<p><em>Problems that occur in an urban level of uneven service facilities and infrastructure especially in the urban suburbs. This is also the case in Langkat Regency. The existence of these settlements is classified into squatters or slums that grow unplanned on unlicensed state land. The purpose of the research is to identify the slums, using the AHP method, starting from the collection of primary and secondary data, field observations, interviews, and documentation, which are then assessed against the criteria that have been set. The final result of the weighting resulted in the classification of the level of slums in the village. It is hoped that the results of this study can be useful for other research.  </em><em></em></p>

Study of the characteristics of the land in the area of refugee relocation eruption of MountSinabung intended as a basis for the use of land-based watershed management in the regionhas been carried out in November and December 2014. The study was conducted using asurvey at the site which is administered in the village of Nagara, Pertibi Lama and PertibiTembe Tiga Panah Sub District Karo District. Field observations carried out on the physicalcharacteristics of the land and soil sampling for laboratory testing of physical, chemical andbiological soil. The study also conducted bassed secondary data sourced from the analysis ofvarious thematic maps such geological maps, soil type maps, topographic maps and maps ofwatershed areas. The results showed that the area of Mount Sinabung relocation is in theupstream region of two important watersheds in North Sumatra and Aceh, which WampuWatershed and Singkil Watershed, the dominant topography sloping to undulating located ata height of more than 1,550 m above sea level. Land in refugee relocation sites Sinabungclassified into subgroups Andic Dystropept which has properties (smeary orthixotropic), the soil is very loose (BD <0.8 g / cm3) and high content of organic matter in theupper layers of the soil pH suitable for upland crops, and the number (population) microbesare also high.

Potential Data Village / kelurahan used to determine the level of general potential, development potential and typology of the village. The data is used as a reference for the Village Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMDes), investment and business development of the community, while the Village Development Rate Data is used to determine the rate of development of the village / kelurahan. The analysis of the rate of development of the village / kelurahan is used to determine the classification of the village / kelurahan (Swasembada, Swakarya and Swadaya) and the progress status of the village / kelurahan category of Mula, Madya dan lanjut. So it can be seen the value of community economic index, public education index, public health index, public participation index, security and order index, community participation index in development and development index of village / kelurahan. Objectives The formulation and empowerment of village / kelurahan profiles to provide relevant and valid primary data and information as reference for planning and implementation of development and empowerment of village / kelurahan community. The scope of this research was conducted in Errabu Village and Sera Tengah Village, Bluto Sub-District, Sumenep Regency. The method of this research is secondary data and primary data through observation process, interview (FGD), and Kuisioner from basic family data based on Directive of General Director of Community Empowerment and Village Kemendagri. The results of this study are for the classification of the annual development level of the two villages based on the results of the analysis of the indicators in the preparation of village profiles generated data with Category "Desa Lanjut", while for the classification of development level of 5 (Five) Annuals of Errabu Village belong to the "Swadaya".Keywords : Profile, Level of Development, Village.

ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF HOUSEHOLD INCOME ON MEAT CONSUMPTION (BEEF, PORK AND CHIKEN) AT THE VILLAGE OF SEA I, PINELENG DISTRICT.This study aims to determine the magnitude of meat consumption (beef, porl and chiken) of household based on income levels in the Village of Sea I, Pineleng district and to determine the effect of household income on meat consumption (beef, porl and chiken) in the Village of Sea I, Pineleng district. Formulation of research problem is how much they purchased meat (beef, porl and chiken) consumption household in the Village of Sea I, Pineleng district. This study was conducted in the Village of Sea I, Pineleng district. Study was conducted using a survey method, and data were obtained through primary data and secondary data. Determination of the location (rural sample) in the study was conducted by purposive sampling method. Number of samples used in this study were 30 people. Data of this study were analyzed by descriptive and mathematical analysis methods. Income indicated the amount of income earned in a month household, whether they were from the household head or sourced from other household members who work and earn income. From the money earned, the highest number of respondents had incomes between 1.000.000 to 3.000.000/month with the percentage of 70 %, while the number of respondents with the smallest income was less than 1.000.000/month with the percentage of 16.67 %. The difference of income held by the respondents in the Village of Sea I, would have an impact on the amount of meat purchases each month. This was in accordance with the opinion Sukirno (2002) stating that most of the disposable income is used to buy food and clothing. Most of the meat consumed by people in the Village of Sea I was pork and chicken meat compared to beef, it was because the price of beef was relatively expensive compared to the price of pork and chicken meat. Based on research results, pork was the most meat consumed by family respondents about 21 families with the percentage of 70 % of respondents, followed by chicken meat about 18 families with the percentage of 60 % of respondents, and beef by 8 families with the percentage of 26 respondents, 67 % of domestic poultry and meat about 6 families with the percentage of 20 % of respondents. Based on the results of research, it can be concluded that household income significantly affect the consumption of meat in the Village of Sea I, Pineleng district and the average consumption of meat in the Village of Sea I, Pineleng district was about 8,9  kg/capita/year, below the national target of 10,3  kg/capita/year.   Key Words : Household income, meat consumption, Sea I Village.

