This paper want to discuss and to present reflections on human formation, on the matter of identity and difference, in a school curriculum that seeks not only professional training for the capitalist labor market, but also the socialization and subjectivation of the individual. This is a bibliographical study, a dialogue with the concepts of Cestari (2014), Severino (2006), Biesta (2012) and Silva, (2001; 2014). The provocations established in this work are not intended to elicit ready-made solutions, but rather to point out reflections on the educational objectives regarding the formation of the being, permeated by identity and difference. What is proposed in this space is to provoke cogitations that enable everyone involved in education to think and rethink their actions and practices at educational matter.

The aim of this book is to contribute to a greater visibility of spaces occupied by blind or visually impaired people in professional training and in the labor market. Therefore, the focus is on the issue of the multiple identities of those social actors and the connection between the challenge of identity recognition and professional training and practice. This finding came from observations at the Associação Baiana de Cegos (ABC), from 2015-2018, in Salvador-Bahia. This institution has been mobilizing with great effort, since 1985, in favor of the training, qualification and referral of blind people to the labor market. The research corpus is formed by a set of data collected through semi-directive interviews, with a narrative focus and observations of everyday life situations in the research locus. When discussing about the social actors as “human beings as projects of being”, I emphasized the issue of subjectivities linked to the processes of professional training and I highlighted the paradigmatic overcomes. In this context, I outlined the individual and collective advances and setbacks, which are still challenging aspects for the inclusion and, above all, for the permanence in the labor process. At last, I understand that it is at least challenging to think that, on one hand, there is a labor market going through an unemployment crisis and, on the other hand, there is the issue regarding the remaining spaces for blind people in such a scenario.

The article describes the main components of the institutional framework of an archetypical approach to public administration. It is determined that the system of preparation of public servants is based on a chain of universal foundations of archetype, in particular, it is influenced by the principle of formation of personnel in the public service, formed on the basis of public opinion. Based on two basic principles relating to admission to public service, three basic models of training civil servants in the European country are defined: German. French and Anglo-Saxon. We analyze each of the models and define the archetypes that influenced their formation and development. The advantages of each model are determined, in particular, the benefits are: the German model of training managers is the balancing between the theoretical knowledge and practical skills that a public servant receives during training, but as a disadvantage one can distinguish the orientation of preparation for legal orientation, which limits the ability to hold managerial positions for many employees The French model of professional training of public servants should include a well-balanced understanding of tasks, namely: decentralization and territorial organization of public services, communication, support of territorial communities, in-depth knowledge and understanding of the need for cooperation with institutions of the European Commonwealth, high-quality human resource management and orientation towards environmentally friendly innovations, such a model of training of public servants is holistic, costly and effective; The Anglo-Saxon model of training of public servants is its orientation towards the implementation of the concept of public administration and the individual approach to employee training, taking into account all the specifics of its activities, providing for the formation of personnel capable of solving specific problems. It is concluded that today in most European countries dominated by mixed models that include elements of different models.
