<p><em>The implementation of regional head elections this time will be different from before, one of which can be seen at the campaign stage, namely the virtual campaign. The virtual campaign is a form of campaign in the form of online and social media campaigns which are regulated in General Election Commission Regulation (PKPU) No.13 of 2020 to reduce the spread of positive cases of Covid-19.East Luwu Regency is one of the districts that carries out regional head elections and still has cases positive covid-19 which is quite high. This research wants to prove that it is related to the effectiveness of the virtual campaign carried out in East Luwu Regency. The theory used is a theory of effectiveness by looking at four indicators of the effectiveness of a virtual campaign, namely exposure, engagement, influence, and action. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach, with descriptive analysis. </em><em>Thus, it is</em><em> hoped that images and facts can be obtained related to the effectiveness of the virtual campaign in East Luwu Regency. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from interviews conducted with the East Luwu KPU and Bawaslu, and the respective success teams from the candidate pairs for Regent-Deputy Regent of East Luwu. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the virtual campaign in East Luwu Regency is not running effectively. Online campaigns are not implemented, and social media campaigns are only massive on Facebook. Both candidate pairs did not maximize the use of virtual campaigns to maximize campaign advertising and preferred to campaign directly and go down to the public. This is due to the obstacles and challenges faced such as, there are still blank spot areas in East Luwu Regency, and the human resources of East Luwu are still not ready to carry out virtual campaigns.</em></p><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><strong><em>: Campaign, Virtual, East Luwu</em></strong></p><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p><h2>Abstrak</h2><p>Pelaksanaan Pilkada kali ini akan berbeda dengan Pilkada sebelumnya, salah satunya terlihat pada tahapan kampanye, yakni adanya kampanye virtual. Kampanye virtual merupakan bentuk kampanye berupa kampanye daring dan media sosial yang diatur dalam Peraturan Komisi Pemilihan Umum (PKPU) No.13 Tahun 2020 untuk mengurangi penyebaran kasus positif covid-19 Kabupaten Luwu Timur merupakan salah satu kabupaten yang melaksanakan Pilkada dan masih memiliki kasus positif covid-19 yang cukup tinggi. Penelitian ini ingin membuktikan terkait dengan efektivitas kampanye virtual yang dilakukan di Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Adapun teori yang digunakan merupakan teori efektivitas dengan melihat empat indikator keefektifan dari kampanye virtual yakni <em>exposure, engagement, influence,</em> dan <em>action.</em> Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan analisis deskriptif. Sehingga diharapkan dapat diperoleh gambaran dan fakta terkait dengan keefektifan kampanye virtual di Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari wawancara yang dilakukan kepada KPU dan Bawaslu Luwu Timur, dan masing-masing tim sukses dari pasangan calon Bupati-Wakil Bupati Luwu Timur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan kampanye virtual di Kabupaten Luwu Timur tidak berjalan dengan efektif. Kampanye secara daring tidak dilaksanakan, dan kampanye media sosial hanya masif dilakukan di <em>facebook</em>. Kedua pasangan kandidat tidak memaksimalkan penggunaan kampanye virtual untuk memaksimalkan iklan kampanye dan lebih memilih untuk melakukan kampanye secara langsung dan turun ke masyarakat. Hal ini dikarenakan adanya hambatan dan tantangan yang dihadapi seperti, masih adanya daerah <em>blank spot</em> daerah di Kabupaten Luwu Timur, dan masih belum siapnya sumber daya manusia Luwu Timur untuk melakukan kampanye secara virtual.</p><p> </p><strong>Kata Kunci: Kampanye, Virtual, Luwu Timur</strong>

This study aims to determine how Administration, Reporting and Accountability of Dana Nagari in Batang Anai District, Padang Pariaman Regency, West Sumatra Province. There are three (3) aspects in village funds, administration, reporting and accountability. To achieve these objectives, descriptive qualitative research methods are used. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study show: (1) Administration carried out by the treasurer in the form of receipts and expenditures which are recorded in the general cash book, bank book, income details book, and financing details book which is equipped with receipts. (2) Reporting that the delay in disbursing village funds was due to the late regulation of the Regulations of the Regent of Padang Pariaman which caused the disbursement of stage I and phase II village funds to be delayed too late. (3) Accountability Submission of accountability reports to the public through various media, such as websites and billboards. Submission through this media can make it easier for the public to obtain information about the performance of the village government.

This study aims to analyze and determine the role of the Election Supervisory Committee and the Commission (general election commission) Implementation of legislative elections in 2014 in Sidoarjo and analyze the factors that cause a lack of understanding of policy formulation election organizers in the respective organizers of the Role of Election Supervisory Committee and the General Election Commission. This research method is using descriptive qualitative approach. The data needed is a secondary data in the form of books, journals, articles, print media (newspapers) and the mass media as well as primary data obtained from informants through. Based on the results of this study concluded that the role of each institution in the administration of elections has not run optimally in accordance with Law Number 15 of 2011 on the Election. In the implementation on the ground found some constraints on each institution in organizing legislative elections in 2014 related to the duties and responsibilities between the Role of the Election Supervisory Committee and the General Election Commission.

