The article explores the task of making higher education more profession-oriented. In this context, we consider the technology of structuring and matching professional activities and content of professional education curricula with the help of ontology. This technology employs intelligent analysis of labor market and educational content matching with the aim to organize educational programs and verify professional competences based on their ontological properties. The article also considers development of a professional training cognitive map that can help design the student’s personalized educational trajectory factoring in the given parameters.

The conditions of modern labor market dictate the need for highly qualified specialists who creatively approach the performance of their professional activities, independently making competent productive decisions. In search of a solution to this problem, higher education institutions resort to the use of modern educational technologies. The article presents the forms of implementation of discussion technologies, their peculiarity, considers their importance and specificity of use in the conditions of personality-centered training and defines the goals of discussion technologies implementation in the course study. The study revealed an increase in the level of students’ training. The use of discussion technologies allowed them to study the topics of the course more deeply.

The topicality of the study is caused to the contradiction that arises due to the separation of new types of information activities in the digital environment against the background of the uncertainty of the specialties that correspond to them and for which the training of higher education. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the correlation between the qualification requirements for representatives of modern “digital” professions in the field of information and communication activities, namely, managers of web content and web community and the profile of educational standards for training on specialty 029 “Information, library and archival affairs “. The scientific novelty of the study is to substantiate the compliance of professional tasks of specialists in web content management and web community to the competence parameters of educational standards of specialty 029 “Information, library and archival affairs”, the feasibility of developing educational programs for modern “digital” professions in within the specialty 029 “Information, library and archival affairs”. Conclusions. Digitization of all spheres of public life leads to the emergence and formalization of new types of professional activities, including professions of web content managers and web community, for which the labor market-defined design of competencies can be provided through the training on the specialty 029 “Information, library and archival case”. The requirements for such specialists have information and communication, information and management, and social and communicative content and do not need special professional education in the field of computer science. The normative content of education and competence, approved by the standards of higher education in the specialty 029 “Information, Library and Archival Affairs” (bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees), indicates their compliance with defined in the draft of the professional standard “Information Resource Specialist” objects of activity, labor functions and labor actions of representatives of modern “digital” professions – web content manager and web community manager.

The article includes a comprehensive analysis of the specifics of the system of active learning methods and a description of its resources in the professional training of future specialists in the context of modern modernization of higher education. Based on the results of the analysis of current trends in the development of a variety of technologies and formats of training in higher education, the criteria for determining their feasibility are identified. The paper presents an overview of the significant psychological characteristics of the teacher, acting as internal determinants of successful activity based on active learning methods. Various components of students' project activity are considered. The advantages of active teaching methods in the development of professional thinking, reflection of students' experience and competencies in ensuring the productivity of their advancement in educational and professional activities are revealed. Based on the analysis of the results of empirical research, the article describes the content features of modern students ' ideas about the resources and risks of active learning methods for their role in achieving a high level of professional competence development. The psychological factors that determine the success of the use of active learning methods in professional education are identified.

Annotation. Introduction. The article analyzes topical issues of ecological culture formation in the process of training future economists. Modern approaches to the formation of environmental culture during the training of future economists, determining the quality of professional training of future professionals in higher education. Socio-economic changes and the ecological state cause the need for qualitative improvement of professional education of future specialists in the process of professional training with a high level of ecological culture. However, the problem of forming the ecological culture of future economists remains insufficiently studied. Purpose. The aim of the article is to study the formation of ecological culture and thinking, the spread of ethical norms in relation to nature. Results. The analysis of scientific works on the formation of ecological culture in the process of training future economists, revealed the concept of ecological culture of the individual and the concept of educational environment. Attention is paid to the process of formation of ecological culture as a holistic systemic phenomenon in order to develop the ecological and ideological position of a specialist economist. The main measures of preparation of applicants for higher education in economic specialties, which includes the environmental element, have been outlined. The pedagogical conditions that provide the process of education of ecological culture in the educational environment have been singled out. Features of ecological education as an important component of educational process have been considered. Conclusions. It has been proved that the effectiveness of training future professionals and the formation of environmental culture of applicants for higher education will form an opportunity to successfully engage in professional activities in the field of economics after graduation from higher education.