The background for the present knowledge about hydraulic conductivity of clayey till in Denmark is summarized. The data show a difference of 1-2 orders of magnitude in the vertical hydraulic conductivity between values from laboratory measurements and field measurements. This difference is discussed and based on new data, field observations and comparison with North American studies, it is concluded to be primarily due to fractures in the till.

Community based Tourism paradigm as a concept of alternative tourism has been able to provide distribution to community either in welfare or empowerment towards sustainable tourism. In relation to this paradigm, this study was conducted to analyze the impacts of rural tourism development in Pinge village. Pinge is one of the village in Tabanan- Bali which has been developed to be rural tourism destination.The approach used in this research was qualitative descriptive. Technique of collecting data was through interviewing with community leader and conducting field observations in order to find out positive and negative impacts to economy, socio cultural and environment to this village. The researcher found that the development of rural tourism provides positive and negative impacts to society in Pinge. From the result of data collection, there were found that economy of society was improved, the culture was preserved, and the environment was arranged well. The result of this study is expected to be a reference study in rural tourism development in Pinge village through controlling the negative impacts from this tourism destination development.

Rara National Park is the smallest national park of the country. It is rich in floral and faunal diversity. Rara is one of the sacred lakes and is listed as a Ramsar site. The aim of the study was to compile the representative flora of Rara lake and to present status of available vegetation. The research used both primary and secondary sources of data. Field visit was conducted in June, 2010 during which more than 300 plant specimens were collected. The secondary data were collected from Rara and adjoining area like Gamgadi. These data were thoroughly analyzed to understand the composition of vegetation. The study revealed the existence of about 224 flowering plant species in the area, under 173 genera and 67 families. Compositae was found to be the largest family (21 species and 17 genera) followed by Rosaceae (19 species and 10 genera). Throughout the historical process humans have shaped the environment that they lived in and developed it according to their needs. The living culture has been formed with various spatial setups in dwellings which are the most basic habitats of humankind. Today, functionality comes into prominence in this living culture which is referred to as traditional dwellings. This shows that the continuity is ensured by presenting mass and cultural harmony between spatial setups and the garden and neighboring dwelling relations. Amongst the traditional dwellings, Turkish house is also considered as an important example, which provides continuity with its diverse plan organizations and spatial characteristic. The courtyard character in traditional dwellings is the space that is effective in the organization of spatial which sheds light on present day with various parameters. This is because the dwelling is located in the courtyard. Moreover, the courtyard, which starts with the entrance and where the households carry out their daily lives, is very significant for the Turkish dwelling as it contains both natural and cultural characteristics. The traditional dwellings of the village of Islamköy, which is located in the Atabey district in Isparta province of Turkey, are discussed within the scope of the study, which examines how the concept of courtyard that contains the functional and aesthetic values of the Turkish dwelling, forms various plan organizations and spatial characters in many cultures, affects the spatial quality. Spatial quality parameters were examined on five second-degree registered traditional dwellings located on Okul Street in the Islamköy village. Three basic principles have been determined which are functional, aesthetic and ecological and the sub-parameters of these determined principles have been introduced with the information and documents obtained from the literature. The AHP method was used to determine the priorities of the parameters in this direction. Thus, taking into account the spatial quality parameters, the priority parameters of the courtyard character in the traditional dwellings of Islamköy were determined

This study aims to explore village authority in village financial management to realize village governance in accordance with the principles of Good Governance. One of the financing for the Village Government program is the Village Fund Budget (ADD). The research method used is descriptive analysis to get a clear picture by examining secondary data. Secondary data is obtained through literature studies from primary legal materials and secondary legal materials related to regional autonomy in villages in the management of Village Government, particularly with regard to the performance of Village-Owned Enterprises based on Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages. The data obtained from this study were analyzed juridically normative with a statutory approach. The results showed the accountability of the village head in managing village finances. In exercising the power of village financial management, the village head authorizes part of his power to the Village apparatus. (2) The village head as the holder of the village financial management power as referred to in paragraph (1), has the authority to: a. establish policies regarding the implementation of APBDesa; b. determine PTPKD; c. determine the officer who collects village revenue; d. approve expenditures for activities stipulated in APBDesa; and e. take actions that result in spending at the expense of the Village Budget. The factors that become obstacles in Talagasari, namely the lack of information and lack of direction in the distribution of ADD, so that it contributes low to community empowerment.

This research aims to analyze the Implementation of Village Financial System (SISKEUDES)  towards the government organization in Suwaan Village Kalawat Subdistrict North Minahasa Regency. This research using qualitative research approach as using primary data, which were in the form of interview and secondary data. The informants are the village head, the village secretaries, and the head of village government affairs. The result showed that : (1) The implementation of Village Financial System in Suwaan Village has running well (2) The procedure of SISKEUDES utilization done by 4 stages which are : Planning, Implementing, Administrating, and Reporting (3) Village Financial System has been giving the positive influence towards the performance of each employee. Therefore, Village Financial System holds an important role upon village government that impact directly by the employee of village. This is as accordance with the purpose on the implementation of Village Financing System which is to assist the work of villagers’ employee.Keywords: Village Financial System, Village Government