The concept of marketing activities using digital marketing can provide convenience in promotion of a brand and product on digital media such as social media that has been integrated with services available on Digital Marketing. The lack of understanding of target customers, does not use social media effectively, does not have a website or does not promote its website, website design is not attractive, does not plan marketing goals, not using SEO and too many strategies is a problem that often occurs on marketplace services in Indonesia. This is what underlies this research in several marketplaces that do not use the concept of digital marketing so that it has an impact on the reduction of sales targets and the number of customers. The aim in this study is to find out and analyze the extent to which marketplace in Indonesia can understand the concept of digital marketing, so as to be able to implement the development and prospects of digital business. This study used descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis and pattern analysis matching. The data used is primary data and secondary data. The study population is 50 of applications websites and marketplace in Indonesia, which used research indicators on the number of monthly web visitors, ranking in the AppStore, ranking on Playstore, and Followers on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook as the limit problem of research. The results obtained showed that Marketplace of Tokopedia, Shopee, Bukalapak, Lazada, Blibli has a very good rating compared to the Favo Website and Applications, Plazakamera, Tees, Qoo10 and Lakan6 which have not implemented a Digital Marketing concept so that there are still application users, which who do not know the existence of the website and application so that it has an impact on the absence of followers through social media Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. This research has a novelty on research methods and research objects in the digital business marketplace in Indonesia which is currently growing very rapidly and has an impact on increasing the number of customers.

<p>Extracurricular activities are one of the containers in coaching and developing students' potential. This study aims to find out the management of extracurricular activities in improving the non-academic achievement of students in Madrasah Aliah Negeri 1 Tulang Bawang Barat. The method used is descriptive analysis using qualitative approach. This research conducts data collection techniques by observation, interviews, literature studies, and internet media. This study used primary data sources obtained through interviews and secondary data sources obtained through online media. The results showed that several steps in the management of extracurricular activities, such as planning, organizing, direction / implementation and evaluation as well as evaluation. Planning is carried out by investigating the number of extracurricular activities. Organizing is carried out by coordinating all components involved in the management of extracurricular activities. The implementation is carried out by arranging and arranging in writing so that the activities carried out can be directed and run smoothly in accordance with the guidelines. And the evaluation is done through member meetings and final assessments.</p>

The inclusion of a source identity is something that must be applied to a news. A journalist can maintain the confidentiality of sources of confidential information, the identity of victims of sexual crimes, and perpetrators or victims of underage crimes. This study uses a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis research method by performing data retrieval techniques using primary data and secondary data. Primary data are the results of field observations, interviews. While secondary data is in the form of documentation. The object of research is the Radar Bogor Journalist. The results showed that journalists from Radar Bogor had implemented a journalistic code of ethics in the inclusion of the identity of the informant on a report. This is seen from the attitude of conscious journalists to maintain the confidentiality of the identity of informants such as victims of immoral crimes, victims of sexual abuse, underage victims, and victims of sexual abuse. This study used a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis research method by carrying out data collection techniques using primary data and secondary data. Primary data is in the form of observations and interviews. While secondary data is in the form of documentation. The object of research is the Cinta Fiisabiilillah Film. This study aims to examine how the craftsman's perception of the development of the stilt house industry in the village of Mokobang, Modoinding District, South Minahasa Regency. The research lasted for two months starting from February to April 2017 in Mokobang Village, Modoinding Sub-district, Minahasa Regency. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained from direct interviews with 50 respondents of stage home industry craftsmen who were chosen purposively. Interviews were conducted with the help of a questionnaire prepared previously and using a Likert Scale. Secondary data were obtained from the Mokobang Village Office and the internet. From the internet through Google searching to get articles from various journals related to research topics about the perception of craftsmen on the development of the stage home industry. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive analysis and presented in a table. The results showed that the public perception of the development of the wooden stilt house industry in Mokobang Village, Modoinding Sub-district, South Minahasa Regency was classified in the good category, which was based on indicators of perception of the availability of wood raw materials, labor and knowledge about wood quality.*eprm*

The development of social media has an impact on the progress of various things including media in da'wah. Preachers carry out strategies on social media, including emphasizing the appearance of texts with persuasive communication according to their segmentation. This study aims to analyze the da'wah message strategy on the @ nunuzoo instagram page. The theory used is the persuasive communication theory introduced by Onong Uchajana Effendy. This study uses a qualitative description method with a virtual ethnographic approach. Primary data was collected from video uploads on the Instagram account @ nunuzoo and secondary data was collected using literature studies and documentation. The results of this study indicate that @nunuzoo uses the association technique as a da'wah strategy, namely persuading its segmentation with objects or events that are attracting the attention of the public (trend). @nunuzoo has a target of preaching among young people, who like new things and are being discussed. Social media is also better to be used as an alternative media for persuasive communication because it is unlimited and can be accessed anywhere and anytime.

This research was conducted in KAP Kurniawan, Kusmadi and Matheus, which aims to analyse the suitability of audit planning of financial statement by KAP Kurniawan, Kusmadi and Matheus with the audit planning of financial statement based on the Professional Standard of Public Accountant (SPAP). Research method that used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach and the type of data used is primary data and secondary data. Primary data is collected through interviews, while secondary data by collecting audit planning of financial statements documents in KAP Kurniawan, Kusmadi and Matheus. The results of this research show that the audit planning of financial statement by KAP Kurniawan, Kusmadi and Matheus in accordance with the audit planning of financial statement based on SPAP issued by Institute of Public Accountants of Indonesia (IAPI). The advice given to KAP Kurniawan, Kusmadi and Matheus is always implement audit plan in accordance with SPAP because a good audit planning will improve audit quality.