An important condition for reforming pedagogical education is the training of highly qualified teachers of higher education institutions who are able to implement program objectives and implement the requirements of professional, industry standards and educational programs in the educational process of pedagogical education institutions. Article’s purpose is to generalize the features of training future teachers of pedagogy to teach the course «Didactics» in the system of professional education of future primary school teachers. Methods applied: the method of theoretical analysis of normative educational documents and educational-methodical literature on methods of teaching pedagogy in institutions of higher pedagogical education; methods of generalization, systematization for formulating the conclusions of scientific research. Most educational programs for the training of specialists at the second (master's) level in pedagogical specialties provide for the assignment of the qualification «teacher of pedagogy», which requires his thorough theoretical and methodological and practical preparation for teaching pedagogical disciplines. Therefore, it is important in this context determination of methods of teaching the section of pedagogy «Didactics», which includes acquaintance of future teachers of pedagogy with the main goals and objectives of the course, its structure, features of the work program on the discipline, a list of sections and topics recommended for future primary school teachers; mastering the most rational forms and methods of organizing classroom (lectures, seminars, micro-teaching, modeling of pedagogical situations, etc.) and extracurricular (pedagogical observation of the real pedagogical process in primary school, acquaintance with pedagogical and methodological literature, study of advanced pedagogical experience, etc.) work of students, features of diagnostics of results of educational achievements from a course «Didactics». The article deals with the directions of professional education development, which are related to the necessity of focusing on the labor market needs, namely the competent direction of future specialists’ training, the implementation of the conceptual provisions for the standardization of professional education. The relevance of the tendency of professional education’s orientation onto the modern labor market is defined in the article. The purpose of the article is to investigate the peculiarities of the professional activity of teachers of modern vocational education and their influence on decision-making processes. The authors of the article have made an attempt to substantiate the analysis of the peculiarities of introducing a competence-oriented approach into education as one of the effective ways of its reformation and improvement. It is identified the cause-effect character of the necessity of designing a common methodology for the formation of the specialist’s competence and the urgent solution of the problem of professional education standardization. The authors have also defined the main contradiction of this process, which is seen in the lack of involving business entities, those are the customers of the future specialists’ training, in the process of creating qualification standards. The authors have noted that nowadays the activity of teachers on standardization of professional education on a competence basis becomes the main direction of the implementation of modernization reforms in education. Therefore, in order to achieve objectivity in the professional training teachers’ decision-making, the authors of the article have proposed to apply ideas and methods of information- extreme intellectual technology. This method of information-extreme intellectual technology (IEI-technology) for data analysis is based on maximizing the information capacity of the system in the machine teaching process, grounded onto the algorithm of the information- analytical system on the adaptation of the graduation department’s study content to the labor market requirements. The authors have made a conclusion that, minding the further development of a model of competency education associated with the transition from the general theoretical understanding of the peculiarities of constructing subject-based educational programs, situational-simulation technologies and control-measuring methods that are adequate to practical implementation with the use of modern information systems, the special attention should be paid to the creation of educational standards, according to which educational programs and educational disciplines’ content will be formed, aimed at a competency rather than on material indicators.

