The Optimalization of Empowerment to Convicted Criminal in the Open Prison through Financial LiteracyAbstract. One of the empowerment of convicted criminals is done by increasing financial literacy. The aims of community service are: empowering convicted criminals class II B Kendal open prison through training financial management system, and give positive contribution by training financial management systems to improve financial literacy. The method of implementing community service activities is carried out by: coordination and mapping needs in prisons, focus group discussions (FGD) and financial literacy workshops, as well as post workshop assistance. The strategic steps of service are: convicted criminals in the prison class II B Kendal is given knowledge about financial literacy, convicted criminals are given training and understanding to develop financial literacy through financial management training, discussion sessions, questions and answers by giving opportunities to convicted criminals and prison management related to financial literacy, simulations implementation of financial literacy through personal and family financial management, as well as assisting and monitoring implementation financial literacy, and evaluating the results of service activities that have been carried out. Convicted criminals the prison class II B Kendal are dominated by elementary and junior high school graduates, who commit violations of the law due to economic needs. This community service program is a solution to overcome the low financial literacy of fostered citizens. The success of this service program is due to the achievement of target participants as well as the achievement of objectives and activity material. People who have good financial literacy are able to make the right decisions in financial management in order to face global challenges based on technological progress.Keywords: Empowerment, convicted criminal, financial literacy.Abstrak. Pemberdayaan narapidana salah satunya dilakukan dengan peningkatan literasi keuangan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberdayakan narapidana lembaga permasyarakatan terbuka kelas II B Kendal melalui pelatihan sistem pengelolaan keuangan, serta memberikan kontribusi positif dengan adanya pelatihan sistem pengelolaan keuangan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan: koordinasi dan pemetaan kebutuhan di lapas, focus group discussion (FGD) dan workshop literasi keuangan, serta pendampingan pasca workshop. Langkah strategis pengabdian yaitu: narapidana lapas terbuka kelas II B Kendal diberikan pengetahuan tentang literasi keuangan, narapidana diberikan pelatihan dan pemahaman untuk mengembangkan literasi keuangan melalui pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan, yaitu pencatatan keuangan, sesi diskusi dan tanya jawab dengan memberikan kesempatan kepada narapidana dan pengelola lembaga permasyarakatan terkait literasi keuangan, simulasi implementasi literasi keuangan melalui pengelolaan keuangan pribadi dan keluarga, serta melakukan pendampingan dan monitoring kepada narapidana dalam pengimplementasian literasi keuangan, terakhir melakukan evaluasi hasil kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilakukan. Warga binaan Lapas Terbuka Kelas II B Kendal didominasi oleh lulusan SD dan SMP, yang melakukan pelanggaran hukum karena dorongan kebutuhan ekonomi. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini sebagai solusi mengatasi rendahnya literasi keuangan warga binaan. Keberhasilan program pengabdian ini karena ketercapaian target peserta serta ketercapaian tujuan dan materi kegiatan. Masyarakat yang memiliki literasi keuangan yang baik mampu membuat keputusan yang tepat dalam pengelolaan keuangannya guna menghadapi tantangan global yang berbasis kemajuan teknologi.Kata kunci: Pemberdayaan, narapidana, literasi keuangan

Dedication to provide maintenance management training fighting fish (Betta sp.) the good and completely in accordance with SNI fighting fish to the community PayaPeunaga, Meureubo sub-district, West Aceh District.The problem faced today is the statistics of West Aceh Regency in 2017 figures indicating that many people have a productive age in PayaPeunaga Village, Meureubo Sub-district, but not accompanied by job vacancies, causing unemployment at productive ages. Solution offered from this dedication is to provide additional skill to the community in PayaPeunaga Village, MeureuboSubdistrict to be able to manage the good and correct fighting fish in accordance with SNI of fighting fish.Implementation of community service activities include: 1) discussion and socialization of fighting fish (Betta sp.) that potentially increase the income of the community and 2) good ornamental fighting fish management training according to SNI of fighting fish. Result of the dedication is that the community is very enthusiastic to cultivate fighting fish and hopes that this community service program can be continued to provide assistance to the community in PayaPeunaga Village, Meureubo Sub District, West Aceh.

