The community service activities carried out are Community Economic Empowerment of MSME Entrepreneurs in Limbungan Village, Rumbai Pesisir District, Pekanbaru City. This activity integrated with the implementation of the Student Community Service Program of 2020. The role of the community service team is business management training (financial management, taxation), strategy of business development, and accompaniment for the 19 MSME entrepreneurs in this area that participated. The aims of this community service activity are to improve understanding and implementation of MSME management in a professional, efficient, and effective way, with the result that can manifest independence and well-being of the community to optimize the existing potential. It is also expected that this training will provide an added value for the community development of MSME entrepreneurs’s business. This training can change community behavior into more creative and improve community income in this area. The training methods are a combination between lectures and accompaniment, where participants will obtain material manual books about finance and taxation of MSME. It can be seen that the participants have more understanding about bookkeeping and finance of MSME, taxation, and online marketing after participating in the integrated community service and student community service program of LPPM UNRI.

The role of a wife has begun to shift into an entrepreneur now. This starts with a home-based business that was initially done to fill the spare time after the housekeeping duty were completed. But in managing the business they are still simple oriented just to fill the time, so that this business is not able to develop properly. This dedication seeks to empower the home-based business to be able to have added value that previously only runs with many limitations. Implementation of community service program on partner 1 (Arum Snack) by giving peanut slicer to save time to make sliced peanut so that productivity will increase. Likewise with the financial management that has been separating business finances with the family though still manually using a cash book.For partner 2 (Yasmin Collection) already has blogs and facebook to expand its online marketing range. An online address created by the name Yasmin Online Shop that shifts from fashion sales goes to typical Klaten snacks produced by home-based production around partners. The products is Marketed to outside Java, especially Kalimantan although that is still limited.Monitoring and evaluation on activities and mentoring program are still done. The addition of brand on partner products is also done so that the products can be more marketable. Simple financial management assistance is done so that partners can access loans from financial institutions to increase their working capital.Increased revenue in this program is achieved on all of the partners. Suggestion that can be given is  more attention from the governments in the development of home-based businesses involving academics.  Keyword : revenue increase, home business

Competition in the cake and bread business is quite tight, this is marked by the emergence of the same business, and the increasing variety of breads and cakes offered. The development of culinary business is also seen from the number of shops opened baking cake ingredients. Partners in this service activity are a cake ingredients shop and sell pastries located in the Denpasar city market area. The name of the partner shop is "Annika Shop" which is located at Jalan Trenggana, No. 2 Penatih, East Denpasar. The shop owner named Ibu Ni Gusti Ayu Anggreni is assisted by 2 employees. In this service activity, the partner's problem handled is the lack of maximum product marketing and financial management activities are not carried out so that the loss / profit of the business can be less known and measured. From these main problems, a solution to this community service is provided, namely training in the use of digital marketing to introduce business to the wider community and financial management training. Achievement indicators are able to introduce business partners to the wider community so as to increase partner income up to 50% from before the training. The Optimalization of Empowerment to Convicted Criminal in the Open Prison through Financial LiteracyAbstract. One of the empowerment of convicted criminals is done by increasing financial literacy. The aims of community service are: empowering convicted criminals class II B Kendal open prison through training financial management system, and give positive contribution by training financial management systems to improve financial literacy. The method of implementing community service activities is carried out by: coordination and mapping needs in prisons, focus group discussions (FGD) and financial literacy workshops, as well as post workshop assistance. The strategic steps of service are: convicted criminals in the prison class II B Kendal is given knowledge about financial literacy, convicted criminals are given training and understanding to develop financial literacy through financial management training, discussion sessions, questions and answers by giving opportunities to convicted criminals and prison management related to financial literacy, simulations implementation of financial literacy through personal and family financial management, as well as assisting and monitoring implementation financial literacy, and evaluating the results of service activities that have been carried out. Convicted criminals the prison class II B Kendal are dominated by elementary and junior high school graduates, who commit violations of the law due to economic needs. This community service program is a solution to overcome the low financial literacy of fostered citizens. The success of this service program is due to the achievement of target participants as well as the achievement of objectives and activity material. People who have good financial literacy are able to make the right decisions in financial management in order to face global challenges based on technological progress.Keywords: Empowerment, convicted criminal, financial literacy.Abstrak. Pemberdayaan narapidana salah satunya dilakukan dengan peningkatan literasi keuangan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberdayakan narapidana lembaga permasyarakatan terbuka kelas II B Kendal melalui pelatihan sistem pengelolaan keuangan, serta memberikan kontribusi positif dengan adanya pelatihan sistem pengelolaan keuangan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan: koordinasi dan pemetaan kebutuhan di lapas, focus group discussion (FGD) dan workshop literasi keuangan, serta pendampingan pasca workshop. Langkah strategis pengabdian yaitu: narapidana lapas terbuka kelas II B Kendal diberikan pengetahuan tentang literasi keuangan, narapidana diberikan pelatihan dan pemahaman untuk mengembangkan literasi keuangan melalui pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan, yaitu pencatatan keuangan, sesi diskusi dan tanya jawab dengan memberikan kesempatan kepada narapidana dan pengelola lembaga permasyarakatan terkait literasi keuangan, simulasi implementasi literasi keuangan melalui pengelolaan keuangan pribadi dan keluarga, serta melakukan pendampingan dan monitoring kepada narapidana dalam pengimplementasian literasi keuangan, terakhir melakukan evaluasi hasil kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilakukan. Warga binaan Lapas Terbuka Kelas II B Kendal didominasi oleh lulusan SD dan SMP, yang melakukan pelanggaran hukum karena dorongan kebutuhan ekonomi. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini sebagai solusi mengatasi rendahnya literasi keuangan warga binaan. Keberhasilan program pengabdian ini karena ketercapaian target peserta serta ketercapaian tujuan dan materi kegiatan. Masyarakat yang memiliki literasi keuangan yang baik mampu membuat keputusan yang tepat dalam pengelolaan keuangannya guna menghadapi tantangan global yang berbasis kemajuan teknologi.Kata kunci: Pemberdayaan, narapidana, literasi keuangan

