the Gelar river Tourist Attraction.

This study aims to analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors for the development of Oesapa Beach attractions in Kupang City. This type of research is qualitative research using qualitative descriptive research methods. Data sources consist of primary data obtained through observation and interviews; and secondary data sources come from records, interview results and documents from relevant agencies in the study. The results of the study show that the factors that support the development of Oesapa Beach attractions are: (1) Tourist attraction, is anything that has a unique, easy, and value in the form of natural diversity, culture, and man-made results that are targeted or tourist visits; (2) Visitors, are someone who visits a tourist area with the aim of having fun and spending less time, energy and money in less than 24 hours. While the inhibiting factors for the development of Oesapa Beach attractions are: (1) Accessibility, is the degree of ease achieved by a person towards an object, service or environment; (2) Promotion is an effort to offer products or services with the aim of attracting consumers to buy or consume them; (3) Human Resources (HR), namely the workforce involved in tourism is still inadequate and professional; and (4) Funds, is one of the benchmarks for the progress of the development of sustainable tourism objects. Oesapa Beach has a tourist attraction in the form of beautiful and natural scenery, lopo-lopo lined on the beach, and lined with cafes with colorful tents and unique and different cafe designs. In addition to the tourist attraction, visitors who are increasingly busy visiting this tourist attraction become a supporting factor for tourism objects can be developed. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the marketing strategy, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to the natural tourism of Lake Dendam Tak Sudah, Bengkulu City in order to increase tourist visits. Based on the natural tourist attraction, this research was conducted in the tourist attraction of Danau Dendam Tak Sudah, Bengkulu City. The methods used in this research are interviews, documentation, and observation. Sources of data used are secondary data and primary data. The data collection technique in this study was accidental sampling with a qualitative descriptive analysis method. Then the data were analyzed using SWOT analysis to determine the factors inhibiting the lack of tourists visiting Dendan Tak Sudah Lake natural attractions in Bengkulu City. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah secara accidental sampling dengan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif, Kemudian data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menjadi penghambat kurangnya wisatawan berkunjung ke wisata alam Danau Dendan Tak Sudah di Kota Bengkulu. Berdasarkan hasil kajian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa daerah tersebut memiliki peluang dan kekuatan yang sangat besar berupa potensi wisata yang sangat indah dan eksotis, terletak di tengah kota namun minim sarana dan prasarana, fasilitas umum, promosi dan pernanan manajemen kurang maksimal dalam penataan sehingga wisatawan yang datang masih sangat minim.Kata Kunci: Kekuatan, Kelemahan, Peluang, dan Ancaman (SWOT)

The purpose of this study was to determine the public's perception of the development of the River of Life area as a tourist attraction in Kuala Lumpur. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research that uses observation, interviews and documentation as data collection instruments. Sampling Technique using Accidental Sampling technique. While the data source consists of primary data obtained directly in research in the field. The results of this study found: 1) Public perception of the development of the River of Life area as one of the tourist attractions in Kuala Lumpur is very good. Because, Rifer of Life revitalizes the old environment, increases the historic attractiveness of the city, provides an effective transformation network to ensure a pleasant journey for residents and tourists. 2) Public perception of access to River of Life is very good. 3) Community perception with the development of the River of Life area is very good because it can open up new opportunities and jobs for the local community. River of Life provides affordable housing for more than 35,000 new residents, one million square meters of commercial space, more than 27,000 new job opportunities, increased using of public transportation. 4) Community perception of the uniqueness of the River of Life area as a tourist attraction is that there is one component of the River of Life project, namely the Blue Pool or Blue Poll which is the River Beautification Project located next to the Sultan Abdul Samad Building.