Fundamental changes in the educational paradigm of the Ukrainian education modern system have led to a revision of the process of improving the university students’ professional training. The issue of students’ soft skills formation as mandatory for the diversification of career opportunities in the labor market is relevant. Unification with European standards has led to the necessity to fill the new content of university education to ensure personal development and self-development of future professionals in the course of mastering fundamental and special disciplines and the soft skills formation, which determines the novelty of the issue. The purpose of the study was to carry out a theoretical analysis of the problem of students’ soft skills formation and empirical study of the students’ attitude (pedagogical specialty) of Ukrainian universities to this process in the context of preparation for their future career. The main method was a survey conducted by respondents filling out an author’s questionnaire “What is an ideal preschool teacher?” in electronic form on the online platform Google. Students of the specialty 012 “Preschool Education” of the first (bachelor’s) level of higher education (1‒4 years of study) from 2 Ukrainian universities (n = 191) were included into the sample. The results were processed both quantitatively and qualitatively and demonstrated that students are aware of the need to form soft skills in preparation for their own professional activities. However, more emphasis was placed on them by senior respondents, who, having mastered a large number of specialized subjects and had various types of educational practices, realized the importance of developing skills (soft skills) for personal growth. In this regard, changes are needed in the educational and professional curriculum of the first (bachelor’s) level of higher education, where it is important to outline the task of students’ soft skills formation as a mandatory component of future professionals’ training to meet the requirements of today’s labor market.

The study of pedagogical conditions for the formation of the stage image of vocal teachers is a topical issue in the context of improving the quality of professional music education in Ukraine, as well as in the world. The purpose of the article is to study the pedagogical conditions that contribute to the effective formation of the stage image of the future vocal teacher in the process of his professional education. The methodological basis of the study is the theoretical methods of scientific knowledge (analysis and synthesis, classification method, comparative method). Also, in the context of this study, a theoretical analysis of scientific sources was conducted. The article highlights and substantiates the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the stage image of a vocal teacher in the process of professional education: the creation of models of their own future based on the activation of “I-real” and “I-ideal”; providing motivation for performing and creative stage selfrealization of future specialists; application of personality-oriented models and learning technologies aimed at developing the student's individuality and providing conditions for the development of their abilities and creative self-realization in professional activities; diversification of practical forms of organization of the educational process It is emphasized that the basis of the stage image is a combination of personal and professional characteristics and psychological archetypes, which are the basis of image formation, which should correspond to the character of the vocalist the best human qualities and powerful informational-creative potential of the person. It is emphasized that according to the personality-oriented concept of education, priority is given to the development of personality, rather than the learning process, which is an important aspect in the process of forming the stage image of personality. The practical value of the work is that the results of the study can be used to increase the efficiency of the educational process, as well as to improve the professional qualities of vocal teachers

Abstract Over the past decade in the world there has significantly increased the process of globalization, which resulted in high demand for the profession of a translator. For future interpreters it is important to be well informed, to know innovations of the sector, which they have chosen as the major. Therefore, the translator should be able to search for information, and critically evaluate it. The article deals with the analysis of the application of modern information technology in the future translators training at the universities of the EU countries. The analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature that investigated aspects of information technology training of future translators at the universities has been made. The most widespread of information technologies that are applied during the translators’ training process have been defined, the possibilities of their application have been grounded. Countries, cities, universities of European Union where such training is carried out have been pointed out. Also it should be mentioned that the characteristic feature of interpreters' higher education in Europe is that the training program tend to a specialization profile. Their main types are: full program of higher education and independent graduate programs of specialized nature. The skills development of using computer technology makes an important contribution towards improving the quality of education during the professional activity. The change and correction of programs in accordance with the development of information technologies, informatization process, professional translators' interests are carried out in education systems. In the process of professional training there are used the methods that are aimed at the intensification of the processes of self-education and self-development. An important provision of the Bologna process is the focus of higher education establishments on educational results: knowledge and skills of the graduates should be applied and practically used.

Higher education institutions face the challenge that their graduates have the competences that allows them to quickly enter to the labor market and obtain an adequate economic remuneration. us graduate satisfaction is a key element in the assessment of the quality of institutions, since it allows us to know their perception regarding the quality received in their professional training. e objective is study the quality of higher education institutions and the satisfaction of the graduate in the Autonomous University of Tamaulipas. e methodology is descriptive and transversal  based on graduates information and satisfaction. As a result, Students are satisfied with their professional training received and their expectations were met since the academic level of the institution is good. It is concluded that studies on student satisfaction are useful for higher education institutions to identify educational and administrative priorities about the service they provide.