ABSTRAKPengelolaan keuangan pada suatu lembaga diperlukan keahlian maupun keterampilan yang dimiliki oleh pengelolanya sehingga dapat menghasilkan suatu laporan keuangan yang transaparan, akuntabel dan memiliki kredibilitas yang baik, pengelolaan keuangan dapat dilaksanakan dengan cara manual maupun menggunakan perangkat bantuan guna efisiensi pada jumlah laporan dan waktu dalam proses pengerjaanya, Badan Usaha Milik Desa atau biasa disebut dengan BUMDES desa Cepaka telah memiliki beberapa unit usaha dimana dalam pelaporannya masih menggunakan model pelaporan manual dan sederhana, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan dalam pengelolaan keuangan sehingga laporan keuangan yang dibuat dapat diminamilisir kesalahannya, hasil yang dicapai pada program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Pihak BUMDES menyetujui bahwa diperlukannya analisa terkait pemberian kredit, dan juga menambah lagi dilakukannya analisa rekam jejak nasabah melalui informasi dari koperasi-koperasi di Desa Cepaka. Sedangkan dalam hal pengawasan. untuk saat ini masih bisa dilakukan pengawasan hanya berdasarkan data laporan rekening koran Tabungan setiap bulannya dan karena cash flow yang masih kecil ,menyebabkan jarang terjadinya transaksi pada Bank. Kata kunci: pelaporan keuangan; pengelolaan keuangan; pendampingan. ABSTRACTFinancial management at an institution requires expertise and skills possessed by the manager so that it can produce a financial report that is transparent, accountable and has good credibility, financial management can be carried out manually or using assistance tools for efficiency in the number of reports and time in the process. , Village-Owned Enterprises or commonly referred to as BUMDES Desa Cepaka already has several business units where the reporting still uses a manual and simple reporting model, this community service activity aims to provide assistance in financial management so that the financial reports that are made can be minimized for errors, the results obtained are The achievement in this community service program is that the BUMDES party agrees that an analysis is needed regarding lending, and also adds to the analysis of customer track records through information from cooperatives in Cepaka Village. While in terms of supervision. Abstract: The Financial Management Unit (UPK) is one of the managing units of financial activities. One of its tasks is to bring together people who have the same needs or types of businesses to form business groups. The UPK is also tasked with channeling and developing government aid funds for the development of micro enterprises in each kelurahan. Government through the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing continue to develop the capacity of the community through various types of training that are scheduled each year. One of training forms conducted is financial management training for the Financial Management Unit located in 25 urban subdistricts of East Kisaran and West Kisaran District. This financial management training is considered very important because UPK capacity building is needed in performing its duties as a financial management unit. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to improve the knowledge of UPK on Financial Management so that it can be applied to the community, to be able to do the recording of income and expenditure with good and detailed, to give reference to UPK in order to be able to educate financial management to community and introduce MYOB application for UPK. The result of this activity is the implementation of Community Service activity which attended by UPK as many as 48 people.Keywords: UPK, Financial, Management,MYOBAbstrak: Unit Pengelola Keuangan (UPK)    merupakan salah satu unit pengelola kegiatan  keuangan. Salah satu tugasnya adalah menghimpun masyarakat yang memiliki kebutuhan atau jenis usaha yang sama untuk membentuk kelompok-kelompok usaha. UPK ini juga bertugas menyalurkan serta mengembangkan dana bantuan pemerintah untuk pengembangan usaha mikro di masing-masing kelurahan.Pemerintah melalui Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat terus melakukan pengembangan kapasitas masyarakat melalui berbagai jenis pelatihan yang diagendakan setiap tahun. Salah satu bentuk pelatihan yang dilakukan adalah pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan bagi Unit Pengelola Keuangan   yang berada di 25 kelurahan Kecamatan  Kisaran Timur dan Kecamatan  Kisaran Barat. Pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan ini dipandang sangat penting karena, pengembangan kapasitas UPK sangat dibutuhkan dalam menjalankan tugasnya  sebagai unit pengelola keuangan. Tujuan dilakukannya kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan UPK terhadap Pengelolaan Keuangan sehingga dapat diterapkan ke masyarakat, untuk dapat melakukan pencatatat pemasukan dan pengeluaran dengan baik dan rinci, untuk memberikan acuan kepada UPK agar mampu melakukan edukasi pengelolaan keuangan kepada masyarakat dan mengenalkan aplikasi MYOB bagi UPK .Hasil kegiatan ini adalah terlaksananya kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat  yang dihadiri UPK sebanyak 48 orang.Kata kunci: UPK, Keuangan, Manajemen, MYOB