ABSTRAK Indonesia merupakan negara yang masuk sebagai anggota negara G-20 dan tentu saja memiliki tingkat perekonomian yang tinggi secara global. Salah satu sektor yang mendorong perekonomian Indonesia berasal dari sektor keuangan. Walaupun sector keuangan merupakan salah satu kontributor terbesar, namun masih banyak warga negaranya yang belum terliterasi dengan baik pengetahuan keuangan terutama di Kabupaten Bengkayang dan tentu saja hal ini mendorong tim pengabdian masyarakat Institut Shanti Bhuana tergerak untuk melakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat Dusun kawan di Kabupaten Bengkayang. Kegiatan ini menggunakan tiga metode yaitu ceramah, tutorial dan praktik. Kegiatan pengabdian ini mendapatkan respon dan hasil yang cukup membahagiakan dimana 54,5% peserta merasa cukup puas dengan kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilaksanakan dan sisanya sebesar 45,5% merasa sangat puas terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat. Sebanyak 33 peserta mengatakan paham terhadap keseluruhan materi di kisaran 76-100%, 8 peserta mengatakan paham terhadap keseluruhan materi di kisaran 50-75%, dan hanya 2 peserta yang mengatakan paham terhadap keseluruhan materi di kisaran dibawah 50% Kata kunci :    Literasi Keuangan, Manajemen Keuangan Keluarga, Kabupaten Bengkayang, Pengabdian Masyarakat   ABSTRACT   Indonesia is a country that has been categorized as one of G-20 countries and also indeed has a high level of economy globally. Financial Industry is one of the sectors that contributes Indonesian economy. However, even though the financial sector is one of the biggest contributors, there are still many Indonesia’s citizens who are not with financially iterated, especially in Bengkayang Regency and this problem has motivated the community service team of the Shanti Bhuana Institute to carry out community service activities in Kawan Hamlet in Bengkayang Regency. This activity uses three methods, namely lectures, tutorials and practices. This service activity received both satisfying results where 54.5% of the participants felt quite satisfied with the service activities that had been carried out and the remaining 45.5% were very satisfied with the implementation of community service activities. A total of 33 participants said they understood the whole material in the range of 76-100%, 8 participants said they understood the whole material in the range of 50-75%, and only 2 participants said they understood the whole material in the range below 50% Keywords : Financial Literacy, Family-based Financial Management, Bengkayang Regency, Community Service

ABSTRAK                                                               Terbatasnya kemampuan kebanyakan pelaku UKM  dalam mengatur keuangan usahanya, menyebabkan terbengkalainya keuangan usaha mereka, hal inilah kemudian menyebabkan banyak pelaku UKM yang gagal untuk bisa tetap eksis dan berkembang. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan para peserta sebelum kegiatan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PPKM), mereka tidak pernah melakukan pencatatan keuangan usaha mereka. Mereka hanya mencatat jumlah hutang pelanggan saja, tidak mencatat jumlah uang masuk maupun uang keluar, dan mereka tidak memisahkan uang pribadi dengan uang usaha. Inilah yang menjadi pemicu kegagalan kebanyakan para pelaku UKM sering terlibat masalah modal usaha, karena modal usaha sering digunakan juga untuk keperluan pribadi. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada para peserta pentingnya membuat laoran keuangan atau pencatatan keuangan usaha. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat sudah berjalan dengan baik dan lancar. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut semua tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan berjalan sesuai dengan yang direncanakan. Kata kunci: manajemen keuangan; usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM); covid-19. ABSTRACTThe limited ability of most SMEs to manage their business finances, has led to the neglect of their business finances, and this has led to many SMEs who have failed to continue to exist and develop. Based on the results of our interviews with the participants before the activities of the community service program (PPKM), they never did financial records of their friends. They only record the amount of customer debt, do not record the amount of money in and out, and they do not separate personal money from business money. This is what triggers the failure of most SMEs are often involved in business capital problems. Because venture capital is often used also for personal needs. Community Service aims to provide knowledge to the participants the importance of making financial reports or recording financial business. The implementation of community service activities has been going well and smoothly. The community service activities carried out are Community Economic Empowerment of MSME Entrepreneurs in Limbungan Village, Rumbai Pesisir District, Pekanbaru City. This activity integrated with the implementation of the Student Community Service Program of 2020. The role of the community service team is business management training (financial management, taxation), strategy of business development, and accompaniment for the 19 MSME entrepreneurs in this area that participated. The aims of this community service activity are to improve understanding and implementation of MSME management in a professional, efficient, and effective way, with the result that can manifest independence and well-being of the community to optimize the existing potential. It is also expected that this training will provide an added value for the community development of MSME entrepreneurs’s business. This training can change community behavior into more creative and improve community income in this area. The training methods are a combination between lectures and accompaniment, where participants will obtain material manual books about finance and taxation of MSME. It can be seen that the participants have more understanding about bookkeeping and finance of MSME, taxation, and online marketing after participating in the integrated community service and student community service program of LPPM UNRI.

