The data used are primary and secondary data both quantitative and qualitative. The primary data obtained from deep interview by purposive sampling, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method by online and offline communication, and from experts acquisition. The secondary data obtained from UN Comrade, FAOSTAT, IMF, World Bank, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Agriculture and other relevant agencies. Descriptive data were analysed using the SWOT Matrix method, the SOR (Strategic Orientation) Matrix method, Internal Factor Analysis (IFAS), External Factor Analysis (EFAS), Strategic Position and Action Evaluation (SPACE), and the Porter’s Five Competitive Forces Matrix. Based on the diagram by the internal-external factor matrix, it is known that the condition of between Turkey and Indonesia were same condition on the Divest (X = 0.67; Y = 1.42) and (X = 1.31; Y = 0.57). Therefore, the main suggestion concluded by the study were that the best attack strategy for Turkey are to strengthen the defence strategy first, before then attack has been better for national agro-industrial ability.

The aims of this research is to analyze the factors that affect household consumer’s demand for bulk cooking oil and for analyze the elasticity of household costumer’s demand for bulk cooking oil in Lamtimpeung village of Darussalam, Aceh Besar. The location of this research is determind by using purposive method, sampling of this research is determind by using proportionate stratified random sampling with a total sample of 51 household consumers determind by using the Slovin formula. The primary data are collected from household consumers in Lamtimpeung village of Darussalam Aceh Besar, through direct interview by using quisioner and the secondary data are obtained from Dinas Pangan Provinsi Aceh. This research uses multiple linier regression analysis which are transformed into natural logarithms. The result of multiple linier regression analysis showsif the factors that influence the demand for bulk cooking oil in Lamtimpeung village of Darussalam Aceh Besar significantly are the price of package cooking oil and family members, while the factors not influence significantly are the price of bulk cooking oil, price of tuna, the amount of income and the level of education. The study was conducted using primary data sources derived from surveis with questionnaires and secondary data sources derived from court decisions. The questionnaire in this study consisted of 23 questions and used a Likert scale 5 . The data was processed by factor analysis method to determine the dominant factor causing the claim. Data processing was carried out with the help of SPSS v26.0 software, and produced 7 dominant clauses causing contractor claims in the FIDIC Red Book, namely: 1) 8.4 Extension of Time for Completion; 2) 11.8 Contractor to Search; 3) 17.1 Indemnities; 3) 7.4 Testing; 4) 8.9 Consequences of Suspension; 5) 14.8 Delayed Payment; and 7) 4.12 Unforeseeable Physical Conditions.