Pelawad Village is one of the villages in the Ciruas sub-district, Serang Regency, where the majority of the population is Muslim. Pelawad Village has eight mosques. In the management of mosque finances, based on preliminary information received from the BKPM (Mosque Youth Communication Board) it has not been carried out properly. Almost all mosques do not yet have a good bookkeeping system. This activity aims to provide simple financial bookkeeping training with the theme Financial Management Training for Empowerment of Mosque Youth. The method used in this community service activity is an action study through a training approach for youth and adolescents in the Pelawad-Ciruas village environment. To make this happen, BKPM has collaborated with several Bina Bangsa University lecturers. The partnership cooperation between BKPM and Abdimas team at Bina Bangsa University is carried out with the following agreements: BKPM is responsible for providing training facilities and infrastructure as well as coordinating training participants. The community service team served as resource persons and provided training materials. This activity has an outcome that must be achieved, namely increasing the ability of mosque-based financial management. The activity was carried out by after isha considering that the participants were mosque administrators and BKPM members who were caretakers of the mosque, and lasted for 3 days while still observing strict health protocols.

Dedication to provide maintenance management training fighting fish (Betta sp.) the good and completely in accordance with SNI fighting fish to the community PayaPeunaga, Meureubo sub-district, West Aceh District.The problem faced today is the statistics of West Aceh Regency in 2017 figures indicating that many people have a productive age in PayaPeunaga Village, Meureubo Sub-district, but not accompanied by job vacancies, causing unemployment at productive ages. Solution offered from this dedication is to provide additional skill to the community in PayaPeunaga Village, MeureuboSubdistrict to be able to manage the good and correct fighting fish in accordance with SNI of fighting fish.Implementation of community service activities include: 1) discussion and socialization of fighting fish (Betta sp.) that potentially increase the income of the community and 2) good ornamental fighting fish management training according to SNI of fighting fish. Result of the dedication is that the community is very enthusiastic to cultivate fighting fish and hopes that this community service program can be continued to provide assistance to the community in PayaPeunaga Village, Meureubo Sub District, West Aceh.

With advances in digital technology, MSMEs have great opportunities to take part in it. Various SMEs in Serang Regency are still experiencing problems in promoting their merchandise. This community service program (PKM) aims to transfer knowledge about the use of social media to develop market access for MSMEs in Serang Regency. Indonesia is still facing the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, the socialization and training methods are carried out through online webinars with interactive discussion. This discussion is useful for finding solutions to problems faced by MSME business actors in operating social media to increase income. The result of this PKM is that the participants understand the webinar material well. As many as 72.7% of participants have and will create virtual shops to promote their products and 63.6% of participants strongly agree that the ability to use social media is a must have to increase market access for MSME products.

The objectives of the Muhammadiyah Riau University (PPK UMRI) Entrepreneurship Development Program are to create new independent entrepreneurs based on web online marketing, increase the network between university entrepreneurship and industrial communities, and create entrepreneurship training methods that are suitable for UMRI students who already have businesses or are just starting out. effort. The approach method used in this activity is entrepreneurship and business training, entrepreneurship coaching, internships at partner companies, building networks and partnerships with partner companies, production and marketing management training, web-based online marketing business meetings and business consultations with guidance, supervision of tenants, tenant business financing techniques, patterns of providing technology assistance and problem solving methods. From this activity, results were obtained in the form of growing interest and motivation for student entrepreneurship, the creation of five new entrepreneurial students in the second year of 2020 who were ready to compete in the community, growing creativity and interest in students to form business entities, building networking between CSR funders and tenants of PPK UMRI students.

The community service program is carried out at one of the SMEs in Wonosobo, Central Java, which produces and markets processed carica food products. The problems faced by SMEs are problems in the aspects of marketing, financial management and production. The purpose of community service is to improve the ability of SMEs to market products, manage company finances, increase the efficiency of the production process, and increase production capacity. The approach used in this community service is training and business assistance. The results felt by SMEs are the wider marketing of carica processed food products, structuring the company's financial system, efficiency in the production process, and increased production capacity.