It is undeniable that banking transactions are already inherent in everyday life. Therefore, banking literacy needs to be owned by each individual. People who are well literate easier to understand matters related to banking and have information to access the necessary banking services. To support efforts to improve financial literacy, one of which is in the banking sector, socialization in the form of community service needs to be done. Community service is intended for young junior high school students (SMP-IT ARAFAH, Depok) with the theme "Bank Facilitates Our Transactions. The main purpose of this community service focuses on improving the insight of banking literacy among junior high schools. This service program is carried out in 1 (one) day with structured training methods, namely lecture methods, information discussions and lastly conducted previews, evaluations and question and answer questions as a reference to assess how much participants understand the material that has been submitted. Basically the banking literacy of SMP-IT ARAFAH students is quite good and after the implementation of community service there was an increase in the average level of understanding of students which was originally 71.22% to 86.97%. This shows that efforts to improve banking literacy through the implementation of community service have produced positive results. Similar activities need to be developed further in order to instill banking literacy early on. Thus will create a well literate and financially inclusive society that will ultimately support economic development. Abstrak Tidak bisa dipungkiri bahwa transaksi perbankan sudah melekat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Oleh karena itu, literasi perbankan perlu dimiliki oleh setiap individu. Masyarakat yang well literate lebih mudah memahami hal-hal yang terkait dengan perbankan serta memiliki informasi untuk mengakses layanan jasa perbankan yang diperlukan. Untuk mendukung upaya peningkatan literasi keuangan salah satunya pada sektor perbankan, maka sosialisasai dalam bentuk pengabdian masyarakat perlu dilakukan. Pengabdian masyarakat ditujukan bagi kalangan muda siswi Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP-IT ARAFAH, Depok) dengan tema “Bank Mempermudah Transaksi Kita. Tujuan utama pengabdian masyarakat ini berfokus pada peningkatan wawasan literasi perbankan di kalangan Sekolah Menegah Pertama (SMP). Program pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dalam 1 (satu) hari dengan metode pelatihan terstruktur yakni metode ceramah, diskusi informasi dan terakhir dilakukan preview, evaluasi dan tanya jawab sebagai acuan untuk menilai seberapa besar pemahaman peserta terkait materi yang telah disampaikan. Pada dasarnya literasi perbankan Siswi SMP-IT ARAFAH sudah cukup baik dan setelah dilaksanakannya pengabdian masyarakat terjadi kenaikan pada Rata-rata tingkat pemahaman Siswi yang semula 71,22% menjadi 86,97%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa upaya peningkatan literasi perbankan melalui pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat membuahkan hasil yang positif. Kegiatan serupa perlu dikembangkan lebih lanjut guna menanamkan literasi perbankan sejak dini. Dengan demikian akan tercipta masyarakat yang well literate dan financially inclusive yang pada akhirnya akan mendukung pembangunan ekonomi. In Indonesia, the age between 0-6 years is agreed, which is explained in article 28 of the Law on the National Education System no. 20 of 2003 paragraph 1 explained that "early childhood is a child who falls in the age range of 0-6 years". Thus it can be stated that early childhood is a child in the range of 0-6 years who have growth and development according to their characteristics. In Mergosono Sub-District, Kedungkandang District, there are 6 (six) Pos PAUD. Pos PAUD Putih Melati is one of the Pos PAUD located in RW 1, Mergosono Sub-District, Kedungkandang District. This Pos PAUD was created with the aim of meeting the needs of the surrounding community, especially with regard to early childhood education. So far, Pos PAUD have been managed more based on principles from, by and for the community. The method used in this PkM is the transfer of knowledge and discussion of problems. The implementation of activities in the form of management training and financial administration of Pos PAUD, procurement of Educational Game Equipment (APE), procurement of APE storage lockers, and procurement of Pos PAUD financial administration books. Financial Management and Administration Training for the managers of Pos PAUD Putih Melati was the result of the initial discussion. Based on the results of the discussion it was found that the Pos PAUD Putih Melati manager experienced obstacles in terms of financial management and administration. Therefore, dedication was carried out in the form of providing material related to the management and financial administration of Pos PAUD Putih Melati. Overall, the service activities carried out at the Pos PAUD Putih Melati can be said to be successful. This success is not only measured by the four components above, it can also be seen from the participants' satisfaction after participating in the activities and the use of APE by students of the Pos PAUD Putih Melati. Based on the results of the implementation of the dedication that has been carried out, several suggestions can be submitted, namely: 1) The time of the implementation of the service activities needs to be increased so that the objectives of the activity can be fully achieved. 2) The existence of follow-up activities in the form of similar training is always held periodically so as to improve the ability of teachers to carry out the teaching and learning process.

