This language method uses literature reviews which are summaries of 10 articles in the publication years of 2019, 2020, and 2021 on 3 search databases, namely Scopus, Science Direct, and SAGE. This review used the new Joanna Briggs Institute and Prisma. The eligibility of these studies were from its title, abstract, research methodology, results, and discussion. The results of the review were presented in narrative form. The results of a review of 10 articles found that the form of nursing services with telenursing could prove long-distance service, time efficiency and funding allocation, but in terms of quality it had been not satisfactory related to its physical implementation of nursing service. Conclusion: The nursing paradigm in the 21st century global era has been developed with the help of technology to meet the needs of distance efficiency and cost limitations. Thus, telenursing is a solution to answer these challenges.

This chapter summarizes the experience collected after years of researching and experiencing on teaching and learning online in the form of an eLearning pattern-architecture. In this architecture, based upon the leading role of the human factor (according to the vision of the eLearning by GRIAL Group), the whole processes occurring within any training activity is represented, from the institutional planning to the evaluation of the whole process, technological decisions, teaching activity, interaction with students, and so forth. This model is briefly presented after the explanation of the notion of pattern (and its application to the pedagogical context), as a prerequisite for understanding the scope of the use of this methodology in the field of online training.

In the fast-paced field of education, change in school settings has reached its momentum and the debate on who is supposed to lead the change in school settings has been intensified. Leading change in a 21st century school engages the school principal, teachers, students, the community, and the government. In driving the change, a learner's achievement should be the ultimate goal for every school leader, since learning is the core business of every educational institution. Beyond the school community, parents and people in the community have a major role to play in their child's education, success of implementing change in school, as well as government providing sponsorship/strategic support to facilitate teaching and learning. The application of the term in present-day educational contexts is considered as well as possible futures implied through the term. The goal in this chapter is to counter ideas that might diminish a humanized educational practice. Specifically, the authors offer a critique of neoliberal discourses in education, particularly the neoliberal and corporate narrative around 21st century teaching and learning. In recent years, the development of ICT inevitably influences the teaching and learning process. The instructor should be able to integrate Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) in the classroom. Hence, few studies investigate perceptions of university students and self-perceptions of English instructor’s TPACK, especially in Indonesia. The primary purpose of this study was to find out university students’ perceptions of English Course Instructor’s TPACK, Instructor’s self-perceptions of TPACK, and whether they shared the same perceptions or not. This study was qualitative research in one of the universities in Indonesia. The data collecting techniques were a questionnaire, interviews, and document analysis. This study adopted Jang & Chang questionnaire of TPACK perceptions. The results revealed that university students had a positive response toward the instructor’ TPACK. Similarly, instructor’s self-perceptions also showed that instructor confidently declared that she knew well about the content of the teaching, and the right pedagogy used to deliver the content well. They shared the same perceptions of the English course instructor’s TPACK in Subject Matter Knowledge (SMK) and Instructional Representation & Strategies (IRS). However, they had different perceptions of Technology Integration and Application (TIA). The research implications of this study were as assessment examples of instruction of TPACK by university students and self-perceptions.