The community service program is carried out at one of the SMEs in Wonosobo, Central Java, which produces and markets processed carica food products. The problems faced by SMEs are problems in the aspects of marketing, financial management and production. The purpose of community service is to improve the ability of SMEs to market products, manage company finances, increase the efficiency of the production process, and increase production capacity. The approach used in this community service is training and business assistance. The results felt by SMEs are the wider marketing of carica processed food products, structuring the company's financial system, efficiency in the production process, and increased production capacity.

AbstrakPengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mendampingi Kelompok Sadar Wisata yang berada di Belawan Sicanang untuk mendukung penyebaran informasi dan promosi keberadaan Ekowisata Mangrove Belawan Sicanang sebagai upaya peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat setempat. Metode pendampingan yang dilakukan dengan memberikan bantuan secara langsung papan informasi memperkenalkan keberadaan Ekowisata Mangrove, memasang panduan arah menuju kawasan Ekowisata Mangrove, memasangkan atribut edukasi pada kawasan ekowisata dan pelaksanaan pelatihan yaitu: pelatihan manajemen ekowisata, pelatihan pembuatan media sosial sebagai media promosi ekowisata berbasis Teknologi Informasi (TI) kepada kelompok penggiat ekowisata di Belawan Sicanang. Dari hasil penilaian terhadap motivasi mitra dalam mengembangkan Ekowisata Mangrove sebelum dan setelah kegiatan dilaksanakan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 15,6%, (sebelumnya sebesar 50%). Respon pengunjung terhadap pemasangan media promosi dan publikasi melalui media sosial lebih dari 60%. Dari data pengunjung yang diperoleh sejak diberikannya papan informasi dan penunjuk arah keberadaan Ekowisata Mangrove terjadi perubahan jumlah pengunjung yang datang dan beberapa lembaga bekerjasama untuk melakukan edukasi. Selama 4 Bulan melakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di peroleh jumlah pengunjung mengalami pertambahan sebesar 10%–20% dan mempengaruhi pertambahan pendapatan dari aktifitas wisata sebesar 10%-20% dari pendapatan sebelumnya. Selanjutnya 82% anggota kelompok menyatakan bahwa pendampingan yang berkelanjutan akan memberikan peluang untuk membangun perekonomian masyarakat disekitar kawasan Ekowisata Mangrove Belawan Sicanang.Kata kunci: Ekowisata Mangrove Belawan Sicanang, informasi, promosi ekowsiataAbstractThis community service aims to assist the Tourism Awareness Group in Belawan Sicanang to support the dissemination of information and promotion of the existence of the Belawan Sicanang Mangrove Ecotourism as an effort to improve the economy of the local community. The mentoring method that was carried out by providing direct assistance to the information board introduced the existence of Mangrove Ecotourism, installed direction guides to the Mangrove Ecotourism area, paired the attributes of education in the ecotourism area and carried out training namely ecotourism management training, training on making social media as information technology-based ecotourism promotion media (TI) to ecotourism groups in Belawan Sicanang. From the results of the assessment of partner motivation in developing Mangrove Ecotourism before and after the activities carried out an increase of 15.6% (previously 50%). The visitor's response to the installation of promotional media and publications through social media is more than 60%. From the visitor data obtained since the information board was given and a guide to the existence of Mangrove Ecotourism there was a change in the number of visitors who came and several institutions collaborated to educate. During the 4 months of community service activities, the number of visitors experienced an increase of 10% -20% and affected the increase in income from tourism activities by 10% -20% of the previous income. Furthermore, 82% of group members stated that ongoing assistance would provide an opportunity to develop the economy of the community around the Belawan Sicanang Mangrove Ecotourism area.Keywords: Belawan Sicanang Mangrove Ecotourism, information, eco-tourism promotion

Financial management is one of the main aspects for the progress of a company. Accounting is a process or way of producing financial information that can be used to make a decision for its users. Implementation methods of Community Service activities is carried out using presentation methods, tutorial systems, and mentoring. The results of the training and mentoring activities for making Islamic banking mudharabah financing proposal aimed at residents of Malang City Kasin Village who are also perpetrators or owners of MSMEs, have been evaluated based on the response and the results of the practices carried out by the participants and assistance for 3 days. This evaluation of community service activities was carried out through a questionnaire and the results of feedback on questions in the questionnaire relating to training and mentoring materials for making bank credit proposal and the enthusiasm of the participants in each question and answer session. The level of understanding of the participants in understanding the material that has been delivered is grouped on a scale of 71% -80.99%, then the community service activities are declared "quite good" and there are 3 mudharabah financing proposals available from the results of mentoring activities
